In 2019-2020 employee productivity decreased and there were fluctuations in the performance assessment of Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) employees, because there were obstacles in implementing training programs which had an impact on employee performance. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of training programs in improving performance at the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD), as well as analyzing supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of training programs in improving the performance of Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) employees. ) Gresik Regency. This research is qualitative research using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were through interviews and observations. The selection of informants in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. In this research, as stated by the three informants, it can be said that the implementation of the training program at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency of Gresik Regency can be said to be quite effective in improving agency performance, especially in the scope of the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency. which can be seen from several responses and results of employee performance which can be considered quite productive and good enough. There are several shortcomings in the implementation of this training program. There are obstacles in its implementation, namely in the form of budget funds spent on this training program which are considered to be insufficient due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, which basically requires the implementation of this program to be minimized. One effort can be made to ensure that the implementation of the training program continues, managing the existing budget as well as possible by providing training programs to employees in accordance with the AKD (Training Needs Analysis) that has been determined, so that the budget spent is not wasted or wasted. . Apart from the Regency/City APBD, training programs can also be obtained through the bidder APBN from the ministry, Bappenas. This research contributes to employees being able to maintain a sense of responsibility in their duties where training programs are provided to obtain the skill requirements needed to carry out employee duties and have employee motivation or goals to take part in the training program. This research was only conducted on employees of the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD).  

This research uses a qualitative type of research, with a case study research design at MI Roudlotul Hamdi Rembang. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques, using source and theory triangulation.Based on research data, it was obtained: The performance of school principals in improving teacher professionalism includes developing teacher professionalism through Subject Teacher Conferences (MGMP). The supervision techniques used include class visits and class observations. The school principal as supervisor must be able to carry out various supervision and control to improve the performance of the teaching staff to the maximum.    

This research aims to determine how the role of the village government in improving human resources (HR) and supporting and inhibiting factors of the role of the village government in improving human resources (HR) in Olehsari Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency. The research method used in this study is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study show that the Government of Olehsari Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency has shown an important and proactive role in efforts to improve human resources (HR) through scholarship programs. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of this scholarship program include budget constraints, lack of information and counseling, bureaucracy and administrative constraints and lack of community involvement. Nevertheless, strong commitment and cooperation are expected to continue to encourage sustainable development and community welfare in the Olehsari Village Government, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency.

This study aims to determine the role of the home industry in increasing household income (a study on the potato chip home industry in Paal Merah District, Jambi City). This research is qualitative in nature. Qualitative research is research that tends to use analysis with an inductive approach and is descriptive or explanatory in nature. This research focuses more on facts that occur in the field. The subjects of this study were home industry owners in the Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi city, employees who worked and providers of raw materials for the home industry. The data obtained comes from observations, interviews and documentation. The results showed that: First, the home industry in Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi city, has a positive impact on improving the household economy where welfare indicators can be seen from the role, income, and welfare of owners, raw material providers and employees who can set aside income from the results of work so that they can send their children to a better education, besides being used to meet daily needs can also help the head of the household in meeting other daily needs, Second, the existence of a home industry in Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi city, also plays a role in assisting the government in reducing poverty and reducing the number of unemployed in society, with the absorption of labor, especially housewives who are around to make the best use of their time, of course. will be able to help generate income for households, and in carrying out business activities food needs can be fulfilled properly and in accordance with Islamic teachings, then all business activities are protected and cared for during production activities, and can be used to meet needs in the future. Third, with the results of this research, it is hoped that the regional government, especially the province of Jambi, which is related to the development of Small and Medium Enterprises, will pay more attention to the existence of home industries in the Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi City, their business can increase and be able to compete in the market, of course it will also prosper the economy. small society.

