Protection and recognition of human rights is the responsibility of the state as a consequence of its status as a country of law. Every individual, including the poor who face legal problems, has the right to receive equal treatment before the law. Access to justice is a fundamental right of every citizen, but the poor often face various obstacles in obtaining legal aid. Legal aid for the poor is guaranteed by the constitution, but its implementation still faces various obstacles. The purpose of writing this journal is to enrich the literature related to the implementation and optimization of legal aid for the poor based on Law Number 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid. This study uses a literature study approach by reviewing primary and secondary legal materials and analyzing them through various theories, doctrines, and legal principles. The results of this study are expected to contribute to increasing access to justice for the poor in Indonesia.

Turunan parsial is one of the fundamental concepts in multivariate calculus that has many applications, such as optimization, data analysis, and mathematical modeling. Understanding theory is often difficult, especially when there is no visual aid. This article discusses the use of MATLAB as a powerful tool for parsial analysis and visualization. Through the use of 3D charting and symbolic computing features, MATLAB facilitates multivariate function analysis. Research on the function f(x,y)=x^2+y^2+xy shows how parsial turunan is observed and visualized in an interactive manner. This article's goal is to encourage the use of MATLAB in long-term math education and research.

The recruitment and selection process of teachers in educational institutions plays a crucial role in determining the quality of education provided to students. In the context of an ever-evolving education system, the challenges of finding competent educators have become increasingly complex. Various studies indicate that effective recruitment can contribute to the enhancement of teaching and learning quality. Therefore, optimizing this process is essential to meet the demand for quality education. This research aims to explore and analyze optimal strategies in the recruitment and selection process of teachers based on a literature review of related books and journals. By understanding existing best practices, this study is expected to provide recommendations that can be implemented by educational institutions to improve the effectiveness of their recruitment and selection processes. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative approach with a literature analysis. Data were collected through a systematic review of books and journals discussing teacher recruitment and selection. The analysis process involved identifying key themes emerging from various sources, as well as comparing and contrasting findings from existing literature to gain a comprehensive understanding of effective practices. The findings of this study indicate that the optimization of the teacher recruitment and selection process can be achieved through several strategies, including the use of more objective assessment tools, the development of clear selection criteria, and community involvement in the recruitment process. Additionally, this research also highlights the importance of training for selection committees to enhance their ability to assess teacher candidates holistically. The recommendations generated from this study are expected to contribute positively to educational institutions in their efforts to improve the quality of educators.

The sharia capital market has become an important component in supporting sharia-based economic growth.  With the rapid development of digital technology, implementing innovative strategies is the key to expanding reach and increasing efficiency in developing and marketing sharia shares.  This research aims to identify and formulate effective strategies in developing and marketing sharia shares in digital technology-based capital markets.  The research method used is a literature study, which analyzes various literature and secondary data regarding current practices in the Islamic capital market and the adoption of digital technology in this sector. The research results show that the adoption of digital technology, such as online trading platforms and artificial intelligence (AI)-based data analysis, plays a significant role in increasing investor participation, transparency and operational efficiency of the Islamic capital market.  In addition, strategies that focus on investor education, innovation in investment products that comply with sharia principles, and collaboration between stakeholders are proven to support the optimization of sharia stock marketing.  The implementation of digital technology in sharia stock marketing can increase the attractiveness of sharia-based investments and expand the market.  This research is expected to provide strategic insight for regulators, market players and other stakeholders in optimizing the role of digital technology to strengthen the Islamic capital market in a sustainable manner

This study aims to explore the concepts, objectives, functions, and principles of financial management in educational institutions. With the increasing complexity of educational institutions, efficient and effective financial management has become a crucial factor in supporting the creation of quality education. To achieve this goal, the study uses a literature review method. Data sources were obtained from various academic journals, reference books, and publications related to financial management in educational institutions. The results of the study show that good financial management plays an important role in supporting the overall management of education. This is achieved through the optimization of available financial resources, management of facilities and infrastructure, and improvement of the welfare of educators. The implementation of effective financial management enables educational institutions to allocate funds more strategically, thus supporting various educational programs and activities. With good financial management, it is expected that the quality of education provided by educational institutions can continue to improve over time.

