The purpose of making this journal is to find out the meaning of the lyrics of the song "Asmalibrasi" then the next goal is to find out what language styles or figure of speech are contained in the lyrics of the song "Asmalibrasi" and some of our goals, especially in this song, are devoted to teenagers who are in love.  tried to proceed to a more serious stage, namely marriage but the couple had doubts because of the many problems that arose but the couple was finally able to proceed to the marriage stage because by lowering their respective egos.  The theory we use is according to several well-known experts. The method we use in this journal is by listening to the song and reading the lyrics to the song.  The result of our analysis is that each lyric of the song “Asmalibrasi” contains many meanings that we must learn. Our recommendation is to be careful in choosing each partner, not because of the standard of society.

Administrative financial education is an important component in the field of education to obtain educational facilities, including in Kober TK Islamic Center. Recording of acceptance and management of school financial administration at the Kober TK Islamic Center using handwriting or has not been computerized, which can result in a lot of bookkeeping, writing errors, and delays in financial reporting. In addition to the long recording process, data search also takes a long time, which can make it difficult for administrative staff to process acceptance and manage financial administration. Based on the problems in the Kober TK Islamic Center, it is necessary to build an information system that can assist in recording and managing financial administration. This information system creates using the MySQL database, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and Sublime Text for the text editor. the test server uses XAMPP, and the data used is obtained from Kober TK Islamic Center. The expected results of this final project are to assist employees in recording acceptance and managing financial administration efficiently. Then, for this project, it is hoped that it can also assist in the acceptance and management of financial administration in the Kober TK Islamic Center.

The research entitled Use of Language in advertisements and broadcasts on TV. The formulation of the problem is (1) How is the use of the variety of spoken language? (2) How is the use of languageseen from the accuracy of the choice of words (diction)? (3) How is the code mixing that occurs in the use of the language, the method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The source of the data used in this research is the oral utterances delivered in broadcast news. Source of data used as research data is news that is broadcast starting from the morning and at night. Technique data collection in this study used the recording method with listening and listening techniques note technique. The results of the research show that (1) the use of speech variety is variety official (2) the use of diction, then 10 of the ten news used is obtained. Of the ten types of accuracy of diction analyzed, the results of the accuracy of the use of diction were obtained, as follows: use of special general words 6, use of words that are almost synonymous 5, use of denotative and connotative words 4, use of words that are similar in spelling 1, use of idioms 1, use of foreign endings 1, and use of continuity word choice 4 found inaccurate word choice. (3) the use of mixing Indonesian code into the language Region is code mixing into (inner code-mixing) due to code mixing carried out between local languages ​​and Indonesian. based on the results obtained the researcher's observation in depth, from the use of the language used is sufficient light what else is the local language and most of the errors found are correct used.                One of the pastor's successes in increasing the spiritual growth of the congregation is through visits to neighbors' homes. In the visit the pastor will meet directly with the congregation to share God's word, pray for the congregation, and provide an opportunity for the congregation to pour out all their complaints, so that the congregation is not burdened with the struggles and problems that are currently happening in their household. The most important goal in the visit is to bring the congregation closer to God and provide a correct understanding of God's word.

In the 21st century, there are many uses of new and foreign language terms, not even a few of these language terms have become normalized or normalized by the community for use in everyday life. The problem contained in this study is that the use of the slang term "well" is more dominantly used on social media, especially on social media tiktok and especially young people who tend to understand more about the term "well" slang. The purpose of this research is to find out why in the 21st century people, especially young people, are more interested in using the slang term "well" for everyday use and especially in social media tiktok. And also to invite or get used to using Indonesian more often . The method used in this research is qualitative data. The results of this study are to prove why the younger generation is more likely to use and understand more the Indonesian language in social media because Indonesian itself is an identity for citizenship. Based on the results of research that in the 21st century, people, especially the younger generation, are more comfortable and easier to understand the slang term "well".

Mathematics is often considered a difficult subject by students so it is not uncommon for students to experience learning difficulties such as experiencing anxiety when learning mathematics, therefore this study aims to describe the level of anxiety, describe the factors that cause anxiety, and how anxiety affects student learning difficulties class X at MAS YMPI Tanjungbalai. In this study, the number of research subjects was 36 students with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection in this study was in the form of data field notes using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Learning difficulties can be interpreted as a condition in the learning process which is characterized by the presence of certain obstacles to achieve learning outcomes. In this study it refers more to the problem of student anxiety which is an obstacle in achieving learning objectives. This research is a type of qualitative research and the validity technique in this study uses time triangulation. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion regarding the level of student anxiety in learning mathematics, it can be concluded that from 36 students, 8 (22.2%) students experienced high levels of anxiety, 23 (63.9%) students experienced moderate anxiety levels and 5 (13.9) %) students have a low level of anxiety. The anxiety of the students with the low anxiety category was more responsive and very enthusiastic in learning mathematics compared to the other two categories, namely the moderate anxiety category and the high anxiety category. Based on data analysis on average student learning outcomes, students with high levels of anxiety will have an average learning outcome lower than students with medium anxiety levels and high anxiety levels.

