Many fathers are concerned about the low level of breastfeeding, but fathers do not show any action to provide proper support to their wives. The problem of exclusive breastfeeding also occurs in the Peusangan Siblah Krueng Health Center Work Area with babies aged 0-6 months who do not receive exclusive breastfeeding. This cannot be allowed to continue because exclusive breastfeeding is the main source of nutrition for growth and development. Activity Objectives: Creating GERAY DASIF: Fathers' Movement to Support Exclusive Breastfeeding in the Dewantara Health Center Work Area and increasing the active involvement of fathers in improving maternal and infant health. Community Service Methods: Identification of exclusive breastfeeding, identification of supporting factors for breastfeeding mothers in North Aceh, consultation and formation of fathers' groups, group management, monitoring and evaluation, activity reports, scientific publications, socialization. The result of the service is the formation of a group of fathers supporting exclusive breastfeeding so that fathers are aware of their role which is not only to earn a living but also "but fathers/husbands also play a big role in providing support for the family, especially for partners (wives), one of which is supporting or helping mothers (wives) in terms of providing breast milk so that mothers feel able to breastfeed their babies and get attention from their husbands.

This community service is entitled "Utilization of Marketing Strategies Through Social Media to Increase Product Sales". Based on this community service program, it is implemented to increase students' interest in entrepreneurship, develop skills in building a business and utilize digital marketing through social media. This activity is shown to 100 students of MAN Sampang. There are several stages in the implementationof this service, including preparation, implementation, mentoring and training, evaluation and reporting. At the preparation stage, a meeting was held with the school regarding the identification of problems and objectives of the activity, as well as the time of implementation. At the implementation stage, an entrepreneurship seminar was held with the theme Utilization of Marketing Strategies Through SocialMedia to Increase Product Sales. The use of social media in product sales is an interesting topic of discussion among students and academics along with the emergence of start-up businesses and startup businesses. This community service provides benefits for both partners or service participants and for the servants, including: (1) increased knowledge related to generation Z, namely students, increasing sales through social media; (2) after participating in the training, participants expressed a high level of satisfaction with the implementation (3) the servants received several suggestions for further service themes from the audience participants.

Based on the preliminary study, it can be seen that the Japanese Language MGMP in Central Java is facing problems regarding the teaching of Japanese pronunciation. Many students pronounce Japanese incorrectly causing communication to not go smoothly. For example, when pronouncing the word ojiisan (おじいさん) which means “grandfather”, but pronounced with a short sound ojisan （おじさん）which means “uncle”. In addition, when pronouncing the word “ame” （雨）which means “rain” which should be pronounced with a high accent at the beginning, it is pronounced with “ame” （飴）with a high accent at the end, so the meaning changes to “candy”. Teachers have difficulty teaching it. To overcome the partner's problems, a workshop was held with the aim of providing knowledge about using the OJAD website and Tsutaeru Hatsuon. Through this workshop, high school Japanese teachers in Central Java can improve their ability to master and apply Japanese pronunciation, especially on Japanese accent, intonation and rhythm, then teach it to students.

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought a significant impact on the world of education, including in Indonesia. In response, the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture issued Guidelines for the Implementation of Learning for the Second Semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Year during the Covid-19 Pandemic on November 20, 2020. SMK Kesehatan Binatama, an accredited "A" educational institution in Sinduadi Village focusing on health sciences, has also felt the impact of this pandemic. A SWOT analysis conducted at SMK Kesehatan Binatama revealed issues related to the school's readiness to meet the health protocol standards set by the government for face-to-face learning. As a solution, the school organized assistance and socialization of health protocols. The socialization and counseling aimed to increase knowledge and awareness about Covid-19, as well as efforts to prevent and reduce the risk of its transmission. The assistance focused on maintaining the consistency of health protocol implementation within the school environment. The steps for implementing community service begin with initial observation, identification of partner problems, application for community service permits, followed by implementation of training activities consisting of health protocol counseling and SOP preparation, and ending with mentoring activities consisting of mentoring risk mapping, compliance with risk implementation and preparation of SOPs. The result of this community service activity is to make Binatama Health Vocational School a role model and pilot project for implementing face-to-face learning in Sinduadi Village. This community service activity has targets and outcomes divided into two aspects: services and products. The service aspect includes improving the school's knowledge and readiness in dealing with Covid-19 and conducting face-to-face learning. The product aspect includes the creation of SOP documents and scientific articles

This research examines the implementation of musyarakah contracts in the Islamic banking system in Indonesia. The main focus of the study is to analyze the implementation mechanisms, challenges faced, and development strategies of musyarakah contracts. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method, this research combines primary data from in-depth interviews with Islamic banking practitioners and secondary data from literature studies. The results show that although musyarakah contracts have great potential in realizing economic justice, their implementation still faces several obstacles, including operational complexity, risk management, and limited public understanding. This study finds that most musyarakah practices are in compliance with sharia principles, but still require improvements in aspects of risk sharing and loss management. The proposed development strategies include enhancing education, strengthening regulations, product innovation, and technology utilization. In conclusion, optimizing musyarakah contracts requires collaborative efforts from various stakeholders to overcome challenges and harness its potential in promoting fair partnership-based economic growth.

