This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of readiness for change and agile leadership on the dynamic capabilities of SMEs. Furthermore, this study also examines the influence of dynamic capabilities on strengthening the digital ecosystem of SMEs. If SMEs are ready to change and have agile leadership, it will increase their dynamic capabilities. This dynamic capability of SMEs will ultimately improve the lives and long-term sustainability of SMEs in the digital world. This type of research is explanatory research to analyze SMEs’ digital ecosystem improvement. This research uses regression analysis methods and path analysis in managing data. The sampling technique used non-random sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data were collected from 250 SMEs in Central Java through a questionnaire. The results of the study show that readiness for change and agile leadership can increase the dynamic capabilities of SMEs. The increasing dynamic capabilities of SMEs are proven to be able to strengthen the digital ecosystem for SMEs. The results of this study are expected to contribute to SMEs strengthening the growth of the digital economy in Indonesia. The urgency of this research relates to factors that can strengthen the SME digital ecosystem and contribute to improving the economy.

The purpose of this study is to examine specifically related to the governance and accountability of cooperatives that have been carried out in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative design, with a population of 125 journals and through purposive sampling, a sample of 35 journals was obtained. The results of the journal review can be concluded: (1). The trend of research on governance and accountability of cooperatives in Indonesia is mostly done with a qualitative design, obtained the concept: to improve governance can be done through socialization and training on SPI to managers; comply with ethical principles and rules; the accountability aspect must be audited by KAP; the role of government; principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Measurement of the dimensions of democracy, the quality of human resources, transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Good financial planning, transparency and accountability in financial management, increasing management commitment, knowledge, understanding of the duties and authorities of management regarding business risks and communication. Factors of members, administrators and supervisors as well as honesty and understanding; Sharia good corporate governance requires supervision from the Supervisory Board. Understanding of the important role of cooperatives for improving the community's economy, consistency in preparing financial reports. (2). Based on the quantitative design, it is concluded: cooperative governance and accountability have a positive and significant effect and accountability as a mediating variable on cooperative performance, there is no difference between financial accountability performance before and during the pandemic, cooperative reform has a positive and significant effect on cooperative governance and cooperative governance has no effect on the effectiveness of lending.  

The relationship between the inflation rate and the unemployment rate affects a country's mix of fiscal and monetary policy decisions to achieve better economic conditions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Medan City Government's policy regarding the threat of unemployment after the increase in inflation using data from 2017-2020. The data collection method used is library research method. In the results of the study, the number of unemployed from 2017 decreased by 9.46%, in 2019 it increased by 8.53 and in 2020 the increase reached 10.74%. In 2020, Indonesia was affected by the covid-19 pandemic which caused the country's economy to decline. This is one of the factors for the increasing number of unemployed and the inflation rate from 2017 has decreased until 2020. Inflation must be prevented immediately by means of policies from the government, namely by receiving and state budget expenditures to maintain currency stability with the aim of improving the welfare of the people in a country.  

The purpose of this research is : (1) to describes the error of Indonesian language in exposition text by the students at class X, (2) causes of error, and (3) the effort which is done by the teacher and student to solve the error. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a sample student text SMAIT Ummul Quro Bogor kelas X IPA 1  dan X IPA 3. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and document analysis. Data analysis technique used is the interactive analytical model that includes four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The conclusions of this study are as follows. Firstly, the linguistic elements of language errors that often occur in the student text is divided into four errors : spelling error, diction, sentence, and paragraph. Secondly, language errors that often occur in a student text exposition caused by several factors, among others: is inadequate of language mastery, lack of examples by the teachers, the influence of foreign language, lack of writing peactice, and lack of writing time. Thirdly, the efforts have been made to minimize errors include: improving students' language mastery, having more practices in writing, implementing appropriate correction technique, and implementing a process approach to teaching writing.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of using picture series on students' speaking skill. The researcher had done at MTSS Nagari Binjai. The problems in this research was caused by several factors. Firstly, students paid less attention to the English teacher. Secondly, they were afraid of making mistake to express ideas. In this research a quasi-experimental design was used by the researcher. The researcher used pre-test and post-test to experimental and control class. The sample was 2A as experimental class and taught by using picture series and 2B as control class and taught without using picture series. To determine the sample, the experimental and control class, the researcher utilized SPSS 20 to examine the data and check for normality and homogeneity. The researcher utilized the t-test formula to test the hypothesis and consulted the results in a t-table with level of significance of 0.05. It was found that there was a significant effect of using picture series toward students speaking skill. Then there was a significant difference between students who were taught using picture series and those who were taught without them. The value of t-calculated in the post-test from the experimental and control classes was greater than the t-table (3.4 > 2.021). The last hypothesis was that teaching with picture series was superior than teaching without picture series in terms of improving students' speaking skill. In the post-test, the mean score of the experimental class was greater than the control class (8.10 > 2.54).

