To improve service quality, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia issued a Decree of the Director General of the Religious Courts Number 1403.b/DJA/SK/OT.01.3/8/2018 Concerning Guidelines for One-Stop Services in the Religious Courts Environment. With this policy, the Depok Religious Court implemented the One-Stop Integrated Service. In implementing the One Stop Integrated Service at the Depok Religious Court, several obstacles were found in its implementation. The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the implementation of the One Stop Service policy at the Depok Religious Court. The theory of this research uses the theory of policy implementation in the George Edward III model. By using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Retrieval of data using interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the research from 4 indicators that regarding communication it is necessary to carry out more socialization because many people do not know about the mechanism in the procedure for handling service cases that exist at PTSP. Resources, in terms of quantity the number of officers at PTSP is still small while the number of cases at the Depok Religious Court is quite a lot. In terms of quality, there is a need for training because there are still officers who are less responsive, and the existing facilities and infrastructure at PTSP have not been integrated all in one door due to limited land. Disposition, the executors have a commitment to carry out this policy by delivering tasks that are good enough in accordance with the contents of the instructions in the policy. Bureaucratic Structure, the officers have carried out the policy in accordance with the applicable SOP. Suggestions from this study are that socialization must be increased and there is a need for land expansion to support infrastructure facilities and additional staff on duty at PTSP so as to maximize service time.

In the era of globalization, the development of increasingly sophisticated information technology not only makes it easier to carry out online activities but can also be exploited, as in the case of online gambling. The decline of the country's economy and the morale of its youth are two direct effects of Indonesia's growing online gambling market. Research Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of online gambling addiction and casual sexual behavior among teenagers in Tugu Cimanggis Village, Depok in 2023. The research uses a quantitative type with a correlational descriptive design. The research population was 133 respondents in Tugu Cimanggis Village, Depok. The sampling technique used in the research was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire via Google Form. Research Results: The research results show that there is a significant relationship between the level of online gambling addiction and free sexual behavior among teenagers in Tugu Cimanggis Village, Depok in 2023 (p value 0.002). There is a relationship between the level of online gambling addiction and promiscuous sexual behavior among teenagers in Tugu Cimanggis Village, Depok in 2023.    

Background: Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease that attacks many elderly people and increases the risk of death. The aging process causes elderly people to decrease their activity, resulting in the emergence of obesity, fat accumulation in blood vessels, and increased blood pressure. Data in the area supported by the Srondol Semarang Community Health Center in 2020 shows that hypertension is in first place on the list of the top 10 diseases there. One intervention that is safe and popular with the elderly and can help control blood pressure in the elderly is gamelan accompaniment exercise because it can increase blood flow and oxygen supply throughout the body, increase the elasticity of blood vessels and provide a relaxing effect. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of gamelan accompaniment to blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. This research method is a pre-experimental one group pre and post test design and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The population of this study were elderly people who were recorded as suffering from hypertension at the Srondol Semarang Community Health Center. The research instrument used a digital spygmomanometer and video of gamelan accompaniment of exercises. The research stages consist of preparation, implementation and processing of research data. The steps taken at the preparation stage were literature studies, field surveys, discussions with lecturers and experts, developing procedures for implementing gamelan accompaniment exercises, expert reviews, and socializing the implementation of gamelan accompaniment exercises to the elderly and their families. The implementation stage was carried out by collecting data on elderly people registered at the Srondol Semarang Community Health Center, pre and post tests by measuring blood pressure using a spigmomanometer, implementing gamelan accompaniment exercises in accordance with the prepared SOP, observing the implementation of gamelan accompaniment exercises with an observation sheet. Then, at the data processing stage, a test was carried out on the effectiveness of gamelan accompaniment exercises on the blood pressure of elderly people with hypertension. The targeted output is publication in national journals indexed by Sinta and HAKI. The TKT target for implementing this gamelan accompaniment exercise is at level 2. The results of the study show a significant reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure (p value 0.0001) with an error level (α) of 0.05, namely from 163.25 mmHg to 146.75 mmHg and from 100 .50 mmHg to 89.25 mmHg. Gamelan accompaniment exercises were concluded to be effective in lowering blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension

