Determining majors is one of the obligations for all students who still want to continue their education. Decisions taken often cause problems when differences in abilities and limitations in thinking result in not graduating on time. Also, we often see majors chosen only because they follow the advice of friends or family and because of the development of the need for human resources in the world of work. Determination of majors should be done by considering the capabilities possessed. Therefore, this application was created which aims to design an expert system that can provide an overview for prospective students about what majors are suitable or in accordance with their abilities. The method used in making this expert system is Forward Chaining, where the facts related to determining the direction are stated first, then draw an appropriate conclusion. By making this application, it is expected to provide convenience for prospective students both in terms of time and cost.

The rapid development of information technology requires people tobe familiar with the internet. Utilization of marketing and sales applications is not only carried out by large companies, but can also be used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The community service team conducted observations and interviews with Brem Duta Rasa SMEs in Sumberejo, Kaliabu, Mejayan, Madiun Regency. The team found problems with promotion and sales, therefore it was necessary to provide asolution, namely by using awebsite-based marketing and sales application for MSME products. The activity method of the service team is to provide practical training using applications. The final result of the evaluation shows that 90% of the 10 users of MSME members have theoretical understanding, 95% of application introductions, 80% of practice running applications. In conclusion, all MSME members running the application quite well. Applications can be implemented continuously to increase revenue from Brem Duta Rasa MSME products

Abstrak – Kebutuhan informasi yang semakin cepat. Menjadi alasan dibangun e-government web portal ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Website ini adalah dengan metode Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC). (WDLC) adalah metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sebuah website. Dimana WDLC merupakan sebuah proses pengembangan sebuah website akan disampaikan kepada pengguna. Dalam pembuatannya, dilakukan proses menganalisis data dan informasi yang ada pada dinas komunikasi dan informatika agar dapat di masukan ke proses implementasi perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan metode WDLC dan diterapkan dengan Framework Laravel V7. Disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Metode ini berhasil dan akan mempermudah pengelola Web dalam mengelola informasi responsif dan compatible. Abstrak – Website yang salah satu fungsinya adalah media penyebaran informasi sudah masuk ke bidang pendidikan. Content management system (CMS) Sekolahku merupakan aplikasi open source yang membantu dalam pengembangan website bahkan menjadi sistem informasi sekolah untuk semua jenjang pendidikan. Terdapat lebih dari 150 jumlah pengguna CMS Sekolahku, tetapi belum dilakukan pengujian sistem. Penelitian ini melakukan pengujian terhadap CMS Sekolahku menggunakan black box testing dengan teknik boundary value analysis yang berfokus pada masukan dan data keluarannya. Tahapan awal adalah menentukan bagian yang diuji dan dipilih 8 form yang diujikan. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian terhadap bagian yang telah dipilih tersebut. Setelah itu terbentuklah sebuah dokumentasi dan hasil pengujian. Terdapat 26 test case dan dihasilkan 18 test case yang sesuai, artinya hasil yang diharapkan sama dengan hasil pengujian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa CMS Sekolahku sekitar 70% berhasil dan cukup layak untuk digunakan tetapi butuh perbaikan. Penelitian ini bisa digunakan sebagai dokumentasi hasil pengujian dan referensi.   Abstract – One of the website's functions is to spread information. The website has helped many sectors including the education sector. Content management system (CMS) Sekolahku is an open-source application that helps website development and becomes a complete information system for schools on every level. CMS Sekolahku has more than 150 users however no system test document was found. The research purpose is to test CMS Sekolahku using the black box testing method with a boundary value analysis technique that focuses on data input and output. The first step is to choose which part of the system needs to be tested. Eight forms are selected. Then, the next step, do the test on the chosen forms. Last, the system test document with the result in it is formed. There are 26 test cases, and 18 test cases are successful, which means the expected result equals the actual result. The result shows a 70% of success rate and is quite decent to use but requires improvement. The study can be used as a system test documentation and a reference.

