Objective from study this is For Plan Thick Construction Pavement Rigid With Manual Methods of Pavement Design Road 2017 and Methods Pd T- 14-2003 and compare both methods the. The thickness of the concrete slab obtained from the 2017 Road Pavement Manual method is of 28.5 cm with a thin concrete layer of 10 cm and a drainage layer with a thickness of 15 cm. The thickness of the concrete slab obtained from the Pd T-14-2003 method which is 18 cm. Every individual bears the responsibility of honoring the rights of others within the context of national and state life. This research aims to illustrate that while exercising their rights and freedoms, individuals are obligated to adhere to legal constraints. This adherence is intended to ensure the acknowledgment and respect for the rights and freedoms of others, as well as to fulfill equitable demands in alignment with moral considerations, security imperatives, and the maintenance of public order within a democratic society. This study employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The systematic, factual, and timely data collection is conducted following the research framework and objectives. The findings suggest that the current conceptualization of limitations on human rights may evolve in the future. The crucial question now pertains to how advocates for a shift in thought construction can effectively leverage the constitutional mechanisms available to them.

The construction industry in Indonesia faces challenges in finding sustainable materials for concrete production. This paper investigates the potential of rice husk ash (RHA) and palm oil fuel ash (POFA) as alternative supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) in concrete. Both RHA and POFA are abundant agricultural by-products in Indonesia. Laboratory tests indicate that their incorporation enhances the compressive strength, durability, and sustainability of concrete. The findings highlight the dual benefit of reducing industrial waste and creating eco-friendly construction materials, thus contributing to the development of green infrastructure in Indonesia.

Branding is essential for tourist attractions and government agencies, one of which is improving the image and reputation of a tourist attraction or institution so that the wider community can know it. There needs to be an appropriate strategy from the Talun District government, which is the authority in tourism development in Talun District, so the author is interested in examining the branding strategy carried out by Talun District in developing the tourism sector as a tourist destination. This research uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The Talun District Government of Cirebon Regency plans the construction of the "Wisata Talun Ngangeni" to improve the welfare of rural communities and stimulate the regional economy. In addition to promotion through digital tourism, the participation of local communities is needed to maintain and develop innovations in the area. However, it is only possible to have a positive impact on branding tourism culture with digital tourism. Several forms of digital tourism promote tourism using inappropriate and deviant nuances. Usually, children and adolescents often receive such adverse effects.

Project success is the ultimate goal of every project. The difference in the success factors (Buddhi Dharma Building construction project) projects are due to each project having different influencing factors. Therefore, each party involved must have a certain strategy for the success of the project, namely knowing the most influential factors on the success (success) of the construction implementation. This researcher aims to identify the factors that support the success (Buddhi Dharma Building Construction project) Construction project in the southern Banten city of Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive analysis using a questionnaire with data on construction projects that are currently or have been done. Or the respondents are the main director, project manager, site manager, implementation, technical staff, quantity and quality control. From the returning quisoner, the data was tested using SPSS. There are 30 questionnaires distributed. The response rate is 100%. From the research data there are 4 factors with sub factors / variables. These 4 factors are project management factors, cost, time, quality of work, work safety. The results of the validation test, obtained 4 factors and 7 valid variables. The results of the reliability test, all valid factors are also reliable. From data analysis with SPSS version, 2.4, the most dominant factors on construction costs are: for project management, the plans and schedules used, affecting of project management factors, the most dominant sub-factor is the implementation schedule is not in accordance with schedule, which is  of the time, the most dominant sub-factor is the project bidding method, which is 4.7. Equipment factor, the most dominant sub-factor is the monitoring and planning capacity used, which is  The results of this researcher are later expected to be taken into consideration for all parties involved in the implementation of construction projects in order to achieve project success.

The field of architecture has undergone rapid development within both academic and professional circles. Digital architecture, a concise term describing the use of communication and information technology in the entire planning and design process, has significantly influenced architectural education worldwide. It serves as a means to bridge the quality gap between architectural education in developed and developing countries. In Indonesia, digital architecture has been a subject of debate since its inception, garnering both proponents and opponents. Many still hold the belief that computers are merely new tools, akin to drawing instruments, for architects. However, the current progress reveals the availability of numerous computer modeling programs that support architectural design. These programs enable the visualization of building conditions before construction, becoming commonplace tools in consultancy firms and educational institutions, embraced by both lecturers and students. Consequently, the impact of information technology on the evolution of the architectural world is evident. The growing reliance on digital modeling programs in architectural design demonstrates a paradigm shift. This technological influence extends beyond individual buildings to encompass urban modeling, both in physical and non-physical aspects. Therefore, it is understood that the influence of information technology will continue to grow in the architectural realm, with digital programs playing a pivotal role in supporting the building design process.