Seeing a frightening image or hearing a voice as a result of hallucinations often causes a person to be disturbed, which has an impact on the individual's ability in the work environment, relationships with partners, and fulfilling daily life needs. One intervention used for people with audio-visual hallucinations is music therapy. Music therapy is carried out by the nurse on duty in the room for ± 20 minutes with music requested by the client (which tends to be music that is liked). At the beginning and end of the study, an assessment of audio-visual hallucinations was carried out with the Washington Early Recognition Center Affectivity and Psychosis (WERCAP) Screen. Significant change from audio-visual hallucinations with initial WERCAP score 78 to 28 (score > 30: high risk of psychotic disorders). It is proven that Electronic Dance Music (EDM) and selawat will tend to get clients' attention. In effect, hallucinations: audio-visual, anxiety, non-aggressive behaviour, eating habits and indiscriminate defecation will eventually decrease over time. Further research is needed regarding the categories of music that people like, remembering that each person has their music preferences. This can strengthen the findings in this case report study or provide new contradictory evidence.

Knowledge and understanding about how to use and apply social media in promotional or business activities for tourism actors or the public is very important. Some of the main problems faced by service partners are related to the use and optimization of social media. If the community or tourism actors already have an understanding of these things, their business can grow more rapidly. The aim of implementing this community service is to provide strengthening and understanding of management concepts such as marketing, use of digital media, to develop business for the community or tourism actors in promoting tourist attractions in Tlogokotes Village as service partners. The activity mechanism uses lecture and discussion methods as well as practice or simulation. Each session ends with a question and answer session to find out how far the participants' level of understanding is in responding to the material that has been presented. This community service activity was carried out in three sessions by each team member, and it was carried out well. As a result, service partners can have better knowledge and understanding of management concepts, because the response and enthusiasm of service partners to understand the material presented is quite high. As a recommendation, community service with this theme can be carried out with other service partners such as home industry groups, street vendor groups, traditional market trader groups and so on, so as to expand understanding of management concepts such as Sharia marketing, product packaging and financial management. business better.

This activity is to improve the skills of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in product photo documentation, as well as their skills in editing product photos for online marketing purposes. MSMEs are expected to be able to publish product photos that are well documented and have high publication value. Product photos can visually represent the unique attributes of an entity, such as its shape, philosophy and color, to characterize the entity. This entity can be an institution, company, product, or something similar. Typically, a photo has an underlying ideology that is used to depict a product. Usually, a photo has a different idea and concept that differentiates it from other brands. The product photo optimization training activity received several requests from participants aimed at increasing MSME business marketing efforts through social media. Therefore, partners must develop program activity strategies that can meet the specific needs of MSME players, especially those who have not yet fully used social media to optimize their product photos

In the era of globalization, the empowerment of local potential has become increasingly important, especially at the village level. The village of Semar in Pagerwojo District, Tulungagung Regency, is a major dairy-producing area, with 60% of its population engaged in dairy farming. However, the Sri Wigati Dairy Cooperative (KUD), which has traditionally been the primary buyer of milk, is facing management issues, forcing farmers to sell their milk to private collectors with limited capacity. As a result, a significant portion of the milk goes unsold, posing a potential economic loss. To address this, a previous community service initiative taught farmers how to process milk into milk crackers, although these products have remained limited to local consumption despite their added value. Therefore, the focus must shift to the regional or national market. This community service program aims to: 1) enhance the competitiveness of local products, 2) empower the community, 3) optimize the value chain, 4) increase income, 5) develop a sustainable business model, 6) foster partnerships, and 7) improve community knowledge and skills. The outcomes of this initiative align with the established goals, marking a positive first step towards improving the welfare and economy of the Semar Village community.