Kota Lama Semarang telah menjadi salah satu daya tarik wisata yang menarik minat wisatawan baik dari dalam kota Semarang maupun luar kota Semarang. Pemerintah Kota Semarang melalui Badan Pengembangan Kawasan Kota Lama Semarang merevitalisasi Kota Lama Semarang sehingga menjadi tempat yang nyaman untuk dikunjungi wisatawan. Selain memperbaiki kondisi fisik, pemerintah juga memperbaiki dan meningkatkan fasilitas di Kota Lama Semarang. Salah satunya adalah dengan menyediakan pemandu wisata yang juga memiliki peran penting dalam kemajuan pariwisata. Dengan demikian ketrampilan seorang pemandu wisata juga harus diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan ketrampilan berbahasa dan teknik kepemaduan para pemandu wisata Kota Lama Semarang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan praktek langsung di Kota Lama Semarang. Dengan mengikuti kegiatan ini diharapkan ketrampilan berbahasa dan kepemanduan pemandu wisata Kota Lama Semarang meningkat dan pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan pariwisata di kota Semarang. The Semarang City Government through Badan Pengembangan Kawasan Kota Lama Semarang revitalized Semarang Old City so that it became a comfortable place for tourists to visit. In addition to improving physical conditions, the government also improves and improves facilities in Semarang Old City. One of them is by providing tour guides who also have an important role in the progress of tourism. Thus the skills of a tour guide must also be considered and improved. This community service activity is carried out with the aim of improving the language skills and guidance techniques of the Semarang Old City tour guides. This activity is carried out by providing training and hands-on practice in Kota Lama Semarang. By participating in this activity, it is hoped that the language skills and guidance of the Semarang Old City tour guide will increase and in the end can increase tourism in the city of Semarang. This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure and good corporate governance on company value. This research was conducted on all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The method of determining the sample using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and obtained 170 observations. The data collection method uses non-participant observation. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model. The results of the study show that corporate social responsibility disclosure has no significant effect on company value and good corporate governance has a significant positive effect on company value which means that the higher the corporate social responsibility disclosure will not affect the stock value and with the implementation of good corporate governance, the higher of company value is reflected in the stock price as well. The implications of this research show the application of signal theory, stakeholder theory, and agency theory as well as providing benefits to parties who need it, especially companies and stakeholders related to companies in expressing corporate social responsibility disclosure and improving good corporate governance which can increase company value.

The teaching and learning process is an ongoing interaction between teachers and students to acquire knowledge in accordance with learning objectives. Measuring the success of the teaching and learning process can be seen from the learning outcomes achieved by students. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the snowball throwing method was more effective in influencing student responsibility than the conventional method, the effect of the responsibility of students taught by the snowball throwing method on student achievement, and the effectiveness of using the snowball throwing method in improving student achievement. This type of research is quantitative with a True Experimental research design using a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Data was collected by means of tests, observations, and documentation. After the data was collected, data analysis was carried out so that the average experimental class student responsibility was 3,25 higher than the control class average responsibility of 1,9 so that the snowball throwing method in the experimental class was more effective in influencing student responsibility. Student responsibility is very influential on student achievement of 83,0%. The use of the snowball throwing method was more effective in improving the learning achievement of fifth-graders at SD Kanisius Kurmosari Semarang in Catholic Religious Education subjects by 76,8497 or 76,8%. So, the use of the snowball throwing method is more effective in improving student learning outcomes.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the effectiveness of the audit committee, as measured by committee size, number of meetings, and competence, as well as audit quality on earnings quality with firm size, leverage, and profitability as control variables. The population of this study is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The sample selection method used purposive sampling and 292 data were obtained. The results of hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression showed that the size of the audit committee and audit quality had a positive effect on earnings quality. Meanwhile, the number of meeting and competence has no effect on the quality of earnings. Furthermore, all control variables affect earnings quality.

