This research was conducted at PT XYZ, which aims to determine the application of incoming mail SOPs to PT XYZ's Dynamic Archives Subsection and to find out whether the implementation of these SOPs has been carried out optimally. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observational studies, interviews and documentation with informant taking techniques using purposive sampling with a total of 4 participants. The results obtained in this study stated that the management of incoming mail at the PT XYZ Dynamic Archives Subdivision was still not in accordance with the applicable SOP. There is a messy Agenda Book Recording, file cabinets that are not given indexes and follow-up units, as well as inadequate distribution equipment. Thus, adequate facilities or equipment are needed in the process of distribution, education and training of employees in managing incoming mail, as well as supervising incoming mail management activities.

Traditional medicine / herbal medicine is a product consumed by many people, so the security aspect must be maintained. In order for herbal products to be safely consumed, herbal medicine producers must understand and apply sanitation and hygiene in their production processes and packaging methods. The community service activities aim to improve the knowledge and skills of herbal medicine craftsmen about sanitation and herbal hygiene production and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. This activity was held at PJ SUTI SEHATI, having its address at Pengkol RT 02 RW 1 Nguter Sukoharjo and PJ Bintang Mas having the address at Tenongan RT 2 RW 1 Gupit Nguter Sukoharjo. The form of the activity is providing counseling (lectures and question and answer), training and mentoring. The target of the activity is the leader / owner and employees of herbal medicine craftsmen. The steps of the activity include, preparation, implementation and evaluation. The participants received an explanation of sanitation and hygiene and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. Evaluation has been carried out after service activities which result in packaging using a continuous sealer machine 3-4 times faster and more hygienic.

This research aims to explore sustainable digital marketing strategies for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a focus on redefining brand identity. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews and thematic analysis. A purposive sampling technique is employed to select participants from diverse MSME backgrounds. Through rigorous thematic analysis, the study reveals insights into effective digital marketing strategies that align with sustainability goals while reshaping brand identities for MSMEs. The findings highlight the importance of authenticity, transparency, and social responsibility in crafting sustainable brand identities in the digital era. This research contributes to the understanding of practical strategies for MSMEs to thrive in the competitive digital marketplace while embracing sustainability principles.

Youth entrepreneurship plays a strategic role in strengthening local economic development; however, limited knowledge, skills, and business mentoring remain major challenges for rural youth. This community service program focuses on developing youth entrepreneurship through a village business incubator based on the 8P principles: Place, People, Process, Partnership, Profit, Promotion, Product, and Price. The program aims to improve access to entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and resources for youth in RT 013, Lubuk Gaung Subdistrict, Sungai Sembilan District. The approach employed socialization, entrepreneurship training, participatory discussions, and business mentoring tailored to local potential. The results show increased understanding of business planning, market identification, partnership development, and the use of information technology in business activities. The implementation of the 8P-based incubator model successfully strengthened entrepreneurial mindset, motivation, and youth readiness to develop sustainable local businesses. Furthermore, this program also opens up opportunities for more structured, collaborative business development, which is crucial for long-term sustainability at the village level. Overall, this program contributes to increasing the capacity of youth as agents of change in the local economy.

The main problem faced by farmer groups in South Dumai District is the weak management of data, information, and group administration, which affects the effectiveness of agricultural development planning and evaluation. This community service activity aims to strengthen farmer group institutions by improving their capacity in data and administrative management. The method employed was a community organizing approach through participatory extension activities, group discussions, and initial mentoring involving 33 participants consisting of farmer group administrators and members. The results indicate an increase in farmers’ understanding and awareness of the importance of data and orderly administration as a basis for planning, decision-making, and evaluation of agricultural development programs. In addition, early social changes emerged in the form of collective awareness and the initiative of group leaders to actively strengthen institutional functions. Strengthening farmer group institutions through proper data and administrative management is expected to support sustainable agricultural development and improve farmers’ welfare.

