This study investigates the impact of public policy on social welfare, specifically through the lens of social assistance programs in the digital era. As technology continues to evolve, the implementation of social assistance programs has transformed, leading to new opportunities for enhancing service delivery and accessibility. This research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data analysis with qualitative case studies to assess the effectiveness of these programs in improving social welfare outcomes. The findings reveal that while digital tools can enhance the reach and efficiency of social assistance initiatives, challenges such as digital divide and data privacy concerns must be addressed to ensure equitable access for all beneficiaries. Ultimately, this study underscores the importance of integrating technology into public policy frameworks to foster sustainable social welfare improvements in an increasingly digital world.

Foreign language learning anxiety is a prevalent emotional phenomenon among English major students that significantly impacts their learning effectiveness and motivation. This study comprehensively examines the definition, classification, causes, and complex effects of foreign language learning anxiety from a theoretical perspective. Through analyzing the interplay of personal factors (such as self-esteem, learning styles, learning motivation) and environmental factors (such as teaching methods, classroom atmosphere, test pressure, cultural differences), it reveals the multidimensional nature of foreign language learning anxiety. The research indicates that this anxiety not only reduces learners' motivation and efficiency but also interferes with their cognitive processes, affects the development of speaking and listening skills, and even negatively impacts their physical and mental health. To address this issue, based on the Affective Filter Hypothesis, Humanistic Psychology, Constructivist Learning Theory, and Social Interaction Theory, this study proposes educational intervention strategies, including optimizing curriculum design, improving teaching evaluation systems, establishing psychological counseling mechanisms, and strengthening the emotional support function of teachers. These strategies aim to create a positive, interactive learning environment to help students overcome anxiety and enhance learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the influence of factors from Integrated Quality Management and Business Process Quality Engineering to achieve Intention Customer PO. Respondents from this study were 61 respondents and this study used a quantitative approach. Integrated Quality Management or Total Quality Management (TQM) and Business Process Quality Engineering or Business Process Reengineering (BPR) are two strategic approaches and can be used synergistically to achieve Customer Purchase Order (PO) fulfillment with high efficiency and effectiveness. This research examines the influence of implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) and business process quality engineering on customer intention to repurchase (intention customer PO) for sweetened condensed milk products at PT. Indofood. The research results show that the implementation of TQM and business process quality engineering together can increase intention customer PO. Increased customer satisfaction is a crucial factor in achieving intention customer PO. This research contributes to PT. Indofood by providing an understanding of the importance of implementing TQM and business process quality engineering in achieving intention customer PO, providing empirical data to develop more effective marketing strategies, and providing recommendations to improve product and service quality, as well as customer satisfaction

Technological developments can increase the effectiveness of curriculum supervision, however the challenges of unequal access and lack of training must still be overcome to achieve optimal learning goals. The aim of this research is that researchers state Curriculum Supervision in the Digital Era in Facing Challenges and Opportunities that digital-based supervision can increase efficiency, make monitoring easier, and provide faster feedback to educators and students. This research design uses a qualitative type with a case study approach to understand in depth the implementation of curriculum supervision in the digital era at SMA Darussalam Blokagung. Sources of informants in this research include: Principals, teachers and students of Darussalam High School. The data collection technique in this research is observation. Interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this research uses the Miles Huberman model with 3 stages including data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research: Curriculum Supervision in the Digital Era in Facing Challenges and Opportunities produced findings including: varied learning styles, Teacher training and innovative curriculum.

The tourism sector in Indonesia is growing rapidly thanks to the abundant natural, social, cultural and regional potential. One educational tourist attraction that is currently developing is Arjuna Farm in Tasikmalaya City, which offers the concept of integrating the agricultural and fisheries sectors with the application of IoT (Internet of Things) technology. This research aims to analyze the application of IoT technology to support hydroponic production management at Arjuna Farm, especially in increasing the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of agricultural products. The research used a case study approach with a qualitative descriptive method, involving direct observation, in-depth interviews with the main managers (Mr. Andi and Mrs. Selvi), as well as analysis of secondary data from various literary sources. The research location was chosen by purposive sampling, located at Jalan Situ Cibereum, Tamanjaya, Tamansari, Tasikmalaya City, during November 2024. The research results show that POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling) based management is implemented well, supported by IoT systems such as automatic watering, drip irrigation. This technology enables efficient and real-time production management, thereby maintaining the quality and sustainability of harvests, as well as increasing the attractiveness of Arjuna Farm as an educational tourist attraction based on modern technology.

