This study aims to analyze the principal’s efforts in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura. PAI learning plays a significant role in shaping students’ faith, morals, and personality in accordance with Islamic teachings derived from the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as the exemplary conduct of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In this context, the principal, as an educational leader, holds a strategic role in managing, guiding, and enhancing the performance of PAI teachers to ensure that the learning process is carried out effectively and contributes positively to students’ spiritual and character development.This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The subjects of the study include the principal, PAI teachers, and students of SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to obtain comprehensive and contextual information regarding the implementation of PAI learning. The data analysis process was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To ensure the validity and reliability of the findings, source and technique triangulation were applied.The results indicate that PAI learning at SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura is not only conducted in the classroom through the delivery of materials related to aqidah, morals, fiqh, and the Qur'an and Hadith, but is also strengthened through various religious programs integrated into the school culture. The principal’s efforts to improve learning quality include conducting regular academic supervision, involving teachers in professional development programs, providing work motivation, and consistently monitoring the learning process. Additionally, religious activities such as Qur'an memorization programs, daily Qur'an recitation before lessons, and routine dhikr and salawat activities support the internalization of Islamic values.Supporting factors include the principal’s active leadership and professional experience, while inhibiting factors consist of limited infrastructure, administrative burdens, and varying levels of teacher competence. Overall, these efforts have contributed positively to improving the quality of PAI learning and fostering students’ character development.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of lying leg curl exercises in increasing leg muscle strength among futsal players. Optimal leg muscle strength is crucial for futsal players to enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury. The research employed an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design, involving 20 futsal players divided into two groups: the intervention group, which participated in an 8-week lying leg curl exercise program, and the control group, which did not receive any intervention. Leg muscle strength was measured using a dynamometer before and after the training program. The results showed that the intervention group experienced a significant increase in leg muscle strength compared to the control group (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that lying leg curl exercises are effective in improving leg muscle strength among futsal players, contributing to better on-field performance. This study is expected to provide insights for coaches and athletes in designing more effective training programs to enhance muscle strength.

The results of initial observations in class X of SMK Elpida Informatika showed that students' process skills were less trained. Although in the learning process the teacher had tried to apply inquiry learning, in its implementation the students depended on each other in their groups. In addition, the average PAK test score for class X had not met the KKM. The application of the inquiry strategy approach in the learning process will be centered on students who emphasize the ability to search for themselves or find themselves. This study aims to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes by applying process skills and discussions between group members can make students active in their learning activities which results in maximum results achieved. This study is a classroom action research carried out in three cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were students of class X of SMK Elpida Informatika. Data collection was carried out by observation. Based on the analysis of the research data, the average cognitive results of students in cycle I were 51.07, cycle II 60.5 and increased to 85.71 in cycle III. The affective learning outcomes of students obtained in cycle I were 85%, cycle II 95% and cycle III increased to 100%. Psychomotor learning outcomes in the form of process skills increased with the average learning outcomes of students obtained in cycles I, II and III respectively being 61.34; 84.10; and 93.4.    

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a non-communicable disease that is one of the main causes of premature death worldwide. Generally, hypertension is found in people with old age, but in its development, hypertension also affects people of reproductive age, such as women of childbearing age. This study aimed to analyze the risk factors for hypertension in WUS in the working area of ​​the Naibonat Health Center. The type of research used is quantitative, with a case-control study approach. The case population in this study was 511 WUS, then 55 case samples were taken using a simple random sampling technique, and 55 control samples were taken from the respondent's closest neighbors. The data obtained were analyzed using the chi-square statistical test. The dependent variable in this study was hypertension, while the independent variables were age, family history, use of hormonal contraception, obesity, and stress. The results showed that three variables had a relationship with hypertension in women of childbearing age, namely age (p=0.000, OR=7.111), family history (p=0.002, OR=3.710), and physical activity (p=0.000, OR=4.495). in comparison, the use of hormonal contraception, obesity and stress did not have a relationship with the incidence of hypertension in women of childbearing age. The Puskesmas is expected to increase efforts to prevent hypertension by optimally improving services, especially in increasing public knowledge about hypertension so that people can maintain normal blood pressure and can avoid risk factors that can cause hypertension.

