I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport – Bali is one of the airports with the busiest flight traffic in Indonesia, for both domestic and international routes. The high intensity of operational activities on the airside demands optimal management of all supporting elements, one of which is Ground Support Equipment (GSE). GSE plays a vital role in supporting aircraft movements and handling baggage, cargo, and passengers. Therefore, the provision of well-organized Equipment Parking Area (EPA) facilities in the Make Up and Break Down areas is crucial to ensure smooth and safe operations on the apron. This paper aims to examine the effectiveness of EPA provision and management in supporting GSE work efficiency, while identifying challenges and providing solutions to various emerging problems. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through direct observation, field documentation, and analysis of the actual layout compared to the provisions of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation Regulation No. PR 21 of 2023 concerning Technical and Operational Standards for Civil Aviation Safety Regulations. This research also complements EPA management practices at other airports in Indonesia, to provide a constructive comparative perspective. The study results indicate that the current management of the EPA at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport is not optimal. The main problems identified include irregular parking of GSE vehicles, the absence of zoning based on vehicle type, minimal markings, and a weak monitoring system due to limited personnel. As a result, congestion often occurs on GSE operational routes, which can disrupt the smooth operation of ground handling services. Based on these findings, proposed improvements include redesigning the EPA layout based on vehicle classification, installing signs and vehicle flow maps in strategic areas, and implementing an integrated technology-based monitoring system such as CCTV and digital access control.

The Indonesian National Army Law (UU TNI) is a legal product that regulates the role, function and authority of the TNI in the Indonesian constitutional system. In the context of this policy, the power apparatus plays a role in the formation, implementation and supervision of regulations governing the TNI. The power apparatus includes the executive, legislative, and actors who have an interest in the state's defense and security structure. In policy formation, political actors and government institutions play a dominant role in formulating regulations that balance civilian and military interests. The implementation of the TNI Law is also greatly influenced by how power is exercised, both in the defense bureaucratic aspect and in the relationship between the military and the civilian government. The tendency for politicization of military institutions can occur if there is excessive intervention from political power in determining strategic defense policies. Apart from that, the power dynamics in the TNI Law policy are also related to how control and supervision mechanisms are implemented. Security sector reform requires a balance between civilian supremacy and military professionalism to ensure that the regulations made do not conflict with democratic principles. Therefore, understanding the power apparatus in the TNI Law policy is important in examining the extent of the role and influence of political actors on the regulations governing military institutions in Indonesia.

Online rotating savings groups (arisan) are a form of activity involving numerous members with the purpose of periodic fund collection. In practice, these activities often give rise to various legal issues, one of which is the breach of obligations (wanprestasi) by members in fulfilling their payment commitments. Such breaches result in legal consequences that not only harm the involved parties but also have the potential to erode public trust in online rotating savings activities. One case that serves as the focus of this research is Decision Number 41/Pdt.G/2021/PN Pwd, which addresses the issue of breach of obligations within the E-Master online rotating savings group. Land registration is an important part of Indonesia's land system that aims to provide legal certainty over land ownership rights. Although this system has been widely implemented, land disputes remain a significant problem in various regions, including in Bangka Belitung. This study aims to examine the role of land registration in providing legal security for land ownership rights in Bangka Belitung as well as the factors that cause land disputes despite land registration. Based on this research, it can be concluded that although land registration provides strong legal protection, there are still various factors that cause land disputes, such as inaccurate registration data, unauthorized transfer of rights, claims based on customary rights, and lack of public understanding of the importance of proper land registration. In addition, the implementation of a more transparent, accurate, and technology-based land registration as well as increased education to the community can help reduce land disputes in Bangka Belitung. This study suggests the importance of improving the land registration system and inclusive dispute resolution efforts, to ensure that land registration can be more effective in providing legal certainty and preventing future conflicts.

Pawn is one of the property rights obtained by a person who receives the goods—who provides credit—on a movable and tangible item that is handed over to him by a person who is in debt or by another person on his behalf. Pawning is a common phenomenon in many countries, especially in Indonesia. The regulations related to pawn are determined in the Civil Code, especially in Article 1150 of the Civil Code, and are further regulated in various additional articles in the Civil Code. Pawn requires the existence of two or more parties who are related to each other and agree to make a binding agreement with a certain period of time to receive and provide guarantees to an entity in return for a certain amount of money or other goods, which must then be returned in accordance with the agreement that has been made along with the surplus value that may arise as a result of added value or interest. This is an obligation that must be fulfilled by the party who owes, but the party who provides the credit also has a handful of obligations that must be fulfilled as a form of accountability for the pawned goods that are received and maintained for a certain period of time, for example, maintaining the pawned goods from potential damage or carrying out maintenance so that the pawned goods function properly. However, the party who provides the credit has the right to receive compensation or a refund of the maintenance costs incurred to maintain the pawned goods; this is regulated in Article 1157, Paragraph 2, of the Civil Code, which is a guarantee for every entity that provides credit to obtain its rights or compensation from efforts to "rescue" the pawned goods.

The online buying and selling system makes it easier for people to make transactions and creates business opportunities for business people to develop business transactions in collaboration with resellers without having to meet face to face, such as online buying and selling transactions for Namastudios bags. Online buying and selling transactions between suppliers and resellers are carried out by mutual agreement where the rights and obligations of the parties are regulated to avoid risks. However, there was a default in 2018 by the supplier that the goods sent did not match what was agreed. So resellers suffer quite a lot of losses. For these losses, the reseller filed a lawsuit at the South Jakarta District Court. The aim of the research is to provide legal protection and to find out the application of judges in court decision no. 629/Pdt.G/2022/PN.Jkt.Sel. The research method uses normative juridical research with a case approach which uses data collection methods through secondary data which is analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research are legal protection for resellers for default, based on Article 1320 of the Civil Code, where the agreement made is not in accordance with the agreement, it is null and void, where the supplier is obliged to compensate the reseller for losses. The application of the judge's law in the decision is that the judge granted part of the decision and stated that the Defendant had committed an act of breach of contract based on Article 1320 of the Civil Code which did not fulfill one of the conditions for the validity of the agreement, namely the agreement contained in the notarial deed.
