Copyright is an exclusive right for creators or recipients of rights to announce or reproduce their creations or give permission for them without reducing restrictions according to applicable laws and regulations. Issues regarding intellectual property rights, one of which is copyright, in today's free trade are things that must be considered. Therefore, it is important to protect copyright for creators so that their ideas, creativity and works are not plagiarized by others. In this case, the legal protection for copyright that can be given is based on Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. The method used in this study is normative with a qualitative approach and the sources used are Law Number 18 of 2014, books, journals and articles related to the problems studied.

It seems that the world of communication today cannot be separated from technology. The use of communication technology makes it increasingly sophisticated. Every year, even every month, gadget companies always innovate their products with the aim of attracting consumer buying interest. Brand awareness and market share are closely related in the world of marketing. This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of brand image and market share competition on consumer purchasing interest in Indonesia. Data collection uses a quantitative approach using an associative explanatory survey method with data collection techniques used namely questionnaires, observation and interviews. The number of samples used in this research was 99 respondents. The results of the research study are that the use of brand image in Apple products has a strong level of influence on consumer behavior.

Indonesia is an agricultural country, where agriculture is a strong supporting sector in the development of the industrial sector. One of the subsectors in the agricultural sector is the food crops subsector. Bringinbendo Village is a village where the majority of the population are rice farmers, where rice farming is one type of food crop sub-sector. The amount of rice production over the last five years has fluctuated, but the rhythm tends to decrease. The causes of poor production results are rice pests and diseases, weather conditions, and incorrect fertilizer dosage. Apart from that, not all young people today are interested in becoming rice farmers and continuing their parents' profession. The method used in this thesis research is using the Lean UX method. Meanwhile, the method used in testing in this thesis research is using Heuristic Evaluation and System Usability Scale (SUS). The result of this research is to produce a PandaiLadang application design, which is a prototype of the PandaiLadang application design. The results of testing carried out by users with Heuristic Evaluation, obtained excellent and good qualifications. Meanwhile, testing using the System Usability Scale received a very good score, which means that the UI/UX design of the PandaiLadang application that has been created does not need to be repaired.

In 2020, non-communicable diseases (NCDs) accounted for 73% of global causes of death, claiming the lives of 36 million people annually. The rising rates of morbidity and mortality are influenced by hypertension. One of the most prevalent cardiovascular disorders in the world today is hypertension.The research objective was to determine the correlation between knowledge with compliance with taking medication for hypertension sufferers at the Wonogiri Public  Health Center in North Lampung Regency. This research type is quantitative using a cross-sectional design with a population of 471 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 83 respondents. The statistical tests used are Gamma and Logistic Regression. The study findings demonstrated a significant correlation between knowledge and hypertension patients' compliance to taking their medications (p-value=0.000).

Of course, as a pioneering company, it requires a number of optimizations in its business process activities, one of which is reporting and recording. Because assets are one of the important elements in the Company's productivity, it is necessary to monitor the condition of assets regularly. The company still uses a manual asset damage reporting system using Whatsapp. Of course, this is less effective and efficient in the process, especially in recording activities to report damage to existing assets. Therefore, this study was conducted to help optimize the existing asset damage reporting system. From the results of the research, it can be seen using current technology, it can help optimize the reporting of damage to the Company's assets with the help of Google Sheets as its main database and Appsheet as a simple application for filling out reports.

Today's industry is developing by implementing the concept of green building or green industry. Green industry is a concept and idea that an industry no longer only takes into account the advantages and benefits for its company, but also needs to pay attention to the level of efficient use of natural resources and energy sources and minimize the impact of the production process which is felt by the surrounding community and has a negative impact on the environment. , PT XYZ is one of the companies engaged in integrated plastic recycling in the world which processes plastic waste into quality and environmentally friendly products. In order to move towards a green building era that applies efficiency and effectiveness standards for a work system, PT XYZ will plan to determine the effectiveness value of a sustainable production line using the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) theory. To measure the effectiveness value of a sustainable production process in TPM, the OLE (Overall Line Effectiveness) measurement method can be used. OLE is a tool for measuring the effectiveness of the production process, a modification of the OEE tool which is specifically for determining the value of process effectiveness in sustainable production. From the TPM measurement results, a production line effectiveness value using the OLE method was obtained of 91.7% during September 2023.

