This study investigates the occurrence and functions of nonstandard language variation in Instagram headlines posted by @folkative, a popular digital media account known for its creative use of informal language. Despite the growing attention to social media discourse, little research has focused on how nonstandard forms operate in short, attention-grabbing digital headlines. Guided by Labov’s (1972) variationist sociolinguistic framework, this study employs a descriptive qualitative method complemented by simple quantification. The data consist of headlines uploaded by @folkative throughout September 2025. The analysis reveals four main types of nonstandard variation: code-mixing, nonstandard spelling, colloquial expressions, and lexical innovation. Among these, code-mixing appears most frequently (33.93%). The use of nonstandard language is not arbitrary but rather reflects deliberate stylistic and social choices. These variations serve several communicative and pragmatic functions, including attracting readers’ attention, conveying humor, saving space within limited character counts, expressing solidarity with followers, and constructing a modern, cosmopolitan online identity. The findings demonstrate that nonstandard language in Instagram headlines contributes to meaning-making and audience engagement, showing how Indonesian users creatively manipulate linguistic resources to suit digital communication norms.

This study evaluates the retrofit design of the Semat weir on the Kali Gawe in Jepara Regency. The retrofit aims to adjust the weir’s hydraulic capacity to accommodate estimated flood discharges while ensuring the structure’s stability under applied loads. In the agricultural context, adequate water availability for irrigation directly affects crop yields; conversely, the rainy season often increases river flow and flood risk. Irrigation structures such as weirs are therefore required to raise river water levels to divert flow into irrigation channels and to regulate water distribution. Flood discharge estimates were derived from precipitation data and watershed (drainage basin) characteristics. Flood hydrograph planning is a critical design step for the weir. Log-Pearson Type III analysis was used to determine probable precipitation values for several recurrence intervals. Those design precipitation values were then converted into design flood discharges using synthetic unit hydrograph methods, specifically the Snyder, Nakayasu, and Gamma HSS approaches. Employing the Gamma synthetic unit hydrograph for the 50-year return period (Q50) produced a design flood discharge of 2,536.52 m³/s for that recurrence interval. Structural stability analyses of the redesigned weir indicate safety factors well above customary thresholds: overturning resistance factor = 11.6 (required ≥ 1.5), sliding resistance factor = 4.80 (required ≥ 2.0), and piping (internal erosion) factor = infinite (required ≥ 4). All evaluated stability parameters therefore satisfy standard safety criteria.

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease whose exact cause is not yet fully understood. This condition is characterized by damage to the articular cartilage, resulting in pain, joint stiffness, decreased muscle strength, muscle spasms, and reduced functional activity of the patient. Several factors contribute to the development of osteoarthritis, including age, gender, race, genetic factors, smoking habits, history of trauma, type of occupation or physical activity, exercise habits, and obesity. The prevalence of osteoarthritis increases with age; among individuals aged 65–74 years, approximately 39% experience knee osteoarthritis and 23% experience hip osteoarthritis. In those over 70 years old, almost all individuals, both men and women, show symptoms of this condition. Osteoarthritis is a chronic progressive disease characterized by inflammation of the articular cartilage and synovial membrane, which causes persistent pain, joint stiffness, decreased muscle strength, and reduced mobility. Physiotherapy management for this condition aims to reduce pain, improve muscle strength, and enhance joint function. Common therapeutic modalities used include Shortwave Diathermy (SWD), Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), and the Hold Relax exercise technique, which helps relax muscles and increase joint range of motion

Female puppeteers often face various obstacles in their personal and professional development due to the limitations imposed by social constructs, which dictate that female puppeteers must resemble their male counterparts in terms of style, technique, and character. In this context, gender becomes a barrier that hinders women from fully expressing their identity and creativity freely within the world of wayang (traditional Javanese puppetry). As a result, few women dare to develop their personal perspectives and thoughts into artistic works. In fact, women possess great opportunities and significant potential to create and cultivate wayang literature in innovative and meaningful ways. Amidst these challenges and prevailing stereotypes, Nyi Lucia Siti Aminah Subanto remains consistently active in her creative pursuits, particularly in the development of wayang wahyu (a type of Christian-themed wayang). Her distinctive style and artistic approach greatly contribute to her presence in the world of puppetry and radio media. This study examines gender roles, the characteristics of her pakeliran (performance), and her contributions to the Wayang Wahyu community “Ngajab Rahayu,” using theories by Kamla Bhasin, Sunuh, Robbins, and Gibson.

A ruling is a decision delivered by a judge in a trial, aimed at resolving a dispute or legal matter between the parties involved. There are various types of rulings, such as Declarative Rulings, Constitutive Rulings, Condemnatory Rulings, Contradictory Rulings, and Default Rulings. Each ruling has two kinds of authority: binding authority and executive authority, which refers to the power to enforce the ruling. Judges play a central role and have a significant responsibility in upholding the law and justice. Therefore, judges' professionalism must continually be improved to ensure that rulings are fair and in accordance with applicable regulations. Not only judges, but all members and staff of the Religious Courts are also required to enhance their professionalism in performing their duties. This is particularly important considering the expanded jurisdiction of Religious Courts in handling cases in the field of Islamic economics, which is still relatively new. As a result, the application of the concept of judicial rulings in Indonesia’s Religious Courts must continue to evolve to meet the public's expectations for justice based on the law.

This study aims to compare and analyze the accuracy levels of four financial distress prediction models—Altman Z-Score, Springate, Grover, and Zmijewski—in anticipating the potential bankruptcy of companies subjected to delisting from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The delisting phenomenon, which is strongly linked to severe financial deterioration, provided the core motivation for identifying the most reliable predictive instrument, utilizing secondary data from the annual financial reports of delisted companies during the 2019-2023 observation period. Descriptive analysis techniques were employed to calculate the accuracy rate and Type Error for each model. The comparative results consistently indicate that the Springate Model is the most effective, consistent, and accurate model for predicting financial distress in delisted firms, achieving an accuracy rate of 89% in both the first and second years prior to delisting, while the Altman Z-Score model exhibited lower accuracy (68.75% and 62.50%). This key finding emphasizes the superiority of the Springate Model as a crucial diagnostic tool for investors and regulatory bodies in assessing corporate bankruptcy risk.
