Skin flap is a skin graft procedure that will repair damaged skin by removing the soft tissue underneath. Objective: to determine Physiotherapy management in the form of giving electro therapy (ultrasound and Infrared) and exercise. Methods: The research method includes a "case report" case study conducted on 1 male patient with a diagnosis of Stiffness wrist digiti 1-5 manus dextra hand function disorders, ec. Amputation of fingers manus dextra post flap). The measuring instruments used are using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) for pain scale, Wrist Hand Disability Index (WHDI) to measure functional activity ability, Gonimeter to measure joint motion scope, Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) to measure muscle strength, mitline to measure odema segment circumference. Results: After 3 times of therapy, the patient's assessment results were obtained, namely a significant change in the level of joint scope of motion, muscle strength, skin integrity, motion pain in the wrist and fingers of the right hand, and functional ability. Conclusion: This case study shows that the administration of electrotepsy and exercises in the case of Skin Flap of the thumb of the hand, proved to be effective.

The three communication protocols commonly used with Arduino are I2C (Inter-Integrated Circuit), SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface), and UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter). Each of these protocols has unique characteristics that make them suitable for different applications. These three communication protocols provide flexible options when developing systems that communicate with sensors, actuators, or other modules on the Arduino platform. Selecting the appropriate protocol depends on specific needs, such as speed, number of connected devices, and system complexity.

There are many cases or events that did not actually happen but are made into news and packaged as well as possible so that the public is interested in reading them. As a modern and educated society, we have to be good at digging up information. This Community Service activity was carried out at SMPN 2 Islam Ternate City where this activity aims to open the minds of students at SMPN 2 Islam Ternate City regarding the importance of filtering information so that they do not become a generation that likes to spread untrue news. With this activity, it is hoped that students will become more active in finding out about news circulating in the community and school environment, finding out whether the news is true or not before it is distributed widely so as to minimize the spread of hoax news.

Ramona Thieme Mercer was born on October 4, 1929 is the author of the middle class theory of nursing known as the achievement of the maternal role. Mercer began her Nursing career in 1950, when she received a Diploma from St. Mary's. Margaret's School of Nursing in Montgomery Alabama. Mercer's theory is an example of a middle range theory, it has a lower abstraction that is derived from other theories so that it can be applied to more specific areas of nursing. A very interesting thing, of course, is when a nurse is able to translate how to develop this theory, it becomes easier to apply to patients. Maternal Role Attainment proposed by Mercer follows Bronfenbrenner's work in 1979 which is known as the bird's nest circle which includes a set of microsystem, mesosystem and macrosystem cycles. The application of the becoming a mother model in providing nursing care to postpartum clients is carried out to help clients achieve their role as a mother. So that the mother can provide good care for the baby and the baby can be fulfilled in psychosocial terms.

As a result, many communities, especially households, are plunged into problems arising from paying difficulties. Often, loans from this Emok Bank are used to pay off debts to other Emok Banks. Economic circumstances make a householder dependent on a mother's bank. The existence of an Emok Bank has led to bad behavior against the households in the village of Leuweung Gede, most of them being borrowers to an emoc bank that borrows more than one bank.

Policy regulations are free policy products determined by state administration officials in the context of carrying out government tasks. The policies set by the government in the form of policy regulations are not based on orders from the law or not based on authority based on the law. The policies of state administration officials are then outlined in a certain format so that they can be applied generally or apply equally to every citizen. The format of policy regulations is simpler than the format of statutory regulations. Policy regulations are enforced and obeyed like other legal regulations. In the practice of government administration, policy regulations and statutory regulations coexist. Policy regulations are not statutory regulation. Policy maker does not have the authority to form laws and regulations. The research is aimed at knowing the problems of the client and the causes of the client's social irregularities. The study uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are performed with observation, interviews and literature studies. The result of this study is the factor behind the social irregularities of adolescents who experience or live in broken home circles. Most youths commit this social aberrant because they want to shift their weight, their unhinged teenage behavior is also one of the factors that causes youths to commit deviations or delinquency, making them more susceptible to the adverse effects of their surroundings. A typical example of broken home adolescents involves alcoholics, drug use, and so forth. At present, however, social deviations are not limited to the person or youth of broken home, illness. Delinquency seems to be common in teens or in juvenile delinquency often results in achievement (pride) in order to make it a good, fun, fun youth. This factor is due to the rapid growth of globalization and modernization that many outside cultures are introduced into Indonesia and are affecting social aberrant behavior in the youth.

