Anesthesia practice in Indonesia faces challenges related to the implementation of professional standards and ethics as well as legal issues that often arise. This study aims to examine the implementation of professional standards and ethics in anesthesia practice in Indonesia today and to identify legal issues that often occur and how to resolve them. This study uses a normative legal research method by analyzing primary and secondary legal materials. The results of the study indicate that although there are guidelines and codes of ethics that regulate anesthesia practice, their implementation in the field still faces obstacles such as lack of understanding of health workers, excessive workload, lack of support from hospital management, and less than optimal supervision and sanctions. Legal issues that often arise include negligence in administering anesthesia, lack of informed consent, violations of the professional code of ethics, and problems in the doctor-patient relationship. Efforts that have been made to overcome these problems include improving education and training, improving standard operating procedures, strengthening supervision and sanction mechanisms, developing non-litigation dispute resolution channels, improving communication and doctor-patient relationships, and increasing support from hospital management. However, these efforts are still not fully optimal and require further evaluation and improvement. The importance of individual awareness of each anesthesiologist to comply with professional standards and ethics and strengthening ethics education are also key factors. Close collaboration between various related parties is needed to improve the quality of anesthesia practice in Indonesia while prioritizing patient safety and welfare.

The solution that can be applied to the community to deal with the impact of global warming today is the concept of "go green". However, the problem is that the application of this "go green" solution has not been widely applied in the community, especially in communities that are directly adjacent to and dependent on forests. Therefore, the the academic community of the Faculty of Forestry, Winaya Mukti University conducted forestry counseling on go green in community service activities to provide awareness to people living in villages bordering forests in Sumedang Regency, precisely in Citaleus Village. This research was carried out using the method of counseling and practicing planting forestry plant seeds. The results of this research succeeded in achieving a satisfactory level to provide and introduce knowledge about going green and the practice of implementing it by planting forestry plant seeds for the people of Citaleus Village, Buahdua District, Sumedang Regency. This success is evidenced by the positive response from the analysis results received by the service team.

The recruitment and selection activities for prospective partners at BPS (Central Statistics Agency) involve a process of seeking and acquiring applicants capable of collaborating with government institutions. Various recruitment and selection methods for BPS partner candidates are commonly employed by government agencies, including job postings, employee recommendations, collaboration with universities, advertisements, and so forth. However, with the current technological advancements, the internet has become a widely used medium for job seekers. One of the methods in use today is through the use of applications. The effectiveness and efficiency of using applications in the recruitment and selection of BPS partner candidates aim to determine how well these applications perform in the process at the BPS Palu Central Statistics Agency. This research is qualitative in nature with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques involve observation and interviews with prospective BPS partners in Palu. The results of these methods indicate that the effectiveness and efficiency of using applications in the recruitment and selection process for partner candidates are highly effective. This is evident in the significant number of applicants who register and the smooth execution in line with the application's usage. Prospective partners are targeted accurately, understand the program, adhere to timelines, and bring about tangible changes. Any shortcomings, issues, or obstacles in using the application can be resolved effectively, although challenges such as server website downtime need improvement to optimize the application for recruiting BPS partner candidates.

The increasing spread of Barbershop has led to competition in similar businesses where business owners are certainly required to be able to implement effective marketing strategies, one of which is by utilizing platforms that are often used today such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and others. The method of designing the promotion of Barageh Cuts Barbershop located in Padang City uses the glass box method. Data collection in designing promotional videos uses observation and interview methods accompanied by documentation as data support. The data obtained during data collection was analyzed using the 5W+1H method. This promotional design aims to overcome these problems with the main media output is a promotional video with a cinematic video concept using a storyline so that the video does not only contain advertising offers or promotions, but also has moral and educational values. Supporting media used are member cards, posters, x-banners, aprons, t-shirts, totebags, mugs, and stickers. The feasibility test of promotional videos that have been carried out through several respondents received positive responses. The design of this promotional video is expected to help Barbershop Barageh Cuts in improving marketing strategies and ready to compete with similar businesses.

Fiqh is not a revelation from heaven, but rather the result of ijtihad which is a product of human thought. Therefore, it is important to ask critical questions such as: who defined it, for what purpose, in what social context it was formulated, in which geographical area, and with what epistemological approach. These factors greatly influence the process of forming fiqh. In other words, fiqh was not born in a vacuum, but rather developed along with the course of history and was influenced by the dynamic interaction between thinkers and the socio-cultural and socio-political environment in which they were located. This article uses a literature review methodology to examine the historical and social dynamics in the formation of fiqh. Unfortunately, fiqh that is developing among Muslims today is still heavily influenced by medieval works, especially those from Middle Eastern scholars. This condition shows the need for renewal and reactualization of fiqh according to the context of the contemporary era and society.