Youth unemployment remains a strategic issue in social and economic development, particularly at the community level. Limited formal employment opportunities, low entrepreneurial skills, and restricted access to information and capital have constrained youth economic independence. This community service program aims to accelerate employment growth through youth entrepreneurship development based on a business incubator approach in RT 013, Lubuk Gaung Sub-district, Sungai Sembilan District, Dumai City. The program employed a community organizing approach through participatory counseling, interactive discussions, and initial business mentoring. The results indicate a significant improvement in youths’ knowledge, skills, and entrepreneurial attitudes, particularly in business planning and micro-enterprise management. Furthermore, a shift in orientation from job seekers to job creators was observed, along with the emergence of collective business initiatives and increased awareness of entrepreneurship as a means of job creation. This program contributes to accelerating employment growth and  strengthening youth-based local economic development

The specific target in this community service is for the people of Medan Johor sub-district to know what work supervision and employee performance are. The materials presented in this community service are: what is work supervision, and employee performance. The connection will affect the improvement of community work in Medan Johor sub-district so that the community gets a solution to work supervision and employee performance. From this community service, the results show that the community of Medan Johor sub-district has known and understood the importance of insight into work supervision and employee performance so as to improve work performance.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness of the E-Library of Angkasa Pura II (Elora) in increasing digital literacy at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). This type of research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results were carried out from the theory of program effectiveness according to Budiani (2007:53) with 4 (four) indicators. First, namely the accuracy of the program's targets is appropriate, seen from the exact program targets, which PT Angkasa Pura II is aimed at all employees who intend to increase their knowledge. Second, the socialization of the program cannot be said to be effective as seen from the fact that there are still many employees of PT Angkasa Pura II who have not used the Elora application because the socialization does not vary only through WhatsApp groups and corporate email. Third, the program objectives are appropriate, seen from the Elora application, it really helps employees in terms of increasing digital knowledge and literacy. Fourth, program monitoring has been carried out by the organizing team through monitoring and evaluation. In addition, program monitoring can also be seen at the Management Review Meeting every month, but there is still no follow-up to make improvements as a result of the evaluation carried out.

Various factors can influence a country's economic growth, among which is the availability of manpower. The substantial availability of human resources in a country can serve as a catalyst for the progress of Indonesia's economy. This research aims to determine the influence of the Human Development Index on the economic growth of Bali Province during the period of 2018-2022. The research methodology employed is quantitative, involving the gathering of data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and a literature review. In this study, the dependent variable is Economic Growth, while the independent variable is the Human Development Index (HDI). The research findings reveal that the HDI has no significant impact on economic growth.

The use of image media in Civic Education (PKn) learning, particularly on the topic of understanding the meaning of the Pancasila symbols in fourth-grade elementary school, often faces challenges, especially in enhancing students' comprehension of the abstract concepts involved. This community service program aims to socialize the use of image media as an effective teaching aid in PKn education. The methods employed include training and mentoring teachers in integrating image media into their lessons. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' understanding of the Pancasila symbols and increased motivation to learn. Additionally, the program sparked social change within the school environment, such as new initiatives from teachers to be more creative in using teaching media. This program successfully achieved its goals by fostering positive transformation in the school's learning processes

The existence of technology has become insignificant and affects all activities and human life in the world. As in today's era, almost everything is dependent on technology. Information technology in the e-government era can make it easy for people to obtain information and communicate interactively. Because with this technology, we can get information quickly. Information obtained through communication technology makes it easier for an organization to cooperate with each other in achieving the goals of the organization. Therefore the use of technology needs to be optimized and developed so as not to experience backwardness in obtaining information. This study aims to analyze the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Jakarta Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration using qualitative research methods by collecting data through recording and observation. The theory used is Grindle's policy implementation theory. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration in Jakarta in general has a positive impact and eases the work of its employees.

Superior human resources are needed by the village government in village development. The role of human resources is very strategic and important in achieving organizational goals. Therefore, improving the quality of human resources needs to be carried out by the village government. Skilled and expert human resources certainly have good performance and can help realize village development. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the influence of human resource competence in improving employee performance is a case study in the Popongan Village Government. In this study using qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The analysis used in this study is to use SWOT analysis, which analyzes Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threaths. This study found that the Popongan Village Government has strengths and opportunities that can improve employee performance. However, on the other hand it also has weaknesses and threats that can reduce employee performance. Then it is necessary to apply the right strategy to increase strengths and opportunities and reduce weaknesses and threats

