Speaking competence in English learning become one of indicator that a learner has mastered the language. The using of proper media to beginner learner is necessary. The purpose of this Community Service is to build motivation and confidence of the English extra class’ students in MA Bidayatul Hidayah. The using of audiovisual assisted text is also followed by integrated activities such as listening, reading, pronouncing, and speaking which is expected that the students can get accustomed to English speech. Then the students’ competence in using English for communication can be improved.

The method used in carrying out this community service is the method of preparation, implementation and monitoring of what has been explained to find out how far the PKM participants understand the use of the English electronic dictionary application This. This application media can be one of the media that can increase motivation so that learning English becomes more effective and efficient so that the results obtained are maximized.

The growth of businesses on a micro, small and medium scale is in line with technological advances that are also experiencing rapid development. The Internet is one of the technological advancements that can be used for online product marketing, either through social media or e-commerce. Digital marketing and branding are the right marketing and media strategies to reach a wider market. This digital marketing and branding assistance activity aims to educate and facilitate MSMEs in Musir Lor Village to reach their consumers globally. Using the ABCD method through an approach that focuses on assets owned by MSMEs, this devotion activity seeks the realization of a social life order so that people can become perpetrators and determine development efforts in their environment. This assistance activity uses an object, namely MSME "Kiara Snack " Ibu Marfi'ah, which produces a variety of cakes and traditional snacks. The result of this assistance activity is the creation of logo design, registration of NIB, updating packaging design, interactive content creation and digital marketing through social media and e-commerce.

Kurangnya dukungan dan pengetahuan Teknologi dari masyarakat setempat, menyebabkan produksi dan peningkatan pemasaran usaha Dodol Juwadah di desa Banding Kecamatan Rajabasa kurang optimal. Karena UMKM Indah Rasa khususnya produk Dodol Juwadah hanya memproduksi ketika ada pesanan di acara-acara tertentu yang mencakup di wilayah sekitar. Oleh sebab itu penulis membantu untuk upaya peningkatan pemasaran UMKM Dodol Juwadah berbasis teknologi, agar tembus ke pusat Kota Bandar lampung dan luar Lampung dengan menggunakan strategi sistem informasi serta memberikan penyuluhan, pengetahuan, serta ikut serta merealisasikan dengan menciptakan kemasan baru yang lebih menarik, promosi, pengenalan Dodol Juwadah di Desa Banding melalui Blog, dan media sosial lainnya agar bisa terus produksi Dodol Juwadah. Tujuan upaya peningkatan pemasaran produk Dodol Juwadah salah satunya adalah untuk merealisasikan sistem pemasaran dengan memaksimalkan potensi sumber daya yang tersedia agar dapat digunakan, dimanfaatkan serta mendapatkan keuntungan serta memingkatkan agar pemesanan Dodol Juwadah terus berlanjut untuk menambah omzet pemasukan daerah Lampung dimasa pandemi.

For now the partner company or CV. Malakewi Mitra Abadi has problems, namely the lack of accurate financial information and financial records that are still basic. Therefore, the service team will create an information system that can produce appropriate, relevant, accountable and accurate information for internal and external interests. The first is providing assistance in the management of financial transactions carried out by Partners. Therefore, several approaches can be used to overcome this problem, such as counseling, socialization, methoring and implementation in assisting the preparation of financial reports.The results of this servive show that the knowledge and expertise on CV. Malakewi Mitra Abadi regarding the preparation of financial reports using the Miscrosoft Excel program or manually has increased. Financial reports that include accounting data are readily available to partners.

The monetary crisis in 1997 - 1998 is a history that will serve as a lesson for the Indonesian economy. The cause of the monetary crisis was caused by the decline in the value of the rupiah currency, Indonesia's high debt abroad, the price of goods and services became higher and lasted longer, causing inflation. The impact of the monetary crisis was that many companies went bankrupt, banks experienced bad credit, and so on. MSMEs  (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) became a savior during the 1998 monetary crisis, at that time. MSMEs support the Indonesian economy by surviving and keeping the wheels of the country's economy from the threat of high unemployment. MSMEs have a very important role for Indonesia, because they contribute to gross domestic product and employment. Bareng Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency is a village that has many MSMEs, and this research discusses brand equity, where branding is still the main obstacle for MSMEs. By making logos and brand names that come from information from MSMEs actors, researchers can assist in assisting with direct understanding and creation. Brand equity is able to increase consumer loyalty and strengthen the brand and can be remembered so that it helps in competing with competitors. Regarding this matter, it has the potential for product placement (positioning) so that consumers understand product quality. Thus sales of MSMEs products will increase and be more advanced than before.

Online Single Submission (OSS) is an application that functions to make business licenses or business legality online for both micro, medium and large scale businesses. As a form of empowering MSMEs in the Bareng Village, the authors carried out socialization activities regarding the importance of having a business legality or in this case a Business Identification Number (NIB) and also conducted a survey of every MSMEs actor in the Bareng Village. The purpose of this research is to make it easy for business owners to obtain capital assistance in the form of supporting or supporting tools, capital money, and business development funds. Apart from being used as a business identity, NIB ownership is what brings benefits to business owners. This study uses a qualitative method by surveying every MSMEs actor and also using a quantitative method. The results of this study explain that NIB can stimulate MSMEs products so that they have an identity to be recognized by the wider community so that they can prosper MSMEs actors and Become a Legal protector of business that are officil and recognized by the state throught the OSS or Online single submission.