All companies, whether service companies, trading companies, or manufacturing companies require the presence of a good system and procedures to protect and support the smooth running of company activities. This study aims to see whether the accounting information system and internal control carried out by PT Socfin Indonesia Aek Pamienke Plantation have been running effectively. The author uses a descriptive qualitative approach by studying literature, collecting documents, and observing in the field. Researchers found that the accounting information system and internal control at the Spare Part Warehouse of PT Socfin Indonesia Aek Pamienke Plantation have been running effectively. The company has used an accounting information system in preparing warehouse reports and carrying out the SOPs that apply in the company.  

The Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) is part of the company's management system in general which aims to control risks associated with work activities in order to create a safe, efficient and productive work environment. PP RI Number 50 of 2012 issued regulations regarding the Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulatory System, and Article 5 of the Law requires every company to implement SPK3 in their company, especially for companies that employ a minimum of 100 (one hundred) workers/laborers or have a high level of potential hazard. Hot work Permit System is a system of written permission to do work that generates heat sources. This study aims to determine the implementation of SMK3 with hot work system management as fire and explosion prevention at PT. XYZ, Indramayu. It is recommended for companies to strengthen the application of safety culture by implementing a hot work permit system, organizing training for welding workers, and conducting socialization regarding standard operating procedures (SOP) in work behavior for all workers.

Education has experienced rapid development along with the growing technological advances. This can happen because of the learning methods and systems supported by digital technology. This development shows the strong influence of the digital era. In the learning process, especially Christian Religious Education, one must have the ability to choose the right approach and method according to the material and learning objectives. The method used in this research is a qualitative literature/descriptive study. The purpose of this research is to explore various methods and digital technologies that can be used in Christianity learning, as well as evaluating their impact on students' understanding, learning motivation, and active participation in Christianity materials. The results of this discussion explain the learning methods that Christian Religious Education can use in this increasingly sophisticated digital era. The implication is that there is better accessibility in learning. To achieve these implications, it is necessary to transform learning methods to help each student understand and face moral dilemmas that arise in the use of technology in line with Christian teachings on ethics and morality.

The era of the global village with its development of information technology can increasingly be felt, with the media in the form of computers, televisions, cellphones and other sophisticated equipment, which have truly become complex things in the transformation of information.

This research aims to investigate the impact of internship experience, student abilities, and work context on students' desire to become public accountants. Internship experience is considered an important factor in shaping students' understanding and practical skills in the world of work. Students' abilities, whether acquired during formal education or through internship experience, are also thought to play a key role in determining their desire to pursue a career as a public accountant. In addition, the work context, including the organizational environment and work culture, can influence students' perceptions of the sustainability of their careers in the field of public accounting. This research method involves surveys and statistical data analysis to evaluate the relationship between internship experience, students' abilities, work context, and their desire to become public accountants.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the implementation of permits and levies for cutting trees in Lumajang Regency. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders as well as analysis of documents related to applicable regulations and SOPs. The research results show that the application of SOPs in implementing permits and levies for cutting trees still has several shortcomings and challenges. This research also provides recommendations for further improvement and development in implementing the SOP.