Sustainability Development is one of the target to be achieved in order to maintain the sustainability of future generations without reducing the needs of present. One form of sustainable development that is implemented is green building certification to assess the level of efficiency savings that have been made. This study aiming to analyze the application of green building concept in office buildings. Application analysis was carried on on energy, water, and material efficiency aspects using EDGE program issued by IFC (International Finance Coporation) which is ne of the poviders green building certification. The scope used in this study is that this assessment is carried out with the aim of certifiying exsisting building and post construction. Based on the analysis results, it is known that the value of green building implemtation in office building is 16,63% energy savingi, 34,79% water savings  dan 92% material savings

A construction testing laboratory is a special facility used to carry out various types of testing and analysis of construction materials, structures and construction components. It is always busy with customers, so sometimes there are huge queues of customers. Thus, research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the construction testing laboratory queuing system. The method used in this research is Queuing Theory. Queuing Theory is a theory related to mathematical studies and queues or waiting lines. Queuing theory is always related to all aspects of the customer's situation in obtaining a service. Analysis of material testing queues in construction laboratories using the M/M/S model shows increased efficiency after adding servers. Previously, the server usability rate was 50%, with a queue time of 0.5%. After adding servers, the usability rate increases to 75%, queue time decreases, and the probability of customers being served increases to 2.11%. These results are the basis for recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction .

Quality is an important factor in production, so companies must maintain the quality of their products in order to be able to compete in the market. One of them is PT. Swadaya Graha operates in the construction and fabrication services sector, working on several projects, one of which is pipe support. In pipe support fabrication there are problems during the production process. This problem is the presence of "scratch" defects on the surface of the material. The aim of the observations carried out is to minimize the occurrence of production process defects in pipe support fabrication. From the results of the analysis using a cause-and-effect diagram, there are 3 factors that cause defects. And improvement efforts to minimize defects using the 5W + 1H method.   Keywords: Cause-Effect Diagram, Defects, Scratch, 5W + 1H Method.

Productivity is an indicator of a company's performance. In 2021 to 2023, a precast concrete construction and manufacturing company had difficulty achieving its spun pile production target of 3,480 tons/month. This condition causes the company's productivity to fluctuate and tend to decrease overall. This study aims to evaluate the decline in productivity by measuring the value of productivity based on 3 criteria, namely material, labor and machine criteria. The method used is Objective Matrix (OMAX). The productivity value in the production years 2021 to 2023 fluctuates with a downward average value. The highest productivity value in the 2021 production year occurred in period 8 with a value of 748 while the lowest productivity value occurred in period 6 with a value of 170. The highest productivity value in the 2022 production year occurred in period 21 with a value of 638 while the lowest productivity value occurred in period 14 with a value of 166. The highest productivity value in production year 2023 occurs in period 26 with a value of 966 while the lowest productivity value occurs in period 27 with a value of 0. Criteria that contribute less to productivity and need to be improved are labor criteria that show values below the average. While the material and machinery criteria show values that tend to be below average. While the material and machine criteria show values that tend to be good, with the application of OMAX, PT XYZ can improve partial productivity and total productivity in the future and identify factors that cause a decrease in productivity.

As Time And Human Civilization Progress, The Construction Industry Is Also Developing Rapidly, Starting From Advances In Technology Used To Increasing Competitors, Both Foreign Competitors And Local Competitors. The Application Of Supply Chain In The Construction Industry Is Believed To Be One Of The Strategic Efforts To Increase The Competitiveness And Performance Of A Construction Company. In This Research, An Analysis Of The Application Of Supply Chain Management (SCM) Will Be Carried Out In The Wadung Asri Market Drainage Channel Normalization Project. This Research Aims To Find Out Whether Contractors Have Implemented The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Concept In Their Material Procurement Process. The Research Results Show That In The Project Material Procurement Process, The Contractor Has Not Implemented The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Concept Significantly. This Can Be Seen From Decisions In Selecting Suppliers Which Are Only Based On The History Of Cooperation Without Considering Other Factors. Apart From That, There Were Delays In The Arrival Of Materials Which Resulted In Project Work Being Delayed From The Initial Plan. Therefore, It Is Necessary To Improve The Goods Procurement System That Has Been Running So Far By Implementing The Supply Chain Management Concept.

For example, these digital applications include AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp design software. This application is a phenomenon that shows technological developments and the current needs of the architecture and construction industry. Depicting building structures using digital applications is the process of creating a digital model of the building to be built. a process of creating building engineering drawings in 3D (three-dimensional) form using computer applications that meet design standards. Digital applications can simplify and speed up the process of designing, implementing and maintaining buildings. Digital applications can also help save costs, time and resources, as well as reduce errors, conflicts and waste.

