This research aims to improve thematic LKPD learning using a role-playing model in grade 5 elementary schools in Bengkulu City.This research is research and development (R&D) carried out by modifying Thiagarajan and Sammel's four-dimensional model.This research shows that LKPD in thematic learning using the role-playing model received a score of 78.10 in the "good" category at level 1 by LKPD experts and 89.25 in the "very good" category at level 2 by 90 students. He gave me the answer which is very good.Therefore, from the research that has been conducted it can be concluded that LKPD using the social and natural sciences (IPAS) role-playing learning model in the independent curriculum for grade IV elementary school can be classified as a very good LKPD and can be used for learning.

The regulation of the pesantren education system provides a legal guarantee for the continuity of pesantren education in Indonesia. The regulation is expected to be an instrument in realizing superior human beings. Research on the regulatory function of pesantren aims to find out more about the regulation of pesantren. The regulation is dissected to find how the pesantren regulation regulates the entire education system that takes place in the pesantren and then looks for the relationship between the correct regulation and the realization of superior human beings. Using a juridical-normative research approach, this research tries to comprehensively analyze Law No. 18/2019 on Pesantren. This study aims to determine the Analysis of Knowledge and Awareness of Taxpayers on Compliance to Pay Motor Vehicle Tax Mediated by Tax Bleaching Policy (Case Study at Samsat Kota Semarang) The population used in the study was WP PKB which was recorded at SAMSAT Semarang City and the sample used was 385 SAMSAT Motor Vehicles Semarang City using purposive sampling. Data analysis in the study using Smart PLS software version 4.0. The R-Square value of the Tax Bleaching Policy variable is (0.869), this proves that the strength of the tax knowledge variable and taxpayer awareness can be explained through the Tax Bleaching Policy variable of 86.9% (moderate category). The R-Square value of the Taxpayer Compliance variable is (0.755), this shows that the strength of the tax knowledge variable and taxpayer awareness together with the Tax Bleaching Policy can be explained through the Taxpayer Compliance variable of 75.5% (moderate category).

The trunk of the kepok banana tree contains flavonoids that have activity as a sunscreen that can protect the skin from the adverse effects of UV rays. This study aims to formulate and determine the SPF value of the cream preparation of banana kepok tree tree extract (Musa paradisiaca L) which meets the requirements of good physical quality as a sunscreen. The method used is experimental research consisting of making maceration method extracts with 70% ethanol solvent. The resulting extract is formulated with a cream base formula with extract concentrations of 30% and 40%. The study was analyzed using ANOVA test and SPSS software. The results showed that the formulation of sunscreen cream extract of banana kepok tree trunk extract (Musa paradisiaca L) with concentrations of 30% and 40% showed good physical quality with the effectiveness of SPF at concentrations of 30% and 40% was 3.1 and 4.7 in the moderate protection category without any reference or formula. Based on the results of the article's research, it was concluded that the extract of the banana kepok tree trunk (Musa paradisiaca L) which was formulated as a cream has good physical quality as a sunscreen and based on the ANOVA test, one factor showed a difference in concentration affecting the SPF value obtained.

This is also based on the results of the 2021 Pertiwi Cup where Persebaya Putri failed and did not qualify in the grub phase, and in every match they always conceded in the second half and were able to play stably in the first 45 minutes. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. To analyze the data using the Statistical Program for Social Science or called SPSS. It will be carried out by the Persebaya Putri team in 2022 at the Ngelom Sepanjang Sidoarjo Rusunawa Field, with a population of 29 players. With a sample of 20 athletes from the age range of 17 years and over. From the results of the analysis, as many as 8 players fall into the less category, 8 players fall into the medium category and 4 players fall into the good category. From this study, the average Vo2Max of Persebaya Putri players was 30 and there were 10 players who had Vo2Max below the team's average. This is a factor that hinders the players from continuing to play stablyx until the end of the match, so that it can trigger the failure of the Persebaya Putri team in the 2021 Pertiwi Cup.

