In the ever-evolving digital era, information technology has affected various aspects of life, including law enforcement. One important impact is the use of electronic evidence, including wiretap results, in the criminal justice process. Electronic evidence has a crucial role in detecting and proving various criminal acts such as organized crime, corruption, and terrorism. However, the use of wiretap results as evidence often raises debates regarding its legality and validity, especially in the context of potential violations of human rights such as the right to privacy and freedom of communication. In Indonesia, the legality of electronic evidence is regulated in various laws such as the ITE Law and laws that authorize the KPK to conduct wiretapping. This research aims to analyze the legal position and legality of electronic evidence from wiretapping results in the criminal justice process in Indonesia and its implications for the principles of criminal procedure law. The research method used is normative juridical by conducting a literature study. The results showed that although electronic evidence has been substantially recognized, its regulation in the context of procedural law is still not entirely clear. Therefore, more comprehensive and transparent regulations are needed to ensure the realization of a fair judicial process and the protection of human rights.

The phenomenon of early marriage often occurs in Indonesia. This has been happening for a long time in several areas spread across parts of Indonesia, especially in interior and rural areas. This is due to the social and cultural aspects of the local community. The distinctive characteristics of the social culture of the community are behavior, arts, customs, morals, laws, knowledge and beliefs of the community. Early marriage is experienced by many teenagers under the age of 18. This problem has actually been discussed in the 1954 Declaration of Human Rights which opposes early child marriage, but in fact the practice of early marriage is still being carried out, not only in a few regions but also in other parts of the world where this practice is still considered a tradition. in their society which needs to continue to be passed down to the next generation. The applicable laws seem to be ineffective because they are defeated by the customs that govern a group.

Personal information is certain personal information that is kept confidential, stored and actually held and protected, therefore personal data protection is one of the human rights included in privacy protection. This research aims to find out, describe and analyze Public Participation in the discussion of the drafting of the Personal Data Protection Bill. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Indonesia now has a Personal Data Protection Law which is expected to be implemented in accordance with the applicable articles and make people feel safe with the PDP Law. This research refers to Sherry Arnstein's theory (1969) with indicators of Information, Consultation, and Palacation. The results based on Sherry Arnstein's (1969) indicators state that participation is formed in the second ladder, namely in the second stage, tokenism, participation that is formed is information that is carried out in two directions because it has provided information related to the PDP Bill by conducting FGD, hearings, digital literacy, and counseling, Then the consultation carried out by means of Public Hearings is considered that Commission I has accommodated some of the input from stakeholders and victims whose data is scattered from the input that Commission I translates into the language of the Law, and the placation carried out at the beginning of the meeting, however, the placation is considered imperfect because of the closed meeting until the PDP Bill is passed, so the public cannot find out whether the final result of input from the community is accommodated or not. Suggestions from this research are that it is necessary to open participation as much as possible to all levels of society and accommodate all input from the community.

The largest organ in the human body, the epidermis, serves as the primary barrier against environmental factors that may arise from the outside. Xerosis cutis is a skin condition that causes dry skin. It's caused by a number of things, including the activity of sebaceous and sweat glands decreasing with age, which lowers the amount of water in the stratum corneum and causes moisture loss. This can lead to disturbances in daily activities and a decline in sleep quality. In France, mild to moderate-severe dry skin is prevalent at a rate of 55.65%, while its prevalence is 9%. At Hana Nursing Home, sixty people attended the geriatric population screening activity, with a mean age of 78 years. During this activity, the left hand demonstrated an average water and oil content of 36.6% and 16.4%, respectively. In contrast, the right hand displayed an average water and oil content of 33.7% and 15.1%, respectively. The aim of this activity is to enhance participants' understanding of the significance of maintaining an optimal level of hydration in their epidermis.

The revival of thinking about religious freedom as an integral part of human rights has become an increasingly important topic of discussion in the current global context. Human Rights are rights that are very inherent in every human being, especially every individual. In Indonesia, religious freedom which is linked to human rights has been regulated in statutory regulations. The content of the law is to emphasize that a country can guarantee the freedom of every resident to practice their own religion. Some regions may have certain rules or norms that limit religious freedom, even though they are legally constitutional. Indonesia guarantees religious freedom, this still occurs in cases of human rights violations related to religious freedom in several places in Indonesia.

In legislative negotiations, the position of the constitutional court is quite high. The constitutional court can change laws that conflict with the constitution by declaring that the law does not have binding legal force. And also the decision of the Constitutional Court is final and binding. So any decision of the constitutional court cannot be contested, even by the MKMK because the decision that has been determined is a permanent decision. So this journal was created to focus on the Constitutional Court decision No.90/PUU-XXI/2023 in the context of Protection of Citizens' Constitutional Rights and Human Rights. This research method is focused on the literature case study method and analysis of previous documents related to the title of this research. Because the Constitutional Court Decision No.90/PUU-XXI/2023 is a quite complex problem for people who do not agree with the decision and question whether the decision can be an effort to protect the constitutional rights of citizenship and human rights.

The problem in this research is that there is still a lack of nutritional intake such as milk provided by LPKA Class II Batam, this is due to a lack of budget. The aim of this research is to find out how children's food is implemented in fulfilling children's nutrition and providing milk to children at LPKA Class II Batam. The type of research approach used is empirical juridical, where research uses legal aspects (observation with reality in the field). Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of providing milk for assisted children is still not going well, namely that assisted children are only given milk according to their needs and these children do not even receive milk regularly. The Book of Job is a work of sacred Hebrew literature that highlights the theme of inappropriate suffering. In prose narratives and poetic debates, Job attempts to understand the suffering that befell him. This article explains how Job reacts to the tests given by God, as well as the concept of God's Theology of Justice which is reflected in the dialogue between Job and God. God's justice shown to Job illustrates His authority as a just God, as well as the close relationship between truth and justice in directing humans on the right path. The implementation of the Theology of God's Justice in human suffering today emphasizes the importance of awareness of God's will and obedience to Him, as well as strengthening an intimate relationship with God in every life situation. By understanding and applying the concept of God's justice as depicted in the Book of Job, humans can uphold morality and spirituality in everyday life.

Implementation of the principles of the rule of law and Pancasila democracy in the context of protecting the rights of every human being in Indonesia. The values associated with Pancasila, in protecting one's rights, are very diverse. The first value of Pancasila, if it is related to the rights that every human being has, means affirming recognition of God the Creator. The second value is that humans have equal dignity and rights that must be respected by each other. The values of Pancasila must be put forward in order to unite the Indonesian nation, so that the Indonesian state becomes one united nation. The fourth principle, if related to the rights possessed by humans, emphasizes the importance of fair distribution of resources and opportunities, as well as being able to overcome all forms of injustice in society. Finally, the fifth principle is related to the rights possessed by every human being, meaning that the value of Pancasila places greater emphasis on the importance of democratic governance, by providing space for participation for citizens to be active in society.

Human rights, these are rights that humans have, in several countries there are discussions about the rights of children who are victims of bullying. There is legislation that discusses this right, children have the right to be protected from all forms of violence, bullying is behavior that is degrading. The rise of this case in Indonesia has had a negative impact on victims, perpetrators and sanctions, but it has had a very serious impact on the victims. The factor that causes cases of bullying is that when there is no adequate supervision from adults in the school environment, at home, or in other public places, perpetrators of bullying can feel that they can do it without consequences. Therefore, cases of bullying must be prevented and monitored very closely, so that there are no more cases of this increasing over time.
