Meranti sponge cake culinary, started by an ordinary housewife who has a hobby of making cakes so that it is liked by family and even neighbours, eventually became a small business flooded with orders from neighbours. Bolu gulung Meranti is growing rapidly and has even become one of the typical souvenirs of Medan. Product attractiveness is everything that traders/sellers can offer to be noticed, requested, sought after, purchased, consumed by the market as a fulfilment of market needs or desires. The purpose of this study is to examine the background of the existence of Meranti sponge cake culinary, to find out how much Meranti sponge cake is enjoyed, to find out how Meranti sponge cake marketing techniques. This is a qualitative descriptive study with a literature study research method through decision studies sourced from journals of previous research results. The results of the review study show that Meranti's enthusiasts are greatly increasing by around 5% - 10% per year. The marketing techniques carried out by Meranti are improving product quality by innovating, increasing or expanding branches/shopping access (shopeefood, grabfood), making interesting new products so that consumers are interested in trying, increasing the potential of employees to help smooth the selling of Meranti sponge cake.

The purpose of this study is to describe the forms of code switching and code mixing in Film Imperfect The Series 2 and to describe the causes of code switching and code mixing in Film Imperfect The Series 2. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data sources in this study were eight episodes of the film Imperfect The Series 2 . The form of data is in the form of words, sentences, and an event related to the form of code switching, and code mixing and the causes of its occurrence . The data in this study were collected by observing and note-taking techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that overall in the eight episodes of the film Imperfect The Series 2 , there are 5 code switching data and 167 code mixing data. The forms of code switching found were internal code switching with 1 data and external code switching with 4 data. The forms of code mixing found were word forms with 119 data, phrase forms with 27 data and baster forms with 21 data. The cause of the occurrence of code switching found is that there are 2 data on the opponent's factor, 1 data on the presence of a third speaker and 2 data on the main factor/topic of conversation. The causes of code mixing were found to be the speaker factor with 51 data, the language factor with 112 data, and the desire to explain and interpret there were 4 data.

The electronic media discussed in this paper are temporarily only focused on the use of internet media and professions which are currently trending. This is because it is the use of the internet that is currently the most popularly used by many people, apart from being something that can be categorized as something that is 'booming'. Meanwhile, the negative impact obtained from the use of social media which is used as a medium for strengthening character for adolescents can be seen through accessing the negative content chosen by teenagers. In this research, the writer or researcher uses qualitative researchers in order to get the right sources to develop hypotheses related to the subject or research topic. A proper qualitative approach involves analyzing and describing every source, information, and data in the literature. Qualitative research emphasizes the depth of data obtained by researchers. The deeper and more detailed the data obtained, the better the quality of this qualitative research. So, qualitative research is a research approach used by the author to describe information and data analysis that is relevant to the topic of discussion.

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy for BSI OTO products at KCP Medan Marelan, the type of research method used is a qualitative method, and data collection is carried out by observation and interviews, the data taken is in the form of observations and also from interviews. interview with BSI KCP Medan Marelan officers. In this era of globalization and rapidly advancing technology, the level of competition in finding work and income is getting higher. This is due to a mismatch between the number of jobs available and the number of job seekers. Therefore, we cannot continue to depend on existing job vacancies, but there should be a desire within us to be self-employed. In addition, not all of the existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have produced the desired output. One of the big challenges for SMEs is the lack of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills needed to manage the business effectively. It is necessary to strive for training that can provide the necessary knowledge, skills and resources to MSME owners so that they can optimize their business potential. This entrepreneurship training method uses two methods, namely training by providing material as well as discussion and question and answer. From the results of the implementation of this training program, the participants' responses were enthusiastic and positive. It can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants which is reflected in their active participation in the training. The participants also demonstrated their understanding of entrepreneurship which was strengthened by their ability to answer the mentor's questions.

Lack of student learning motivation makes sociology teachers take motivational actions that must be adapted to their students. This study aims to look at the sociology efforts of teachers in motivating students' learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data were collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that sociology teachers in student learning use problem-based learning models that have been adapted to the learning desires of students in which they want to get grades and master learning material and prohibit their friends who have not mastered learning material and interactions occur between teachers and participants. teach in the classroom.