Traffic safety is influenced by several factors including Driver Discipline, Law Enforcement, Motorcycle and Road Conditions. Of the three, have an important role in improving traffic safety with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an effect of Driver Discipline, Law Enforcement, Motorcycle and Road Conditions on Traffic Safety on Jl. Holy-Pati Raya In this study, the research population is Traffic Safety on Jl. Raya Kudus-Pati with a sampling system with a total of 100 respondents (sample). The variables in this study consist of: the independent variable is Driver Discipline (X.1), Law Enforcement (X.2), and Motorcycle and Road Conditions (X.3) and the dependent variable is Traffic Safety (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V.16 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.758 + 1.963 X1 + 0.171 X2 + 0.287 X3+ µ . The results of the multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between Driver Discipline on Traffic Safety (t count 13.675> t table 1.98447), Law Enforcement on Traffic Safety (t count 1.292 > t table 1.98447), Motor and Road Conditions on Traffic Safety (t count 2.099 > t table 1.98447), individually, Rider Discipline, Law Enforcement, Motorcycle and Road Conditions affect Traffic Safety. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the coefficient value (R Square) obtained by 71% on Traffic Safety and 29% is influenced by variables that are not detected in this study.

This research is mainly aimed at improving the way of discharging coal at PLTU Rembang, which is one of the power plant business units of a subsidiary of PT PLN located in Sluke District, Rembang Regency, Central Java Province. It maps the dimensions of the discharging speed using conveyor and grape . Data collected through surveys to coal shipping companies are regressed in the Linear Regression model. The results show that two characteristics of discharging services with conveyors and grapes affect time and cost (1) The duration of coal discharging (2) The cost of coal discharging. using qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary by direct observation to the field and data collection then the data is processed using multiple linear regression, the targeted outputs are national journals, national seminars, monographs.

The implementation of community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of participants in processing rhizomes into a fresh and healthy drink, rhizome types are believed to have benefits and efficacy to help improve health. Improving the knowledge and skills of participants can be done by providing training through demonstrations and mentoring by giving participants the opportunity to try making fresh and healthy drinks made from rhizomes. The implementation of this community service activity was attended by PKK members in Sidorejo Village, Jabung District, Malang Regency with a total of 31 participants. This activity takes place for 2 days, starting from 04 to 05 September 2021 at the DEWISRI Tourist Location (Desa Wisata Sidorejo Indah). The first day of community service activities; participants were given a pre-test before the presentation of the material, the results of the pre-test showed that most of the participants' knowledge of making fresh and healthy drinks made from rhizomes was still lacking. Then after the pre-test presentation of the material and demonstration from the video. second day activities; participants were given a post-test and participants were given the opportunity to practice making fresh and healthy drinks made from rhizomes, in practice the participants were evaluated by the presenters with a check list sheet. Based on the results of the post-test and practice, it was shown that the knowledge, skills and abilities of the participants had increased. After the community service activities take place, it is hoped that participants can process rhizome ingredients into a fresh and healthy drink to increase family immunity, besides that participants can also produce these drinks and sell them.

This research is motivated by the achievement of work targets for employees of PT. MAS Silueta Indonesia Semarang which has not been maximized. This study aims to analyze leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2), and work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) in the Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Middle Type Tanjung Emas Customs. The analytical method in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Samples were taken using saturated sampling techniques, namely a number of 130 respondents. The results showed that leadership style has a positive effect on the performance of employees at PT. MAS Silhouette Semarang. Work discipline has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. MAS Silhouette Semarang. The work environment has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. MAS Silhouette Semarang. Based on the results of the research, suggestions can be given to improve the work leadership style at PT. MAS Silueta Semarang by frequently providing stimulus in the form of bonuses for those who excel and awards or promotions. Improving employee work discipline by evaluating employee discipline periodically. Give rewards to disciplined employees and threaten those who are not disciplined Improve the quality of the work environment because based on research the work environment does not affect employee performance. If the quality of the work environment has been improved, it is likely that employee performance will also increase.

This community service project aims to train students of SMK Darussalam Karangpucung in writing short stories that contain local culture. This project recognizes the challenges students face in writing short stories, including difficulties in generating ideas and a lack of interest and motivation. Traditional teaching methods focus on lectures and analyzing existing stories, leading to a lack of hands-on experience and boredom. The project implements a five-step approach: preparation, pre-activity surveys, material delivery, writing practice, and question and answer sessions. The material presented includes the essence of short stories, their components (intrinsic and extrinsic elements), imagination techniques, writing tips, and the integration of cultural elements. The students enthusiastically participated in a short story writing practice session with the theme "Personal Experience" and blended local culture. Question and answer sessions allow for open discussion and problem-solving, which further increases student engagement. The project successfully achieved its goal, improving students' writing skills and interest in literature. The active participation of students, especially during writing practice, shows a renewed enthusiasm for the subject. The project also highlights the need for ongoing support and follow-up activities to strengthen the skills acquired. The success of this project is further evidenced by the full participation of the 30 target students, the successful completion of the planned curriculum, the students' real understanding of the material, and their high level of enthusiasm throughout the activity. Although time constraints limited the question and answer sessions, students' willingness to ask questions and their ability to generate creative stories during the practice sessions clearly demonstrated the positive impact of the project.