The purpose of this article is to find out the use of Indonesian language that has been reduced in use which has been changed into foreign languages, especially in tourism bus transportation. Tourism in Indonesia is an important economic sector. In 2009, tourism ranked third in terms of foreign exchange earnings after oil and gas and palm oil commodities. Currently, the tourism business is growing rapidly in Indonesia because the tourism sector is driven as a very large labor recruiter and a very large source of economic income in Indonesia, a factor that supports the existence of tourism is Indonesia's strategic territory and a large selection of destinations. The use of Indonesian today has changed a lot where Indonesian is replaced by foreign languages, especially in the tourism sector, such as the use of the word "souvenir" which is currently changing its nickname to "souvenir" the problem in this article is the threat that greatly affects the use of Indonesian. This method uses the observation method in the form of interviews. As a result of this analysis, there is a change in Indonesian language style to foreign languages, especially English.

The existence of the cosmetics industry basically has a positive impact but also creates new problems because there is still inadequate management of liquid waste. The aim of the study was to find out how the coagulation and flocculation processes affect the quality of BOD, COD, and TSS in wastewater treatment plants. This research method uses a qualitative type method, based on its type with a cross sectional approach with an observational researchhmethode. The populationnof this study is the outlet of the Wastewater Treatment Plant which has undergone coagulation and flocculation processes. The samples used were outlets after the coagulation and flocculation processes were carried out at the WWTP in Cosmetic Industry X, Depok City. The results from the inlet levels of BOD 2,152 mg/l, COD 5,380 mg/l, and TSS 1,830 mg/l. The outlet levels of the Cosmetic Industry X Wastewater Treatment Installation in Depok City showed a BOD level of 15 mg/l, a COD level of 63 mg/l, and a TSS of 20 mg/l. In this study the contents of BOD, COD and TSS in cosmetic industry waste X in Depok city were included in the water quality status with good quality after coagulation and flocculation processes.

The people who are involved in the tourism industry are required to communicate with the tourists in their language. The language which is often used to communicate with the foreign tourist is English. If they cannot understand the English language, the foreign tourist will often find difficulties in communication. The game of volleyball in Indonesia is developing rapidly, volleyball is very popular with the public, both professionally and amateurs. Efforts to improve volleyball in the community with the aim of helping the federation optimize the potential of Indonesian youth. The problems faced by partners are mastery of basic techniques that are not yet optimal and knowledge of the rules and technology in ball games is still lacking. The solution offered is to provide basic technical mastery training and an introduction to rules and technology in volleyball games. Location of FIKK UNM volleyball field activities. Students as partners with a total of 35 people. This activity consists of theory and practice. Service activities run well and smoothly. Partners who are students feel happy and satisfied with the service activities carried out. We thank those who have helped carry out this dedication activity. Abstract. Abstract. Law enforcement in Indonesia is complex and not easy. Since the Legal Aid Law was passed in 2011, various hopes have begun to emerge for the development of a legal aid system that can be accessed by all groups of society, especially the poor (poor). However, along the way, there are still many weaknesses and need significant improvement. Therefore the problem is how to implement the provision of free legal aid (pro bono publico) by the local government for the poor in East Java province; as well as how the coordination between the Regional Government of East Java Province and the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of East Java as providers of legal aid in the regions. This research method uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. Then carried out a qualitative analysis of the substance and context of the research from the aspect of human rights. The practice of providing legal aid to the poor in East Java Province is still experiencing obstacles, including the lack of socialization regarding the provision of legal aid to the poor, the minimal number of Legal Aid Organizations (OBH) in providing legal aid, the amount of legal aid costs is insufficient in the process at the trial, as well as administrative requirements related to the Certificate of Disability (SKTM) which was misused by several individuals and did not match its purpose.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the family of hope program along with the obstacles in the family of hope program in Sidoarjo Regency. This research is based on the problem of assistants who carry out socialization only once every three months and there are There are still many PKH recipients who do not understand their rights and obligations. The method used is qualitative research. The data collection technique is by means of in-depth interviews, observations and relevant literature studies with one key informant, namely the Village PKH assistant and four supporting informants including the District PKH coordinator, village secretary, and PKH assistance recipient communities. The analysis technique in this The study uses a qualitative type that refers to the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the analysis of the family of hope program in Sidoarjo, namely, first, the achievement of goals. The achievement measure is said to have not been achieved because the targets for accepting PKH members are still not on target and the process of managing the aid index for PKH recipients is still not right. The second is integration, the size of integration is said to be not right because there has been no delivery of skills for PKH members in socializing with PKH facilitators. Third, adaptation, PKH facilitators are sufficient good and can adapt to PKH members and their environment.

