This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of using TikTok application in improving speaking skill for EFL learners. The research design employs pre-experimental research with the sample of 25 students. The technique data collection was done by administering pre-test and post-test. This research used descriptive statistic Paired Sample T-Test to analyze the data. The mean score of pre-test was 46.6 and 71.4 for post-test. Based on the statistical analysis, it showed that the use of TikTok application give a good impact for the students speaking skill because the mean score of post-test was higher than pre-test. In testing hypothesis, it was found that the significance value of the result of TikTok application thought self-introduction was 0.00 lower than 0.05, so the hypothesis was accepted. Additionally, some improvements were seen after the treatment such as “I em” to be “I am”, “lipe” to be “live” and other vocabulary items. In conclusion, TikTok application was significantly effective in improving speaking skill for EFL learners at X grade in SMK Unwanul Falah NWDI Paok Lombok.

This research is a type of qualitative field research. To collect data, the methods of observation, interviews and documentation were used. The results of the research are: The leadership of the Madrasah Head in carrying out educational program innovations is going well because in the process he has implemented four educational management functions which are emphasized in the field of infrastructure, namely by carrying out planning (planning), organizing (deliberation and evaluation) carrying out motivating (mobilization). /action) and carrying out control (supervision). The main aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of the Inquiry technique in improving reading comprehension skills.   This study utilized a quantitative and pre-experimental methodology for the purpose of conducting tests. The pre-experimental design included two evaluations: an initial pre-test and a subsequent post-test carried out following the intervention. The study's sample size comprised 30 students in the eighth grade. The results demonstrated a significant rise in the scores achieved post-test, surpassing the scores achieved pre-test.   Furthermore, when the significance level is established at 0.05%, the t-score is considered to be less than the corresponding number in the t-table. The study resulted in the adoption of the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) and the rejection of the Null Hypothesis (Ho). Hence, it is advisable for educators and students to utilize this method to augment reading comprehension.

The existence of infrastructure and development that continues to develop in Kulon Progo, such as the YIA Airport in  Kulon Progo, hotels and shopping centers can lead to rapid development growth in Kulon Progo. With development increasing rapidly but not accompanied by the development of human resources in the surrounding area, this has resulted in the marginalization of the surrounding community. The author's aim is to analyze the activities carried out by the Kulon Progo government to increase the capacity of the Kulon Progo community. Can also analyze problems that arise in the development process and how the Department handles them. A qualitative approach was chosen for this research process, namely descriptive research. The data sources used are primary data obtained during the research process and secondary data from books and other literature. The data collection process was carried out by interviews, direct observation and documentation. The research results include plans for development and empowerment activities prepared by the department taking into account various agency linkages and the needs of business actors in Kulon Progo. The Department carries out various programs such as training to increase production capacity, improving central management, issuing permits to increase business capacity in Kulon Progo. Monitoring and evaluation of activities is also carried out to determine the obstacles and successes of activity programs.

Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia that grow and develop in society. Apart from having a role in Islamic religious education, Islamic boarding schools have a role in improving the economy. The business unit is a forum for Islamic boarding schools to be able to develop an independent economy and be able to provide welfare for teaching and education staff. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze business unit strategies in improving the welfare of teachers at the Al-Kinanah modern Islamic boarding school from a maqashid sharia perspective. The method used is qualitative with data collection methods using observation, interviews, documentation and strategic analysis through SWOT analysis. The informants in this research were Islamic boarding school secretaries, business unit managers and teachers. Based on the research results, it shows that the business unit's strategy is to involve teachers to contribute directly to the business unit. Meanwhile, teachers who work at the Al-Kinanah Islamic boarding school are already prosperous, because the indicators in maqasid sharia have been met. Gratitude is the key for teachers who work in Islamic boarding schools. The business unit's obstacles are the position of the canteen which is not strategic and the condition of the canteen room which is less supportive and adequate.

