This research aims to describe the diversity of literature-based qualitative research applied in the study of religion and religiosity in Islam. Through descriptive qualitative research methods with library data collection, this research explores a variety of research that can be used in research on religion and diversity in Islam. The results show various research from various angles that can be applied in literature-based studies of religion and diversity in Islam. First, in terms of the type of research, namely the study of revelation texts, the study of figures' thoughts, textbook analysis, and historical studies. Second, in terms of research approaches, namely theological, anthropological, sociological, historical, interpretive, biographical research, hermeneutics, and artifact studies. The three research methods are descriptive, theoretical, comparative (muqaranah), historical and critical. Fourth, in terms of research data analysis, content analysis, discourse analysis, historical analysis, critical analysis, textual analysis, narrative analysis, and narrative analysis, thematic analysis, descriptive analysis, intertextual. The implication of this research is to enrich the insight of academics and researchers in choosing appropriate research methods for studying Islamic religion and diversity and encouraging the use of more varied, combinative, and in-depth qualitative research. The suggestions include integrating more interdisciplinary approaches, methods, and analysis in studying Islamic religion and diversity to produce more comprehensive findings relevant to current developments. In addition, researchers are expected to be able to develop analytical and critical skills in evaluating literature, which will help enrich academic discourse in this field.

Additionally, shopping and entertainment centers will become more appealing if they can reflect local historical and cultural values. Digitalization and information technology have a significant impact on business processes. This problem can be solved through synthesis, which involves the use of new computing technologies. Picture books are one example of advances in information technology in the field of education. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effectiveness of using chart books in the process of managing financial records. The research method used is a qualitative summary based on theory, research results and conclusions reached. Research, historical information, and survey results are then collected, analyzed, and compiled. The study found that book charting applications play an important role in the purchasing process, with technology used in the review process through an integrated and automated system. In order for the documentation process to be more efficient and effective, it must comply with established standards and guidelines. Organizations are becoming more diverse and integrated. Improved analyst performance indicates that the commentator is trustworthy and knowledgeable, thereby improving overall quality. Based on this, we can conclude that the Diagram Book application helps in the financial report review process.

Pancasila, as the basis of the Indonesian state, not only acts as a constitution but also as an ethical system that underlies national and state life. In the midst of the challenges of globalization and modernization, the values ​​of Pancasila are experiencing significant tests. This article explores the concept and urgency of Pancasila as an ethical system, highlighting the reasons for the need for Pancasila as a moral guide in everyday life. Through historical, sociological and political approaches, this article analyzes the dynamics and challenges faced by Pancasila as an ethical system. A deep understanding of the essence of Pancasila as a source of values ​​and the urgency of its existence in shaping national character is the main focus of the discussion.

This article presents a case study from a shoe and sandal shop NeedShoes which succeeded in improving its business performance through a unique and interesting creative campaign. Using historical methods, literature studies, and case studies, this article explores the background of the shoe and sandal retail industry, analyzes NeedShoes' creative campaigns in depth, and identifies success factors, challenges, and valuable lessons that can be adopted by other businesses.    

Amidst the growing competition in the industry, CV Berkah Jaya Klaten faces challenges in planning the production capacity of cleaning tools to meet market demand. This study aims to provide solutions to production capacity planning issues by applying the Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) method using the Capacity Planning Using Overall Factors (CPOF) technique and a system simulation approach. The planning process begins with demand forecasting using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software, which produces the smallest Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value using the Simple Seasonal method. These forecasting results are used to determine the Master Production Schedule (MPS). Processing RCCP data with the CPOF method requires MPS data, processing time for each workstation, and historical proportions calculated from standardized processing times. The system simulation of production capacity planning is conducted to model real conditions and evaluate various production scenarios. The simulation results reveal that the required production time capacity each month always exceeds the available time capacity, indicating the need for capacity adjustments to avoid bottlenecks and improve efficiency. With this approach, CV Berkah Jaya Klaten can plan production capacity more efficiently and effectively, ensuring product availability in accordance with customer demand.

Background​ Background LBW is still a concern for public health throughout the world and is associated with a number of short-term and long-term problems. More than 20 million births each year are estimated to be LBW, accounting for 15% to 20% of all births globally. In poor countries, the LBW birth rate is 16.5%, while in industrial countries it is 7%. Babies with low birth weight (LBW) may experience a number of problems and complications at birth. Metabolic problems, especially hypothermia, may appear in the short term. Method The research used is quantitative, information about what you want to know is examined using numerical data through a retrospective survey. Conducting a retrospective survey is one method of collecting historical data. This research uses a cross-sectional strategy. The sample for this in-depth research was all 60 mothers who gave birth at Sapta Medika Hospital. Analysis data using univariate and bivariate analysis. From the results of statistical tests it was found that p.value = 0.004 and α = 0.05, where the value of P.value (0.004) < α (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between maternal age and the incidence of low birth weight (LBW) babies. ). Where the P value (0.019) < α (0.005), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between maternal parity and the incidence of low birth weight (LBW) babies. Where the P.value (0.001) < α (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between maternal nutritional status and the incidence of low birth weight (LBW) babies.     