This research aims to explore and develop the local potential in Lelamase Village to improve the creative economy of the local community. Through a community empowerment approach, this research identifies various potential natural resources and local skills that can be used to create creative products of economic value. Empowerment activities include training, business assistance, and marketing facilitation to encourage the community to produce superior products in accordance with market demand. The results of the study show that through the optimization of local potential and collaboration between communities, there is an increase in income and business skills among the residents of Lelamase. With a sustainable strategy, this empowerment effort is expected to become a model for creative economy development that is able to strengthen economic independence and improve the standard of living of the community in Lelamase Village..

This study aims to optimize employee performance at PT. Surya Putra Sejahtera Jakarta by designing an integrated motivation and training program. In the context of increasingly fierce business competition, companies must ensure that employees have high motivation and adequate skills. This study employs a qualitative research method using Cresswell’s triangulation approach, combining in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis to obtain comprehensive data. Training needs analysis was conducted through surveys and interviews with employees and managers to identify areas requiring improvement. The research results show that a motivation program designed based on employee needs and aspirations, along with training tailored to specific tasks and responsibilities, significantly enhances productivity and job satisfaction. The implementation of this program not only improves technical skills but also fosters employee commitment and loyalty to the company. Performance evaluations were conducted before and after program implementation to measure its impact. The results indicate a significant improvement in various aspects of performance, including work quality, efficiency, and team collaboration. This study concludes that an integrated approach combining motivation and training is highly effective in creating a productive work environment. The recommendation for the management of PT. Surya Putra Sejahtera is to continuously adapt this program to meet evolving needs and future challenges.

This study aims to develop a web interface for a digital wedding invitation service provider (Fairytale) using the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. The research method follows the UCD approach, consisting of four main stages: (1) understanding the context of use, (2) identifying user needs, (3) designing solutions, and (4) design evaluation. Data collection involved 36 respondents through questionnaires, interviews, and usability testing. The findings highlight three key functional requirements: template customization (94.4%), guest list management (88.9%), and digital RSVP (86.1%). The implementation of UCD resulted in significant improvements in usability metrics: task success rate increased from 65% to 91.7%, error rate decreased from 35% to 8.3%, and user satisfaction rose from 3.2 to 4.3 (on a 1-5 scale). Mobile-first optimization became a central focus, given that 72.2% of users prefer accessing the platform through mobile devices. This research contributes to the development of the UCD model for digital platforms in Indonesia and provides practical guidelines for user-centered interface development. In the rapidly developing digital era, Sharia Financial Institutions (LKS) have a great opportunity to innovate and adapt to modern technology to support economic growth, especially for Generation Z. This research aims to identify optimization steps that can be taken by LKS in facing transformation digital, as well as exploring the role of sharia financial technology (fintech) in advancing the technology industry. Generation Z, as a highly tech-savvy group, has different needs and preferences than previous generations. Therefore, LKS is required to integrate digital-based financial services that are in accordance with sharia principles, so that they can be more attractive and serve this segment. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature studies and in-depth interviews with industry practitioners. The research results show that collaboration between LKS and sharia fintech, development of inclusive digital platforms, and increasing sharia financial literacy among Generation Z are key factors in advancing the sharia technology industry. This optimization will not only increase the competitiveness of LKS, but also support the sustainable development of the sharia digital economy.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Natural Resource Profit Sharing Funds (DBH SDA) and investment on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) through regional expenditure in Kutai Timur Regency. The research employs path analysis with a multiple linear regression model using time series data from 2013-2022. The results indicate that DBH SDA has a significant positive effect on regional expenditure but a significant negative effect on GRDP. Conversely, investment has an insignificant negative effect on regional expenditure but a significant positive effect on GRDP. Furthermore, regional expenditure significantly and positively influences GRDP. Additional analysis reveals that the impact of DBH SDA on GRDP is more substantial through regional expenditure, while the direct effect of investment on GRDP is more pronounced. This study highlights the importance of efficient DBH SDA management and the optimization of investments to support regional economic growth.