The Pekalongan Regency Regional Secretariat Office is a very vital government agency because it has the task of assisting the Regent in formulating policies and administrative coordination for the implementation of regional apparatus duties and administrative services. With this task, SETDA is the "Qibla" for other regional apparatus organizations in the Pekalongan Regency Government. However, what happened was that several employees at the Regional Secretariat Office actually committed violations that today are called bureaucratic pathologies. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Descriptive understanding is a discussion in the form of exposure to words and language, in a special natural context and by utilizing various natural methods. Qualitative research is research that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects. The purpose of this study was to find out about the procedures for providing grants and social assistance sourced from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget of Pekalongan Regency, namely to find out the procedures or stages of applying for grants and social assistance, knowing local government policies and regulations and their implementation The results of this study indicate the existence of bureaucratic pathology in the activities of grant services and social assistance in the welfare division of the Pekalongan regional secretariat. Guidelines for the management of grants and social assistance sourced from the regional income and expenditure budget as outlined in the district head's regulations seem to have been ignored. In this study, the types of pathology that occur are explained. Most types of pathology that occur are caused by the bureaucracy itself. Bureaucratic culture since ancient times has not been able to be changed by the bureaucracy itself. In carrying out daily tasks, many of the bureaucracy have not been maximal in carrying it out, especially bureaucracy related to service. A paradigm shift is still very much needed within the bureaucracy itself. Efforts to overcome it are still not optimal, the support and commitment of the leadership is the main thing to change the existing bureaucratic paradigm.

However, teenagers today while using the internet have not been able to categorize or filter what they consume through the internet. This article discusses trends that are widely consumed and can change the habits or behavior of its users, of course from things that lead to positive to negative impacts. Internet addiction is characterized by excessive use of the Internet due to lack of self-control and can interfere with daily activities, such as skipping class, decreased academic performance, and reduced working hours. Given the increasing number of Internet-related problems, especially games, faced by people in various parts of the world.

This article discusses the phenomenon of language use by young people in the contemporary era. Through qualitative research combining pragmatic and sociolinguistic theories, we explore various aspects of the language used by young people today. The language used by young people today is a reflection of cultural changes and social trends that affect the way they communicate.In this article, we outline the variety and creativity found in youth language, including the use of slang words, popular terms. Our analysis includes the social context that drives the development of this language, as well as its impact on youth understanding and identity. In addition, the article discusses the potential positive and negative impacts of the evolution of youth language on interpersonal communication and how this language reflects changing values in society. In an effort to understand and appreciate the dynamics of youth language, we invite readers to reflect on the importance of language adaptation in keeping up with the times.

Bad faith has not been clearly regulated in any statutory regulations, so determining whether someone is acting in bad faith is not easy considering that there are no provisions related to bad faith in statutory provisions, including BW. This research aims to analyze the basic determinants of bad faith in the implementation of mortgage rights execution auctions by banks based on credit agreements and the legal consequences for banks who act in bad faith in implementing mortgage rights auctions. The research method used in the research is normative legal research using a statutory approach, case approach and conceptual approach. Today's youth cannot be separated from gadgets. Gadgets are not only used as a communication tool, but tend to be used to carry out online activities, one of which is online games. The environment of the game is based on violent plot activity, aggression and even gender intimidation. Aggressive actions taken by children as a result of playing games can appear because they lack or even do not care about real life. The study aims to determine the relationship between the use of online games and aggressive verbal behavior in adolescents in Bumisari Village, Bojongsari District, Purbalingga Regency. The sampling technique with a total sampling of 89 teenagers. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire on the use of online games and aggressive behavior. The results showed that there was a relationship between the use of online games and verbal aggressive behavior in adolescents in Bumisari Village, Bojongsari District, Purbalingga Regency. The results of the correlation test using the Spearman Rho test showed a value of p = 0.001 or p = ≤ 0.05. The correlation value (r) was obtained r = 0.349 which indicates a moderate (moderate) correlation strength between the use of online games and verbal aggressive behavior. The correlation value of r = 0.349 shows a positive relationship, which means that the higher the intensity of using online games, the higher the aggressive verbal behavior will be. The conclusion is that online games are related to verbal aggressive behavior in adolescents

In the teaching and learning process it is necessary to create comfortable conditions for students to learn. Therefore, today many learning models are applied in the learning process. This classroom action research aims to apply the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model in the teaching and learning process by optimizing the active role of students in the classroom and providing evaluations to measure student understanding of the material through the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. The subjects of this study were junior high school students. The estimated duration of the study lasted at least one month. The timing of research refers to the school's academic calendar, because PTK requires several cycles that require an effective teaching and learning process in the classroom. In the learning process, there are several improvements that occur in students where based on the results of observing student attitudes in class during learning activities through the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method it turns out to be able to change student learning attitudes and can improve student mindsets and learning activities and foster a sense of mutual cooperation between students.