The seriousness of the Indonesian government in paying attention to the environment is manifested in the existence of Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Management by regulating criminal liability for corporate legal subjects subject to criminal penalties. This is because many environmental crimes are committed by corporations and may also be carried out by corporate shareholders as policy controllers of a corporation. Against the background of environmental criminal acts which are often committed by corporations and even shareholders are also involved in these criminal acts, this article aims to provide an illustration that shareholders can also be given criminal sanctions. The method used in this research is normative juridical with a literature study approach. The results of this research explain that corporations that commit environmental crimes are clearly regulated in Law Number 32 of 2009 so that criminal sanctions can be given to provide deterrence to corporate perpetrators, but for corporate shareholders involved it is not yet explicitly regulated in Law Number 32 of 2009. 2009 because they have not adopted the Piercing the corporate veil doctrine and the alter ego doctrine as in Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies in article 3 paragraph (2) which eliminates the immunity rights of shareholders so that they can be punished.

The government makes a program with the aim of prospering the community, one of these programs is the Family Hope Program, where the community receiving the assistance is called KPM, this study aims to answer about the effectiveness of the family hope program that has been made by the government, especially in East Tanjungpinang District. The research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, using the theory put forward by Sutrisno (2010) which includes program understanding, target accuracy, timeliness, achievement of goals and real changes. The results of the research on the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program for Beneficiary Families in the East Tanjungpinang District of Tanjungpinang City seen from the target of the program policy are correct in accordance with the regulations made, because they follow the DTKS which will be identified in accordance with the data submitted, the timing of the implementation of PKH assistance has indeed been determined by the central government, when it will be disbursed, but overall it can be said that the timeliness of the distribution of assistance has not been maximized, because sometimes the assistance disbursed by the government can advance from the date set by the government. The overall goal of the program to improve the welfare of KPM can be said to be ineffective because the achievement of numbers in 2023 can be said to have not been achieved.  Because it is seen from the direct field that there are still many people who need assistance, and most likely if it is recorded in detail, it falls into the category of those entitled as KPM participants, seen from the real changes provided by the program, it has not been optimal, but it has been enough to help the KPM community with the assistance provided, it can be seen that there are several communities as KPM who are able to manage the assistance provided by PKH for entrepreneurship. The suggestions that can be submitted are, the government, especially the East Tanjungpinang District government and PKH supervisors to continue to strive to advance the community.

This research aims to determine the implementation of tera/re-terra by the Legal Metrology Department of Trade and Industry of Gorontalo City as an effort to protect consumers. The type of research used in this research is empirical legal research which is intended to obtain clarity and understanding of the problems in research based on existing facts. Data sources were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the research show that the implementation of tera/retracing by the Legal Metrology Department of Trade and Industry of Gorontalo City is carried out by carrying out retracing/retracing of scales which are included in the legal metrology category which is authorized for trading by the Ministry of Trade, in accordance with international standards. All UTTPs must be stamped/recast once a year in accordance with legal metrology laws and regulations. This aims to ensure that the UTTP equipment used by business actors complies with statutory provisions, so that the measurement results, measurements and scales are as they should be so that they do not harm consumers.

This research is quantitative in nature using a correlational method. The population is all class VIII students at PGRI Semarang Middle School with a total of 254 students. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling. Sampling was taken by lottery so that there were two classes selected, namely classes C and F with a total of 64 students. The instruments used in this research are the peer social interaction scale and the emotional maturity scale with four alternative answer choices. The results of hypothesis testing using the Pearson product moment correlation test, obtained a significance value of 0.000, which means that there is a relationship between Peer Social Interaction (X) and Emotional Maturity (Y). The correlation result obtained was 0.554 and was included in the medium relationship level category.