Reduced appetite, diarrhea, cough, and joint pain are common health issues. Traditional medicinal plants such as Temu Ireng, Curcuma, Sand Ginger, and Ginger have been used to treat these conditions. This study aims to optimize the formulation of lozenges containing these plants using a combination of mannitol and sucrose as excipients through the SLD (Simple Lattice Design) method. Five formulations with varying ratios of mannitol and sucrose (FI = 75:25, FII = 25:75, FIII = 100:0, FIV = 0:100, FV = 50:50) were prepared using wet granulation. Granule physical properties were evaluated, and the optimum formulation was identified using statistical analysis including normality tests and one-sample t-tests. The results indicated that FI (mannitol 75%, sucrose 25%) provided the most desirable characteristics, with excellent granule flow, compressibility, and uniformity in lozenge quality. This research contributes to the development of herbal lozenges with optimized excipient combinations, enhancing the efficacy and quality of traditional medicine products.

This study aims to determine the development of MSME financial performance as seen from the optimization of village fund management and financial literacy of MSME actors in Kubu Additional Village. The population is all MSME actors who have received assistance in the form of funds from the village and the number of samples in this study is 41 MSME actors. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Modeling-SEM based on SEM variance, which is famously called Partial Least Square (PLS) visual version 3.0. The results of this study suggest that financial management does not have a significant effect on financial performance in MSMEs. Financial literacy does not moderate the influence of financial management on financial performance in this study.

This study examines how women entrepreneurs in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative economy sector leverage digital technology to strengthen their roles in the urban tourism ecosystem. Using a qualitative approach supported by secondary data and non-intervention observations over six months in South Jakarta, the study analyzes the dynamics of digital adoption, the cultural value of creative products, and structural barriers affecting women's entrepreneurial experiences. The findings reveal that digital utilization is most prominent on easily accessible platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp, while the use of more complex tools, such as marketplaces, websites, and analytics, remains limited. Women’s creative products, in subsectors like culinary, crafts, fashion, and others, prove to enrich the tourism experience and reinforce the city's destination identity. However, low digital literacy, minimal mentoring, and weak integration into the formal tourism supply chain hinder the optimization of these potentials. Additionally, the digital adoption patterns found support the Technology Acceptance Model's explanation that the perceived ease of use is a key factor in early technology adoption. This study fills an important gap in the literature by linking gender issues, digital transformation, the creative economy, and urban tourism within a unified framework. The research emphasizes the importance of strengthening digital capabilities and structured collaboration between women-led MSMEs and tourism stakeholders to enhance the sustainable competitiveness of destinations.

This research aims to analyze the role and participation of the community in the development of Upas Crater tourist destination in Tangkuban Perahu Mountain area, West Java. Methods This research uses qualitative with descriptive approach, data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with community leaders, local community leaders, local tourism businesses, and visitors, as well as documentation studies. The results showed that the surrounding community plays an active role in various aspects of tourism development, including: 1. Provision of facilities and Provision of tourist facilities and services, 2. Preservation of the environment and local culture, 3. Management of tourist area security, and 4. Promotion of tourism through various social media. However, there are still some obstacles such as limited human resource skills, lack of business capital, and lack of coordination between stakeholders. Effective learning is the primary goal in education, but traditional teaching methods are often considered less engaging for students. This article analyzes the implementation of interactive teaching methods at MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya to enhance student participation and motivation. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the interactive method successfully creates a more dynamic learning environment, with students being more active in group discussions and presentations. This method also improved students' understanding of the material and their social skills, such as communication and collaboration. Overall, the interactive teaching method proved effective in enhancing the quality of learning and can be applied to other educational institutions.

