The optimization of ship crew changes and Maritime Employment Agreement (MEA) contracts implementation is a crucial challenge in the shipping industry. This abstract details a holistic approach to understanding the constraints, optimization strategies, and impacts associated with crew changes and MEA implementation. The literature review highlights constraints such as uncertainty in policy changes, bureaucratic obstacles, and resistance to change. To address these constraints, optimization strategies involve technology integration, risk management, enhanced communication, transparency in MEA, and investment in training and development. The positive impacts of optimization include improved operational efficiency, crew welfare, company reputation, onboard safety, and harmonious relationships. These strategies are expected to provide guidance for shipping companies to overcome challenges and improve the implementation of crew changes and MEA, creating a more efficient, stable, and sustainable shipping industry.

The growth of businesses on a micro, small and medium scale is in line with technological advances that are also experiencing rapid development. The Internet is one of the technological advancements that can be used for online product marketing, either through social media or e-commerce. Digital marketing and branding are the right marketing and media strategies to reach a wider market. This digital marketing and branding assistance activity aims to educate and facilitate MSMEs in Musir Lor Village to reach their consumers globally. Using the ABCD method through an approach that focuses on assets owned by MSMEs, this devotion activity seeks the realization of a social life order so that people can become perpetrators and determine development efforts in their environment. This assistance activity uses an object, namely MSME "Kiara Snack " Ibu Marfi'ah, which produces a variety of cakes and traditional snacks. The result of this assistance activity is the creation of logo design, registration of NIB, updating packaging design, interactive content creation and digital marketing through social media and e-commerce.

With the rapid development of the era in the digital world, there are quite a lot of MSMEs, especially in Kalirungkut sub-district, which as a whole do not fully understand and know the rapid digital development so that the Group of 85 KKNT MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java carried out the initiative by holding digital marketing socialization aimed at providing knowledge and being able to carry out digital development for MSMEs themselves. with this socialization, it can create MSMEs that are very modern and simple. Previously, MSMEs in Kalirungkut Village were dominated by MSMEs that were minimal about digital marketing, therefore MSMEs in Kalirungkut Village could with the holding of this socialization can make MSMEs reach a wider target market so as to achieve optimization of digital marketing.

In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, many transformations in various life sectors encourage the community to adopt, including MSME actors. In implementing community service activities in Rejoso Village, Nganjuk Regency, KKNTt-MBKM, students found that MSMEs needed help adapting. The MSMEs experienced obstacles in optimizing product potential and developing marketing methods caused by age and the need for understanding in using technology. Therefore, implementing this community service activity aims to help MSMEs build their business by preparing an activity plan to overcome obstacles that include branding and digital marketing assistance activities. The method used is Planning of Action (POA) through the preparation of stages in implementing branding and digital marketing. These stages are conducting surveys, analyzing the potential and constraints on MSME actors, planning the implementation of branding and digital marketing, signing and handing over MoUs, then carrying out branding activities through mentoring the creation of logos, labels, taglines, and banners of MSME products and digital marketing through mentoring the creation and use of Instagram social media accounts and Shopee e-commerce. The results showed that MSMEs experienced the development of products and marketing methods through activities carried out by KKN students.

Remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari anak-anak menuju dewasa. Masa remaja sering disebut masa terlabil, di mana seorang anak berusaha mencari jati dirinya. Posyandu remaja diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan mental remaja dan optimalisasi psychological first aid (PFA). Posyandu kesehatan jiwa remaja merupakan salah satu kegiatan berbasis kesehatan masyarakat khusus remaja, untuk memantau dan melibatkan mereka demi peningkatan kesehatan dan keterampilan hidup sehat secara berkesinambungan. Tujuan program kemitraan masyarakat ini meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan karangtaruna dalam melakukan pemantauan kesehatan jiwa khususnya remaja. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat melalui ceramah, diskusi dan demonstrasi tentang pelaksanaan sistem 5 meja posyandu kesehatan jiwa remaja. Kegiatan lima meja posyandu kesehatan jiwa antara lain meja satu: pendaftaran dan pemantauan kesehatan fisik, meja dua: pemantauan gejala, pemberian terapi psikofarmaka, vitamin, dan penambahan nutrisi, meja tiga: pengendalian gejala oleh perawat, meja empat: peningkatan ketrampilan perawatan diri, meja lima: peningkatan ketrampilan hidup sehari- hari dan produktivitas). Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap: sosialisasi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Sasaran sosialisasi adalah pengurus karangtaruna kelurahan tambakharjo yang diikuti oleh 7 orang, pelaksanaan posyandu melibatkan pengurus karangtaruna dan dihadiri oleh 18 remaja. Hasil pelaksanaan Posyandu deteksi kesehatan mental dengan SRQ sebelum Posyandu 9 mengalami gangguan mental emosional menjadi 4 remaja setelah posyandu. Selanjutnya dilaksanakan Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang kesehatan mental remaja dan praktik cara mengatasi stres.