The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) to date cannot simply be ignored or abolished. As MSMEs are required to be able to compete in the free market era. As for being able to compete in this free market era, one of the conditions is the fulfillment of business legality. However, the management of business legality is still unknown to the public, especially MSMEs. As felt by Mr. Pur as the owner of Traditional Jamu MSMEs. Therefore, the purpose of this devotion activity is to assist MSMEs in understanding and accompanying the creation of the Business Identification Number (BIN) as the basis of business legality. The method used is observation, by visiting the MSMEs to find out directly what obstacles are faced by MSMEs. The result of this devotion activity is that Pak Pur's traditional herbal business already has legal legal legality, namely the Business Identification Number (BIN).

In the entrepreneurship program, students focus on entrepreneurship or MSMEs where KKNT activities take place. The goals set by students in this service are that the community can develop their business in a more modern, efficient and inclusive way, giving students experience of integration with the environment, serving the community directly, finding various issues and learning to deal with problems faced by the community. The method of implementing community service activities is a qualitative approach with the type of observation, and distributing pamphlets through social media. Bazaar as a marketing channel and product marketing tool introduces consumers to MSME partners. This was achieved through the collaboration of KKN-T students and MSME partners in holding bazaars. This time, in holding the bazaar, MSME players who attend must be able to attract their own consumers. Of course KKN-T students also help market MSME products. The bazaar event is also expected to increase the creativity of students and MSME actors in marketing their products. By holding the Ramadhan Bazaar in Laweyan village, it can increase the income of MSME players and expand the existing market share. In addition, MSME actors have started to create social media accounts and promote their products and are willing to create NIBs to make business easier. About 90% of MSME partners are satisfied with holding the Ramadhan bazaar and find it helpful. This proves that the cooperation of the committee with the existence of a bazaar in Laweyan village helps as well as prospers the goals of the Thematic KKN entrepreneurship scheme.

Product marketing through social media and e-commerce is one of the most effective ways to expand market reach in this digital age. In fact, in this era of increasingly sophisticated technology, it opens up great opportunities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors to be able to market their products outside the city, to abroad. However, there are many MSMEs who do not understand how to use social media and e-commerce to increase their sales. This happened to several MSMEs in RW XI Semolowaru Indah II, where they had quality products but did not understand modern ways to market these products. By looking at this case, the author held digital marketing training and assistance for MSMEs at RW XW Semolowaru Indah II. This method is done in two ways, namely: 1) Digital marketing training by bringing in resource persons. 2) Door to door digital marketing assistance. The result of this training and mentoring is that MSMEs actors already have a personal Instagram, and also some want to register for e-commerce, and they also understand how to market products through social media.

The community service activity was carried out by the East Java UPNV KKNT-T team in Klampis Ngasem Village with the background from the results of the Forum Group Discussion for MSMEs in Klampis Ngasem Village including: lack of knowledge regarding Cost of Production, lack of knowledge regarding classification and cost calculation fixed and variable costs in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles both manually andexcel. The purpose of holding this activity is that MSME actors in Klampis Ngasem Village have knowledge and understanding regarding the calculation of the Cost of Production  so that they are able to determine a good selling price and get the expected profit. The methods used in this community service activity are observation, problem-solving approaches, training, and mentoring. The results of the implementation of this service are as follows: exposure, training, and assistance regarding fixed costs and variable costs have been carried out so that they are able to carry out the principles of calculating  in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Digitalization has changed the way businesses operate in various sectors, including in marketing. MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) often face challenges in adopting digital technology, especially in terms of marketing. Therefore, this study aims to investigate digital marketing assistance approaches that can help Fahmi Jaya Kue's UMKM in utilizing digital technology to improve their product marketing. This research method involves a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with the owner of UMKM Fahmi Jaya Kue and direct observation of the ongoing marketing process. The results of the study show that UMKM Fahmi Jaya Kue faces several challenges in implementing digital marketing, including limited knowledge of digital technology, limited human resources, and lack of access to effective digital platforms. To overcome this challenge, a holistic marketing digitalization assistance approach is proposed. This marketing digitalization assistance is expected to provide benefits to Fahmi Jaya Kue's MSMEs in increasing their marketing effectiveness, increasing customer reach, and increasing competitiveness in the digital era. This research can also provide insight for other MSMEs who wish to adopt digital marketing in their businesses.

MSMEs or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are businesses owned by persons or legal entities that meet the requirements to be classified as a business. Lemayung is an MSME that sells various kinds of batik products and ecoprints located in KepanjenLor Village, Blitar City. In this community service activity, there is a work program that focuses on utilizing digital marketing. One of the aspects emphasized in this work program is the creation of a website for Lemayung SMEs. It is hoped that this can expand market reach and increase sales of Lemayung MSMEs.

