ABSTRACT An environmental permit is a permit given to any person or initiator who wishes to undertake a business and / or activity that is required to be UKL-UPL in the framework of environmental protection and management as a condition of obtaining a business and / or activity license. Violations committed by PT. Hadi Putra Makmur related to the issue of obligations and prohibitions, especially regarding licensing, efforts to manage and monitor the environment, hereby the supervision of DLH enforces by giving administrative sanctions. The above is the basis for the author to take the title "ADMINISTRATIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT ON IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES THAT DO NOT HAVE DOCUMENTS UKL-UPL (Study of PT. Hadi Putra Makmur Semarang City)." In this research, the authors raise the problems, namely: a. How is administrative law enforcement for activities that have no significant impact that do not yet have UKL-UPL documents? b. What are the obstacles that arise in the administration of administrative law for activities that do not have significant impacts that do not have UKL-UPL documents? c. What is the Role of Administrative Law in Enforcement of Environmental Law? The method used is to use the type of juridical normative research with descriptive analytical research specifications, secondary data sources with data collection methods through literature study and interviews, and the method of presentation and data analysis methods using descriptive analytical methods. The purpose of this study is to explain the application of administrative sanctions for activities that do not have significant impacts that do not have UKL-UPL documents. Barriers that arise in the enforcement of administrative sanctions for activities that do not have a significant impact that do not have UKL-UPL documents, and the role of administrative law in environmental law enforcement. The results showed that PT. Hadi Putra Makmur has violated licensing, environmental management and monitoring efforts, DLH Semarang city has imposed administrative sanctions in the form of government coercion in accordance with PP no. 37 of 2012 concerning environmental permits. Administrative sanctions are legal instruments used for the first time by DLH in enforcing cases conducted by PT. Schizophrenia is a disorder in a person with a state of being unable to think logically so that he cannot control his behavior and emotions. One of the positive symptoms of schizophrenia is hallucinations. Hallucinations occupied the highest number in 2018 as many as 5,339 people in RSJD Dr. Amino Gondhoutomo, Central Java Province. Hallucinations are the inability to distinguish between internal and external stimuli. One of the therapies for hallucinations is occupational therapy. Occupational therapy is an activity to correct abnormalities, maintain and improve the client's health status. The purpose of this case study is to describe the symptoms of hallucinations before and after being given occupational therapy for leisure activities. This type of research is descriptive with a case study approach. This study used 2 people with auditory hallucinations as subjects who were willing to be respondents. The results showed a decrease in the score of hallucinatory symptoms before and after being given occupational therapy for leisure activities to Mr. T from 13 to 4 and Br. R from 16 to 8. It can be concluded that the provision of occupational therapy for leisure activities has an effect on reducing hallucinatory symptoms experienced by schizophrenic patients with auditory hallucinations.

The relevant Catechism in the midst of the struggling of the life of the faithful is an urgent task of the Church. Catechism cannot be given just to the point of the church’s routine, but should be started from the basic needs of the faithful and the church itself as to grow in faith. Model of catechism that oriented to the kingdom of God is one of the answers toward the struggling of the faithful in relation to the environment and local situation as well as with God. There is a positive hope to create such group of the faithful through this effort. St. Therese of the Child Jesus’s Parish, Simpang Tiga chose such model to discover the reality of catechism’s activity during these periods. By such perspective of catechism, this Parish wants to shape a strong and substantial communion of faithful – having an experience of God, and dialogue with their roots of life in Kalimantan.

Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students

Community Services Program aims in order so that SME have the ability to Community services program aims in order so that SMES have the entrepreneurial spirit so that there is continuity of effort, which could ultimately increase revenue. Target audience this community service activities is SME Birdcage in Village of Banyuanyar sub-district of Banjarsari town of Surakarta. Extension methods include lectures, discussions, question and answer. Activity plan extension done 2 times, the first meeting of a talk foster entrepreneurial soul, second meeting: improving the skills of the production. The outer of this activity are: 1) the SME has the spirit of entrepreneurship. 2) SME have the skills to make bird cage. The purpose of community service activities with the theme of Information Service on Reproductive Health in Young Women Aisyiah I orphanage member West City Banjarsari Solo is to provide knowledge about reproductive health in young women members of Putri Aisyiah I West Kota, Banjarsari, Solo in order to take care of themselves and prepare self as a prospective mother.The target of this community service activity is the realization of the guidance to maintain the health of femininity that can be used by young women members of Orphanage Princess Aisyiah I West Town, Banjarsari, Solo. So that helps the achievement of the goal effectively and efficiently is able to maintain the health of her feminine in a preventive and correct so that become healthy citizens.This community service is implemented by applying Brenstorming method, Lecture method, Question answer method, and Exercise method to make the material easy to receive and practiced completely by the members. Information service is conducted for one month with frequency of exercise once a week, place of execution at Princess Orphanage Aisyiah I Solo. Through this activity the members have knowledge about reproduction health, so as to strengthen the self-adolescent girls who entered the orphanage and finally the young women become members of a strong and productive society.Keywords: Information services, reproductive health.

Various problems with the destruction of the Indonesian nation and state life institutions are increasingly approaching concerns. The emergence of grassroots movements that undermine the people of this nation is increasingly visible and shows a crisis of exemplary in the community, thus giving rise to a series of socio-cultural conflicts that occur in the midst of society in various regions. The participants in this service program are, non-productive society, civic teachers at Senior High School Teacher in Surakarta City. They are a pioneer of Pancasila Teachers who need education and training in the form of Character Development Training activities as one of the activities that will sustain and filter the problems of socio-cultural conflicts that arise in society so that peace and comfortable will be achieved in people's lives. The results of this program are as a part of this service activity in the form of Social manipulation and Models that reflect systematically arranged steps, from an activity consisting of a guide module for Character Building Training with national-scale scientific articles that will support character nation building in the framework of implementing mental revolution . While the method used in this service is CIPP stands for evaluation of the whole based on Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. The results of this service are reducing socio-cultural conflicts in the life of the Pancasila, in order to implement the Mental Revolution. The aim of teaching and learning English in Elementary School is that the students can understand about the language skills well and of how they should parctice those skills in daily activities. It is hoped that they can communicate orally and writtenly in English. This article peels up the use of classroom language training in learning English for elementary school teachers of SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar. By giving explanation of classroom language and practicing it, it is hoped that it could improve the teachers’ skill in using classroom language and they could manage the class well. Beside that, teachers could also get new ideas to implement it for their students in teaching and learning process by using interesting learning media or learning method. The method used in this activity was giving information about the use of classroom language, modelling and practicing it. The result showed that all participants (teachers) became more enthusiastic, motivated, and fun when they followed this activity. It showed the active classroom atmosphere and most of them were ready to implement classroom language in teaching and learning process continuously. Classroom language is a good way to overcome students’ problems in learning English and teachers should use it because it can be one of good solution to solve students’ problems in learning English.Key words: Classroom Language, Learning English

The purpose of this study is to analyze the layout of production facili ties on the row of Rumah Warna Bags so as to form an ideal process flow, effective and efficient. Limitations of the problem in this study only on the layout of production facilities is limited to the bag production room in the period of study year 2016 - 2017. Data analysis technique used in this study is using the operation process map, process sequence sheet, activity relationship map, and the diagram of the allocation of territory . Technique used in presenting data of research result that is using wor kflow diagram and flow of production process and diagram about layout and method. Result of research using operation process map there are 11 bag making operation process with total time taken for whole process is 20,75 minutes and mean time each process 1 ,88 minutes. Based on the process sequence of the whole process from start to finish process using 1 pencil pattern, 1 pattern cutting machine, 4 tools of giving glue, 5 actual sewing machine, 1 actual obras machine, 2 pieces of tweezers and 1 scissors for quality control and isolatape for packing process. Result of analysis of activity relation map, production room has 3 level of importance, 6 description of reason, packing space 2 level of interest, 3 description of reason, process space pattern 2 level o f interest, 5 description of reason, warehouse area 2 level of interest, 2 description of reason, 2 levels of importance, 2 description of reasons. From the results of the allocation diagram of the pattern space area, and the raw material warehouse and pac king room previously located outside the production area after the analysis based on the level of interest is now in the production area