This study aims to examine the strengthening of teacher competencies among student teachers participating in the Field Experience Practice (PPL) at SMKN 1 Sangatta Utara, which is a partner school of STAI Sangatta. The background of this research is based on the importance of teacher competencies in the era of Education 4.0 and the strategic role of the PPL program in equipping prospective teachers with adequate pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. The research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the study indicate that the PPL program at SMKN 1 Sangatta Utara is effective in developing the four key competencies of prospective teachers: pedagogical, professional, social, and personal. This competency strengthening includes the ability of students to design student-centered learning, develop communication skills, and integrate technology into teaching. This research is expected to contribute to the improvement and development of the PPL program in the future and serve as a reference for other higher education institutions in preparing competent and adaptive prospective teachers in the digital era.

The primary issues in this thesis are the causes of siri polygamy, the effects it has on siri polygamous families, and how Tanah Datar Regency has dealt with siri polygamy. The purpose of this study is to investigate and elucidate the causes of siri polygamy in Tanah Datar Regency, as well as the effects and solutions related to this phenomenon. The study's findings indicate that: 1) There are frequent arguments between husband and wife, the husband feels capable, and it is customary to follow ancient customs. The second wife-to-be has not processed the previous husband's death certificate. The husband is worried and does not get permission from the first wife. 2) Siri polygamy has negative effects on children, spouses are unjust and insufficient in allocating their income, spouses are uncaring and hardly return home, wives feel betrayed, and marriages are not legally binding in Tanah Datar Regency. 3) Tanah Datar Regency's resolution of siri polygamy, Out of the five data sets, two had amicably (non-litigation) resolved their issues, with both families and the mother present. None of the data sets were settled in court. Regarding unregistered polygamous weddings, the local Nagari administration has not issued any particular regulations. 4) Unregistered polygamous marriages are regarded under Islamic family law as having no legal significance, with the children being entrusted to the mother and the woman having no rights to assert in the event of a divorce or inheritance. Islamic law permits polygamy as long as certain requirements are met, such as the need that it be done properly and with no more than four partners. In addition, the law and KHI stipulate that the woman cannot have children, has an irreversible illness, or is disabled. The husband also needs the consent of the first wife. There is also an assurance that the husband would be able to fairly provide for his wife and kids.      

This research aims to determine the implementation of campaign finance audit procedures and evaluate their conformity with applicable quality standards.  The case study was conducted at the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) Luthfi Muhammad & Partners. The data source was obtained from interviews with partners, the head of the audit implementation team, and members of the campaign fund auditors of KAP Luthfi Muhammad & Partners.  The research results showed that KAP Luthfi Muhammad & Partners did not make direct visits to the clients concerned when collecting the required reports and supporting evidence because it was done via the SIKADEKA website. At the stage of auditing campaign funds, KAP Luthfi Muhammad & Partners has referred to KPU regulations and applicable audit standards. Namely PKPU No. 18 in 2023.

This service aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Tempe small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs in effectively managing their businesses and enhancing competitiveness. This service activity is carried out through a series of workshops, motivational training, and group mentoring. The community partners involved in this project were the Tempe SMEs located in the Pejuang neighborhood, Bekasi. The results of this service showed a significant improvement in the knowledge and skills of the Tempe SME entrepreneurs after participating in the training and mentoring sessions. They successfully enhanced their business performance, expanded market access through digital marketing, and formed a group or association of Tempe SMEs to share knowledge and support each other in addressing business challenges. This initiative positively contributed to the welfare and local economic growth by strengthening the Tempe sector as a key pillar of the economy in the Pejuang neighborhood

One of the factors that influences the success of a hospital is good service quality. Quality health services are health services that can satisfy every user of health services. Another problem faced by partners is negative views of nurses, such as being rude, unfriendly, or unprofessional, which still often appear in the community. When friendliness and attention are absent, a climate of discomfort and reluctance to interact is created, resulting in suboptimal service. Health service providers, in addition to having professional ethics, also need to have good "manners" or etiquette in providing services to service users in this case patients or their families. The importance of the manners possessed by health workers in supporting service quality at Kardinah Hospital, Tegal City because health workers are the spearhead of services provided by the hospital to customers. The success of a hospital in carrying out its functions is marked by the results of quality service quality, one of which is the service provided by health workers

One of the causes of stunting and wasting problems in toddlers is a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time. Stunting is caused by malnutrition in the womb and usually begins to appear when the child is two years old. One effort that can be made is to increase knowledge about nutrition and good eating patterns. Adequate nutritional intake does not have to be expensive, and fulfilling adequate food intake is very important for women before marriage. This is because women will be mothers who educate and raise children. Mothers have an important role in choosing food for the family, so knowledge about nutrition is very important. The aim is for the community or target partners to know in advance about the problems that exist in the target location and to introduce solutions to the partner's problems. In this activity, there is education or counseling for mothers of toddlers and cadres about stunting and how to control it. The method used is a demonstration of making local food products as an alternative snack for toddlers. The activity was attended by 34 mothers of toddlers in the Wanaraja Community Health Center area.  The stages carried out from start to finish are an assessment of the local food potential of the local area, a cooking demonstration for making PMT and an evaluation of implementation. The results of the activity showed that 34 mothers of toddlers who took part in the training implemented the creation of local food PMT menus in their respective places. Community health centers need to create a continuous training schedule so that cadre mothers are more motivated to make PMT menus from local food.

