This paper outlines the Balala Tradition which is one of the Dayak Banyadu tribe traditions. The Catholic Church values the culture and values of the local wisdom of its people. However, inculturation of culture into a celebration of faith requires a method approach. Models of faith contextualization from Stevan Bevan are one of the methods used in this paper. Identification of the problem of the Belala Tradition is the weak signification of the faith of the Dayak Banyadu tribe who are Catholic in living the Belala Tradition. So the focus of this paper is on the inculturation of the Balala Tradition in the Catholic faith paradigm. The purpose of this study is to provide a theological basis and meaning of the Catholic faith for the value of locality in the Belala Tradition. This paper will explore the experience of the existence of the Dayak Banyadu tribe in living this tradition in the eyes of the Catholic faith.

The research examines the marketing system and a simple accounting bookkeeping transaction-based online web 2.0. The system Web 2.0 is used as trend center of the SMEs RiauMelayu songket to promote their products as well as typical local wisdom elevates the Melayu Songket. The success of SystemWeb 2.0 is themodel ofweb-based marketing system with simple accounting bookkeeping can run effectively and efficiently, which is built with each character SMEs Riau Melayu songket. The purpose ofthis systemof Web 2.0 is good customer in teraction to the system.Consumers SMEs are willing to share knowledge songket product and satisfied with the service of the products such as ease of payment because it supported a good simple accounting bookkeeping. Some of the SMEs to transform knowledge into innovative products or services. This research use sample consisted of 45 people from SMEs Riau who act as the owner, co-owner, accounting, labor, marketing, songket weavers scattered in the RIAU area. The data are taken with the collecting of data into observation, interviews and questionnaires central. Selection of samples by using purposive sampling.The method is a descriptive to explore Marketing Model and application of financial records Riau SMEs based on systemweb 2.0. The result of the research Indicated integrated system that combines all the elements of art and Riau Melayu culture and its financial records in a web site that is easily accessible web bases or very useful. This is not only aimed at the improvement of the economy craftsmen and merchants SMEs Riau Melayu batik and songket, but also it’s means of promotion, enhancement obedient bookkeeping, as well as increased regional revenue for the province of Riau

Abstract:Law formulation of protection eyewitness is law phenomenon crime system in theIndonesia as crime system of judicature, where as law straightening of alwayscorrelation by law enforcer. Law straightening in eyewitness protection has been foundthat often witnesses do not get protection law and even become accused. As that way informulation wisdom punish about eyewitness protection and it needed in future withlaw balance such as KUHP, it form in unity law system, so easy to do law. Law ofprotection of eyewitness and victim and is new masterpiece of nation in the Indonesiawhich inspiring a law aspiration protecting the whole Indonesian nation especiallyeyewitness rights and victim in course of criminal justice. So that thereby punishprotection of victim and eyewitness represent guidance in conducting criminal lawformulation in one standard law system that is in a formulation punish Indonesia crimesystem of judicature.Key words: protection punish victim and eyewitness, process criminal justice.

Abstract : The writer in this paper tried to investigated and describe the philosophical thoughts of the role of Law Philosophy in to to realize justice. The formulated hypothesis are : (1) The enforcement of the law materialized the justice and the certainty and insurance in justice, (2) The description of the sense of justice should be in the existing positive law, (3) The philosophy of law represented the search for the deepest meaning of the ultimate result in the law wisdom.