The background of this research is that the activities of Class VIII students of SMPN 31 Semarang in the learning process are not enthusiastic, students only focus on using books as learning aids. Therefore, in the learning process we need a media-based learning aid that can attract students' attention in order to improve student performance and understanding. It is important to apply TikTok-based learning application innovations to involve students in learning so that the material being taught is easy to understand.    Based on this background, the problem arises How to Use the Tiktok Application as a Learning Media in Writing Explanatory Text Writing Skills for Class VIII Students of SMPN 31 Semarang Academic Year 2022/2023? This study aims to identify the Utilization of the Tiktok Application as a Learning Media in Writing Explanatory Text Writing Skills for Class VIII Students of SMPN 31 Semarang Academic Year 2022/2023. This type of research is mixed method . Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, test and documentation methods.    The results of this study indicate that students in class VIII use the media using the social media application TikTok above, it can be seen that the average score of students in class VIII SMPN 31 Semarang in the 2022/2023 academic year when writing explanatory texts in general is at the moderate level (50- 74). The average score of the students on the explanatory text writing test performance was 66.71 at the sufficient level.

The background of this study is the interest to study further about compliance with politeness in the maxim of respect and the maxim of modesty in the Tonight Show program on NET TV based on Leech's theory. The method used in this article is descriptive qualitative method. The problem discussed in this article is the form of compliance with politeness in the maxim of appreciation on the Tonight Show program on NET TV based on Leech's theory. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of compliance with politeness in respect maxims based on Leech's theory. The benefit of this study is for pragmatics and theoretical studies regarding language politeness through television media. Based on the results of the discussion, it was found that there were several and included in compliance with the maxim of respect and the maxim of moderation. The entire data collected is based on the amount of data, namely one maxim of respect and one maxim of modesty.

The condition of the feet of DM patients is one of the indicators that must be studied in monitoring the incidence of ulcers. In DM patients, ulcer problems can occur as a result of vascular and neurological damage. Both causes are initiated through poor metabolic control as assessed by blood glucose levels. The purpose of this study is to analyze several factors that are theoretically and empirically related to the condition of the feet. This cross-sectional study was conducted on the DM group in Palembang city (n = 50), by filling out a characteristic questionnaire, examining foot conditions, and measuring fasting blood sugar levels. The research findings revealed that of all the factors tested with Kendall Tau, blood sugar levels were the only one that was significant (p-value = 0.002) so that it could be significant as a predictor of the condition of the feet. Controlling these levels is important in controlling the incidence of ulcers in patients. The next step that can be taken is to carry out a thorough examination of the patient's neurovascular condition with the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) and the Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument (MNSI).

The formulation of the problem in this study is Is there an influence of work ethic and workload on work enthusiasm in the Sibolga City District Government? The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of work ethic and workload on work enthusiasm in the Sibolga City District Government. The hypothesis in this study is that work ethic and workload have a positive effect on work enthusiasm at the Sibolga Kota District Government Office. This type of quantitative research with a survey approach. The population is 85 people and used as a sample. Source of data comes from primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis.             The results of the determination test show that the variables of work ethic and workload can influence the variable of employee morale in the Sibolga Kota District Government, it is known from the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) that is 0.547. Work ethic and workload together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the morale of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value (45.363 > 3.11). Partially, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee morale in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where tcount = (2.515) is greater than ttable value (1.992), Partially the most dominant workload affects morale, meaning that the workload variable is more decisive in increasing employee morale compared to work ethic. Where the value of tcount = (4.441) is greater than the value of ttable (1.992). The multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.965 + 0.250X1 + 0.582X2 employee morale shows a positive direction

The conclusion is that through the text of Ezekiel 37:1-14, God actually wants to convey promises and messages of hope through Ezekiel. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether work ethics and work experience simultaneously influence the work performance of employees at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office? The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze whether there is an effect of work ethics and work experience on employee performance at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office. The hypothesis of this study is that there is an effect of work experience on employee performance at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office. The population is 108 people and the sample is 52 people. The results showed that work ethics and work experience simultaneously affect employee performance, where Fcount (86.578) is greater than Ftable (3.18) and Sig.á (0.000b) is smaller than α 5% (0.005). There is an influence of work ethics on employee performance, where the tcount value of 5.511 is greater than the ttable value of 2.008 or a significant (Sig-t) of 0.000 less than α (0.05). There is the influence of work experience on employee performance, where the tcount value of 2.780 is greater than the ttable value of 2.008 or a significant (Sig-t) of 0.008 less than α (0.05). 77.9% work ethics and work experience can affect employee performance. The positive sign in the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 4.825 + 0.552X1 + 0.314X2 indicates that employee performance will increase if work ethics and work experience are good.
