This study aims to determine the accountability for the realization of the school operational assistance fund budget at the Integrated Islamic Private Elementary School Ibu Harapan Bengkalis. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method where data collection uses interview and documentation techniques. The test results show that accountability for the realization of the school operational assistance fund budget has not been carried out perfectly, due to several factors that have caused this to happen. So that the accountability of the financial reports produced is not in accordance with the technical instructions for the School Operational Assistance (BOS) guidelines.  

The Bakso Zaky stall business located in Deli Serdang district, North Sumatra has been established since 2019. Mr. Zaky started his business with capital of IDR 12,500,000. The location of this business stall is very strategic because it is on the edge of the market and many people pass by it. This research method is a qualitative and secondary method, namely research that uses short-term time or with supporting data and qualitatively by conducting direct interviews with sources. The subject of this research is a meatball trader named Zaky Darius who is 31 years old. The research results obtained were that the maximum profit from chicken noodles was IDR 842,000, regular meatballs IDR 1,154,000, and large meatballs IDR 920,000, so that within a week Zaky's Bakso business experienced a net profit/profit of IDR 2,916,000.    

This study aims to determine whether the realization of the budget to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of performance at the Research and Development Planning Agency of the Aru Islands Regency has been running effectively. The research location is the Research and Development Planning Agency of the Aru Islands Regency. The object of this research is the Budget Realization Report of the Research and Development Planning Agency of the Aru Islands Regency for the last 3 (three) years, namely the year 2017-2019 before Covid-19. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. Quantitative descriptive statistical analysis is a technique of analyzing data to summarize and describe numerical data for easy interpretation. The steps to analyze the data in this study are to calculate the Effectiveness Ratio Analysis and Efficiency Ratio based on the Budget Realization Report for the 2017 – 2019 Fiscal Year. The results of this study indicate that the budget realization analysis to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of performance can be said to have been effective and efficient. .

When it comes to the management of any institution including the government, the budget and the Budget Realisation Report (BRA) are two important components. For the purpose of evaluating the government's financial performance, the published LRA can provide important information. The LRA financial statements, which show the realisation of revenues, expenditures, and financing, can be used to test the content of the document. The purpose of this study is to determine and evaluate the realisation of the Depok City Government's expenditure budget in 2021-2022. In this study, a descriptive quantitative methodology is used, using analytical methods such as expenditure variance analysis, growth, compatibility, and efficiency. The results of the analysis show that there will be a considerable increase in the expenditure growth ratio in 2022, as well as an increase in expenditure realisation and variance. The Depok City Government has managed its expenditure effectively in this regard.

Social media plays a crucial role in interaction, information exchange, and collaboration, serving as a powerful business promotion tool due to its broad reach. In global marketing, companies must develop creative and adaptive strategies to utilize social media effectively. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method to identify the success factors of marketing strategies using social media in a global context. The findings indicate that global marketing strategies require a deep understanding of target markets, positioning, marketing mix, and budgeting, as well as adaptation to cultural, economic, and legal factors in the target markets.

Medan city is one of the largest cities in Indonesia. The increasing need for infrastructure amidst the increasing population in the city of Medan is a challenge that must be resolved. This research was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the Medan City Revenue and Expenditure Budget considering that the budget allocation for improving infrastructure that has been carried out by the Medan City Government is the government's priority. The research method used in this research is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results of the research found that effectiveness in managing the APBD is still less effective. In this case, the effectiveness of budget management still needs to be improved so that fund allocation can be optimized and create more inclusive and sustainable development.

State resilience has become a topic that is widely discussed and the state continues to try to maintain it through many strategic steps, regulations that strengthen its position and the procurement of new and used military equipment that further strengthens the state's defense position. Purchasing used defense equipment has become an increasingly attractive strategy for the Ministry of Defense to strengthen its military strength by taking advantage of its limited budget. This research aims to analyze the process of purchasing used defense equipment by the Ministry of Defense, as well as the factors that influence purchasing decisions. A case study approach is used by exploring data from various sources. The research results show that factors such as the condition of used defense equipment, reliability, military operational needs, as well as financial and information security aspects play an important role in the procurement process. Apart from that, transparency, accountability and compliance with regulations are also a focus in this process. The implication of this research is the importance of targeted policies to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

