This study examines the theme of non-violence in interactions between adolescents. This study raises the perspective of Pope Francis' encyclical “Christus Vivit” as a Christian perspective in dealing with youth development issues. There are three research focuses, namely describing bullying among adolescents, the role of teachers in schools as controls to prevent bullying, and the role of the Church in Christian assistance in the problem of bullying in adolescents. Researchers use qualitative research methods. To obtain data, researchers used direct interview techniques and zoom meeting-based interviews. Data processing and analysis were carried out in a descriptive way. The research findings show that the psychological impact felt by victims due to bullying is feeling awkward when put together in group work and feeling lonely, afraid to come to school and also afraid to look at social media again. The psychological impact can be felt if you take things too seriously or take your feelings too seriously so that the victim will feel sad. But there are also victims who feel normal because they accept and resolve it in a family and peaceful manner. Students need to be reminded again of the rules that apply in schools, the goal is that all student behavior creates comfort and safety among students. It is better for teachers not only to teach about learning material but to provide character lessons for students on the sidelines of teaching material. The role of the Church should be more aggressive in inviting youth to be involved in church services to develop maturity in their faith so that there is determination not to commit acts of bullying.

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of organizational culture, communication, and job stress on the performance of employees at Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan. We employed a survey methodology by administering a questionnaire to a sample of employees from the foundation, picked at random. The acquired data was examined using regression techniques to ascertain the correlation between the variables under study. The analytical findings suggest that a favorable company culture exerts a substantial impact on employee performance. The values, conventions, and behaviors within a corporate culture have a significant impact on enhancing employee motivation, engagement, and performance. Furthermore, the establishment of efficient communication channels between management and employees is also crucial in enhancing work performance by fostering a clearer comprehension of organizational objectives, job responsibilities, and valuable input. Nevertheless, research has demonstrated that work-related stress has a detrimental impact on the performance of employees. Elevated levels of stress can disrupt employee focus, drive, and psychological well-being, resulting in diminished productivity and job excellence. These findings indicate that Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan's management should strengthen a favorable organizational culture by emphasizing the principles of cooperation, creativity, and employee assistance.

In an organization or company, human resources cannot be separated from training activities. Training for human resources is a necessity for every organization or institution because almost everyone recognizes that the success of an organization or company is highly dependent on the human resources that manage them. Therefore, training is needed by employees so that they can improve their abilities, knowledge skills, motivation, and behavior. In today's modern era of development, human resource training is very important, because the formal education that employees have undergone is not enough to meet the demands of jobs and positions in organizations and companies. In addition, placing human resources directly at work does not guarantee that they will understand their duties and responsibilities well. New human resources often feel less confident and feel they do not understand their roles and responsibilities in the organization or company where they work. Therefore, new employees should receive training in the form of training that leads to an introduction to corporate culture and values, regulations, and policies, as well as their main tasks, which support the achievement of the vision and mission of the organization or company. Human resources who lack self-confidence are unlikely to carry out their duties and obligations to the fullest, especially in educational institutions. In addition, human resources professionals who have worked in organizations and companies for a long time also need to receive training to improve their skills, insights, and motivation in supporting the achievement of the organization's vision and mission.

The most noticeable impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic are school closures and online distance learning (PJJ). Online learning uses the Internet to provide teaching materials to students. Barriers to online learning are felt by both teachers and students, with streaming learning via Zoom sometimes having unstable internet connections. Another obstacle to online learning between teachers and students is the teacher-student relationship. You look nervous because you get stuck in the Zoom application. A barrier to online learning between students and parents is that it is difficult for working parents to tutor their children because they are working. The impact of online learning itself takes the form of reduced learning ability and changes in student behavior. The purpose of this non-research journal is that schools need new strategies to meet their post-pandemic educational goals. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources by implementing education that reflects the cultural characteristics of the country. Education must respond not only to global requirements, but also to developments in digital technology.

Social media creates change in the world. Social media is the most crucial medium used in obtaining information. Various types of social media have been attached to community activities, one of which is Instagram. On the Instagram account @Parentaltalk.id where a video of a child aged about 12 begging his father to give him a break, telling his father that he needs "life balance" and that "even a robot" cannot handle the amount of work his father requires in order to study continuously . Healthy children are in perfect condition both physically, mentally/psychologically and socially (free from disease, weakness and disability). In order for children to grow and develop optimally, children must also be accustomed to healthy living behavior and the Childhood Phase is the developmental phase from the age of 1 or 2 years to 10-12 years, this phase is further classified into two, namely early childhood (small children) between 1-6 years, and later childhood (big children) between 6-12 years. According to the Ministry of Education and Culture, reading mastery is not mandatory for PAUD age children (3-5 years) because this skill will only be taught formally at elementary school level. Children should actually start being taught to read maximally at the age of 4-6 years. Because, this is a golden period for the cognitive development of the brain. In other words, they can absorb lessons and imitate quickly. Brain gym or brain exercise is a touch that can stimulate the work and functioning of the brain optimally, namely further activating the abilities of the right and left brain, so that cooperation between the right and left brain hemispheres can be established. This can improve memory in the child's brain to learn to read.