People with mental disorders often experience a greater stigma than the surrounding community, stigma will further worsen the condition of mental patients, for example, sufferers find it difficult to interact socially with society and even cause suicide. The purpose of this study was to determine the stigma of the community towards people with mental disorders in the West Limboto Health Center Work Area. The research design used qualitative with a phenomenological study approach, the research participants were people in the West Limboto Puskesmas Working Area with 6 people who met the sample criteria and 1 health worker as the person in charge of the psychiatric section at the Puskesmas. The findings obtained there is a stigma of society in the form of stereotypes of the causes of mental disorders (stress, disappointment and desires that are not achieved) and people with mental disorders are considered dangerous, a form of stigma labeling, namely people with mental disorders are nicknamed lunatics to distinguish them from people around them and as someone who is dangerous, while the stigma form of discrimination, namely people with mental disorders are avoided, run, expelled and allow shackling actions. It can be concluded that community stigma in the form of streotypes, labels and discrimination still shows a bad stigma against people with mental disorders.  

The technology-based rapid changes that are often referred to as the Industrial Revolution 4.0 have had a major impact on various aspects of people's lives both from Indonesia and the international scene, one of which is the lifestyle of people's consumption. The ease of access to information and the increasing popularity of e-commerce make it easy for people to be tempted to buy things they don't really need. Moreover, it is marked by the presence of social media and digital advertising which reinforces people's lifestyles to become increasingly consumptive with the desired standard of living and forces consumers to buy products that meet these standards. Therefore, it is important for people to understand and be aware of managing their needs within financial limits and use technology wisely to improve their quality of life, thereby avoiding or minimizing a consumptive lifestyle. Researchers will explore this major phenomenon using a descriptive-based qualitative approach. In addition, it is concerned with the theory of Herbert Mead, namely Symbolic Interactionism as a reference for the impact and characteristics that have arisen as a result of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

YPDPA was formed due to a desire to spread the good news in general in North Sumatra to students. YPDPA believes in salvation that salvation is not the result of our work or our efforts but because of God's gift. This study aims to determine the structure and function of YPDPA's leadership in Tarutung, to be precise at Perumnas. The method used by the author is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research revealed that the YPDPA leadership structure existed in each district/city and assigned one person as coordinator in the sector section. For the leadership function in the sector carry out tasks according to directions from the YPDPA head office.    

The fishing community in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District, is close to the consumerist lifestyle. Each of the existing elements creates its own reflection, from skipper fishermen, labor fishermen to factory employees. In short, this research was conducted to describe the lifestyle that is formed in fishing communities, especially in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District. This study uses a qualitative approach that explains the phenomenon descriptively using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results obtained in this study indicate that the fishing community in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District, has a consumptive lifestyle. This shows that the community buys products or luxury goods to maintain prestige in the surrounding environment. Moreover, they buy things based on their desires. The skipper fishing community, which is seen as being in the position of the upper social layer, will try to highlight the identity that is considered to have wealth and power. This study uses the theory of consumerism put forward by Jean Baudrillard which assumes collective individual identity based on commercial interests and not on utility. Just as society represents a need, consumerism makes individual/group behavior believe in the existence of a symbol of power in controlling a certain item.

The quality of health services is a level that shows the perfection of health services that can create a sense of satisfaction in each patient. So if there is dissatisfaction with the patient, it is something that needs to be considered. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of hospital administration services on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of lasinrang Hospital, pinrang Province. This study uses an analytical observational design based on cross-sectional, quantitative analysis. The population in this study was 10444 patients. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, with a sample of 100 samples. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire, and the data analysis used is simple linear regression.In this study, all indicators of service quality (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy) together have a positive influence on the service quality of hospital administration staff on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Province. There are two service quality indicator variables that have the most dominant influence on the quality of hospital administration staff service on patient satisfaction in the outpatientinstallation unit of Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Province, which include the Assurance indicator 48.6% and Tangible 24.3% and (R2) of (0.636) shows that 63.6% of patient satisfaction variables can be explained by the quality of service of hospital administrative staff, while the remaining 36.4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model. So it can be concluded that the better the quality of service, the more satisfied patients will be and will continue to return to get service from time to time because good service can provide satisfaction to patients according to their needs and desires.  