This community service program is part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative, aiming to create a clean and green environment at MTs Muslimat NU through drainage cleaning and flower planting activities. The program involved teachers and university students as the main participants, without the direct involvement of students. Its primary focus is to raise awareness about the importance of environmental cleanliness and greening efforts to preserve ecosystems. The drainage cleaning was carried out to prevent blockages that could lead to flooding, while flower planting aimed to beautify the school environment and educate participants about the benefits of greening. Through the active involvement of teachers and students, this program is expected to foster positive habits in maintaining cleanliness and environmental sustainability. Additionally, it promotes the value of mutual cooperation, which can be continued by the entire school community to create a healthy and comfortable environment. Supported by the MBKM program, similar initiatives are expected to expand their impact, engage more stakeholders, and contribute significantly to sustainable environmental conservation efforts.

This research examines the optimization of the administrative service system at the Regional Personnel Agency of Central Kalimantan Province using a descriptive qualitative approach. The focus of the research includes the implementation of the service system, identification of obstacles, and development of a resolution strategy. The results revealed that the administrative service system has been implemented through six main aspects that are integrated with each other, including guest services, management of incoming letters and dispositions, numbering of outgoing letters, reporting on letter administration, file distribution, and distribution of Decision Letters (SK). The main obstacle identified is the management of non-physical incoming mail that has not been well organized, but has been overcome through a systematic search strategy and intensive internal communication. Efforts to improve service quality are implemented comprehensively through the development of employee competencies, strengthening work integrity, periodic evaluations, and building a culture of excellent service, all of which contribute to improving the effectiveness of the overall administrative service system.

Tablets are solid preparations consisting of active drug substances and fillers. The purpose of adding a crushing agent is to reduce the pressure that occurs in making tablets, especially during the tablet release process which begins with breaking it. This study aims to investigate a number of components that influence the disintegration or breaking time of tablets, such as the choice of disintegrating agent, excipient composition, and environmental conditions such as pH and temperature. The research results show that choosing the right disintegrating agent, such as starch or starch, can accelerate tablet disintegration by increasing its ability to swell in liquid. Faster disintegration times can be achieved through the addition of appropriate disintegrating agents and optimization of tablet formulation, which ultimately supports increased drug therapeutic effectiveness. The methodology employed in this analysis is predicated on a survey of the literature on electronic data sources. Based on existing literature, starch or starch granules have the ability to swell up when exposed to water, amylose also has similar properties, namely that they both function as disintegrating agents. Concluded that amylum or starch derived from various plants is effectively utilized as a tablet disintegrating agent due to its superior to interact with water, but also because the evaluation results almost all meet the established standards.

Structured and efficient inventory management is very important for cooperatives, which have special operational and logistical needs. This study aims to develop a web-based inventory system and also develop it into a mobile application that is able to support real-time stock and asset management, using Javascript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and implemented on the XAMPP platform with phpMyAdmin support. This system is designed to record and monitor goods accurately, optimize the flow of goods in and out, and provide automatic inventory reports. The waterfall approach is applied in the development of this system, starting from needs analysis, design, implementation, to testing. The results of the study show that this system has succeeded in increasing the accuracy of recording goods, accelerating the decision-making process through data-based reports, and reducing manual errors that often occur in inventory management. This system not only supports operational transparency, but also helps a cooperative in achieving logistical efficiency and resource optimization.

The implementation of the Independent Curriculum in the field is not free from various challenges, especially for teachers who are faced with the demands of being able to develop innovative, adaptive teaching modules that are in accordance with the characteristics of students. SDN No. 10 Galung in Majene City is one of the elementary schools that also implements the Independent Curriculum. In this school, it was found that teachers' understanding and skills in developing teaching modules are still limited, so optimal training and mentoring are needed to support the successful implementation of the curriculum. This community service activity aims to optimize teachers' understanding and skills in developing the Independent Curriculum teaching modules. The methods used include training and mentoring. The results of this activity show a significant increase in teachers' ability to design and implement contextual and innovative teaching modules. This activity provides benefits for teachers in building more meaningful learning, student-centered, and in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum.