This research was conducted to prove accounting conservatism to creative accounting with GCG as moderating. Property and real estate sub-sector companies in 2018-2019 are the population of this study. Purposive sampling is a research method in selecting samples, resulting in a sample of 30 companies. Data is secondary data obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and data in the form of financial reports. For data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS) application assistance. This study finds evidence that accounting conservatism affects creative accounting, the audit committee plays a role in weakening creative accounting actions when influenced by accounting conservatism, however, the proportion of independent commissioners is unable to moderate accounting conservatism on creative accounting. The implication of this research is the importance of the audit committee as a supervisor in corporate governance and accounting conservatism to minimize creative accounting.

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts to develop e-government and improve public services in Bima Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were selected through a nonprobability sampling technique, using a purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study were 20 web admins of the Regional War Work Unit/OPD of the Regional Government of Bima Regency. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that support for the implementation of e-government in public services in Bima Regency has been provided, although it is not optimal, this is due to different budget allocations in each Regional War Work Unit/OPD. On the capability side, in general the literacy level of Bima Regency Government employees is still low, especially senior employees. Meanwhile, on the value side, e-government managers already understand the benefits and importance of information technology applications in public services. In order for the implementation of e-government to run optimally, it is necessary to make a clear legal umbrella and make a grand design for the development of e-government including preparing the budget. Regarding employees with low literacy, it is necessary to plan continuous Information Technology training and in the future the Bima district government must plan to recruit employees with an educational background in information technology.

Vapors or e-cigarettes are cigarettes with an evaporation process. One shop selling vapor products called the Independent Store sells various kinds of vapor products as well as liquids and other vapor equipment. This Independent Store store has problems in selling because it has not used an online-based sales system. Therefore, it is the desire of the researchers to be able to assist in the process of selling vapor products at the Independent Store store by creating a website. In the process of creating a website for selling vapor products, method is used SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) the waterfall model . With the hope of helping shop owners and employees in the sales process.

Field Work Practice is a training facility for informatics engineering students to develop, implement and answer problems faced by their environment. The problem that occurs is where the management and data collection of student data is still carried out semi-systemically because it is recorded in a spreadsheet application so that the data is not structured properly, as a result, information from the placement/assignment process, reporting, and classification of PKL student data is less relevant, accurate and timely. and sometimes human error occurs. Therefore we need a system that is able to make it easier to manage student data from street vendors participants into relevant, accurate and timely information when needed entitled "Web-Based Field Work Practice Information System (PKL). This system is built using the CodeIgniter framework and CSS Layout Bootstrap, then this system will be tested through the blackbox method and compatibility testing. So that we get a system that is able to make it easier to manage student data from street vendors participants into relevant, accurate and timely information when needed.

The main purpose of making this application is to assist employees in determining inventory planning that must be provided next month. While the method used to make this forecast is a single moving average, one of the time series methods in forecasting. Single Moving Average is a forecasting method that is done by collecting a group of observed values, looking for the average value as a forecast for the future period. The result of this forecasting is to predict the number of sales that will occur in the coming month.

The increasing use of the Internet by a society marked by soaring costumer and businessmen, to encourage the emergence of an internet service demand in excess of what can be obtained in the real world. This includes the opportunity to sell goods online commodity. Business people in general are still conducting business transactions manually through direct face to face or over the phone. But sometimes this method is not very effective, because not everyone knows the phone number of the company. Should be developed based E-commerce system that focuses on individual-based business transactions using the Internet (technology-based digital networks) with application of E-commerce transactions can be done more quickly and more intensively. Therefore the grace of catering company wants to advertise his wares by using websites that have a sales system based on e-commerce with the aim of selling efficiency of the way the previous sales system. The method used in the design and development of e-commerce in the catering grace Semarang is a Research and Development (R & D) in this study only up to the stage six (6) to produce the end product is a prototype, so it was not until the stage of implementation of the product. Educational marketing management strategy is a social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain what they need and want through creating and exchanging and utilizing services. The focus of this research is; 1) What are the efforts in implementing educational marketing management strategies in increasing the interest of prospective new students at Madrasah Aliyah Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan? 2) What are the obstacles faced and solutions that can be done in implementing the marketing management strategy of education in increasing the interest of prospective new students at Madrasah Aliyah Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan? The objectives of this research are; 1) To find out the efforts in implementing educational marketing management strategies in increasing the interest of prospective new students at Madrasah Aliyah Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan. 2) To find out what the obstacles are and the solutions that can be done in the application of educational marketing management strategies in increasing the interest of prospective new students at Madrasah Aliyah Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan. This research is a type of qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation methods. So from the results of this study the authors can conclude that planning, implementing and evaluating education marketing management strategies at Madrasah Aliyah Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan for the 2021/2022 academic year in order to increase the interest of prospective new students can run well. This happens because of the support of all parties and enthusiasm in the marketing process. The obstacle is the limited number of experts in managing the website and the solution is to find/add experts in managing the Madrasah Aliyah Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan website.