The aim of this research is to develop a product in the form of story-based teaching materials for the subjects of Christian Religious Education and Character Education for class III elementary school and to determine the suitability of the teaching materials developed. The method used is research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The data obtained was analyzed descriptively qualitatively and descriptively quantitatively. Based on the results of research at the analysis stage, the overall average result of the 11 PAK teachers' answers was 3.60, which stated that the score was in the "Very High" category, meaning that the PAK class III elementary school teachers strongly agreed with using story-based teaching materials as learning material in Aku. Can Love Others. At the design stage, the product is designed including designing story-based teaching materials, determining the materials and reviewing subjects according to the curriculum. The development stage contains activities to design and assess the product. The suitability of teaching materials based on story material from the research results is "Very Good" used for learning for third grade elementary school students with the results of assessing the suitability of the material with an indicator of 88%, the suitability of the material with the learning objectives is 92%, the message/message is conveyed well and does not deviate from the theme 96%, suitability of story content with the theme of story-based teaching materials 92%, and material packaging in story-based teaching materials applied in daily life 84% showing the criteria "Very Good". Then in the implementation stage, teacher response assessment data shows that story-based teaching materials have met the criteria well as Christian Religious Education learning materials for third grade elementary school students with a score percentage of 72% in the "Good" category. The evaluation of student learning outcomes according to the RPP which was carried out showed that the effectiveness of story-based teaching materials had met the requirements, namely that out of 25 students at SD Negeri 173140 Pagar Batu, it was known that 88% of students obtained learning outcomes > 75, namely 22 students had met the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) score. , b) spiritual evaluation is known to have achieved 81.6% and is in the Good category, c) social evaluation achieved 81.4% and is in the Good category. The evaluation stage is carried out by improving the product using criticism and suggestions from validators and educators who have assessed the material story material-based teaching to provide feedback on the development of subsequent story material-based teaching materials.

Salam buying and selling transactions are a form of buying and selling transactions with payment in advance and delivery of goods at a later date in accordance with the price, specifications, quantity, quality, residence and place of delivery, as well as previously agreed in the contract. Salam buying and selling transactions are transactions that are usually carried out by the people of Rantau Alai Village when the sale and purchase of palm oil is agreed. This research is entitled "Analysis of the Application of Buying and Selling Ba'i Salam in Improving Farmers' Welfare". The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of palm oil buying and selling transactions in Rantau Alai Village, to find out how Ba'i Salam reviews palm oil buying and selling transactions in Rantau Alai Village, to find out whether the implementation of Ba'i Salam Buying and Selling can improve farmer welfare. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, in sampling the researcher uses a sample selection technique with the provisions of the characteristics and characteristics of the objects in the research, while the data collection technique is by observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the palm oil buying and selling transactions implemented in Rantau Alai village are in the form of cash and credit transactions (Ba'i Salam). This research is based on problems encountered by the author in the field, especially at the Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, namely that the Al-Qur'an hadith subject teachers at the Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School are quite good. Starting from the beginning of learning which reminds them of memorization by reading it together and memorizing the Al-Qur'an and Hadith at the beginning of each week's learning, it's just that students don't use the best possible time to memorize the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. The aim of this strategy is that it is hoped that it can improve the ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an Hadith of students at MTs Nurul Hidayah. This research is descriptive research and the type of research is field research. The research is located at the Nurul Hidayah Simatorkis Islamic Boarding School. The key informants were Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers and the supporting informants were class IX students at MTs Nurul Hidayah. The data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that teachers in improving the memorization ability of students at MTs Nurul Hidayah use strategies, namely methods and techniques. The methods used by teachers in learning are the takrir method (repeating by rote), the kitabah method (writing) and the sima'i (listening) method and the technique is to use the teacher as an instructor in guiding students so that they can improve their ability to memorize Al-Qur'an Hadith at MTs Nurul Hidayah. And the things that a teacher considers in using strategies are seen from considerations related to the goals to be achieved, seen from considerations related to learning materials or materials, seen from considerations from the student's perspective.

The study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the Principal's transformational leadership on improving the performance of teachers at SMAK Ebenezer Hutabalang. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between the transformational leadership of the Principal on improving the performance of teachers at Ebenezer Hutabalang High School in 2023. This research method is quantitative. The population of all teachers at Ebenezer Hutabalang High School in 2023 amounted to 20 people. Sampling is the entire population so that this research is population research. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire. The results of the analysis requirements obtained the value of rxy = 0.631> table = 0.444 indicate a positive relationship between the transformational leadership of the Principal with teacher performance and obtain a regression equation. Hypothesis testing obtained Fhitung = 11.92> Ftabel = 3.55 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The study concluded that there is a positive influence between the transformational leadership of the Principal on improving the performance of teachers at Ebenezer Hutabalang High School in 2023 by 39.82%.

The findings of this research found that the implementation of school principal management to improve the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong was through planning and preparing work plans as well as preparing the school's vision, mission and goals. Furthermore, the school principal's efforts to improve the quality of education are carried out, such as grouping the tasks of each teacher and employee according to their abilities and expertise. Apart from that, in carrying out the process of improving the quality of education, the principal mobilizes the resources available at the school by providing encouragement and motivation in implementing each activity. Finally, in terms of achieving educational quality, school principals routinely carry out evaluation activities and make improvements so that the quality of education becomes better. Therefore, school principal management in improving the quality of education can support the realization of eight national education standards, namely content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, teacher and teaching staff standards, facility and infrastructure standards, and management standards. standards, financing criteria and evaluation criteria, educate.