, This research aims to determine: the effectiveness of audio-visual learning media on Writing Skills, Personal Experiences of Class IV students at Rappojawa State Elementary School. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a type of experimental research. Experimental research involving one class, this research includes pretest, treatment and posttest tests. This design was used because this research only involved one class, namely the experimental class which began with a pretest before being given treatment and a posttest after being given treatment. The results of the research show that the use of audio-visual media on writing skills. Personal Experience of Grade IV students at Rappojawa State Elementary School is effective, as can be seen from. The average score of the Indonesian language learning results test in writing Personal Experiences using audio-visual media is 87.20 with a standard deviation of 4.10. From these results it was found that 26 students (100%) had achieved individual completeness and this means that classical completeness had been achieved. achieved, there was effectiveness in student learning outcomes after applying audio-visual learning media because the average value of the normalized N-Gain Test results was 0.70 and was generally in the medium and high categories. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that audio visual media is applied in Indonesian language learning in class IV of Rappojawa State Elementary School, there is significant effectiveness in the use of audio visual media in improving Personal Experience writing skills.

This study aims to identify and describe the relationship between the Problem-Based Learning learning model and students' critical thinking skills at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya. The formulation of the research problem is whether there is a relationship between the problem-based learning model and critical thinking skills about gender equality in class X students at SMAN 4 Palangka Raya; how big is the relationship between problem-based learning models and critical thinking skills about gender equality in students of SMAN 4 Palangka Raya; and what is the perception of students of SMAN 4 Palangka Raya on the effectiveness of the problem-based learning model in improving critical thinking skills about gender equality. The research approach uses a quantitative approach to this type of correlational research. Respondents to this study were 18 class X class Catholic students at SMAN 4 Palangka Raya, conducted from 9 to 23 June 2023. Data was collected through a questionnaire divided into two parts in form, namely problem-based learning and critical thinking skills about gender equality, with very good (4), good (3), pretty good (2), and not good (1) alternative answers. Data analysis techniques use Product Moment correlation in data collection to determine the relationship between two interval symptoms, such as values. The results of calculations on the research hypothesis that rxy (0.605) > table (0.497) from a significant level of 5% conclude that there is a relationship between the Problem-Based Learning model and critical thinking skills about gender equality in class X students at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya. This result shows that the Problem-Based Learning learning model is one factor that influences and plays a role in improving students' critical thinking skills about gender equality. So, it can be expected that this research will be useful for school principals and Catholic Religious Education teachers so that they continue to support and be able to use learning models that can create a comfortable and creative classroom atmosphere.

The principal is the person responsible for improving teacher performance at school. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's leadership behavior in improving teacher performance at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District. Research using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of documentation, observation and interviews. The research subjects were school principals and teachers. This research shows that: (1) The formulation of the principal's policy in improving the ability of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District, has made written and oral rules in accordance with the school's vision and mission by involving teachers, school objectives and school principals to formulate activities to improve teacher abilities. These results enable teachers to teach better so that students more easily understand lessons and can feel comfortable while at school and achieve a better quality of education; (2) The principal's program as a leader in improving the discipline of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District by using good communication (not rude, direct supervision, not arrogant and authoritarian), compiling a KKG program, seminars and workshops with this program show encouraging results, teachers are more disciplined so they can complete their tasks well; (3) The principal's strategy as a leader in increasing the responsibilities of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District by involving all teachers and providing direct examples and (4) The factors that influence the leadership of the principal in improving teacher performance are his desire to improve school performance so that he has better performance at the Acehnese and national level. This is the main factor that influences it along with other general factors, such as: the personal condition of the school principal, school organization, external environment.