Assessment of employee performance is expected to know precisely the success in completing work. Employee performance appraisal is also useful for companies in providing feedback to employees and can be used as a basis for agencies to evaluate employee performance. Most government services currently utilize information technology as an information service to the public and the agency's internal services. In institutions, it is necessary to increase and develop the capabilities, knowledge and skills of its human resources, so that it is expected to be able to produce apparatuses that have competitive competencies. Therefore, the authors designed and built an employee performance appraisal system which was implemented using Electre and Web-based and Android methods. It is expected to be able to assist agencies in evaluating employee performance so that they can remain consistent in carrying out their duties as Civil Servants (PNS) within the scope of services to the community. This research uses the R&D method. researchers only use up to step 6. Based on the results of trials of 10 respondents who have assessed the decision making system using the electre method, that the application of employee performance appraisal using aggregate ranking can help provide information on the level of employee performance based on predetermined criteria. Respondents agree that this system is more efficient in assessing employee performance with an average of the old system = 43.50% while the new system is = 84.50%.

Based on the survey conducted by the author at PT. Prima Multi Selular Semarang, the author tries to develop a system by utilizing an existing server in accordance with the required requirements, namely with a web-based ordering data system program with WAP-based ordering, using the ASP programming language: Active Server Pages. This change aims to make it easier for customers to order goods and increase the company's sales volume. In designing this new application, it also carries out several stages of making DFD, ERD and Normalization diagrams to describe data storage and relationships between data, determine tables to create programs and design input outputs. This stage is carried out as a tool to create a WAP-based ordering application program. WAP-based program is expected to be able to help problems related to PT. Prima Multi Selular. The program that is made, of course, still has several weaknesses and shortcomings, this is possible that the author's experience and knowledge in WAP programming problems is still possible. Suggestions and criticisms are very helpful for writers to develop knowledge in this field.

Monitoring is a process of monitoring and analyzing information based on certain indicators. Every company engaged in distribution and promotion must carry out monitoring activities. Including PT. Single Paint Factory, Djaja Indah, Kediri Branch, which also continuously monitors the sales results of the sales consultants who work in several partner stores. The process of reporting sales results that have been carried out so far is still using conventional methods so that sometimes it interferes with the monitoring process due to delays in sending reports. To make this easier, the author makes a website-based monitoring application to help smooth the monitoring process of Sales Consultant sales results. To produce a quality application, the author uses the goal question metrics method as a method for measuring application quality. Goal Question Metric (GQM) is a method used to define application measurement models. The application of the GQM method in this study was carried out with the initial stage of factor analysis of the application quality model based on the ISO 25010 Quality Model. The next stage was making questionnaire questions regarding application characteristics and calculating the results of the questionnaire with the weighted summattion metric. From the results of measuring the quality of this monitoring application, the average quality value is 3.08, which means that this monitoring application is included in the application with good quality (Medium). The functionality available in the monitoring application is in accordance with the needs of users of the sales consultant monitoring application.