The increasing environmental damage that occurs is a form of human indiscipline in managing natural resources. Therefore, efforts that banks can make to implement environmentally friendly practices in their operational activities are green banking by considering the 5P aspects, namely People, Planet, Partnership, Peace and Prosperity. Even though banks do not contribute directly to environmental pollution, sectors that carry out business activities cannot possibly operate if they do not have capital to finance their operations and one of the financial institutions that provides capital in the form of financing is banks. So, indirectly banks play an important role in environmental sustainability. This research aims to investigate the impact of green banking on financial inclusion and the growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The data analysis method employed is the Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) method. The research approach is associative/quantitative, utilizing secondary data obtained and processed from annual reports and sustainability reports available on the official websites of the respective companies. Additionally, references from scientific journals and previous studies on selected Islamic banks are used. The sample includes PT. Bank Central Asia Sharia Tbk, PT. Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Tbk, PT. Bank Mega Syariah Tbk, PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk, PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk, and PT. Bank National Retirement Savings Account Sharia Tbk, covering the period from 2019 to 2023.

Usually companies make financial reports when their company's accounting period enters the end. This accounting period is determined by each company. Some are done at the end of the year, some are done every few months. Through the Simple Financial Report Preparation Training, it is hoped that it will help MSME partners manage their business financial reports. And will increase Capability, namely improving the Recording of Financial Reports and Transactions manually to be fast and accurate. Hopefully, with this preparation training, you will gain insight, knowledge and understanding of the basics of proper financial management and including how to make a budget.

Based on the description in this thesis, the problems to be studied are: 1)How is the Legal Arrangement Related to the Settlement of Default Debtors with Fiduciary Guarantees at PT Mitra Gadai Kepri in Batam City. 2)How is the Implementation Related to the Settlement of Debtor Default with Fiduciary Guarantee at PT Mitra Gadai Kepri Partner in Batam City. 3)What Factors are the Obstacles / Constraints and Solutions Related to the Settlement of Default Debtors with Fiduciary Guarantees at PT Mitra Gadai Kepri in Batam City. The method in this research is Normative Legal research supported by empirical research. Therefore, the Legislation and Conceptual approach will be carried out. Used in data collection in this research with Interviews and Literature Studie. The results of the study concluded that consumers who default with fiduciary guarantees due to low understanding of financial literacy. As well as not knowing the existence of regulations governing the protection of consumers and the public in the Financial Services Sector in resolving defaults with fiduciary guarantees. Suggestions in this study are that the OJK and Financial Services Business Actors must increase Financial Literacy and Inclusion in the wider community and include the government in eradicating illegal financial services. Financial Services Business Actors must analyze the ability to pay prospective customers in order to minimize defaults, especially with fiduciary guarantees and must resolve defaults in accordance with applicable regulations. And an appeal to the public to be wiser and more selective in choosing financial service products and institutions that provide these services.    

The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used to increase sales of broom sticks from palm fronds based on the SWOT method. To find out what indicators were studied in the research on marketing strategies for broom sticks from palm fronds using the SWOT method. This research uses a quantitative method where in When data collection is carried out using the Quantitative method, a questionnaire will be distributed containing indicators related to the SWOT method. Meanwhile, in data processing, data analysis will be carried out using quantitative methods, namely in the form of calculating the weight of the values ​​obtained in the questionnaire distributed to the marketing department in the MSME Business Partners. From the results of data processing, it was found that the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) of strength and weakness factors had a score of 2.99 and the External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) above obtained a score of 2.79. From the matrix above, it is known that IFAS is in cell II and EFAS is in cell IV, which means that the strategy will refer to growth or development.

This community service project aims to enhance SME marketing through the collaboration of e-commerce and Instagram. Through specially designed training, SME participants were taught how to effectively utilize these platforms to market their products. The study employs both quantitative and qualitative approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of the training. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and direct observations. The results indicate a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills, as well as an improvement in sales after the training. These findings support the Diffusion of Innovations theory and integrated marketing communications, demonstrating that the collaboration of e-commerce and Instagram can enhance SME competitiveness. Recommendations include developing training materials, providing ongoing support, establishing partnerships with e-commerce and social media platforms, and conducting periodic evaluations.