This research was motivated by problems identified from various factors at SMPN 2 Kinali, where many students were noisy, sleepy and had problems with their classmates. This happens because students feel bored with the subject. As a result, it weakens learning. The aim of this research is to identify how creative PAI teachers are in selecting learning forms to produce an efficient learning atmosphere for category VII students at SMPN 2 Kinali. This research is qualitative descriptive in nature. Research runs at SMPN 2 Kinali. In relation to the main sources of information, they are PAI class VII teachers at SMPN 2 Kinali, and the inferior sources of information are the class VII students of SMPN 2 Kinali and the school principal. The information collection methods used in this research are monitoring, question and answer and documentation. The results of this research prove that PAI teachers' creativity in creating an efficient learning atmosphere lies in the use of learning forms and the application of learning outside of categories to produce a supportive learning atmosphere. The teacher's creativity determines the form of learning in producing an efficient learning atmosphere, through the use of a versatile learning form which is carried out by combining several existing forms with several important views, namely: taking into account the constitution of the students, the module to be taught and the management of the form.

Based on this, Nahdaltul Ulama Sunan Giri Bojonegoro University built a student credit point system (SPEKMA) where this system is able to make it easier to save credit point values ​​for each activity that is determined based on an assessment of the achievements and activities that have been achieved by a student. The aim of this research is to determine the quality of the student credit points system (SPEKMA) website using the Webqual 4.0 model and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This research uses Webqual as the basis for creating a questionnaire and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) as an analytical tool in the form of Gap Analysis and Cartesian quadrants. This research used proportionate stratified random sampling with a total of 91 respondents who were active students at Nahdaltul Ulama Sunan Giri University, Bojonegoro. Based on the results obtained, it shows that the overall quality of the SPEKMA website of Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri Bojonegoro University is not quite in line with user expectations. This is evident from the calculation results that the information quality variable results in a negative GAP gap (where the average importance value is greater than the average performance) with an average importance value of 4.12, an average performance value of 4.08. There are indicators that do not meet the interests and expectations of users.

This research aims to determine and analyze the feasibility of an Organic Banana Chips House business using business feasibility measurement aspects, namely legal aspects, market aspects, finance, engineering/operations, management, economics and social. Apart from using these aspects, measuring business feasibility also uses the Net Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR). This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach and the data source used is the primary data source in the form of interviews with the owner of the Rumah Organik Banana Chips business. Based on the business feasibility analysis using BCR at Rumah Organic Banana Chips, a measurement result of 0.95 was obtained, which means this business is categorized as a business worth maintaining in accordance with Faradiba & Musmulyadi (2020) which states that if BCR>0 then the business is worth maintaining

The result of this research is the position of the memorandum in the agreement made by the consumer with Shoes and Care as a draft agreement containing several clauses agreed between the consumer and Shoes and Care orally. Often the engagement/achievements in the agreement are not fulfilled which is referred to as a state of breach of contract. The forms of breach of contract that occur can be in the form of achievements that are not carried out, achievements are not carried out in accordance with the agreed time, and achievements are not carried out properly. Breach of contract that occur can then be resolved through negotiation as an alternative to effective and efficient dispute resolution.

Competition is an event to measure the ability and performance of athletes in a sport. Many factors can affect an athlete's performance during a race including anxiety levels. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of anxiety of Hasics Swimming Club swimming athletes who will compete in events between students in Surabaya in 2024. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach through sampling. Data is obtained from the results of the questionnaire distribution and using descriptive analysis techniques, namely by calculating the average or mean. The results of this study were overall swimming athletes from Hasics Swimming Club with an average of 53% in the moderate category of anxiety. With details of 8 athletes entering moderate anxiety levels, 6 athletes high anxiety levels and 1 athletes very high anxiety levels. Calculating the statistics of this study seen in various aspects of anxiety such as motor aspects, it is known that Hasics Swimming Club swimming athletes have a moderate anxiety level category with an average score of 16.3 from the highest score of 36. The affective anxiety aspect, showing an average score of 5.6 with the highest score of 12, falls into the moderate category. The somatic aspect of anxiety showed an average score of 15 out of the highest score of 28. As well as the cognitive anxiety aspect, the average score calculation results are 6.3 out of the highest score of 12 in the moderate category anxiety level.