This research investigates the implications of the Human Development Index (HDI) and unemployment rate on a country's economic growth. Using empirical data and sophisticated analytical methods, this research evaluates the relationship between HDI, unemployment rate, and economic growth dynamics. We use a variety of econometric techniques to understand the complex interactions among these factors. This research aims to find out: how regular monitoring of waiting room facilities by the terminal service officer unit is important to ensure that waiting room facilities are comfortable for passengers to use. If the terminal service office officers are negligent or do not adhere to the SOP guidelines in carrying out supervision, it can result in the functions of the waiting room facilities not being properly monitored so that when there are damaged facilities and so on they cannot be handled quickly which results in passengers experiencing problems. Disappointment This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documents, and documentation along with observations. The researcher directly carried out observations, the researcher also explained the results of the data taken during the interviews and observations. For the interview, the researcher interviewed the terminal service office officers 3 sources with the document data obtained researcher from documentation of the activities of terminal service office officers when carrying out duties and responsibilities in the field and also in the form of implementation documents for the data analysis techniques used, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, discussion, and conclusions. The role of the performance of Terminal Service office officers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities to carry out operational activities for all facilities by the Standard Operational Procedures in the terminal service office By providing all facilities, especially in the departure and arrival areas, which makes service users feel satisfied. Obstacles faced by Terminal service office Based on the results of observations or field observations, it is the lack of personnel and lack of coordination with related units in carrying out operational activities which is the cause of the failure to fulfill the maximum performance of Terminal Service office officers to support security, comfort, smoothness, and safety of anyone at the airport.

The background of this research is based on a brain disease, namely stroke. Stroke results in much higher mortality and morbidity. Viewed from the aspects of risk of death, high medical costs, decreased quality of life and increased prevalence, stroke has a broad impact. Apart from that, decubitus problems also arise in stroke sufferers due to prolonged pressure, the parts that experience bruising are the hips, buttocks, foot joints and heels. Based on a preliminary study conducted at the Tangerang Regency General Hospital, there were 89 patients with a diagnosis of stroke starting from 2022. Meanwhile, in the Cempaka room, it was found that during the assessment there was 1 case with a diagnosis of stroke on January 2 2024. The results of this research are effectiveness. right and left tilt positions in reducing pressure sores or decubitus in patients with stroke. The conclusion of this study is that the right and left side positions are non-pharmacological techniques for reducing pressure ulcers or decubitus and can be used in patients who experience problems with prolonged bed rest. The suggestion from this research is that intervention in right and left tilt positions can be carried out according to the 2021 PPNI SOP.

Infusion is one of the invasive procedures performed by health workers by injecting a certain amount of fluid into the body into the vein to improve or prevent fluid and electrolyte, blood, and nutritional disturbances. The act of installing an infusion will be of high quality if in its implementation it always complies with the standards that have been set. One of the factors that can affect the performance of nurses, including the compliance of nurses and midwives in providing actions according to the SOP is supervision. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the supervision of the head of the room and the compliance of health workers in carrying out standard operating procedures for infusion at the UPTD Puskesmas Mawasangka Timur in 2023. This study is a correlation analytic study with a cross sectional study design. The sample in this study was 41 people consisting of 21 nurses and 20 midwives. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling with total sampling. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between the supervision of the head of the room and the compliance of health workers in carrying out standard operating procedures for infusion at the Mawasangka Timur Health Center UPTD in 2023 (p-value 0.000 <0.05). Supervision of the head of the room has a significant role in increasing the compliance of health workers, especially nurses and midwives, in carrying out standard operational procedures for infusion installation.    

In the last few decades, teachers in carrying out their duties have often become the subject of social control and mass media. This is due to the increasing number of acts of violence that occur in schools, both committed by students, parents, school administrators and even teachers themselves. These acts of violence sometimes occur due to student disciplinary activities carried out by teachers. The aim of this research is to provide an explanation of the importance of clear regulations regarding the protection of teachers in carrying out their duties. The research method used is a literature review. The results of this research are that the current regulations are not strong enough to provide legal protection for teachers in carrying out their duties, so there is a need for clearer legal evidence and more emphasis on teachers in carrying out their duties.

This research is motivated by several problems, namely, the existence of employees who work not in accordance with hotel standards and quality, often miscommunicate when over handling to the next shift, no training on standard operating procedures (SOP) for employees.  The type of research used in this study is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The results of this study indicate that employee work motivation is in the good category, namely 80%. Work experience is in the good category, namely 57.1%, but there are still 11.4% who are classified as sufficient and poor categories. And employee performance is included in the good category, namely 42.9%, but there are still 45.7% who are classified as sufficient and poor categories. The effect of work motivation (X1) and work experience (X2) on employee performance (Y) with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.244 with a sig value. 0.004 < 0.05. This means that 24.4% of employee performance is influenced by work motivation and work experience while 75.6% is influenced by other factors.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are a series of standardized written instructions regarding various processes for carrying out organizational activities, how and when they must be carried out, where and by whom they are carried out. Community health center officers must comply with applicable SOPs in providing services to the community in order to improve the highest level of public health. The research used a cross-sectional design at the UPTD Awa'ai Health Center, North Nias Regency with a sample size of 61 respondents. Data analysis uses the Chi Square test. The research results show that there is a relationship between workload and length of work with compliance with implementing service SOPs (P-Value <0.005)