Pelatihan Manajemen Logistik Berbasis Teknologi dengan Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Persediaan Digital merupakan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mentransfer pengetahuan praktis kepada mitra industri, PT. Nemira Kitchen. Tranfer knowledge digunakan untuk mengajarkan konsep-konsep penting dalam manajemen logistik dan memperkenalkan pemanfaatan sistem informasi persediaan digital. Kegiatan pelatihan mencakup komunikasi dengan mitra, penyusunan materi pelatihan, pelatihan interaktif, dan pendampingan penggunaan sistem informasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang fitur-fitur sistem informasi persediaan dan kemampuan dalam mengelola data, persediaan, distribusi barang, serta laporan-laporan terkait. Mitra yang aktif berpartisipasi dalam program ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap keberhasilan pelatihan. Evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan penerapan sistem informasi persediaan setelah pelatihan selesai. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif pada kemampuan manajemen logistik dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam operasi sehari-hari mitra.

Business legality plays a very important role in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Business legality is a business identity and a form of protection offered by the government to MSME actors. The problem that often occurs is that many UMKM do not understand how important business legality is. In addition, it is suspected that the complicated management of business legality is one of the causes of UMKM reluctance to take care of their legality. Therefore, the researchers assisted one of the UMKM in Gedog Village, namely Kedai Panji Laras, to legalize their business through Online Single Submissions (OSS). The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge to business owners and also the community about the importance of NIB for micro and small businesses and to obtain an NIB certificate. The learning method used with preparation, manufacture and submission. The results of this activity are increasing the knowledge of business owners about the introduction of OSS and NIB, the importance of businesses having an NIB, the benefits of NIB, the requirements and procedures for making an NIB and the steps for making an NIB through OSS. Carrying out innovation development in an MSME activity needs to be done especially in terms of branding and also marketing. The mentoring activity for making label packaging for processed herbal medicine for Bu Tatik is an implementation of branding management and digital marketing with an effort to improve and develop the business of an MSME. The problems faced by MSMEs are related to processed products that have unattractive packaging which is one of the problems experienced by partners even though their products are widely known in the market but their production capacity is also still small. In addition, the marketing carried out is still lacking, only relying on sales in the market. The purpose of Bu Tatik's herbal bathok mentoring activities is to increase productivity and develop product rebranding so that it has more selling value in the community. The implementation method used in this activity is assisting in making new logos and packaging stickers with attractive designs and developing promotional media through the application of digital marketing which includes creating business-specific websites and emails, creating Instagram social media accounts, verifying MSME locations on Google Maps, and making e-Catalog

Since its introduction in 2005, podcasts have gained increasing popularity and widespread usage across various sectors. Apart from serving as a form of entertainment that shares the characteristic of proximity, similar to radio, podcasts have also emerged as an educational media, attracting a growing number of enthusiasts. The education sector has recently embraced podcasts as a tool to enhance the development of skills and abilities in podcast creation, ultimately leading to improved workstation productivity. The activities are designed based on the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) for media development. The implementation of these activities includes the introduction and installation of podcasting equipment, as well as providing tutorials on the usage of podcast recording software. Reflecting on the content presented, practical exercises are conducted, wherein students assume the role of operators, while teachers act as podcasters delivering subject-specific material aligned with the subjects they teach.

Product branding is a form of marketing strategy and the identity of a product that can differentiate it from other products. Branding aims to attract consumers with the value offered. Apart from branding, business legality, one of which is NIB also provides a sense of security for consumers to buy products. Most of the business actors in Ngampungan Village do not have a brand and NIB, such as MSMEs Banana Chips owned by Mrs. Khusnul and Jamu owned by Mrs. Jumaidah. Seeing this problem, a solution is provided by assisting in making business legality, making brands, logos and product labels. The method used is interviews with business actors and then analyzes the existing problems. The purpose of these activities is to increase market competitiveness and also expand market share. The output produced by the author provides logo designs and business labels, assists in making Instagram social media, and helps make NIB.

UMKM di Desa Kedungdalem memiliki peluang untuk berkembang karena memiliki beberapa keunggulan dan keunikan yang berpotensi. Namun pelaku UMKM di Desa Kedungdalem masih menggunakan pemasaran offline dikarenakan kurangnya ilmu pemanfaatan teknologi para pelaku UMKM, hal ini yang menyebabkan UMKM Desa Kedungdalem kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, kelompok 50 KKN-T MBKM melakukan kegiatan pengabdian berupa pendampingan rebranding dan digital marketing melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik MBKM dengan tujuan dapat membantu dan memotivasi UMKM di Desa Kedungdalem agar berkembang mengikuti perkembangan industri kreatif masa kini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu dengan pendampingan secara tatap muka dengan pelaku UMKM Desa Kedungdalem. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu dapat membantu beberapa UMKM dalam hal pembuatan logo, memperbaharui kemasan, dan juga menerapkan digital marketing dalam mempromosikan produk atau jasanya.