An improving of the education quality can be required at an educational supervision level. The word supervision as a form of supervision has a dual role that is academic, and clinical supervisions. The first is internal product and the second is more in the development of human resource competencies that carry out product realization. The word phrase appears the word supervisor, means observer. The role of the supervisor has to finds or identifies the capabilities and inability of the implementing personnel of the activity. The impact of these competencies affects the implementation of the program that has been determined. Therefore, in supervision activities, it is always necessary to report on the activities being carried out on the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of these activities are immediately known well. The context of supervision in the millennial century with advances in technology and information requires policy makers and policy makers to understand the work space they carry out. The contents of the implementation of the activities to develop on increasingly information. Both, directly and indirectly, have influenced the results of the activities achieved. The existence of governance structure such as board ofcommissioners and audit committee implies a better monitoring functionon the financial reporting process that represent manager actions.Nevertheless, the quality of the monitoring function depends on howeffective the board and the audit committee perform their duties. Thisstudy examines how the effectiveness of the board of commissioners andaudit committee in a two tierboard structure influences the taxaggressiveness.This study develops a score for board and audit committeeeffectiveness by using a checklist which captures how the independence,activity, size, and competence characteristics are reflected in the board ofcommissioners and audit committe.Hypothesis testing is carried out byusing a multiple regression model of 105 observations (firm-year) withthe sample taken from manufacture companies listed on the IndonesianStock Exchange during t.Results of this study provide robust evidencethat a more effective board of commissioners and audit committee willdecrease tax aggressiveness.

Calculation of Cost of Production is one of the important aspects in carrying out business activities. Cost of Production is one of the determinants of the selling price of a product. Besides the cost of production can indicate a company's profit. But the activity of recording the cost of production at PT Semeru Karya Buana still uses a manual method that is using excel. This causes ineffectiveness in time, the resulting information will take longer because they have to look for the components one by one. Not to mention the data generated is most likely an error in the calculation. This research is intended to study the system that is already running. And later it will produce a program to calculate the cost of production as a determinant of the selling price which is implemented with the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The calculation method uses the Job Order Costing Method where the price of the product to be given to consumers is calculated by dividing all costs incurred to produce a product by the number of orders. So the benefits of each product can be directly calculated. The more accurate the data produced, the better the company is in carrying out the buying and selling process.

Education funding includes all expenditures that have been budgeted through the School Income and Expense Plan (RAPBS) or School Budget Activity Plan (RKAS) to support the process of providing education in the form of services or goods. Madrasah Aliyah Sabilul Ulum has a duty to manage finances based on financial management principles so that the money in circulation can be utilized optimally. The computer-based accounting information system that is designed includes account data recording, student data recording, accounting transaction records, cost classifications, BEP calculations, income budgets, account data reports, general journals, financial accountability reports, expense classification reports, BEP reports, income budget reports and school budget plans.

