Effective leadership from a school principal is the key to improving the quality and performance of teachers as learning agents in madrasas. This study aims to find out and analyze in depth the leadership behavior of school principals in improving teacher performance at public elementary schools (MIN) 15 Bintaro. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The research subject is the head of the school. Sources of data obtained through observation, interviews and taken from various literature relevant to the research material. The results of the study show that: (1) The principal's leadership behavior in improving teacher performance at MIN 15 Binatro, namely: the principal has influenced and mobilized subordinates, the principal determines the tasks of the teachers and provides training so that teacher performance increases, the principal is able to communicate effectively with teachers, principals involve all interested parties in making decisions; (2) Policies that can be implemented by school principals to improve teacher performance, namely: establishing cooperative relationships with teachers, measuring teacher performance by looking at the abilities of their students, and paying attention to the methods teachers use to teach; (3) In improving teacher performance the principal of the MIN 15 Bintaro school seeks to improve the discipline and responsibility of teachers.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between work fatigue and shift work in industrial plant employees. The research method used was a survey using questionnaires distributed to employees of industrial factories working in a shift system. The results showed a significant relationship between work fatigue and shift work in employees of industrial plants. High job fatigue can have a negative impact on employees' physical and mental health, as well as increase the risk of workplace errors and accidents. These findings point to the importance of effective shift management in reducing burnout and improving employee well-being. This research contributes to the understanding of the relationship between work burnout and shift work in employees of industrial plants. Websites have an important role in academic management and enhance the reputation of a company or institution. Website service quality is an important factor in education. On university web ranking sites such as webometrics, Indonesia's ranking is relatively low, including universities in Central Java which are ranked in the 1000's. Therefore, this study aims to find the causative factors and analyze the current quality of academic websites. The Webqual 4.0 method was used in this study to evaluate the quality of websites based on indicators of usability, reliability, novelty and user satisfaction. Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) is also used to determine indicators that need to be repaired, updated, and maintained based on user perceptions and expectations. This research involved 144 respondents, namely students and staff at STIKOM Yos Sudarso. The results of the study show several indicators that need to be improved on the STIKOM Yos Sudarso website, especially in terms of appearance and quality of information such as novelty and clarity of content. Recommendations from this study include improving the appearance by developing designs and simplifying features. In addition, it is necessary to improve the quality of information by updating information in a timely, accurate and regular manner. Collecting data in this study used a quantitative method with a sample of 150 employees at Bank Aceh Syariah. The results of the study state that talent management is essential for companies because they work according to the desired field. Likewise, motivation also has a significant contribution to employee morale. It can be concluded that talent management and inspiration have a considerable influence on improving employee performance.

This community engagement research aims to provide assistance in simple bookkeeping to orphanages with the objective of improving transparency, accuracy, and financial management effectiveness. The assistance method involves a series of activities, including basic training in simple bookkeeping, the development of easily comprehensible financial report formats, and the provision of guidance and direct supervision in day-to-day financial record-keeping. Evaluation and monitoring are conducted throughout the assistance period to measure progress and ensure alignment with the specific needs of the orphanages. The research findings indicate that the provision of simple bookkeeping assistance offers significant benefits to orphanages. The financial recording skills of the administrators improve, leading to more accurate and trustworthy financial reports. Furthermore, transparency in financial management increases, thereby fostering trust and participation from relevant stakeholders such as donors and regulatory bodies. An integrated supply chain will increase the overall value generated. This shows that companies must meet consumer demand by working together to produce cheap, timely, and high-quality products. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of how much influence the implementation of supply chain integration has on improving the performance of industrial companies. This research uses a literature study method with literature searches, namely Google Scholar and Pubmed, selected between 2019-2022. The results of this study were obtained from eight research articles that fit the keywords and inclusion criteria. This study shows that supply chain integration provides supply chain visibility and overall operating performance. This research can be concluded that supply chain integration has a direct effect on company performance. Thus, the higher the supply chain integration, it will provide better supply chain performance and certainly an increase in performance in industrial companies in producing a product.

Improving cognitive skills in early childhood is an important part of their development. An effective learning environment can be a means to that end. One type of learning media that can be used is loose parts. Looseparts is a term used to describe materials or objects that have certain properties and can be used creatively in children's play and learning. These materials are often available in a variety of sizes, shapes, textures, and flexibility, so that children can manipulate them, combine them, and use their imagination to create a variety of possibilities for play and exploration. Examples of looseparts are rocks, sand, branches, pieces of wood, leaves, paper, shells, rubber bands, rubber rings, ropes, boxes and other everyday objects. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the analysis of the needs of looseparts learning media in the implementation of improving early childhood cognitive skills, the data collection method in this study is by distributing questionnaire sheets, interviews and documentation. When children play with looseparts, they can develop various cognitive aspects such as categorization, problem solving, visualization, abstract thinking, spatial skills, and comprehension. It is important to give children time and space to freely explore the open passages so that they can develop cognitive skills in a natural and interesting way

This article was written with the aim of analyzing the influence of Supply Chain Management & ERP Systems in improving the performance of Visalux companies. The research method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive method.

This study aims to analyze the use of the storytelling method in improving the listening skills of class III students. The storytelling method was chosen because it can stimulate students' imagination and creativity, and help them understand and capture stories better. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of 46 grade III students from 3 elementary schools. The research was conducted in three cycles, where each cycle consisted of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The storytelling method is applied in each research cycle. Teachers use various storytelling techniques, such as the use of sound, movement, and visualization, to convey fairy tales to students. After each storytelling session, students are asked to do listening activities, such as answering questions about the story, retelling the story in their own words, or drawing story scenes. The results showed that the use of the storytelling method significantly improved the listening skills of grade III students. This improvement can be seen from significant changes in students' ability to understand stories, remember important details, and express their understanding orally and in writing. This study provides evidence that the storytelling method is effective in improving the listening skills of grade III students. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of interesting and interactive learning methods, as well as assist teachers in teaching and improve students' ability to listen and understand stories.

This study aims to determine the ways to develop short story writing skills of vocational high school students, the factors causing the lack of such skills, innovative and effective strategies to be applied, the effectiveness of applying such strategies, and the benefits that students can obtain in developing their short story writing skills. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and literature review. The results show that factors such as lack of motivation, limited vocabulary, and lack of understanding of short story structure can cause the lack of short story writing skills among vocational high school students. Innovative and effective strategies that can be applied include the use of visual and audio media, vocabulary development, and short story writing techniques application. The implementation of these strategies is effective in improving short story writing skills of vocational high school students and can provide benefits in developing critical thinking skills, creativity, as well as improving language and literacy skills of students.