Background: The increase in the elderly population can have an impact on many health problems in the elderly, one of which is sleep quality problems. Prevelence in Indonesia the incidence of sleep problems at the age of 60 years and more there is a very high number of cases around 67%. Where sleep quality problems in the elderly can lead to type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity. Non-pharmacological handling in overcoming sleep quality problems can be through progressive muscle relaxation therapy techniques. Progressive muscle relaxation therapy is able to increase feelings of comfort, and psychological relaxation by improving sleep quality in the elderly.Objective: Knowing the effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on sleep quality in the elderly at the Medang Kamolan posyandu, Banyuanyar Village, Surakarta City. Method: This study used the Quasi Experiment Design method with the One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design design. The sampling technique used was non probability sampling technique with a sample size of 20 elderly people and using the Wilxocon test. Results: The results using the Wilxocon test p-value 0.000. Conclusion: There is an effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on sleep quality at Posyandu Medang Kamolan, Banyuanyar Village, Surakarta City

Stress is a stimulus or situation that causes distress and can create physical and psychological demands on a person. Nursing professional education is an advanced program from students to professional nurses, Retaker is a candidate who has participated in Ukom more than once where students who experience this repeatedly will cause stress so it is necessary to overcome these problems with a coping mechanism to find out the extent of the stress experienced that student. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress levels and coping mechanisms in nursing professions at Bina Bangsa University Getsempena Banda Aceh in 2023. By using a descriptive correlational research type with a cross-sectoral study approach design with a population of 48 respondents, the technique used in This research uses total sampling technique. This research was conducted on January 18-24 2023 with univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that of the 48 respondents who had moderate stress, there were 24 people (82.8%), while those who were heavily stressed were 4 people (13.8%), and those who experienced mild stress were 1 person (0%) with a p value 0.048, so there is a relationship between the level of stress on coping mechanisms in professional nurses. It is hoped that all students will increase their knowledge by digging up information about stress levels and improving coping mechanisms in dealing with UKOM.

Real Work Lectures (KKN) are a means of application in the development of science and technology, which are carried out outside the university campus within certain time limits, work methods and requirements. The community service offered at the undergraduate level is an effort to increase the content and quality of education for students and to achieve added value in higher education. With the implementation of this community service program, it is hoped that it can develop the role of students in improving their social skills and personality. The purpose of this research is to reveal the role of field studies in developing students' skills. The population and sample of this study were students who participated in the KKN and the community around where the students were held. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. This interview method aims to gather information about the social conditions of the community and the potential that exists in the Tapaan Village. From the research results, it was found that the role of KKN is part of developing student competencies as a form of service to the community, especially in Tapaan Village.

Human resource management is the process of dealing with various problems faced by employees, workers and employees. Managers and other employees can support the operations of the organization or business to achieve the goals that have been set. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on improving employee performance and to find out the effect of work motivation on improving employee performance. Samples were taken using the Purposive Sampling Technique and produced a sample of 71 people. The data collection method was through the distribution of Google form questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5 as a measuring tool. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), and simultaneous F test. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has no significant effect on improving employee performance and work motivation. significant effect on improving employee performance.

The purpose of this writing is to analyze and evaluate the dissemination strategy carried out by the Communication and Information Service (DISKOMINFO) in improving information services to the people in Ciamis Regency. This research was conducted with the aim of improving and increasing the effectiveness of existing dissemination strategies and providing recommendations for further improvement. The method used in this study was data collection through observation, interviews with Diskominfo staff, and analysis of related documentation. the research results show that in improving information services to the public, Diskominfo needs to adopt an effective dissemination strategy. By building a reliable communication infrastructure, utilizing social media and digital platforms, establishing partnerships and collaborations, and increasing digital literacy, Diskominfo can be more effective in conveying information to the public. With the right strategy, Diskominfo can achieve their goal of providing quality and equitable information services to the public.

This study aims to understand the implementation of the accounting information system on electronic tickets with the KAI Access application at the Medan train station and to understand whether the internal control system of the accounting information system at the Medan station works efficiently or not. PT. Kereta Api uses an electronic ticket accounting information system (e-ticketing) as a form of improving the quality of service and security for users, especially improving the quality of information, the information provided must be useful, reliable and used in a timely manner. The method used in this study is a field study which includes observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses qualitative methods and data analysis techniques are applied, namely descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis and interpretation of data on the implementation of the electronic ticketing (e-ticketing) Accounting Information System at PT Kereta Api are an integrated system. Organizational structure of PT. Railways are generally very good and prevented from manipulation. PT. Kereta Api runs electronic ticketing operations (e-ticketing) using serial documents, accounting records including deposit books, income analysis, expense analysis, cash register books, and joint books. Implementation of electronic ticket accounting information systems (e-ticketing) for PT. Railways are considered good until the implementation of internal control is also running effectively.    