 Performance appraisal is a way of determining the work results of employees and work groups that are useful if used the right methods on target and produce the desired conclusions according to output targets and performance standards. This research method is qualitative, namely observing performance appraisals that are already in effect with a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative by comparing work standards and output targets. Qualitative is assessed from skills (competence, physical abilities, coordination and teamwork); character (discipline, ability to make decisions and speed of response); and accuracy (supervision, control and the presence of work solutions).  Assessment data from January to April 2019. The time limit was chosen because the performance appraisal had stopped starting in August 2019, and required a remedial analysis. The results of the study show that performance appraisal provides an efficiency of 14% and makes assessments more noticed by all production employees. Methods collaborate in generating a more complete and mature assessment, as well as other suggestions for improvement. And prove that performance appraisal is useful for efficiency and effectiveness, controlling and monitoring performance, and being able to motivate employees to work even better.

Large organisations have many different interests, so there is often a lack of understanding of tasks and missions. This study identified several issues, including the impact of current elder performance in GPP Sukadono Helvetia, the condition of elder support that does not meet performance standards, the influence of management on performance, and the impact of elder workload on performance became the main focus of this study. This research is descriptive-inferential, where there are functional relationships. If leadership (X) is systematically related to employee performance (Y), then future phenomena are likely to be predicted and the results may propose new or additional hypotheses that can be tested. This study wants to reveal that there is a significant contribution between leadership effectiveness (X) and employee performance (Y), to the empirical contribution of 27.3%. This shows that leadership plays an important role in overcoming all challenges in the organisation. Elder leadership plays an important role of 27.3% in the performance of GPP Sukadono Helvetia. Then, this study also found that the role of management in this area has not been optimal, resulting in ineffectiveness in achieving the desired performance, especially in promoting learning and improving congregational performance. This study suggests that the role of management in the future should be more aligned with the management and effectiveness of GPP Sukadono Helvetia. This will ensure that the work of GPP Sukadono Helvetia elders is not only focussed on programme activities but also that the programme contributes to the overall success of the organisation.

This research focuses on a business idea that is made into a project aimed at achieving the goals desired by the business. The project that is carried out is carefully planned until it forms the deliverables expected by the business. The research method used is descriptive method. The results of the analysis obtained consist of project integration, scope, time, and quality of the business being run. This article also uses the critical path method for scheduling the project to be carried out with the need for a good controlling system.

Motivation is an inner or psychological process that occurs in a person who is strongly influenced by several factors, namely internal factors and external factors. These internal factors are factors that are inherent in every human being such as nature, experience, level of education, desires and hopes for the future. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study type of research. Sources of data in this study were obtained from leaders, naibah, ustadzah and female students. by using interview and observation methods. From this method the researcher analyzed the data and information obtained from the informants, by reducing the data, presenting the data and finally concluding so as to produce information that is in accordance with the focus of the research. Discipline that is applied in the IDIA environment is divided into 3 parts, namely the sharia field (worship) such as congregational prayers, tahajjud prayers, tadarus muajjah and other worship activities. In the field of language, such as female students, they must use the official language (English and Arabic) as everyday language, and in the field of qonun (regulations on clothes that may be used both inside and outside the dormitory, and time for studying. Factors supporting a growing awareness in female students, character or personality that is formed in female students, motivation that can raise the spirit of female students, and tazwidul mufrodat agenda, inhibiting factors that are inherited from home or bad behavior, lack of knowledge of nahwu and sorof, and wrong and socializing or wrong in choosing Friend.  

This journal discusses the Government's Communication Strategy through the Family Planning Program. This study aims to provide knowledge about communication strategies for family planning programs to the community. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources in this study were obtained from references such as journals, books, and other written sources. The results of the family planning program is an activity held by the BKKBN which is a communication medium to become a medium for disseminating the family planning program. This family planning program needs to be well communicated and socialized, so that the younger generation of Indonesia in particular really gain knowledge and have attitudes in accordance with what is desired by the BKKBN. Therefore, a good communication strategy is needed so that the message to be conveyed to the younger generation can be received and realized properly. conclusions regarding the communication strategy of the BKKBN in the Family Planning program to the community to form community awareness itself through a communication strategy.