With regard to the ratio of fiscal decentralization, effectiveness of PAD, regional financial efficiency, and compatibility of regional spending, this study intends to analyze the regional financial performance of Magelang Regency. This study examines the financial position of the Magelang Regency Government from 2018 to 2022 using quantitative descriptive analysis. According to the decentralization degree ratio analysis, the Magelang Regency Government Budget generates high revenue figures, with an average decentralization rate of 97.50% between 2018 and 2022. According to the variance analysis, the expenditure performance of the Magelang district government in general can control the budget, so that it can achieve an average surplus of Rp. 755,037,801,786.6 (remaining after budget calculation) between 2018 and 2022. This research examines the management of facilities and infrastructure at the Madrasah Aliyah Laboratory of UIN North Sumatra (UIN SU) using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The aim of the research is to identify the main obstacles in facility management and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. Through a quantitative survey, it was found that there were significant differences in perceptions between teachers and students regarding the condition of school facilities, with teachers tending to be more critical. Further analysis shows that planned and routine maintenance plays an important role in preventing further damage and reducing long-term repair costs. In addition, the level of student satisfaction with facilities and infrastructure varies by grade level, with students in higher grades showing lower levels of satisfaction. A qualitative approach through in-depth interviews revealed that budget constraints were the main obstacle in facility management. Based on these findings, several strategic recommendations were proposed, including increasing budgets and resources through collaboration with external parties, implementing continuous training programs for teachers and staff, improving communication with parents, and implementing information technology in facility management. It is hoped that the implementation of these recommendations can improve the quality of management of facilities and infrastructure, which will ultimately have a positive impact on the quality of education in this madrasa. This research makes an important contribution to the education management literature, especially in the context of madrasas in Indonesia, and becomes a reference for future research and practice.

This study set out to ascertain whether the provincial governments of West Java and DKI Jakarta will adopt a performance-oriented budgeting approach. A case study using a qualitative methodology is the research technique employed. This study makes use of secondary data that is comparative-analyzed from a variety of literary sources, including government publications, news articles, and journals. The results of this exploratory inquiry demonstrate that a full paradigm shift in the issue between legislative and executive policies that result in system change is still lacking in consistency and completeness. This is because old procedures are being used, and their size and cost requirements are unclear. What is needed is an integrated monitoring system that, with the support of regional leaders and without any sectoral ego among field agents, other areas could adopt. Then, greater budget transparency must keep pushing government organizations to use faster, higher-quality electronic procurement of products and services, or e-procurement (e-proc).

This research aims to determine the effect of budgeting on profitability. In this research we will carry out market analysis so that we can find out how much influence company budgeting has on profitability. In this research we used quantitative methods with descriptive and explanatory approaches. The research conducted used the dependent variable of profitability and the independent variable, namely budgeting, to show how much budgeting is related to profitability. The research instrument is: We directly carried out an analysis which we carried out for 3 months so that we could find out the profits of the MSMEs that we analyzed. The result is that from the analysis we have carried out, SMEs experience fluctuations caused by unexpected things such as fasting, but from the analysis we have carried out the company makes large profits. With this research, it is hoped that it will be able to help other MSMEs in developing their business because by implementing budgeting in business, MSMEs are able to run their businesses effectively and efficiently.

A sales budget can provide an overview of estimates or predictions about the number of products or services that will be sold in a certain time period in the future.

This research aimed to analyze the competitive advantage strategy applied by Mrs. Mersi as a sewing business actor and the strategies carried out based on the SWOT analysis approach in Mrs. Mersi’s home tailoring business in Habi Village. This research data was obtained from interviews, observations, distributing questionnaires, and documentation. The findings of this research indicated that the Competitive Advantage Strategy applied by Mrs. Mersi consisted of low sewing rates, diverse products produced, and the ability to meet customer needs following the budget. Meanwhile, based on the SWOT analysis, the value (X,Y) = (0,3, -0,4). So Mrs. Mersi’s sewing business was included in quadrant II (Positive, Negative) which included a Diversification Strategy. Thus the strategy that needs to be pursued by Mrs. Mersi is to expand the sewing room or make a special room for sewing, improve more modern / sophisticated equipment, and do promotions.