This research aims to design an Aircraft Jacking control system for the Boeing 737-800 to automatically balance the aircraft's inclination using an MPU6050 sensor and servo actuators. The system can detect pitch and roll angles with an accuracy of ±0.5° and an average response time of 150 ms. Based on tests using five datasets, the balancing time ranges from 400 to 600 ms, depending on the initial imbalance. In Dataset 5, with a pitch of 3.5° and a roll of -2.3°, the system required 600 ms to achieve balance, demonstrating its ability to handle critical conditions. The servo actuators successfully adjusted the jacking height within a range of 2 cm with a precision of ±0.02 cm, while the OLED-based monitoring system allowed operators to observe the inclination angles in real-time. Furthermore, ESP-NOW-based communication achieved a data transmission success rate of 98%, supporting efficient centralized control. This research demonstrates the system's effectiveness in balancing the aircraft quickly and accurately, providing a foundation for further development under extreme conditions and energy efficiency improvements.

This study aims to find out how to use research results in Sikka Regency Regional Development Planning. The problems faced are limited human resources, minimal budget for research and development activities, low coordination between research institutions and the government, and the results of recommendations from research that are not optimal. The research method used is a qualitative method.  Data collected through interviews and analyzed qualitatively. The results of this research show that analysis of the use of research results is important to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of development programs, reduce uncertainty, and minimize the risk of failure in Sikka Regency Regional Development Planning.  

Managing incoming and outgoing letter archives is an important aspect in supporting administrative performance at the Regional Secretary's People's Welfare Bureau. This research aims to design a web-based administration system that can increase effectiveness and efficiency in managing mail archives. The methods used in this research include requirements analysis, system design, and prototype testing. The results of the analysis show that the mail management process is currently still carried out manually, which results in difficulties in searching and archiving data. By designing a web-based system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for users to input, search and manage mail archives in real-time. The resulting system prototype is equipped with features such as mail data management, reports and notifications, which are designed to increase data accessibility and security. Test results show that this system can function well and meet user needs. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution to the Regional Secretary's People's Welfare Bureau in improving administrative performance through better archive management.

In the digital era of the 21st century, technology continues to develop rapidly, influencing various aspects of life, including business operations. This journal explores the concept of Technology 21 and its application in the development of integrated information systems for modern business. This research aims to understand how technological innovations, such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), and big data, can be integrated in information systems to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. Through analysis of various case studies, this journal shows that integrated information systems utilizing Technology 21 not only facilitate better decision making, but also improve collaboration between departments and provide competitive advantages. By presenting the main components of an integrated information system, such as hardware, software, data, procedures, and user roles, this journal provides a comprehensive overview of the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses in adopting the latest technology. It is hoped that the findings of this research can become a reference for practitioners and researchers in understanding the importance of technology integration in information management in the modern era.  

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting regional financial management at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Manggarai Regency during the 2019-2023 period. The research method used is a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that regional financial management is influenced by economic, effectiveness, and efficiency factors. This research is expected to provide recommendations to improve the financial management performance in the relevant agency.

Hawalah is a debt transfer method that originates from Islamic traditions and is increasingly relevant in the modern business context, especially in international transactions. The background of this research focuses on the importance of understanding and executing effective hawalah to overcome the challenges faced by business actors, such as multiplying exchange rates and payment risks. The aim of this research is to explore the implementation of hawalah in business and identify the factors that influence its effectiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews with business people and document analysis from related literature. The research results show that a deep understanding of the hawalah mechanism is very necessary, and information technology support has been proven to increase transaction efficiency and transparency. However, challenges related to data security and the lack of clear regulations are still obstacles. The discussion underscored the importance of education, collaboration with trusted financial institutions, and building trust between the parties involved in the transaction. Overall, hawalah has great potential to support economic growth, especially for small and medium businesses, with the right strategy and in-depth understanding. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of knowledge and business practices in the field of sharia economics.

