Copyright is an exclusive right for creators or recipients of rights to announce or reproduce their creations or give permission for them without reducing restrictions according to applicable laws and regulations. Issues regarding intellectual property rights, one of which is copyright, in today's free trade are things that must be considered. Therefore, it is important to protect copyright for creators so that their ideas, creativity and works are not plagiarized by others. In this case, the legal protection for copyright that can be given is based on Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. The method used in this study is normative with a qualitative approach and the sources used are Law Number 18 of 2014, books, journals and articles related to the problems studied.

The purpose of this study is to describe the ego defense mechanism in the character Cakrawala in the novel Not Me by Caaay using the study of Sigmund Freud. This research method uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used in this study is a literature study. The method used uses the approach of Literary Psychology. The findings obtained show that the Cakrawala character has an ego defense mechanism in the form of repression, denial, reaction formation, rationalization and fantasy and streotype.

This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of brand image and market share competition on consumer purchasing interest in Indonesia. Data collection uses a quantitative approach using an associative explanatory survey method with data collection techniques used namely questionnaires, observation and interviews. The number of samples used in this research was 99 respondents. The results of the research study are that the use of brand image in Apple products has a strong level of influence on consumer behavior.

Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) is a web-based pawnshop service to facilitate customer service in transactions. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The purpose of this research is to determine the use of the Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) application to facilitate customer transaction services. The results of this research show that the use of the digital Pegadaian application makes customer service easier in transactions. However, it is still not running effectively in terms of facilities so it must be further improved which will have an impact on the quality of service.

Data and documents were collected and collected using in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation studies The purpose of this study is to compare human empowerment management among educators and education personnel in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman. The comparison aspects include the comparison of management of Educator Recruitment Planning, Organizing educators and education personnel. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that in terms of strategy, Simpang Karya UMKM have implemented the Marketing Mix concept, namely product, price, promotion and place. Simpang Karya UMKM in running their business also implement sharia marketing strategies. The characteristics of sharia marketing are rabbaniyah, akhlaqiah, al-waqiyah, and insaniyah.

This research is a qualitative descriptive research, while the research strategy uses a fixed case study approach, because the problems and focus of the research have been determined in the proposal before the researcher goes into the field. This study aims to see how the difference in financial performance between state-owned banks and national private banks through analysis from 2019 to 2022, using the RGEC approach to measure the level of bank health and the Zmijewski model to measure financial distress. With descriptive and comparative research types, as well as a quantitative approach, secondary data from four state-owned banks (Mandiri, BRI, BNI, BTN) and four private banks (BCA, CIMB, Danamon, Permata) were used. The analysis shows that private banks and state-owned banks do not have significantly different health levels in terms of risk profile (LDR and NPL), GCG, and earnings (NIM, ROA, BOPO). However, there are differences in the capital aspect (CAR). Overall, based on the Zmijewski X-score method, between private banks and state-owned banks do not have significantly different financial distress conditions. In conclusion, from 2019 to 2022, both state-owned banks and private banks show healthy financial conditions. Even though there are differences in the capital aspect, the overall health of state-owned banks is not significantly different from private banks.

This research uses a qualitative approach which aims to obtain an overview of individual empowerment through batik skills in improving the psychological well-being of ODGJ at the Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa Social Home 3. Based on the research results, empowering batik skills at PSBLHS3 has a positive impact on the psychological well-being of ODGJ by exploring potential , increase creativity, and form positive attitudes and improve the quality of social relationships. The program provides opportunities for autonomy, self-acceptance, and positive social interactions, thereby improving mental health and overall well-being. Thus, empowering batik skills has helped improve the psychological well-being of ODGJ at the Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa 3 Social Home. Batik skills are an effective means of providing support, empowerment and improving the quality of life for social assistance residents with mental disorders.

The purpose of this activity is to improving environmental literacy in elementary schools. Environmental science literacy is a combination of science concepts and the development of positive attitudes towards nature. This activity was carried out at SDI Watujara, involving students in grades IV, V, V. The method used in this service activity is in the form of situation analysis, socialization approach, problem identification, determining work objectives, implementing activities and evaluating the results of activities. The results of the activity showed an increase in the understanding of SDI Watujara students regarding the conceptions related to the theme of environmental love. The results of this service provide a basis for implementing similar programs in other schools and show the potential of PKM programs in facilitating the development of science literacy and environmental awareness among students. The conclusion of this research is expected to motivate relevant parties to integrate science literacy programs on environmental love at the elementary level to achieve a broader positive impact.

Technological developments have brought significant changes in lifestyle, especially among Generation Z (Gen Z). One phenomenon is the popularity of online games such as Mobile Legends. This research aims to investigate the influence of the intensity of playing Mobile Legends on the language behavior of Gen Z. In this research, the author used a descriptive study research method with a quantitative approach, and used a Google Form questionnaire as a data collection medium. This research involved an online survey of teenagers aged 11 to 26 years using Google Form which was distributed using social media. The research results show that the Mobile Legends game has a significant impact on various aspects of teenagers' lives, including physical responses, body movements, facial expressions, imitation of character movements, and use of typical terms.

Psychological well-being is something that is important in realizing the tasks of adolescent development. This research uses a qualitative method carried out with a phenomenological approach. Phenomenological research is a type of qualitative research that looks and hears more closely and in detail an individual's explanation and understanding of their experiences. The subjects in this study were 7 people. The results of this research show that the level of psychological well-being of TPQ teachers who are still teenagers is still relatively high. Furthermore, the aspects of self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, mastery of the environment, life goals and personal growth are also at a high level.
