Bullying in the school environment, especially at the high school level, has become an issue that is increasingly disturbing and urgent to be addressed. Many students who are victims of bullying experience lasting negative impacts, both psychologically and socially. This phenomenon not only affects students' academic lives, but can also result in serious emotional problems, such as depression and anxiety. Therefore, it is important to find effective solutions to prevent bullying behavior in schools. In this research, researchers used interview methods to explore in-depth data about individual experiences, opinions or feelings that are difficult to measure quantitatively. The role of Indonesian language teachers is very strategic. Apart from teaching language and literature, teachers have the opportunity to instill moral values through selected learning materials. Literary works, for example, often contain themes of humanity and social interaction that are relevant to bullying behavior. By integrating Christian values in language learning, teachers can help students understand the importance of empathy and compassion in relationships between people. From the results of research that has been conducted, it is clear that Indonesian language teachers at Marisi Medan Private High School have a crucial role in preventing bullying through instilling Christian values.

In light of the increasing degree of competition in the international business environment resulting from the technological changes that have occurred recently, which has made companies rely on elements through which they can increase the companies’ capabilities to compete and achieve what they aim for, and for this reason the human element (human capital) was the factor. It is decisive in increasing productivity and companies’ abilities to compete in light of the changing and evolving business environment, as the research showed that there is a major role for human capital in increasing the financial performance of the research sample (Al-Janoob Islamic Bank) and achieving high profit levels as a result of that company’s acquisition of competent and skilled human capital. The research compared two different periods in terms of the company’s management at the levels of executive management and the board of directors, and after the bank applied governance and separated ownership of the institution from management, and competent banking and professional cadres took over the management of that company, which was characterized by efficiency and effectiveness, as the research showed the existence of a close and strong relationship between human capital. Efficiency and financial performance represented by the profitability index, where the level of profits achieved before the change of management was low, while it took an upward trend gradually after the change of management and the application of governance. This confirms the relationship between two variables in achieving what the institution aims to achieve in its current and future strategies.

Public welfare is the ultimate goal of every economic development. HDI as an indicator of welfare in Indonesia continues to increase from year to year, but is very volatile. The province with the highest HDI points is DKI Jakarta province and the lowest is Papua Province. This shows that the increase has not occurred significantly and there are still disparities in several provinces in Indonesia. This research aims (1) To analyze  the direct influence of GRDP and minimum wages on poverty in Indonesian provinces in 2018-2022. (2) To analyze the influence of GRDP, minimum wage and poverty directly on HDI in Indonesian provinces in 2018-2022. (3) To analyze the influence of GRDP and minimum wages on HDI indirectly through poverty in Indonesian provinces in 2018-2022. This research uses secondary data obtained from BPS publications during 2018-2022, with a total of 170 observation points. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of EViews 10 software. The results of the study indicate that PDRB has a significant negative direct effect on poverty, Provincial Minimum Wage has a significant positive direct effect on poverty, both PDRB and Provincial Minimum Wage have a significant positive direct effect on the HDI, and poverty has a significant negative direct effect on the HDI. Poverty is not an intervening variable in the relationship between PDRB and the HDI, but it is an intervening variable in the relationship between Provincial Minimum Wage and the HDI. The implications of this research are that successful economic policies must integrate increases in Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and Minimum Wage as primary strategies to reduce poverty levels and enhance the Human Development Index (HDI) in Indonesian provinces. Significant increases in GRDP contribute to poverty reduction by evenly distributing economic benefits to disadvantaged groups. Meanwhile, strengthened Minimum Wage policies can elevate worker incomes, bolster purchasing power, and improve access to education and healthcare, thereby potentially boosting HDI. Prioritising poverty reduction is crucial for enhancing overall quality of life, thereby creating better conditions for economic growth and social welfare at the provincial level

EMG is a method widely used to estimate muscle activity and can help understand how muscles interact with each other that affects human movement control. In this study to detect muscle interaction during contraction and relaxation of the triceps elbow muscle. Non-invasive techniques are used in this study to characterize muscle electrical activity. In this study, additional loads were added to the contraction movement to observe whether there was a relationship between changes in muscle activity and the load carried by the muscle in male and female subjects. Signal changes can be read by the microcontroller ADC and then sent to Blynk. This study shows that during the relaxation movement, the subject has an average Vpp value of 0.007 V. When performing the contraction movement, the average Vpp value increases to 0.024 V. When a 2 kg load is added, the average Vpp value increases to 0.027 V. The heavier the load carried, the Vpp value of muscle activity also increases.

The Nigerian economy has developed slowly over the years, which has led to little to no improvement in the country's residents' standard of living. The study's overall goal was to determine how the Treasury Single Account Policy affected Nigeria's economic developments between 2015 and 2024. Its specific goals were to determine whether the human development index, Gini coefficient, and poverty rate of the country's economy differed significantly between the pre-and post-implementation periods. The research utilized the design of the quantitative study. Nigerian citizens make up the study's population, while the citizens of Nigeria for the years 2015–2024 make up the sample size. The study employed secondary data that came from the World Bank's National Accounts Data, the National Bureau of Statistics, and the Central Bank of Nigeria's Statistical Bulletin. The paired sample t-test was used to assess the data. The outcome showed that, except the variable of human development index, which showed a significant difference between the periods before and after the implementation of the treasury single account policy, economic development indicators (gini coefficient and poverty rate) did not differ significantly between the periods before and after the policy. Consequently, the analysis found that the Treasury Single Using the poverty rate and Gini coefficient as stand-ins for economic development, account policy had no discernible effect on the Nigerian economy. Additionally, it was determined that the Treasury Single Account Policy had a major influence on Nigeria's economic development using the Human Development Index as a proxy for economic progress.
