The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence about the influence of perceived benefits (perceived benefits) and perceived credibility (perceived credibility) to the use of e-banking. This study is based on Social Contract Theory and the Theory of Diffusion of Innovations. Samples are intended private companies located in Yogyakarta and gained as much as 71 companies. Statistical analysis is done is test the initial validity and reliability tests early, test construct validity and reliability tests construct instruments, test Classical Assumptions: Normality test, test Multicollinearity, Heteroskidastity test, and autocorrelation test. Multiple Regression Analysis to test the empirical model and hypotheses. The results showed that the perceived benefits of (Perceived Benefits) has a positive effect on the use of e-banking. However, the influence of perceived credibility (Perceived Credibility) against the use of E-Banking (E-Banking Usage) is not proven. Abstarct Population growth as a result of the development drive the need of land. Land then is not only related of agriculture. It is related to other usage to give other prosperity. To stop land usage shift to other non-agriculture purposes, it is necessary to regulate, to limit the shift. One of the ways is by regulating location premission. It is hoped that land usage shift to other purposes will not misused. Key words : location premition, land for non-agriculture

Abstract: Land, water and all treasures in it are the source for people wealth. Therefore, we need to control its usage. The land usage as a chain of controlling, supplying and distribution in a well planned activity are used to give wealth to people. There are three models of it, namely closed (zoning) opened and the usage that aims at serving to the development. Indonesia applies three of them. Keyword: land usage models