This article reviews the Implications of Multicultural Education on the Religious Mindset of the Millennial Generation. This article aims to explain the impact of implementing multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation. The writing of this article uses a type of qualitative research with library research methods. The results of this study are to determine the impact of the implementation of multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation, namely: (1) improving self understanding and self-concept well. (2) increase sensitivity in understanding other people. (3) respecting religious and cultural differences between groups regarding an event, values, and behavior. (4) open our minds in responding to various issues. (5) Stay away from stereotypical views and try to respect others. With multicultural education, a person will become a good human being and more tolerant of diversity, and not passionate about the religion he adheres to. Therefore, a religious mindset based on multicultural education needs to be instilled as early as possible. This includes an appreciation of the existence of cultural plurality, recognition of human dignity and rights, and development of human responsibility towards the inhabited earth.

Activities in improving literacy of scientific article writing by the KIR of SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung aims to encourage students in scientific article writing activities towards journal publications which so far have not been carried out, because writing skills are not obtained naturally through the process of practicing and continuing to learn. The training methods carried out include questionnaires, brainstorming, introduction of several writing tools, systematic deepening of writing good scientific articles, and evaluation. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding and motivation of students and coaches about the importance of publishing articles that have a good impact on themselves, school and community. So three articles that are ready to be written and published in journals, a coaching clinic series that is needed is assistance to encourage the quantity and improve the quality of writing by direct practice.  

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the inquiry learning model during teaching and learning activities in Civics Education (PKn)  SD . This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in elementary schools because there are still many teachers who do not apply innovative learning models, teacher-centered conventional learning models that make students less active in the learning process. The Inquiry Learning learning model emphasizes the process of critical and analytical thinking to seek and find answers to the problems in question. This research method is the study of literature (Library Research) or library research. The research is motivated by the low student scores, presumably because the learning model is less attractive. Inquiry Learning learning model, namely: (1) orientation; (2) formulate the problem; (3) formulate hypotheses; (4) collect data; (5) testing the hypothesis; (6) formulate conclusion    

Quality management is a means that allows it to be used as a basis for improving the education system. One of the problems faced by MI Al Azhar Tuban is the decline in student academic achievement recently. So that it has an impact on the management of madrasah management. However, this problem can still be resolved through quality management which is implemented in Madrasah Ibtida'iyah. The applied management standards must be based on the National Education System. One of the successes of quality management in improving academic achievement is the increasing quality of student learning. Therefore the application of quality management is very important and helpful for educational institutions that have decreased student academic achievement in order to achieve graduates who are superior in the field of academic achievement. The focus of research in this study is (1) How is the application of quality management in improving academic achievement at MI Al Azhar Tuban Badung? (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Quality Management at MI Al Azhar Tuban Badung? The research objectives in this thesis are (1) To determine how the application of quality management in improving academic achievement at MI Al Azhar Tuban Badung (2) To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of quality management at MI Al Azhar Tuban Badung. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research at Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Al Azhar Tuban Badung with data collection techniques in this study include: observation, interviews, documentation, while the data validity test was carried out by triangulation techniques, as long as the research was analyzed with data reduction steps. presentation of data, and drawing conclusions. In this thesis results: (1) the application of quality management in improving academic achievement includes quality planning, quality improvement, quality control and quality assurance (2) The factors that support and hinder the implementation of quality management are internal and external factors.

Character Education of students in an educational institution today is often neglected because of the impact of technology and lack of supervision by parents and teachers. One of the successes in improving the character education of students is determined by the existence of standardized teachers who have competence through the teacher standardization process. This is what underlies the conduct of research at MI Tawakkal Denpasar Bali which has students whose learning achievement is quite good. The research objectives in this thesis were to determine the implementation of the teacher standardization program at MI Tawakkal, to find out the teacher standardization program in improving the character education of MI Tawakkal students, and to find out the obstacles faced and solutions made in improving the character education of MI Tawakkal students. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study reveal that: The teacher standardization program at MI Tawakkal is running well because it is guided by the rules set by foundations and institutions, the Teacher Standardization Program produces quality teachers according to teacher competency standards, so as to improve student learning and character education, and factors. the obstacle is the family that does not fully play a role in implementing character education at home, the negative influence of social media, and the negative environment.  