Catering "Miss Tote" is one of the MSMEs located in Kepanjen Kidul Village, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City. In today's modern era, the catering business is faced with problems related to technology and digitalization. The implementation of community service aims to optimize product marketing through the use of the Canva application as a branding medium and mentoring the use of Instagram social media to expand customer reach and introduce products to potential customers. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, the data obtained from interviews with the owner of the MSMEs Catering "Miss Tote" and observations of marketing that has been done and documentation during the implementation process. The results of the study show that the "Miss Tote" MSMEs has marketing potential that has not been optimized, therefore students contribute to making logos, banners, catalogs and brochures as media branding of the "Miss Tote" MSMEs. Implementing a marketing strategy using Canva can have a positive impact such as building a strong brand image so that it can increase customer trust and become the hallmark of a business.

UMKM must be able to face global challenges, increase product and service innovation. UMKM are the economic sector that absorbs the largest workforce in Indonesia. Gedog Village needs technology in the midst of globalization. Most of the problems faced are product marketing and their lack of human resource knowledge. The Thematic 31 KKN group aims to take part in imparting the knowledge that we have to impart to them so that the business being run can develop so that the coffers of income will increase and be able to recruit new workers. Assistance to the UMKM sector in Gedog Village needs to be given socialization about what to do and provide examples of action. In the data collection process, three methods were carried out, namely interviews, document studies, and questionnaires.

Digital marketing is a marketing medium that uses the internet as a tool to disseminate information in a wider range without being hindered by time, place and distance. And Instagram is one of the digital media which is still widely used by Indonesians, from teenagers to adults, both for communication media and promotional media. However, most MSMEs actors in the Kedung Baruk sub-district have not been able to make full use of Instagram even though they already have it. So the purpose of holding this training and mentoring is so that MSMEs understand the importance of digital marketing, and optimizing Instagram as a promotional medium. The method used goes through several stages such as providing digital marketing training, providing assistance, and conducting evaluations. The results obtained from the activities that have been carried out are that UMKM actors realize how important digital marketing is, especially on the Instagram platform and Pempek D&G have been able to optimize Instagram as a promotional medium independently.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengelaborasi terhadap upaya optimalisasi santri pondok pesantren dalam mewujudkan kemampuan interpreneur yang berbasis teknologi. Santri pondok pesantren dalam memiliki kemampuan ekonomi digital sangat rendah, hal itulah menyebabkan stigma negatif terhadap santri yang dianggap kolot masih terjadi hingga saat ini. aboratorium memainkan peran penting dalam dunia kesehatan dengan memberikan informasi diagnostik yang akurat dan tepat waktu. Mutu pelayanan laboratorium secara langsung mempengaruhi perawatan pasien dan keputusan pengobatan. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, implementasi Sistem Informasi Laboratorium (LIS) telah secara signifikan berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional laboratorium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran LIS dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan laboratorium.Studi ini difokuskan pada tinjauan literatur yang terkait dengan dampak LIS pada operasional laboratorium dan pengaruhnya terhadap berbagai aspek mutu pelayanan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa LIS memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses laboratorium melalui otomatisasi, pengelolaan alur kerja yang terstruktur, dan pengelolaan sumber daya yang lebih baik. Sistem ini juga berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap akurasi hasil pengujian melalui pencatatan data elektronik dan mekanisme validasi otomatis.   Selain itu, LIS memungkinkan pengelolaan data terintegrasi, memfasilitasi akses cepat ke informasi pasien, hasil pengujian, dan data terkait laboratorium lainnya, sehingga meningkatkan analisis data dan proses pengambilan keputusan.Selain itu, LIS memfasilitasi pengelolaan alur kerja yang efisien, mengurangi waktu respons, dan memastikan pengiriman hasil pengujian tepat waktu. Sistem ini juga meningkatkan praktik pengendalian kualitas dengan menyediakan alat untuk pemantauan kualitas rutin, analisis tren, dan identifikasi penyimpangan dari standar mutu secara tepat waktu. Implementasi LIS membutuhkan pelatihan dan dukungan yang tepat untuk memaksimalkan potensinya dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan laboratorium.Sebagai kesimpulan, integrasi Sistem Informasi Laboratorium dalam pengaturan laboratorium memiliki peran krusial dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan laboratorium. LIS meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi hasil pengujian, pengelolaan data, alur kerja, dan praktik pengendalian kualitas. Disarankan agar laboratorium mempertimbangkan adopsi dan optimalisasi LIS untuk memaksimalkan manfaatnya dan memberikan pelayanan laboratorium berkualitas tinggi.

This study aims to optimize the marketing of tourism products on Tidung Island, Thousand Islands, DKI Jakarta Province with the aim of increasing the local economy and public awareness. Tidung Island has great tourism potential, but there are still obstacles in marketing and active community participation in developing the local economy. The research methods used were surveys, interviews, and direct observation. The data collected includes information about tourist profiles, marketing strategies that have been implemented, as well as inhibiting factors in local economic development. In order to optimize the marketing of tourism products, the recommended strategic steps include developing attractive tour packages, skills training for local communities, and establishing a tourist information center. In addition, collaboration between local governments, local business actors and the community is key in achieving the goal of strengthening the local economy and community awareness. This research is expected to provide input and recommendations for local governments, businesses, and the community in increasing the marketing of tourism products on Tidung Island, so that it can have a positive impact on the local economy and local community awareness.