The arrangement and management of Street Sellers (thereafter called PKL) in Surakarta City referring to Surakarta City Local Government’s Regulation Number 3 of 2008 about the Arrangement and Management of Street Sellers in Surakarta City is conducted, among others, by arranging and managing Street Sellers in Sunday Market Manahan Surakarta conducting activity every Sunday morning. Surakarta City government has devised to close street sellers of Sunday Market Manahan Surakarta in 2016. Solo Mayor, F.X. Hadi Rudyatmo devised to sterilize Manahan Stadion area from Sunday Market sellers’ activity. Pasar Tumpah (spilled market) generated in Sunday Market Manahan location will be relocated to other location. The policy is still processed currently by Surakarta City Government. City government wants to recover the original function of Manahan Stadium for sport activity purpose. So far, the existence of sellers utilizing road or sidewalk in Manahan Stadium area disrupts the people’s to do exercise. In addition, the pile of rubbish resulting from Sunday Market activity is so high. The cleaning service officers of Cleanliness and Gardening Service (DKP) working are often overloaded when cleaning the rubbish pile resulting from Sunday Market. This one-day trading activity takes three days to clean its rubbish. Through Youth and Sport Service (Dispora), in this case Surakarta City’s Local Technical Service Unit of Sport Infrastructure, Solo City Government released Joint Decree approved by Dispora, Trade Service of Surakarta City and Street Seller Association of Sunday Market Area. In the presence of Community Service activity, several benefits can be achieved: Successfully giving understanding to the street sellers of Sunday Market about Environment Orderliness in trading location, in Manahan Stadium area of Surakarta; successfully encouraging the street sellers to encourage the City Government’s program to recover the original function of Manahan Stadium for sport activity purpose for Solo City people, so that they no longer use road and sidewalk in Manahan Stadium area; successfully giving an understanding on the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of Sunday Market area, by obliging the sellers to clean rubbish after their activity has been completed; and successfully giving understanding on the importance of maintaining plant as the park (garden) in Sunday Market area. This extension activity was conducted for Karang Taruna Kadipiro Village, Banjarsari Sub-District, Surakarta City. The outcomes of this activity are: cheap participants' knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship so that they have the right knowledge; benefit participants' insights on how to start a business and choose the right type of business; benefit participants' insights about possible business failures and ways to enter and resolve business failures. This activity is carried out with the following stages: Selection of participants to the community service, namely the board and members of Karang Taruna; Submission of lecture materials, with a view to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; Implementation of evaluation Evaluation is done by: before counseling conducted a question-answer to know each participant's initial knowledge about entrepreneurship special techniques or how to start a business. After the counseling finished the question and answer again about the same material. By comparing the results of answers that have been done, it will be known whether there is an increase in knowledge about the entrepreneurship and scope. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui implementasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar PKn Siswa kelas V semester II SD Muhammadiyah 2 Denpasar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Muhamadiyah sebanyak 30 orang. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menunjukan rata–rata skor aktivitas, hasil belajar, dan kriteria ketuntasan yang digambarkan dalam bentuk grafik poligon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD efektif untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar PKn. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan peningkatan skor nilai dalam aktivitas dan hasil belajar yang dicapai oleh siswa pada tiap–tiap siklus, pada siklus I rata-rata hasil belajar PKn sebesar 67 dan aktivitas sebesar 46,3 serta ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 37% meningkat pada siklus II dimana hasil belajar PKn mencapai 76,3 dan aktivitas sebesar 61 serta ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 70%. Pada siklus III terjadi peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar PKn sebesar 83 dan aktivitas sebesar 82 termasuk kategori sangat tinggi serta ketuntasan belajar siswa mencapai 100%.   The purpose of this study: Implementation Cooperative Instruction Model, STAD Type to Improve (1)The Activity and (2)Learning Achievement on Civilization Study  for the fifth Grade Students at Second Semester in Muhammadiyah 2nd Primary School, Denpasar. The population of this study was 30 students . The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistic by finding the mean scores of activity, learning achievement, and students passing grade criteria which was continued by drawing those all into a polygon graphic. The result was Implementation Cooperative Instruction Model, STAD Type is effective to improve the activity and learning achievement of civilization study. This was shown by the improvement of the student mean scores on activity and learning achievement achieved by the students in each cycle where in cycle I it was rate of Learning Achievement on Civilization Study is 67,  the activity is 46,3, and result of learning achievement is 37%. On cycle II, it increased into 76,3 of learning Achievement, the activity is 61 and the result of learning achievement is 70%.However, in cycle III, it increased into 83 of learning Achievement, the activity is 82 and the result of learning achievement is 100%.

Human being is a rational animal who has the capability to think. The activity of thinking distinguishes man from other animals. Nevertheless, there are some people who do not use their capability to think. Many people just follow what other people said without really considering what they actually do. For Hannah Arendt, this is one of the factors that causes many evils have occurred in our daily life. Moreover, she used the term of the banality of evil to describe the evil that has  happened  because of  the culprit’s  inability  to think.  Therefore,  she emphasized the importance of thinking in every human being. For her, thinking makes human to avoid grave evil.

In order to increase student interest in learning, increase grades and facilitate the understanding of biology subjects on the material of the human excretion system class XI Science. The author uses data collection research methods including observation, interviews, questionnaires, R&D product development methods, prototype methods and object-oriented approaches. The equipment used in designing this system uses UML modeling. Use Case Diagrams include, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams and the software used by the author is Android Development Tools (ADT) and MySQL as a database. Mobile learning media application is expected to help facilitate the needs of students to learn the material of the human excretion system online at any time without any place and time restrictions.