In Indonesia, digital architecture has been a subject of debate since its inception, garnering both proponents and opponents. Many still hold the belief that computers are merely new tools, akin to drawing instruments, for architects. However, the current progress reveals the availability of numerous computer modeling programs that support architectural design. These programs enable the visualization of building conditions before construction, becoming commonplace tools in consultancy firms and educational institutions, embraced by both lecturers and students. Consequently, the impact of information technology on the evolution of the architectural world is evident. The growing reliance on digital modeling programs in architectural design demonstrates a paradigm shift. This technological influence extends beyond individual buildings to encompass urban modeling, both in physical and non-physical aspects. Therefore, it is understood that the influence of information technology will continue to grow in the architectural realm, with digital programs playing a pivotal role in supporting the building design process.

Social media (social media) has now become a part of the life of Indonesian people who are very phenomenal. Various kinds of advantages and conveniences are offered to interact with everyone both in terms of business even from various circles. Not only that, with the development of internet use and communication technology devices such as smartphones that are increasingly advanced, it has become one of the drivers of the growth of new networking sites that offer friends and information online. Social media has also become the backbone as a means of communication in this digital century. This study aims to determine students' perceptions about the extent of the use of social media in helping them learn English. English that is expected to be understood and learned is English in hospitality and also in advertising language. This research is important to find out how students perceive the effectiveness of using social media to support their learning and understanding and creativity in the field of English for Hospitality and in compiling advertising language. A total of 50 students from the English Literature study program of Udayana University will be used as data sources in conducting this research. This research will use qualitative methods with a case study design. The use of questionnaires as well as semi-structured interviews will be carried out in collecting data. In analyzing the data will use a basic statistical model of the results of questionnaires on students. Meanwhile, the results of the interview data will be analyzed with the Flow model from Miles and Huberman.

In the era of globalization and technological advancement, the role of (MSMEs) in the economy is becoming increasingly important. However, the problem of the inability of MSMEs to make financial statements and fulfill their tax obligations results in difficulties accessing capital, where MSMEs cannot meet the requirements in obtaining capital through banks or other financial institutions. This community service aims to provide literacy to individual taxpayers of MSMEs who have not carried out their tax obligations correctly, especially related to changes from PP 23 of 2018 to the Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations (HPP) of 2020. The methods used are counseling and socialization regarding aspects of taxation and financial reporting to MSMEs. The results obtained in the discussion showed that the limit of non-taxable gross circulation is Rp. 500,000,000 following the Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations (HPP) of 2020.

This research aims to determine the application of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model in learning to write personal letters for class VII students at SMPN 1 Gunungwungkal Pati. Based on the results of observations, there is a problem with class VII students at SMPN 1 Gunungwungkal Pati, namely that students still have difficulty using the right words and writing a message on personal letter writing material, because the learning model used by the teacher is not appropriate. This research uses mixed methods. Data collection was carried out using test and non-test techniques. The test technique is in the form of working on personal letter writing test questions, and the non-test technique is in the form of observation and questionnaires. Based on the research results, before implementing the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model in learning to write personal letters, teachers still used Discovery Based Learning techniques for the learning process of writing personal letters and only used Indonesian language textbooks as learning support materials. The application of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model has proven that students are more active during learning. The (CIRC) model also makes students more enthusiastic and makes it easier for students to understand the material for writing personal letters.  

Warehouse is an important part of a company. Warehousing activities must have a good storage system to support the smooth production process and warehousing activities. PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company in the field of paper production that uses 100% recycled paper as its raw material. PT. XYZ has many warehouses needed for production. Stock taking is an activity of physically counting the inventory of goods in the warehouse or production to determine the real or actual quantity owned by the company. Stock taking is important to carry out control, so that the company can monitor and know the assets it owns. By carrying out comprehensive stock taking activities, real stock reports will be obtained which will be used as material for consideration for further development. One of the problems that often occurs in spare part warehouses is a mismatch in the final balance of spare part components between the stock card and the inventory system which occurs continuously. This problem can cause errors in stock taking reports which can result in losses for the company. This research uses the fishbone diagram method. This diagram is often called a cause and effect diagram. This fishbone diagram is used to analyze and look for factors causing problems that have a significant impact on differences in inventory. Human, environmental, material and method factors are factors that cause differences in existing inventory. Human factors such as drowsiness and lack of concentration can also be caused by environmental factors such as lack of air circulation, causing the temperature in the spare parts warehouse to increase. The lack of discipline of spare parts warehouse officers also greatly influences the results of stock taking activities carried out

