Christian parents frequently negotiate intensive caregiving expectations, moral responsibility, economic pressure, and ecclesial ideals of faithful family life. These demands may produce emotional exhaustion that resembles parental burnout but is often interpreted only as spiritual weakness or lack of discipline. This constructive study aims to formulate a restorative-integrative model of pastoral counseling for Christian parents who experience emotional exhaustion in childrearing. The method is a qualitative literature study using integrative narrative synthesis of peer-reviewed studies on parental burnout, religious coping, family support, and Christian pastoral counseling. The analysis identifies four central findings: emotional exhaustion is the core symptom that drives distancing and reduced parental efficacy; burnout emerges from an imbalance between risks and resources; spiritual narratives can function either as resources or as sources of guilt; and pastoral counseling is most constructive when it combines empathic presence, theological reframing, emotion regulation, communal support, and referral ethics. The study implies that churches need pastoral systems that normalize help-seeking, protect parents from moralistic judgment, and connect spiritual care with psychologically informed intervention.

This research aims to examine the application of the first-to-file principle as a preventive legal protection in trademark disputes between MS GLOW and PS GLOW. This legal writing falls under the category of normative legal research, utilizing legislative approaches and case approaches. Legal sources used in this research include primary legal materials and secondary legal materials, collected through document studies and analyzed using deductive legal material analysis with syllogism method. The results of this research indicate that the application of the first-to-file principle as a preventive legal protection in trademark disputes between MS GLOW and PS GLOW is not well implemented and effective. This is due to existing weaknesses both in the substance of the trademark law, namely Law Number 20 of 2016, and in the stages of trademark registration, namely in the announcement stage and the substantive examination stage.

This study explores the integration of predictive analytics into supply chain management within national e-commerce enterprises. Predictive analytics, which utilizes historical data combined with machine learning algorithms, regression analysis, and time series forecasting, has shown significant improvements in operational efficiency. The study focuses on four key areas: demand forecasting, inventory management, transportation optimization, and customer satisfaction. By predicting demand more accurately, e-commerce platforms can reduce stockouts and overstock situations, streamline logistics routes, and lower logistics costs. The implementation of predictive analytics led to a 20% reduction in delivery times and a 15% decrease in logistics costs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. However, the study also highlights challenges in integrating real-time data from multiple sources and scaling predictive models across diverse product categories and geographic regions. The results emphasize the need for e-commerce platforms to invest in technology that enables seamless data integration and the development of region-specific predictive models. The findings are compared with industry benchmarks, showing that the improvements in logistics and supply chain performance align with global trends. Based on these results, the study recommends best practices for implementing predictive analytics, including effective data collection, machine learning model training, and scalability considerations. By following these practices, e-commerce companies can optimize their supply chains, reduce operational costs, and increase customer satisfaction, positioning them for greater competitive advantage in the marketplace.