Background The Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS) is a program launched by the Ministry of Health to reduce the main risks of communicable and non-communicable diseases (PTM), especially through nutritional interventions for the first 1000 days of life, improving balanced nutrition consumption patterns for the whole family, increasing regular and measurable physical activity. , improve a healthy lifestyle, improve a healthy environment and reduce cigarette and alcohol consumption. Purpose is to improve the health status of the community through early detection of non-communicable diseases (DD-PTM), especially those with diabetes mellitus. Method begins with interviews with health cadres in the Bulustalan village area, followed by early detection programs and fitness exercises. Results:. Result The health checks carried out were anthropometric measurements in the form of height, weight, abdominal circumference, blood pressure measurements and temporary blood sugar measurements. Of the 50 residents who participated in the DD-PTM implementation, as many as 24% of the residents (12 people) just found out that they had pre-diabetes mellitus, 16% (8 people) already knew that they had hypertension and diabetes mellitus, as many as 6% (3 people) ) had an abdominal circumference of more than 100 cm, 54% (27 people) were in good health. This study aims to 1) find out the description of the ability of human resources in the Regional Water Company of Kab. Jeneponto, 2) to know the description of the performance of employees in the Regional Water Company of Kab. Jeneponto and 3) determine the effect of human resource capabilities on improving employee performance at the Regional Water Company of Kab. Jeneponto. This research is a survey research with a total population of 67 employees in the Regional Water Company of Jeneponot Regency. Sampling in this study used a stratified proportional random sampling technique, by taking 40% of the total population so that the number of samples was 26. The results of the study show that 1) The description of the ability of human resources in the Regional Water Company of Jeneponto Regency is in the medium category, 2) the description of the performance of the employees in the Regional Water Company of the Jeneponto Regency is in the medium category and 3) The influence of the ability of human resources on the performance of the employees in the Regional Water Company. Drinking Jeneponto Regency shows a significant correlation.

This study aims to analyze and explain the level of competence and professionalism of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in improving services at the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service.  This research uses a qualitative method of collecting data through interviews, observations, and secondary data. The results showed that ASN's competencies include technical, managerial, socio-cultural, and integrity aspects. ASN professionalism involves attitudes, behaviors, and work qualities that reflect dedication, integrity, and responsibility. Education has met the competencies, but training is needed to improve employee professionalism. Public service civil servants at the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service are responsive, effective, efficient, and highly quality. An indicator of the success of employee professionalism is seen in the increase in fire and rescue service time. With adequate competence, high professionalism, and quality public services, civil servants in the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service can provide optimal services to the community. To achieve this goal, it is recommended to improve education training and implement a code of ethics, transparency, accountability, and efficient management of resources.

At this time the unemployment rate is increasing, even among scholars, unemployment reaches thousands of people. One of the reasons is that their bachelor's degree is not followed by reliable skills to enter an increasingly competitive world of work. Currently, along with the development of technology and  science,  we are required  to be able  to compete  in the  world  of  work  by improving the quality of human resources who have good quality knowledge and good personality competencies and have skills that can be used in roles in society and the state in the field of education. the job he does.

Learning media has an important role in increasing students’ understanding and retention, attracting their attention, and supporting various learning styles. In the context of Vocational High Schools (SMK), where students tend to be more interested in practical learning, developing relevant and interesting learning media is crucial, especially for Indonesian language subjects. This article discusses the importance of training for vocational school teachers in creating effective learning media. This training aims to increase the understanding of vocational school teachers in Karangpucung sub-district about the concept of learning media, equip them with technical skills in making media, and integrate information and communication technology (ICT) in the learning process. Through stages that include theory, practice and feedback, this training is expected to increase teacher creativity and student learning motivation. Overall, this training contributes to improving the quality of Indonesian language learning in vocational schools, creating a more dynamic and effective learning environment.

