GDA (Blood sugar), or monosaccharide, is the body's main metabolic that produces energy in the form of ATP (Adenosia triphosphate). Exercise gives it enough energy to produce glucose into ATP (Adenosia triphosphate). This study used the elderly group as the research target. The purpose of this study is to identify how to reduce GDA (blood sugar) levels in the elderly in the Surabaya area and to educate elderly people to pay more attention to their blood sugar so that they can avoid blood sugar disease. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection and processing technique applied during the research was the deep interview technique. The research sample was taken from a total of 30 elderly people who were interviewed about blood sugar levels. It is known that the behavior of respondents in the knowledge of GDA (blood sugar) can be classified at a fairly good level. The results showed that out of 30 elderly people (100%) showed an increase in knowledge after the delivery of material which initially 10% increased to 90%. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of sugar level education with its application is in accordance with the objectives. Researchers hope that the results of the study can be developed so that they are useful and feasible to use.

With increasingly advanced technological developments, some of these problems can be minimized with the latest technology in the construction sector known as Building Information Modeling (BIM). With BIM, all parties involved in the project (stakeholders) can collaborate from the planning stage before the project is carried out, thereby reducing the potential for errors in development implementation (Mafrul, 2022). The use of BIM can provide the various functions necessary to model the entire life cycle of a building, while also providing a basis for dealing with changes and construction progress in positions and correlations between project teams. Proper implementation of BIM enables increasingly integrated design and construction processes, creating buildings with better quality, more efficient production costs, and shorter project completion times (Khairi et al., 2022b).

Hypertension is now a global problem because its prevalence continues to increase in line with lifestyle changes. Blood pressure that continues to increase causes the heart's workload to become excessive, triggering damage to blood vessels, heart failure, kidney failure, and blindness. Hypertension can be treated with non-pharmacological techniques, one of which is with morning walks. Purpose: to determine the effect of implementing morning walks on blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension in Bendungan Village, Sragen Regency. Method: This research method is a case study and descriptive research using pretest and posttest observation sheets. In this case study, the researcher used a tensimeter to measure the respondent's blood pressure, carried out for 30 minutes a week (frequency 4 times). Results: The results of the implementation showed that there was a different decrease in blood pressure between respondent 1 and respondent 2 after implementing morning walks for 30 minutes 4 times a week. Both respondents were categorized as grade 2 hypertension decreasing to degree 1 hypertension. Conclusion: The conclusion from the application results is that the rate of decrease in blood pressure in Mrs. M is greater, namely systolic pressure of 24 mmHg diastolic 1 mmHg while Ny. Background: The elderly commonly undergo changes encompassing physical, psychological, and biological aspects. One such biological change is altered sleep patterns, resulting in poor sleep quality. Sleep quality disturbances among the elderly can be alleviated through the application of dhikr therapy. Objective: To determine the difference in sleep quality before and after the implementation of dhikr therapy for enhancing sleep quality. Method: This study employed a descriptive design involving 2 female participants, conducted from June 4th to June 10th, 2023, at the 'Aisyiyah Sumber Surakarta elderly care facility. Each participant received 7 consecutive days of intervention. The instrument used was the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire to measure sleep quality levels before and after the therapy. Results: Prior to intervention, participant 1 had a sleep quality score of 16 (poor category), and participant 2 scored 11 (poor category). After dhikr therapy, participant 1's sleep quality improved to 10 (poor category), and participant 2 achieved a score of 7 (poor category). Both participants experienced decreased sleep quality scores. Conclusion: Dhikr therapy can enhance sleep quality among the elderly. Despite reduced sleep quality scores post-intervention for both participants, these changes suggest improved sleep quality due to dhikr therapy's application.

The main objective of this research is to study learning media Fingerglass human breathing simulator. Utilization of simulation models designed to resemble the human respiratory system serves as an invaluable educational tool. The aim is to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of scientific concepts, particularly in the field of natural sciences, with the ultimate goal of practical application in everyday life. By using this simulator it is hoped that students will be involved to be actively involved in the learning process, fostering a high interest in understanding the subject matter. This research took place at UPT SDN 17 Gresik for Grade 5 students. The model used is a simulator of the human respiratory system following the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This model is based on the scientific approach to ADDIE development theory outlined by Robert Maribe Branch. The validation process for two levels of material expert validators I and II resulted in a validation level of 85% indicating that the material was included in the valid category. Likewise, the results of the validator material expert validator II show a validation level of 100% which is also included in the valid category. This implies that the contents of the learning media are relevant to the subject matter of the fifth grade Human Respiratory System in elementary school. Thus it can be concluded that the quality of the Fiberglass Learning Media Human Breathing Simulator meets valid criteria in terms of the material it contains. In addition, the student's response obtained a value of 87% indicating that the Human Breathing Simulator Fiberglass Learning Media was very suitable for use in the learning process

This research was conducted to address the negative impact of globalization that can diminish a sense of patriotism and to improve the quality of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKN) in SDN Pengadilan 2 Bogor by integrating local wisdom. The research aimed to understand how the introduction of local wisdom in PPKN teaching could shape the values of Pancasila in student profiles and help students grow into intelligent and character-driven generations. The research method employed was qualitative with descriptive analysis. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, literature review, and documentation. The results revealed six Pancasila student profile values in the implementation of local wisdom introduction at SDN Pengadilan 2 Bogor. Out of the 40 participating students, 3 students (8%) fell into the "below average" category, 13 students (33%) were rated as "satisfactory," and 24 students (60%) were deemed "good" in applying these values. The research demonstrates that Pancasila values have been continuously integrated into students' daily lives, forming strong characters and producing morally upright, critical-thinking, and socially adept generations. Challenges in implementing Pancasila student profiles involve both student and teacher factors. Alternative solutions include contingency planning, classroom preparation, pre-activity training, student motivation, and appropriate instructional media usage.