Sinar Harapan store which is engaged in construction materials has regular customers who are outside the area, so a sales information system is needed to help customers buy and receive product information from the store. This web-based information system can help shop customers shop online without having to visit the store in person. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a web-based merchandise sales system at the Sinar Harapan Makassar store. Data obtained through field research, library research and interviews. The system design uses PHP as a programming language and MySQL as the database storage. The information system for selling goods is based on the Sinar Harapan Makassar Store based on the results of the implementation test with the user acceptance test getting an average weight of 36 with a percentage of 90% so this application is very suitable for use

At PT. Mitra Mandiri Transindo, in the process of recording the determination of heavy equipment leasing, is still done manually using note documents which can cause errors in the heavy equipment rental determination transaction. This has resulted in problems in making reports which can take longer. Accounting application for determining heavy equipment leases at PT. Mitra Mandiri Transindo uses the activity based costing method to make it easier for PT. Mitra Mandiri Trasindo in the data management process of determining the total heavy equipment rental and creating reports that are faster, more precise and accurate on a web-based basis. With the implementation of accounting applications for determining heavy equipment leases at PT. Mitra Mandiri Transindo using the web-based Activity Based Costing method also has the following benefits: (1) It can be seen what lease transactions and costs are needed quickly, precisely and accurately. (2) Producing appropriate reports that can be used as a basis for making decisions by the Director of PT. Mitra Mandiri Transindo.

Technology assistance is very helpful for community activities including financial institutions, such as the application of Fintech (Financial Technology). Fintech utilizes technology to improve banking and financial services performed by companies by utilizing software technology. Along with the development, Fintech began to have a negative impact, especially from the money loan service or Fintech Peer to Peer Lending (P2PL). the problem is how is the protection for debtors / customers, such as attempts to intimidate customers who have difficulty paying. The method used in this research is normative juridical, namely research based on secondary data, which is then analyzed qualitatively and presented in a qualitative form.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that protection for debtors or customers who feel disadvantaged can take 5 (five) ways, which are regulated in the Consumer Protection Law, OJK Regulation, ITE Law, BI and Government Regulations. Safeguards in the Consumer Protection Law are accommodated in Article 4. OJK's efforts, in collaboration with Kominfo and AFPI, are that if there is intimidation that is detrimental to the debtor, the debtor can submit a complaint report through the website page provided by the OJK and AFPI. Debtors can also report to the authorities. The ITE Law can be seen in Article 26 of the ITE Law. Efforts made by Bank Indonesia, namely BI to form the Bank Indonesia Fintech Office (BI-FTO) and recommend to follow the existing regulations in PBI No. 16/8 / PBI / 2014 and PBI No 18/17 / PBI / 2016 concerning Electronic Money (PBI E-Money).           Keywords: Financial Technology, Legal Protection, Debtor Efforts

The application of technology in public services has become an indispensable obligation, even for the Village Government of Tidu in Pohjentrek Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency. Manual approaches in public services are vulnerable to serious problems, such as the risk of losing important documents and the lack of structured recording of documents issued by the Village Government of Tidu. In response to this challenge, a community service effort was undertaken to support the Government and the community of Tidu Village in utilizing the Tidu Village Information Website. The mentoring and training sessions conducted successfully demonstrated that the implementation of the service system by the Village Government of Tidu is much more productive, with time savings and a transition from manual data management to digital format through the village information system.

The Digital Report Card (ARD) application is a web-based application system that is expected to be able to change the work pattern of teachers from manual patterns to digital patterns and is expected to make it easier for teachers to make assessments of students even to print report cards and evaluate the value of student learning outcomes. The objectives of this study are; (1) To find out that there is a relationship between the use of the Digital Report Card Application and the performance of Public SD teachers in Tuban Village, Badung 2019-2020; (2) to find out how much the relationship between the Digital Report Card Application and the performance of Public Elementary School teachers in Kelurahan Tuban, Badung 2019-2020. This research is correlational quantitative which is used with saturated sample method with 46 samples. Data collection techniques used as premiere data, observation and documentation as secondar data is to use questionnaires the data is analyzed with the product moment formula. The results showed that it is known that r count 0.293 is greater than r table 0.291. So that there is a relationship between the use of the digital report card application on teacher performance. If interpreted in the table the value of r, the relationship is low or weak. 2) the digital report card application variable (X) has a contribution of 8.6% to the teacher performance variable (Y) and the rest is 91.4% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