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan PT. Bapa Tama Rahayu. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena diketahui ada beberapa masalah yaitu masih rendah dan fluktuatifnya kinerja karyawan PT. Bapa Tama Rahayu, diketahui pula bahwa sebagian besar karyawan tidak mengalami faktor konflik kerja dan stres kerja namun kinerja mereka masih mengalami fluktuasi. Selain itu dari hasil penelitian terdahulu, ditemukan adanya perbedaan hasil penelitian antara peneliti satu dengan lainnya mengenai hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 127 responden. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepribadian karyawan (X1), employee engagement (X2), konflik kerja (X3), stres kerja (X4), dan kinerja karyawan (Y). Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode total sampling dengan membagikan kuesioner para para karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kepribadian karyawan, employee engagement, konflik kerja, dan stres kerja terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepribadian karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, konflik kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan

The need to manage a good and coordinated relationship among employees is critical in human resource management. In order to achieve organizational goals, the relationships between individuals involved in the context must be well managed, especially if the context is broader and involves a union. This brief article will focus on the relationship within the union. The fundamental question here is, "How is the working relationship between the union and the company management?" This question's response elaborates on six main points. First, we'll talk about the nature of trade unions and the issues they face, including in Indonesia. Second, several factors contributing to the decline in union membership will be identified. Third, labor and trade union regulations will be explained. The fourth topic will be the stages of the union process. Fifth, the collective bargaining agreement will be discussed. The complaint procedure will be described in the sixth section.

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan budaya organisasi, kompensasi, employee engagement dan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri Dander Bojonegoro.Menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri Dander Bojonegoro. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Negeri Dander Bojonegoro yang berjumlah 68 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 66 guru dengan teknik total sampling atau sample jenuh. Teknik analisis data, menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, budaya organisasi, employee engagement dan kinerja guru SMK Negeri Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam kategori yang tinggi. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, Kompensasi berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, Employee engagement berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, Employee engagement dapat memediasi kompensasi berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, Employee engagement dapat memediasi budaya organisasi berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and compensation through mediating variables of organizational commitment to employee performance CV Multi Warna Grafika Semarang, with saturated sample collection techniques taken based on non-probability sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that transformational leadership style affects employees' organizational commitment. Compensation affects the organizational commitment of employees. Organizational commitment affects employee performance. Transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance. Compensation has no effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership styles influence employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. Compensation affects employee performance mediated by organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of corporate culture on work motivation and its impact on employee performance. This study uses a conceptual method, the authors get the results that corporate culture and work motivation as dependent variables have a significant influence on employee performance which acts as an independent variable. This is because corporate culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, where a stronger corporate culture will provide direction and values for employees in the company to carry out tasks and work, so that employee performance will increase. Corporate culture has a positive relationship with employee performance. With a corporate culture, employee performance will increase. A strong corporate culture can help employee performance and company performance, because it will create something extraordinary in employees.

Employee work behavior in the form of actions or attitudes or assumptions about their own work. Every company should know how the work behavior of its employees. Employee work behavior leads to the achievement of company goals, and will have an impact on company performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the work behavior of employees at the main branch of PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan (BNS) Palu. Sources of data in this study come from primary data, through surveys, observations, and interviews. The target of this research which is the research population is all employees of PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan (BNS) Palu as many as 69 people. The results of the research show the behavior of employees at PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan (BNS) Palu, has motivation, can show work productivity, responsible and work hard.

Soft skills are non-technical skills that relate to how people operate, engage with coworkers, solve problems, and manage the task for which they are responsible. Soft skills are required for future leadership jobs and will influence their effectiveness in managing teams to execute diverse initiatives. Furthermore, the capacity to show attentiveness and empathy to clients indicates a dedication to solving problems or meeting their requirements. To strengthen the ability to work with others and positively impact one's profession, a soft skills development program was held for the community in Wonoplumbon Urban Village, Mijen Sub-district, Semarang City, and its stakeholders comprising of RW leaders. This activity aims to achieve one of the Sustainable Development Goals, namely that governments, workers' organizations, and employers all over the world work to improve workers' employability, place young people in decent productive jobs, and increase company productivity through higher quality and relevant training.