The research was conducted to analyze the wiring process on the low-voltage connection panel (PHB-TR) at PT. Powerindo Prima Perkasa using PLN standards. The standard used in the production of low-voltage circuit boards is the PLN standard number D3.016-2 in 2010. The data collection methods in this study were conducting interviews, observations, wiring on the panels and literature studies. Based on the results of the discussion in this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: [1] Knowing what components are contained in the Low Voltage Connection Panel (PHBTR). [2] Knowing the wiring process on the Low Voltage Connection Panel (PHBTR). [3] Knowing how the Low Voltage Split Connector Panel (PHBTR).

PT. Diamondfit Garment Indonesia is a company operating in the apparel industry, especially intimates and swimware. One of the products is the Intimates fused bra. In the production process, many defects are still found. This research aims to propose quality improvements using the six sigma method starting from the define, measure, analyze, improve and control stages. At the define stage, the production process is identified using the SIPOC diagram and identification of the type of defect. At the Measure stage, the calculation stage is carried out: fusing delamination DPMO value 366405.6 with a sigma value 1.84, Wavy At Neckline & Armhole DPMO value 65274.15 with a sigma value 3.01, Molding Yellowish DPMO value 350739.8 with a sigma value 1, 88, Dirty Glue has a DPMO value of 26109.66 with a sigma value of 3.44, and Heat Seal Not Sticking has a DPMO value of 191470.8 with a sigma value of 2.37. As a result of the analysis, it was found that factors causing defects occurred using FMEA tools and fishbone diagrams, namely machine, manpower, material and method factors. In the improvement stage, improvements are made to the factors causing defects and in the control stage, supervision is carried out over the proposed improvements that have been made by creating SOPs.

JNE is the largest logistics company in Indonesia, this company is a freight forwarding company both domestically and abroad. In its business process JNE has an Outbound unit which is responsible for receiving goods from Sales Counter Official (SCO) agents and branch offices, processing, checking, packaging, and transporting goods to the appropriate destination. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), supervision, and Information Technology on Employee Performance in the operational management of the JNE Main Branch Medan Outbound unit. This research uses Descriptive Qualitative method in identifying problems. The results in this study state that SOP has a significant effect on Employee Performance because it is an important part of the smooth work process for employees, Supervision and Information Technology also have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Supervision ensures employees work in accordance with SOPs and achieve previously set work targets, and the use of Information Technology in the work process will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of employee work.

Introduction:  Proteins are an important part of the human immune system. They play a role in a variety of functions related to immunity, including as structural components for immune cells, such as antibodies (which are a type of protein) and white blood cells. Objective: This study aims to determine the effects of Moringa leaf extract for 10 days to albumin and primiparous puerperal women with ruptured perineum degree II in the district Soppeng. Metodes: Design research is a quasi-scale experiment using two groups, intervention and control groups. The sample set, that primiparous puerperal women with ruptured perineum stage II of 50 respondents. The sampling technique is done purposively. Results: showed unpaired t test analysis on levels of albumin found the mean pre-intervention 3:09 / 0:30, post intervention 3.75 / 0:55. With the test results are not berpsangan t p value = 0.000 which means no significant effects of extract of catfish in primiparous puerperal women with ruptured perineum degree II.  . With unpaired T test results found the value of p = 0.000, which means there is a significant effect of the extract catfish on primiparous puerperal women with ruptured perineum degree II In other words, the extract cork fish provide a positive and significant effect on levels of albumin