For this reason, every business needs to pay attention to social media as a very important promotional medium. This research journal aims to prove the importance of optimizing social media marketing for increasing sales conversions carried out at the 'Dapur Mamiku' catering business. The process of increasing sales is carried out by assisting business actors and optimizing social media. The final stage of this research will be an analysis and evaluation of the research that has been done. The results of this study are expected to give a greater impression/reach to potential customers and increase sales conversions for 'Dapur Mamiku' catering products.

The low understanding of mothers regarding the use of the Maternal and Child Health Book (KIA Book) is one of the factors contributing to the failure in implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program aimed at reducing maternal and child mortality rates. The role of midwives working together with community health volunteers has a six-fold greater influence on the community in raising awareness about the use of the KIA Book, thus providing more health-related information. The objective of this activity is to enhance motivation and improve mothers' knowledge in optimizing the KIA Book. This community engagement activity took place in RT 10 RW 03, Sukarami Village, Palembang City. The method employed involved participants completing a questionnaire to assess their understanding before and after receiving education through counseling. The results showed that there was an increase of 15 people (88.23%) falling into the good category and 2 people (11.76%) falling into the satisfactory category, indicating that the activity was successfully received and understood by the participants.

This research was conducted at PT MRT Jakarta which is a fast rail transportation system in Jakarta. This study aims to determine the optimization of MRT Jakarta's minimum service standards and its relation to customer satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through questionnaires, and literacy studies related to supporting documents at PT MRT Jakarta. Based on the research results of PM 47 of 2014, it shows that the five indicators such as tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy provided by PT MRT Jakarta are effective and in accordance with the SOP.

Maintaining a balance of calcium levels at a young age is proportional to the high or low risk of developing bone mass loss disease. More than 30% of menopausal women over the age of 50 are at risk of developing osteoporosis due to low calcium levels. Decreased bone mass due to low calcium levels can affect anyone, including women of childbearing age. In fertile women who are still producing the hormone estrogen when entering the menstrual phase, especially before menstruation, calcium levels can decrease. Although it is still in the normal range, calcium itself can have an effect, one of which brings symptoms that lead to a calcium deficiency condition. This activity aims to determine blood calcium levels in women of childbearing age and in menopausal women so that osteoporosis can be prevented in Kemantren Village, Cirebon Regency. The method of this activity is by conducting observations, interviews and blood calcium examinations. The results of the activity were carried out on 30 samples of women of childbearing age and 30 samples of menopausal women from Kemantren Village, Cirebon Regency. The average value of blood calcium levels in women of childbearing age was 8.83 mg/dL with the highest and lowest blood calcium levels of 10.80 mg/dL and 6.67 mg/dL, respectively. The conclusion of this activity is that fertile and menopausal women are known to have normal calcium levels.

Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang optimalisasi pengelolaan BUMDes Niagara Desa Wangisagara Kabupaten Bandung dalam pengembangannya yang awalnya Desa Wangisagara termasuk dalam desa tertinggal hingga meraih omset 30 M per tahun. BUMDes didirikan oleh pemerintah desa dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan perekonomian masyarakat desa. Pemerintah Desa Wangisagara dinilai berhasil dalam strategi mengembangkan BUMDes Niagara yang menjadikan Desa Wangisagara menjadi percontohan di Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana optimalisasi pengelolaan BUMDes Niagara Desa. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari literatur, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keberadaan BUMDes Niagara memberikan manfaat bagi kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat desa tidak terlepas dari partisipasi masyarakat desa terhadap jalannya BUMDes Niagara.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) have a strategic role in improving the national economy. South Tangerang City is one of the cities in Indonesia which has a fairly large number of MSME. However, MSME in Tangerang Selatan City also experience various difficulties in business such as difficulties in capital, obtaining raw materials, marketing products, and other operational matters. Optimizing franchise partnerships is a solution that can be done. Franchise Partnership Business is a special right owned by an individual or business entity to a business system with business characteristics in the context of marketing goods or services that have been proven successful and can be utilized by other parties based on a Franchise Agreement. The method used is descriptive qualitative which is useful for describing phenomena that occur in the field by collecting data from various sources, such as books, journals and other related documents. Based on the data obtained, the number of MSME in Tangerang Selatan City is very large. Therefore, with the existence of a franchise business partnership system, the development of MSME in Tangerang Selatan can be far more developed and can also improve the local economy.

According to Law No. 20 of 2008, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are defined as independent business activities carried out by individuals or groups that are not branches of larger companies. MSMEs plays a significant role as an economic driver in Indonesia and can absorb up to 97% of the workforce. The city of Blitar has a total of 9,243 MSMEs units producing 14,000 types of products. One of the challenges faced by MSMEs is the underutilization of social media as a marketing platform. Digital marketing is considered a more effective and efficient communication medium for product promotion. By implementing digital marketing strategies, MSMEs can improve their marketing systems, expand their target market reach, and enhance sales activities for the future. Therefore, to help address the challenges faced by MSMEs, a socialization program is conducted to provide guidance on the initial steps to gain publicity on social media.