The Islamic education system as a whole has components that can create an ideal Muslim figure, this is because the Islamic boarding school education system is based on the Qur’an and hadits. So that, the IDIA Prenduan has also created a unique system to support graduate competencies that are expected to be useful and have the potential to solve every problem in society. The researcher formulates the problem that is the focus of the research as follows:1. What are the efforts in improving the competence of graduates through niha’ie program among female intensive students at IDIA Prenduan? 2. What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for improving the competence of graduates through niha’ie program among female intensive students at IDIA Prenduan?This research uses a qualitative approach to the field type. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use interviews, observation, documentation. The data analysis technique is in the form of interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman with stages consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Regarding the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques. From the research results, it can be seen that the efforts in improving the competence of graduates through niha’ie program among female intensive students at IDIA Prenduan are: cergam (religious speech), congregational prayer practice, amaliyah tadries, muqobalah syakhsiyah, fathul kutub. The supporting factors are the provision to maximize when involved in these activities. The rapid flow of globalization can have a negative impact on the morale of children as the next generation, and this must be addressed immediately by improving character in children. Islamic children's competition or sholeh-sholehah children's festival is one of the efforts to improve character in children, especially in Islamic character. This study aims to determine the implementation of sholeh-sholehah children's festival activities or Islamic children's competitions in improving Islamic character in children in Bungkuk Village, Parang, Magetan. The method used in this service research is the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method which prioritizes the utilization of assets or potentials owned. The results of this service research prove that the implementation of the sholeh-sholehah children's festival or Islamic children's competition in Bungkuk Village, Parang, Magetan can be one of the efforts to improve Islamic character in children. This can be seen from children who are more confident when doing the adhan, and more enthusiastic about memorizing short letters and daily prayers.

Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2019 shows around 1.13 million people in the world have hypertension. Non-pharmacological methods of reduction are by exercise, one of which is hypertensive gymnastics. Tera gymnastics is a physical and mental exercise combined with motion. Tera gymnastics has many benefits, one of which is improving heart conditions and blood circulation and can control blood pressure. Purpose; Knowing the results of the application of tera gymnastics on blood pressure in the elderly in Sragen Wetan District. Method; This research design uses a case study method with a descriptive research method on hypertensive elderly using a spygmomanometer. Result; Blood pressure before the application of tera gymnastics in respondents was included in the category of Grade I hypertension. There were differences in the development of blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension before and after the tera gymnastics intervention became Grade I hypertension. Conclusion; There are differences in development before and after tera gymnastics in the elderly with hypertension.

Through this strategy, relationships with customers can be strengthened, and existing customers can be retained. The strategy is also implemented by one of the heavy equipment companies in Indonesia, namely PT Trakindo Utama Branch BSD, to effectively address customer complaints so that customers feel comfortable again despite their previous dissatisfaction with the services provided. This research aims to determine whether the implementation of customer relationship management strategies carried out by PT Trakindo Utama's BSD Branch can effectively enhance customer relationships, retain customers, and increase loyalty. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative approach, involving data collection techniques such as observation and interviews with employees of PT Trakindo Utama Branch BSD in the Sales division and the Parts Counter sub-division who have direct and intensive communication with customers, as well documentation. Therefore, the data obtained are accurate and based on sources within the company relevant to the research. Through observations and interviews, it can be seen that the customer relationship management strategies implemented by the company have been effective in improving and maintaining customer relationships and increasing customer loyalty by offering loyalty programs, such as excellent and solution-oriented services, providing incentives, annual contracts, membership rewards, and conducting evaluations based on customer assessments.