Innovation is an idea, practice, item, event, or method that is felt or observed as something new for someone to create innovation in improving the quality of education in madrasas and developing a wide reach. This innovation can be developed through the creativity of female students to instill a spirit in every child. The aim of this research is to find out how innovative the Madrasah Head is in telling about student creativity at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hudy Denpasar for the 2019/2020 academic year, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in reading student creativity at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hudy Denpasar for the 2019/2020 academic year. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this research are that the madrasa head's innovation in developing student creativity at MI Al Hudy has gone quite well, as evidenced by the increase in students who are interested and interested in the field of crafts and the proof of their works, as well as supporting factors in developing student creativity in MI Al Hudy provides support from the madrasa head, professional teachers, support from student parents, regular training, a supportive environment and adequate madrasa facilities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are families who do not fully have the same vision and mission in developing student creativity, the negative influence of social media or technology, limited time.

Children with disabilities are part of diversity, but there are problems such as the lack of character formation of children, not yet optimal in developing the potential and limited skills and independence of children with disabilities. So the PKM-PM team at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta provided a mentoring activity through the application of the aquaponics system in order to empower children with disabilities in improving the life skills of children with disabilities at YPAC Professor Doctor Soeharso Surakarta. The methods applied in this service include: (1) providing counseling and socialization related to the aquaponics system, (2) aquaponics assembly, (3) training related to aquaponics seeding and care, and (4) monitoring the development of aquaponics. The result of this service is that children with disabilities who become participants during the service process have gained knowledge related to the aquaponics system. Children routinely carry out maintenance such as spraying hydroponic vegetables, feeding catfish to cleaning fish waste at the bottom of the pond. Assistance is carried out to train the independence and responsibility of children with disabilities in aquaponic care as well as become vocational skills for them which if aquaponics continues to be developed it will become a source of income for children with disabilities, especially those living in dormitories. This service has achieved the expected results and the sustainability of this program continues to be carried out with a monitoring pattern. The number of crimes that are currently rife during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Mandan community has made people restless. The patrol activity is seen as an activity that is quite effective in minimizing the crime of theft. However, these activities have begun to be abandoned because of the busyness of the community. This community service provides insight into the importance of preserving the ronda and jimpitan culture in improving the environmental security system. The patrol activity, which is followed by the ‘jimpitan activity, provides the benefits of maintaining environmental security and the results of the pinch can increase cash to support social activities. Social activities that are supported from the results of collecting jimpitan, for example. community service activities, procurement of street lighting lampposts, tirakatan 17's and other activities that are for the common interest.

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in class I at SD Cordova Indonesia through the application of the trade a problem learning model assisted by concrete media. The problem in this research is the low mathematics ability of students in class I at SD Cordova Indonesia. The method used in this research is the classroom action research method (PTK). The subjects in this research were all 27 class I students at SD Cordova Indonesia. The indicator of success in implementing the action is that students achieve a minimum of 70% completeness with an average learning outcome score of at least 70 from the total number of students. Based on data processing from research results, the average value of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle was 54.44, then after the first cycle actions were carried out it increased to 63.70. The first cycle action was then continued to the second cycle action and obtained an average score of 71.85 with student completion reaching 74.10% of the total students who took the learning outcomes test. Based on the results in cycle II, it shows that the application of the trade a problem learning model assisted by concrete media is effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes in class I at SD Cordova Indonesia.

 Based on the researcher's experience while teaching in Class IX.E of SMP Negeri 3 Pasarkemis, some of the students in Class IX.E did not participate properly during Indonesian language lessons. The learning process is less effective due to the lack of student activity in reading Indonesian language lesson material, the lack of student activity in expressing opinions during the lesson. Lack of student activity in answering questions from the teacher. Students are less interested in taking Indonesian language lessons. So many students divert their attention, such as chatting with their classmates, drawing, and are not enthusiastic when listening to the teacher explaining the lesson. This is caused by the teacher's model or way of explaining the lesson being too monotonous so that students do not pay enough attention to the teacher during the lesson, and the learning process will not go well.