The films presented show various conditions of poverty through clothing, food, shelter, and work. The research carried out aims to analyze how poverty is present in the film Sedeng Sang. The semiotic theory developed by Roland Barthes was chosen because it is in accordance with the research objectives in obtaining the results of this research. This research also uses descriptive qualitative to obtain results and explain the research results to be achieved. This research produces an analysis of the representation of poverty in the film Sedeng Sang as well as Roland Barthes' theory as a method that displays denotative, connotative and myth.

In today's fiercely competitive digital business landscape, companies like Graha Office must leverage marketing funnels to enhance their sales strategies. This study delves into the implementation of funnel marketing strategies within Graha Office services, examining how funnel stages, market phases, clicks, impressions, and CTR correlate with product sales. The findings indicate a relationship between funnel stages and sales, although cautious interpretation of causality is warranted. This research establishes a foundation for the company's future actions using statistical methods, particularly via linear regression with an output of coefficient t count -2.179 < t table 2.119 (H2 accepted). However, it underscores our limitations in comprehending more intricate cause-and-effect relationships within the real world.

In today's modern era, a person has many activities that must be carried out. With the existing conditions, consumers will automatically look for something that can support their daily lives more effectively and efficiently, which if we compare it with the present, one of these things will lead to instant foods. One food that is very popular and trusted among the wider community is instant noodle food products. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price, promotion on purchasing decisions for Indomie brand instant noodles among consumers in Solo. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form with a total of 56 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26 software tools. The results obtained in this research show that product quality has no significant influence on purchasing decisions, price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, and promotions have an influence on purchasing decisions.

The economy in Indonesia is starting to experience an increase in income. It can be seen today that many people choose to become entrepreneurs. PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk carries out the "Bestee" internship program with business assistance for underprivileged customers. In this program, BTPN Syariah attracts participants from the Certified Independent Study and Internship (MSIB) program. This research aims to see how influential the role of BTPN Syariah customer business assistance is on increasing customers' income and skills in entrepreneurship. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The business assistance carried out by this facilitator has a good effect on BTPN Syariah customers who run MSMEs where they can improve soft skills and good hard skills regarding entrepreneurship that have never been known before, increase sales income significantly due to the material provided during mentoring and can effectively increase performance of MSMEs run by BTPN Syariah underprivileged customers.

Blockchain platforms propagate into every facet, including managing medical services with professional and patient-centered applications. With its sensitive nature, record privacy has become imminent with medical services for patient diagnosis and treatments. The nature of medical records has continued to necessitate their availability, reachability, accessibility, security, mobility, and confidentiality. Challenges to these include authorized transfer of patient records on referral, security across platforms, content diversity, platform interoperability, etc. These, are today – demystified with blockchain-based apps, which proffers platform/application services to achieve data features associated with the nature of the records. We use a permissioned-blockchain for healthcare record management. Our choice of permission mode with a hyper-fabric ledger that uses a world-state on a peer-to-peer chain – is that its smart contracts do not require a complex algorithm to yield controlled transparency for users. Its actors include patients, practitioners, and health-related officers as users to create, retrieve, and store patient medical records and aid interoperability. With a population of 500, the system yields a transaction (query and https) response time of 0.56 seconds and 0.42 seconds, respectively. To cater to platform scalability and accessibility, the system yielded 0.78 seconds and 063 seconds, respectively, for 2500 users.

Depicting building structures using digital applications is the process of creating a digital model of the building to be built. a process of creating building engineering drawings in 3D (three-dimensional) form using computer applications that meet design standards. Digital applications can simplify and speed up the process of designing, implementing and maintaining buildings. Digital applications can also help save costs, time and resources, as well as reduce errors, conflicts and waste.