This study aims to describe the meaning of denotation, meaning of connotation, and myth in the traditions of Ngulihi Tudung in the Karo tribe. This study is a qualitative descriptive study by applying a semiotic approach developed by Roland Barthes to uncover aspects of sign communication in the marriage tradition of Karo Ngulih Tudung which later differed from the public view of marriage traditions that began to be distorted. The data obtained in this study is a sentence, dialogue or sign that can communicate the message to be delivered to the marriage tradition of Ngulihi Tudung tribe Karo. The data analysis technique is to carefully identify signs and symbols in the Tudung Tradition, divide them into markers and markers, analyze the relationship of signs to form more complex meanings, analyse the meaning of denotations, analyse meaning of connotations based on cultural historical context to mythology as ideology based on the study of Roland Barthes' Semiotics, and write the conclusions of the research. The results of the study show that the meaning of the denotation in the marriage tradition of Ngulihi Tudung seeks to show the most tangible meaning in the sign. In other words, the Denotation of Roland Barthers in the sentence found in the Marriage tradition is what is described by the sign against an object. Connotation is expressive, involving more subjective and objective experience. In the marriage tradition Ngulihi Tudung invites the public to criticize as sharply as myths can see certain values or norms that work in society.

: Identity politics is political strategy that uses social identities such as ethnicity, religion, and gender to gain electoral support. This article explains how the phenomenon and influence of identity politics in Indonesia, the issue of identity politics in the 2024 elections and identity politics based on Islamic teaching sources. Identity politics can be positive or negative. Positive in nature means that it makes an impetus to recognize and accommodate the existence of comparisons, even to the extent of recognizing the predicate or privilege of a region or nation due to a basis that can be understood historically and logically. It is negative when there is a difference between one group and another, for example the domination between the majority and the minority. Identity politics grows over a social group that considers intimidated and discriminated against by government and state power in regulating government order, this condition which then becomes the basis for the birth of identity politics in state issues.

The study of constitutional law often involves analysis of legal texts, historical context, legal interpretation, and social impact to gain a holistic view of constitutional provisions and their application.

This research aims to describe the types of conversational implicatures found in the novel Oriana's Wedding Diary by Ayana Kamila, as well as their implementation in Indonesian language learning in high school. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The subject of this research is the novel Oriana's Wedding Diary by Ayana Kamila. Data collection techniques in this research used note-reading and literature study techniques. The results of this research were that several types of conversational implicatures were found in the novel, including: 1) General conversational implicatures, 6 data were found containing general conversational implications in the novel. 2) Specific conversational implicatures, 4 data were found containing general conversational implications in the novel. 3) Scale conversational implicatures, 3 data were found containing general conversational implications in the novel. The results of this conversational implicature research can also be implemented in high school in several materials, such as anecdote text material, fiction and non-fiction book material, and finally in historical story (novel) text material. In learning materials there are often sentences that can be interpreted in various ways. By understanding implicature, it is hoped that it can reduce confusion in interpreting the meaning that students have regarding these sentences.

Policies for managing basic education units are critical to ensuring equitable access to and quality of education. This article explores the nature of basic education management policy, from its philosophical foundation to its implementation process. The literature study method is used to analyze relevant literature and policy documents, which provide an overview of the historical evolution of basic education management from pre-modern times to the contemporary era. The results illustrate the complexities and challenges in policy planning, implementation and evaluation, and the importance of effective supervision. It is hoped that this in-depth understanding can improve the effectiveness of basic education policy and management globally.

The SMPN 1 Ungaran school museum is the only school museum found in semarang district. The museum is located in the SMPN 1 Ungaran complex that during the Dutch Indies was used as kweekschool. The Museum Buildings have a high historical value for civilization in the city of Ungaran and are now being used as a school museum that houses the most impressive collections that have ever occurred in this school and are not found in any other. There are many people who are unaware of the existence of the school's museum, but at the same time the museum has difficulty trying to explain the history, profile and detail of the museum collection when, having or attending educational exhibitions or similar events. Looking at the problem, it would require an audio-visual solution packed into a profile video capable of providing information about the school's museum profile. Applying qualitative methods and linear strategies, it is hoped to produce a video profile that can provide information on the history of museum buildings, museum profiles and museum collections in greater detail and interest to the general public, making its existence known.    

This research explores the Marapulai Basuntiang Tradition, a traditional Minangkabau wedding procession in Indrapura Pesisir Selatan, which is rich with symbolism and philosophical meaning. This tradition is not only a wedding ceremony, but also reflects the values of mutual cooperation, togetherness, and respect for ancestors. Through a qualitative approach and descriptive method, this research examines the stages of the Marapulai Basuntiang procession from preparation to post-event, as well as the changes that occur along with the influence of outside culture. It also compares the elements of the wedding in Pesisir Selatan with other regions to reveal how geographical, historical and socio-cultural factors influence the differences. The results of the study show that despite changes in traditional elements due to modernization, noble values and local cultural identity are maintained. This research aims to strengthen the understanding of the Marapulai Basuntiang tradition and provide recommendations for its preservation in the midst of modernization.

Flogging punishment in Aceh has received great attention in the context of law and human rights. This study aims to determine the practice of flogging punishment in Aceh in terms of hadith and Law No.39 of 1999. Through a comparative analytical approach, it examines hadith related to flogging punishment in the context of Islam, especially Islamic history, and compares it with legal provisions. Contained in the Indonesian Human Rights Law No.39 of 1999. The study also examines the practice of corporal punishment in Aceh and its impact on society. The results reveal differences in interpretation of Islamic historical hadith and law enforcement in Aceh, as well as questions regarding adherence to human rights principles.