As one of grammatical semantics topics, the passive voice of singular first person is used to show the relationship between singular first person (me) and action through the form of passive verbs in a sentence that contain grammatical meaning. The formulation of this research problem is what are the semantic constructions of the passive voice of singular first person in locutionary speech acts explaining based on the strategy in Sumberejo, Ambulu, Jember? This qualitative descriptive research is included in communication ethnographic research. Data was collected through listening and speech methods. Data that has been successfully collected is then presented using categorical, descriptive, and distributional methods. The theories used are Chomsky's generative transformation theory (1965) and Searle's speech act theory (1979). Based on this study, a total of 6 types of passive voice of singular first person in locutionary speech acts explaining in Sumberejo Village, Ambulu District, Jember Regency by dividing the types of passive voice of singular first person based on the form of suffixes and the nature of passive verbs with the type of locutionary speech act explaining based on the strategy. Cooperation between Indonesia and China in building high-speed trains began with President Joko Widodo's visit to Beijing, China in November 2014. President Joko Widodo is interested in China's high-speed trains. The construction of the Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train is a collaborative effort with an agreement not to use funds from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN). Indonesia has a requirement to do business only on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. The Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train is known to the public as an express train that meets people's needs and is highly praised for its service, comfort and supporting facilities. The construction of the Jakarta-Bandung express train is a government initiative to modernize transportation within the city, and has a significant impact on economic development and community mobility. This is considered very effective in overcoming traffic jams and minimizing losses for the government.

Ngadilegi Utara Hamlet is one of the hamlets of Plintahan Village, Pandaan District, which has great potential in the agricultural sector. However, global climate change has caused problems that Ngadilegi Utara farmers, especially the Madulegi Farmer Group, must face in cultivating crops. The impact of global climate change can trigger the emergence of plant pest organisms (OPT) which can affect the achievement of quality to meet market demand (consumers). Meanwhile, farmers in Ngadilegi Utara Hamlet still carry out crop cultivation activities on open land which is very potential for pest and disease attacks, and can be disrupted by environmental stress. Cultivation innovation using a screenhouse is one solution to overcome the problem in order to increase plant productivity. The screenhouse was built with a size of 6 x 8 meters using a hollow and galvanized C frame. The roof uses UV plastic with a thickness of 200 microns, the walls use insect net with a density of 50 mesh, and the base is covered using tarpaulin. The construction of the screenhouse in Ngadilegi Utara Hamlet is considered to reduce the attack of plant pest organisms (OPT) and environmental stress factors, so that farmer groups in Ngadilegi Utara Hamlet can increase crop productivity well.

The accident rate of building construction projects in Indonesia reached 9 cases out of a total of 48 cases (20%) from 2017 to 2022. Out of these, 43 cases were attributed to technical negligence, 4 cases were due to natural factors, and 1 case is currently under investigation. Given the issues related to construction accidents, this research aims to identify construction safety variables that are likely to occur and subsequently conduct a risk level analysis. The research methodology employed is a case study, followed by a risk analysis based on the Ministry of Public Works and Housing Regulation No. 10 of 2021 regarding the Guidelines for Construction Safety Management Systems. The research findings indicate that out of 34 construction safety risk variables, there were 2 hazards (5.88%) classified as high risk (B), 22 hazards (64.71%) classified as medium risk (S), and 10 hazards (29.41%) classified as low risk (K).

STBM is a comprehensive approach that not only includes sanitation infrastructure development, but also emphasizes changes in community behavior and sustainable waste management. Thus, in the implementation of STBM, the 3R Waste Disposal Site (TPS) is a key component in sustainable waste management. TPS 3R refers to waste management with the 3R principles, namely Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. However, in this case Menur Pumpungan Village still does not have a 3R-based waste processing facility. So it is necessary to plan the optimal design of TPS 3R to be applied in the future and be able to make a significant contribution in efforts to realize Community-Based Total Sanitation. To calculate the number of TPS 3R services as the basis for design, data on the population in 2023 and the waste generation rate of 2.6 liters/person/day were used. Based on the calculations made, in an effort to support the implementation of the Community-Based Total Sanitation program. The construction of TPS 3R, which is planned to be able to serve the domestic waste processing of the entire Menur Pumpungan urban village community, is expected to reduce the amount of waste entering the landfill. The total land required for operational facilities is 511.85 m2 with a TPS 3R design consisting of a 440.85 m2 waste processing area and 96 m2 of other supporting facilities..

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is a structure and mechanism that regulates the management of a company so as to create long-term sustainable economic value for shareholders and stakeholders. In achieving company goals, GCG has the principles of transparancy, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. This research uses qualitative methods and hermeneutic methods The purpose of this research is to find out how the Track Construction Company implements the principles of Good Corporate Governance in the novel "After All This Time" by Ollyjayzee, in an effort to solve the problems faced in working on the Sindur toll road project. We hope that this research can provide lessons and additional information to readers. The results obtained are that by implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance, the Track Construction Company can avoid the problems that hinder the work on the Sindur toll road project.