Although modern technology provides great benefits, the article highlights the ethical and moral challenges faced, especially by children and adolescents. Technology influences the understanding of responsibility and ethics in social interactions, especially through social media and the use of digital devices. This article emphasizes the importance of education that focuses not only on knowledge transfer, but also on character building. In addition, the article underlines the need for moral and ethical education in line with technological developments, so that children are able to understand and apply social responsibility in an increasingly advanced digital era. Technology has the potential to provide positive benefits, but it can also have a negative impact on behavior and morale if not used wisely.

The aim of this research is to determine the negative impact of online gambling in the current era, especially on the younger generation. We use this research method as a qualitative method, where we as researchers carry out an analysis by observing various digital media platforms, from which we can find out the various negative impacts experienced by several young people today due to carrying out online gambling transactions. We took the case example of a TikTok celebrity named Fahdan who shared a story about the other side of online gambling that not many people know about. From this case, we as researchers concluded that in fact online gambling has more negative impacts than positive ones.

The reason for this study was to decide the ID of the viability of inside review quality in the North Sumatra government. So the aim of this community service activity is to provide assistance and guidance in using the online e-commerce sales platform. Apart from that, to increase product value we will provide insight into packaging design with the ultimate goal for business actors to increase productivity and profitability of course. In this case, the method used is direct counseling and guidance at the Cyqul Food business location in Harjamekar Village, North Cikarang. Guiding the use of e-commerce and developing packaging design is very necessary to improve business.

This journal article discusses the influence of digital marketing strategies in advancing competitive brokerage firms. Optimized marketing and quality productivity are keys to the achieving company success or in other words, finding the efficiency point in the marketing strategy that is most suitable for brokerage companies. Through this journal article, there is a discussion that can be used to provide insight into brokerage companies that survive in today's digital era, as well as quality productivity by marketing and sales in brokerage companies with marketing optimization. This discussion was conducted in one of the brokerage companies, PT Victory International Futures Spazio branch with a communication model with permanent employees at the company's branch.

Social media is not only a means of communication, but also influences the thinking patterns, behavior and social interactions of the younger generation. Thus, a deep understanding of the influence of social media on the character of today's youth is very important in the context of social and cultural development. This journal investigates the impact of social media use on youth character in the contemporary era. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the behavior, values, and self-perceptions of young people who are influenced by their interactions on social media platforms. The results show that intense exposure to social media can influence character formation, both positively and negatively. The psychological and social implications of social media use in today's youth are the main focus in this journal, providing in-depth insight into the role of social media in shaping the identity and character of the younger generation.

This research discusses several educational problems at MAS PAB I Sampali and analyzes policies that can be implemented to improve the quality of education. The main focus of research includes curriculum, educational infrastructure, parental involvement, and policy implementation challenges. First, inappropriate curricula are a concern, requiring thorough evaluation and adjustments to include 21st century skills. Second, limited educational infrastructure requires evaluation and improvement to ensure the availability of facilities that are conducive to effective learning. Third, low parental involvement can be overcome through special programs such as regular meetings and parent training. Fourth, policy implementation challenges, such as resistance to change, require identification of barriers and effective implementation strategies. This solution can be the basis for improving the quality of education at MAS PAB I Sampali and making it more responsive to today's demands. This transformation is not only to meet current educational needs but also to face future challenges with confidence and readiness.

Tucking techniques are rarely used in making clothes, designers prefer to follow today's fashion trends, tucking manipulation techniques are able to change ordinary fabrics into 3-dimensional shapes, the purpose of this study is to be able to find out the finished results of making tucking techniques and to be able to find out the finished results of making simple dresses using variations of tucking techniques. The method used is the R & D method, to produce products and test the effectiveness of these products. The author has tested the tucking technique using 3 materials, namely satin, cotton, and balotelli fabric, as well as the size of folds and between folds 1.5 cm: 1.5 cm, 2 cm: 1 cm and 2 cm: 2 cm, trials have been validated to ask for assessments and suggestions related to materials and crease sizes that are suitable to be applied in making tucking,  Balotelli material and the size of folds and folds 1.5 cm : 1.5 cm get the best value from the 4 validators. The process of making tucking to look neat must pay attention to the crease used with an accurate size, ensure the seam is straight, and ensure the sewn fold is ironed until slippery before sewing on the horizontal line.