Main Objective: This study reports an experiment to explore differences in player feedback caused by different storytelling methods of Japanese-style Role-playing Games (JRPG). Background problem: Narration is considered the soul of JRPG, and is a vital and irreplaceable role. Different ways of telling stories can bring different experience effects even though the essence of the story is the same. Stories are presented directly to players in dialogue form, much like a visual interactive novel. Non-linear storytelling can break down important parts and allow players to explore freely. Players can collect clues to get to the main plot. Also, most JRPGs use short films and sound effects to create a cinematic experience. Novelty: Based on all studies of game storytelling (linear and nonlinear), this study will compare player feedback on different storytelling methods to see which narrative can provide a better player experience. Research Method: Researchers categorize these three narratives as Visual Novels, Environmental Narratives, Visuals, Sounds, and Dialogues. This experiment combined all three of Caught in Trap's in-game narratives to investigate player preferences. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with 21 players who were invited to play the game. Finding/Result: The research results show that the three ways of storytelling enrich the expression of game narratives. Both linear and nonlinear narratives have their advantages and disadvantages, and the best way to engage players is to interweave both narratives in the game. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the interweaving of three ways of storytelling can enrich the narrative form of games and guide game designers in improving game plots to engage players in JRPGs. Background: Health services have the main objective of improving health and preventing disease with the community as the main target. WHO (World Health Organization) encourages all countries to develop health insurance for all their population (Universal Health Coverage).Purpose: This Community Service aims to increase knowledge about the dimensions of BPJS service quality with patient satisfaction in the work area of ??clinic Armina Regency. . Methods: This activity was carried out by distributing leaflets, conducting counseling and evaluating activities, the implementation of this activity was carried out in the work area of ??the clinicRegency on September 23 to September 25 with a total of 40 patients.   Results: In the implementation of the activities that we carried out, there was an increase in patient knowledge after counseling about the dimensions of BPJS service quality with patient satisfaction in the clinic Armina Regency, where the average before counseling was 45 percent, increasing to 80 percent after counseling. In addition, the patient also seemed enthusiastic during the counseling session, this can be seen from the patient's response in the question and answer session Conclusion: From the results of this service activity, there was an increase in patient knowledge about the dimensions of BPJS service quality with patient satisfaction in the work area of  clinic Armina.

Green tea (Camellia sinensis) is a plant known by the public as a drink that is quite economical and easy to obtain. Green tea contains polyphenol compounds that can lower cholesterol levels in the blood. Excessive cholesterol (Hypercholesterolemia) is a very feared threat because it is one of the causes of coronary heart disease and stroke. High cholesterol has become a common disease for the elderly, the increase in the number of elderly people must be followed by an increase in the degree of well-being, one of which is in the health sector. The rise of lifestyle and the effects of unhealthy eating behaviors have an impact on increasing cholesterol levels. The purpose of this activity is to reduce the rate of hypercholesterolonemia in the elderly through the use of the consumption of green tea brew on cholesterol levels in the elderly in Sumber Cirebon District. The method in this activity is to conduct counseling, observer of respondents and experiments by giving green tea brew then followed by checking cholesterol levels. The result of this activity is that green tea is able to lower cholesterol levels. The conclusion is that the infusion of green can provide benefits for the community, especially the elderly, in improving health and reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease.

This community service aims to improve understanding and financial management skills among the managers of the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, South Tangerang. This socialization activity was carried out during October 2021. The objects of this activity were Islamic boarding school managers, including the Islamic boarding school head, treasurer and administrative staff. The activity methods used include training, workshops and focus group discussions. The training includes material on financial planning, budget management, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Interactive workshops provide opportunities for participants to apply the theory they have learned through case studies and practical simulations. Focus group discussions are used to identify specific problems faced in financial management in Islamic boarding schools and find joint solutions. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in financial management understanding and skills among participants. They are able to make better financial plans, manage budgets more efficiently, and carry out more transparent and accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. The implication of this activity is the creation of a better financial management system at the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, which in turn will support operational sustainability and development of the Islamic boarding school. Apart from that, improving financial management skills is also expected to increase stakeholder accountability and trust in the management of Islamic boarding school funds.

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. Improving the quality of human resources in the field of vocational education becomes the focus of goals in this community service activity. Through the training of software inventors, the quality of human resources in vocational schools SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik, SMK KAL 1 Surabaya, SMK Maskumambang 1 and SMK PGRI 1 Gresik given understanding and knowledge about software Inventor that 73% of participants have never known the software before. With lecture methods, Q&A, demonstrations, and practices are given in the presentation of the material. The results of this software inventor training obtained a satisfaction score of 60% with a good assessment scale for facilitators, 53% for facilities and 53% for presenters, and 67% for materials provided. Suggestions for future training can be held with a longer duration and participants get an alloy book.