This article aims to determine the role of internal auditors in preventing conditions or fraud in companies. Acts of circumstances can occur due to opportunity, pressure and rationalization, as mentioned in the fraud triangle. One of the reasons why perpetrators of conditional acts can freely carry out conditional acts is if there is no proper supervision, so that the opportunity to carry out conditional acts comes. Therefore, the role of independent internal auditors in companies is very necessary to suppress opportunities that will be taken by potential perpetrators.  

Indonesia has experienced several curriculum changes from 1947 to 2013. These changes are related to how important and strategic the role of the curriculum is in implementing the national teaching system. The 2013 curriculum is an integrated competency and character-based curriculum which is a refinement of the Education Unit Level Curricum (KTSP). The 2013 curriculum places more emphasis on character education, especially at the basic level, which will become the foundation for the next level. This research is descriptive quantitative research which aims to describe or create an objective picture of a situation, starting from data collection and answering the research questions that have been asked. Descriptive quantitative research also aims to obtain broader and deeper information by summarizing various conditions, situations, phenomena, or various variables and circumstances that occurred during the research by presenting what actually happened. The research results show that the obstacles in implementing the 2013 Curriculum come from the government, institutions, teachers and students. This seems to be appropriate that there are several factors that influence implementing the curriculum, namely: support from agencies and school principals, support from fellow teachers, support from students and parents, and support from within the teacher are the main elements. When the elements above encounter obstacles, they will certainly hinder the process of implementing a curriculum.

A flat shape is a geometric part that only has a perimeter and area. There are various shapes of flat shapes, such as triangle, square, long, parallelogram, rhombus, kite, trapezoid, and circle. The aim of this research is to conduct a literary analysis related to the difficulties faced by students in expressing their ideas in the subject. which are given. The analysis method used is called Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data collection was carried out by documenting and reviewing 7 national index articles; the articles are then broken down into different areas. Based on the research results, there are thirteen articles that discuss the difficulties experienced by students when solving problems related to the topic of building a flat-sided room. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are still problems that students often face when trying to solve problems related to the construction of flat-sided spaces. The most common types of errors are formula errors, errors in shape identification, and errors in understanding the concept of plane figures. This is caused by uneven understanding of concepts, inaccurate determination of formulations, and uneven student bias in understanding the results of flat shapes.

This study aims to assess the influence of leadership style on employee performance at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The significance of leadership style in influencing staff engagement, dedication, and productivity has been acknowledged. Having a comprehensive grasp of how leadership style may impact performance is crucial in the banking business, which is characterized by fierce rivalry and continuously evolving market circumstances. The research was carried out by distributing a questionnaire survey to workers from different work units at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The questionnaire was designed to evaluate the employees' perception of the leadership style employed inside the organization, as well as their level of performance. The population under investigation comprises all employees of UOB Bank Medan. The sample approach employed is simple random sampling. The sample size for this study consisted of 110 workers. The acquired data was subsequently examined utilizing statistical methodologies, such as regression, to assess the relationship between the independent variable (leadership style) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of this study are anticipated to offer valuable insights for UOB Buana Bank Medan in enhancing leadership approaches to enhance employee performance. The practical implication of this study is that it can aid managers in selecting a leadership style that aligns with the specific attributes of the organization.

Postpartum mothers with HIV who have problems breastfeeding their babies are at risk of experiencing breast pain and swelling caused by milk dams. Breast care intervention is an important action for postpartum mothers with HIV who have problems breastfeeding. The aim of the intervention is to clean and improve blood circulation around the breasts, prevent breast swelling, and reduce discomfort in the breasts. This research method is a case study with pre-post intervention. The sample of this study was postpartum mothers with HIV on the first day. The measurement instrument uses a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) measuring instrument to measure the pain scale. Breast care intervention was carried out for 3 days when the patient was hospitalized 2-3 times/day and observations were made to find out complaints of pain and swelling in the breasts. The results showed that there was a decrease in the pain scale from a scale of 5 (moderate) to a scale of 2 (mild) after 3 days of intervention. In conclusion, breast care interventions are effective in reducing the discomfort of pain and swelling in the breasts of postpartum mothers with HIV who have problems breastfeeding.