Digital transformation in educational services is an important need to improve efficiency and user satisfaction, especially in Islamic boarding schools. One of these innovations is the SISANTRI application used at the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School, Banyuwangi, to facilitate the management of information and transactions for guardians of students. However, the effectiveness of this application still faces challenges, such as stagnation in feature development and negative reviews from users.This study aims to analyze the influence of E-Servqual, E-WOM, and E-Trust on E-Customer Satisfaction. Then, analyze the influence of E-Servqual, E-WOM, E-Trust, and E-Customer Satisfaction on customer loyalty. And analyze the role of E-Customer Satisfaction as a mediator of the influence of E-Servqual, E-WOM, and E-Trust on customer loyalty.The research method used is exploratory research and a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 364 guardians of students selected using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research instrument uses a Likert scale to measure research variables. Then, the collected data is analyzed through several stages, namely determining the value of the variables, testing the research instrument (validity and reliability tests), path analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method, hypothesis testing, and path calculations.The results of the study showed that E-Servqual, E-WOM, and E-Trust significantly influenced E-Customer Satisfaction. In addition, E-Servqual, E-WOM, E-Trust, and E-Customer Satisfaction significantly influenced customer loyalty. Then, customer satisfaction was not able to be a mediating variable between E-Servqual, E-WOM, E-Trust, and customer loyalty, but still contributed to loyalty directly.It can be concluded that improving E-Servqual, E-WOM, and E-Trust is very important to strengthen E-Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty, although E-Customer Satisfaction does not mediate the relationship. Further development should be focused on improving these three main factors that affect customer loyalty.

The implementation of this community service involves one MSME, namely 'Mask and Furniture Wholesale Shop'. Located in Jayamukti Village, Central Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency or about 4.0 km from Pelita Bangsa University. MSMEs wholesale masks and furniture play a strategic role in meeting community needs, especially during the pandemic and changes in people's lifestyles that lead to online shopping. This service aims to examine the effect of training and e-commerce utilization in improving the competitiveness and operational efficiency of wholesale stores in this sector. Through training that focuses on the use of e-commerce platforms and internet-based marketing strategies, it is hoped that this training can evaluate the impact of digital transformation on the business growth of mask and furniture wholesale stores. The method used is a qualitative method, namely through a case study approach and in-depth interviews with MSME players, with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness of training that focuses on the use of ecommerce platforms and online marketing strategies. The results of the service showed that ecommerce training improved the ability of MSMEs to access a wider market, optimize business management, and increase sales. In addition, MSME players also face challenges such as technology adaptation and logistics management. This study provides recommendations on the importance of continuous training, technological infrastructure support, and collaboration between the government and e-commerce platforms to maximize the potential of wholesale MSMEs in the digital era..  .

Educational supervision in elementary schools is an activity to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools. Educational supervision must also adapt to existing technological developments. For its implementation, supervision is carried out through various processes in the aspect of problem solving that aims to increase teacher effectiveness and efficiency. In addition, it also functions to improve the quality of learning in Indonesia which until now has not met the standards and is far from what is expected. In the era of rapid technological advancement, the health sector has undergone significant transformation, especially with the implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems. One of the important innovations in this field is the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). The research method used in this study is a literature study or literature review, which is a research approach that utilizes existing sources of information, such as books, scientific articles, journals, research reports, and other sources relevant to the topic being studied. The results of this study indicate that One of the main strategies for optimization is to ensure comprehensive training for all hospital staff, from administrative personnel to health care providers. Effective use of SIMRS requires an understanding of its various functions. Implementation and optimization of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is one of the very important strategic steps in efforts to improve hospital performance. SIMRS integrates various operational, administrative, and clinical functions in one platform that allows hospitals to improve efficiency, quality of patient care, and the effectiveness of overall hospital management. However, its implementation also has challenges, such as high implementation costs, difficulty in integrating existing systems, and resistance from staff who are accustomed to manual systems.

The Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is the annual financial plan of regional governments in Indonesia which is approved by the Regional People's Representative Council. And also the main policy instrument for regional governments which is used as a tool to determine the amount of income and expenditure. In Sidoarjo Regency, the effectiveness of APBD management is an important factor in accelerating regional development, reducing poverty and improving the quality of life of the community. Therefore, appropriate and effective APBD distribution is very important in promoting sustainable community welfare. This research uses quantitative methods. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are based on the results of simultaneous tests for the variables of effectiveness of APBD allocation and efficiency of APBD allocation on community welfare in Sidoarjo Regency, obtained an F-count of 22.995 with a significance of 0.015. The significance level is smaller than 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. In this study, the hypothesis of the variable effectiveness of APBD allocation (X1) shows that the t-count value is -3.394 with a significance of 0.043 which is smaller than 0.05. Thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. In this research, the hypothesis test shows that the variable APBD Allocation Efficiency (X2) shows that the t-value is 4.714 with a significance of 0.018 which is smaller than 0.05. Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Innovation in the education sector has become increasingly important alongside the rapid advancement of digital technology, which has enabled the emergence of various platforms and applications designed to enhance teaching and learning quality. One area significantly impacted by this transformation is educational evaluation, where digital solutions offer more efficient, accurate, and data-driven assessment processes. This study aims to identify and analyze the role of the Evaloexam application in driving educational innovation while fostering the development of technological entrepreneurship among its users. The research employed a quantitative methodology using a survey approach involving educators and students at the senior high school (SMA) level who actively utilize the Evaloexam platform. A total of 100 respondents were selected through random sampling techniques, and data were collected over one month using structured online questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistical methods to measure user perceptions, system effectiveness, and innovation impact. The findings indicate that Evaloexam plays a significant role in facilitating educational evaluation processes by streamlining exam administration, automating grading, and providing analytical insights into student performance. These capabilities contribute to improved efficiency, reduced administrative workload, and more objective assessment practices. Furthermore, the application encourages the development of technological entrepreneurship by stimulating user interest in digital product innovation, educational technology development, and technology-based problem solving. The results are consistent with prior studies emphasizing the positive relationship between technology integration and improvements in educational effectiveness and operational efficiency. Practically, this research suggests that Evaloexam and similar digital evaluation platforms hold strong potential for broader implementation within educational systems to support innovation ecosystems and technology-driven learning environments. However, this study is limited by its relatively small sample size, focus on a single application, and short data collection timeframe. Future research is recommended to involve larger and more diverse populations, extended study durations, and comparative analyses across multiple evaluation platforms to obtain more comprehensive findings.

This research analyzes the role of the General Election Commission in realizing substantive democracy in the 2024 elections, focusing on the case of data manipulation in the Vote Recapitulation Information System. The use of Sirekap, which aims to increase efficiency and transparency, has faced challenges in the form of data anomalies and vote inflation that weaken public confidence in election results. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis through interviews and literature studies, to evaluate the effectiveness of the General Election Commission in dealing with these problems. The results of this study show that vote inflation is caused by technical errors, lack of offering training, and potential disruptions in systems security at Sirekap. The General Election Commission has conducted an evaluation through manual checks, increased training for those involved in the vote counting process, and improvements to the Sirekap system to prevent similar incidents in the future. This study recommends system improvements, strengthened security, and increased public participation to maintain the integrity of substantive democracy in Indonesia.

This research discusses the impact of Internet of Things (IoT) technology on smart mobility in the context of Smart City development. The research also highlights the importance of community involvement in IoT deployment to ensure the successful development of smart mobility. The background of this research focuses on the increasingly complex challenges of mobility in big cities. The research objective is to explore how IoT can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of urban transportation systems. The method used is a narrative review of relevant literature, which includes various case studies and IoT implementations in various cities. The results show that the application of IoT in transportation systems can reduce congestion, improve safety, and facilitate interaction between the government and the public. The conclusion of this study confirms that IoT technology is key to achieving sustainable smart mobility in Smart City development.

This community service aims to optimize bank management in Mengwi Village, Mengwi Regency in an effort to increase efficiency, effectiveness and positive impacts from the existence of waste banks in waste management, which steps will provide efforts for community empowerment and participation. The implementation method used in this service is training, mentoring and evaluation by delivering material directly to the Waste Bank manager in Mengwi Village which is also used as an object of service.The problem faced during the survey was how to raise awareness and involvement of the community to take an active role in the waste bank program. It is hoped that this training and mentoring activity will provide management with education and understanding to the community so that they can work together to maximize the contribution of the waste bank in an effort to manage waste from origin using the 3 R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), which ultimately aims to reduce the volume of waste entering the waste bank. landfill, increasing environmental awareness and impacting community welfare. The response from the Mengwi Village Waste Bank management to this activity was very good and positive, this can be seen from the management's willingness to participate in the activity from start to finish. From the evaluation activities carried out on waste bank managers, it can be said that managers understand the material regarding the importance of providing understanding to the community to participate in developing waste banks. Where in their involvement, the community not only gets a healthy environment, but from an economic perspective, the community also gets benefits by having savings on tires. The savings can later be exchanged for basic necessities such as rice, sugar and coffee.