Zakat is the fourth pillar of Islam that must be carried out by a Muslim who has been able to achieve the nisab that has been determined and the time of ownership has reached 1 haul. The legal basis regarding zakat is in the Al-Quran surah Al-Baqarah verse 110. The collection of zakat funds is carried out to help people in need, especially mustahik people who receive zakat. Through this research, it is hoped that it will be known how BAZNAS in Padang Lawas district carries out its duties as a zakat management institution and the extent to which BAZNAS has contributed to improving the economy of the Islamic community in the region. The results of this research can be an important input for BAZNAS and other related parties to continue to improve the effectiveness of zakat fund management and community economic empowerment. The results of this study indicate that the management of zakat funds in BAZNAS Padang Lawas district. It has 2 types of distribution of zakat funds, namely consumptive zakat and productive zakat where productive zakat has an economic program where BAZNAS provides business capital to Muslim communities who submit application proposals to the Padang Lawas district BAZNAS office to help improve the community's economy but lack the skills of mustahiq who receive zakat capital in developing their business so that they are given training for those who are really interested in running a business. In this way, it is hoped that it will reduce the failure of mustahik to receive business capital.

This research was conducted at a company operating in the property sector, called PT. Anugrah Reveno Lestari Abadi which is usually abbreviated as PT. ARLA. This research aims to find out how the sales accounting information system is implemented and how the sales accounting information system is implemented in improving internal control at PT. ARLA Medan City. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from documentation. This research uses data collection techniques by interviewing several employees at PT. ARLA. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the sales accounting information system at PT. ARLA has been running quite well. However, there are several weaknesses, such as still using an accounting system that is not yet computerized properly and there are also still duties between related information functions that are not in accordance with the elements of internal control so that the company's internal control has not been able to improve.

The aim of this research is to determine the results of cooperative learning strategies through experiments in learning to count for slow learner children. We combined quantitative and qualitative methods in analyzing the data collected during the research. The profile of a Slow Learner student concluded through assessments is used as the basis for creating a Learning Program Plan that uses cooperative learning strategies through experimentation. The research results show that cooperative learning increases the motivation and active learning of regular and special students while improving the learning outcomes of children with special needs, and all students in general. This can be seen from the scores obtained by both groups which were above average and the attitudes shown in learning. We hope that the results of this research can provide information about creative ways of cooperative mathematics learning for Slow Learner students in an inclusive context.

This research is related to the analysis of motivation and rewards on employee work performance at PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Kelapa Dua Tangerang. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of employee performance through the provision of motivation and rewards, because the role of employees in generating performance is very influential for the development of the company, proper work motivation and reward will increase the sense of responsibility of employees towards the company, work enthusiasm, and can complete tasks within the time specified by the company. This type of research uses quantitative research with non-statistical methods. The technique used for data collection in this study used a total sampling technique with an interview instrument distributed to respondents. The results of this study indicate that motivation and reward have a positive impact on improving the quality of employee work, companies need human resources to maintain the stability of the company by maintaining and developing employee performance.

Spiritual rhetoric has an important role in strengthening understanding and communication of religious teachings, but often does not receive sufficient attention in Christian religious education. The approach of Quintilianes, a famous philosopher and rhetorician from the ancient Roman era, provides a solid foundation for improving the teaching of spiritual rhetoric. This article presents key concepts from Quintilianes' thinking that can be adapted in the study of Christianity, such as the importance of ethics in communication, developing speaking skills, and emphasizing the formation of good character. This integration strategy can be applied in various contexts of Christian religious education, both in religious schools, churches and within the family environment. By incorporating elements of spiritual rhetoric into the curriculum, educators can help students understand and articulate their beliefs more effectively, while promoting fundamental moral and spiritual values. In facing the complexity of the contemporary world, the integration of Quintilianes' thoughts in the study of Christianity becomes increasingly relevant. This article proposes that this approach can provide a powerful foundation for increasing understanding, appreciation, and practice of Christianity, as well as fostering deeper spiritual growth in students.

Maitara Island is a tourist destination, there are local tourist visits, visits for tourism, in addition to tourists enjoying the natural beauty of Maitra Island then, it cannot be separated from consumption, therefore, the provision of healthy food and drinks that must be provided by the community, especially mothers on Maitra Island, the development of tourism today, presents typical culinary problems in the area. The PKM methodtargets activities to mothers on the island of Maitara. This method of implementing community service uses the method; Lectures, Practices and Mentoring Participants. The results of  the PKM on Sunday, October 5, 2023, took place at the village office, and 30 people were present for this PKM activity, who were mothers in Maitara Salatan village. In general, still managing the results of the husband's income to consume daily needs, and children's education, not used to do seving (savings), other problems there is no training on improving skills to produce products to sell, adding to produce.
