Patients who experience Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) require hemodialysis therapy. Fatigue is one of the effects of CKD and hemodialysis therapy. Fatigue occurs due to prolonged hemodialysis, anemia, uremic syndrome, and decreased blood pressure due to the effects of hemodialysis. One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can reduce fatigue in hemodialysis patients is foot massage therapy. This case study aims to determine the reduction in fatigue levels after carrying out foot massage therapy in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis. This research design uses a case study to evaluate the implementation of nursing through foot massage therapy. The measuring tool used is the Functional Assessment Chronic Illness Therapy (FACIT) Fatigue Scale. This intervention was given at the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd hours for 10 minutes (starting at 51-60 minutes) for 3 days in the hospital hemodialysis unit and at home for 4 days for a total of 7 days. Evaluation of respondents' level of fatigue was carried out on days 1, 5, and 8. The results of this study showed that the fatigue level score after the intervention from days 1 to 7 decreased. The fatigue level score on day 1 was 15 (severe category), the score on day 5 was 21.66 (moderate category), and day 8 was 24.55 (moderate category). It can be concluded that foot massage therapy can reduce fatigue in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis. The results of this research can be applied independently by nurses for CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis to reduce fatigue levels.

The part of the basil plant is the leaves which have various types of benefits if studied further. With the introduction of secondary metabolites, it can be said that basil leaves contain eugenol compounds. The eugenol compound can be used as a reducing agent in the synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles. The precursor used in the synthesis of TiO2 is titanium isopropoxide which has an oxidation state of +4. By utilizing the green synthesis method, TiO2 was reacted with basil leaf extract and then characterized using XRD and FTIR. The resulting particle size is 10.86 nm. And FTIR shows a wave number of 874.59 which represents the Ti-O functional group. Photocatalytic activity can take advantage of the synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles by placing the nanoparticles in a methylene blue solution which has a concentration of 20 ppm and varies based on contact time and adsorbent mass. Photocatalytic activity testing obtained a degradation percentage of 79%-84% which varied based on adsorbant mass and contact time. Varying the adsorbant mass and time results in a degradation percentage that increases with each additional mass but will not increase again if it has reached the optimum phase and can reduce the degradation percentage.

Settlement of land cases through mediation carried out by the Land Office of Boalemo Regency refers to Regulation of Agrarian Affairs Minister and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 21 of 2020 concerning Handling and Settlement of Land Cases. Mediation as an alternative for resolving land cases, it is necessary to popularize "mediator". In addition, the mediator must have analytical skills and expertise in creating a personal approach for the parties involved in the dispute. The mediator must be able to understand and give a positive reaction to the perceptions of each party. The goal is to build good relationships and trust. The parties' trust in the mediator makes it easier to reach a consensus. The priority regarding the purpose and function of the mediator is to resolve land cases in order to resolve cases without creating new ones. The research method that the author uses in this study is the empirical juridical law method, empirical juridical law is a study in addition to looking at the positive legal aspects, it also looks at its application or practice in the field. Thus the empirical juridical approach is a legal research method that seeks to see the law in a real sense or it can be said to see, examine, how the law works in society. The results shows that the handling and settlement of land cases through mediation at the Land Office of Boalemo Regency Land Office is done and carried out based on the Agrarian Affairs Minister Regulation and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 21 of 2020 concerning Handling and Settlement of Land Cases. Constraints faced in handling and resolving land cases through mediation at the Land Office of Boalemo Regency are in the form of juridical and non-juridical constraints. The juridical constraint is the technical instructions for the mediation procedure referred to by the regulation have not yet been published, while the non-juridical constraint is in the form of limited qualified human resources as mediators. Based on this, the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency in the future must make structured, systematic and massive improvements to the mediation process by immediately issuing technical instructions and improving the quality of human resources in terms of being a mediator through guidance, training and direction.

Coughing up blood or hemoptysis is expectoration of blood due to bleeding in the airway below the larynx or bleeding that comes out through the airway below the larynx. The incidence of hemoptysis in lung clinics ranges from 10 to 15 percent and for countries with a high incidence of tuberculosis, it is the cause of massive hemoptysis of 20 percent. Meanwhile, 45 percent are caused by bronchiectasis and 10 percent by tumors. The patient, a 64 year old man, came with complaints of coughing up phlegm mixed with odorless blood after the patient cleaned his house. Complaints are accompanied by stabbing pain in the left chest, fluctuating fever, weakness and difficulty sleeping. Eight years ago, the patient took OAT medication for 6 months and was declared cured. On auscultation, crackles were found in the left hemithorax. On chest x-ray, there was an impression of inactive tuberculosis with visible calcification and fibrosis in the right and left lungs. Pulmonary TB is the most common etiology in each classification of hemoptysis. Recurrent hemoptysis occurs more frequently in patients with bronchiectasis, former pulmonary TB and aspergilloma. Futsal is a sport that is carried out with high intensity and involves movements that give rise to eccentric contractions, causing stiffness and increased pain in the muscles or called DOMS. This causes SMKN 1 Driyorejo futsal players to experience complaints of muscle pain and limited joint mobility due to DOMS. Efforts are needed to overcome these complaints, one of which is with Sport Massage. This study aims to determine the effect of Sport Massage treatment on the recovery of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness after physical activity in futsal players of SMKN 1 Driyorejo team. The types of exercises performed in this study as DOMS inducers include squat jump, high knee, jump lunges, and single leg lateral jump. The pretest data collection time was carried out 2 days after the sample performed the exercise. Sport Massage was performed on day 3 on the lower extremities by observing the research SOP that has been given including the frequency of treatment 1 time and manipulation in the form of effleurage, petrissage, walken, and shaking with a massage duration of 20 minutes per sample. Posttest data will be taken the next day after the sample is given a Sport Massage. This research is quantitative with pre-experimental method and one group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 23 futsal players of SMKN 1 Driyorejo team. Based on the analysis of the statistical description of the initial data (pretest) obtained an average of 7.17 with a minimum value of 5 and a maximum value of 9 and a standard deviation of 0.984. While the final data (posttest) obtained an average of 2.26 with a minimum value of 0 and a maximum value of 4 and a standard deviation of 1.010. To determine whether there is a significant effect of Sport Massage treatment on DOMS recovery, a hypothesis test is conducted using Independent Sample T-Test. The test criteria are if the significance value (2-tailed) < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, while if the significance value (2-tailed) > 0.05 then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. The results of testing the hypothesis of this study obtained a mean value of 4.913 with a standard error of 0.294 and a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so it is concluded that there is a significant effect of pretest and posttest data on the treatment of Sport Massage on the recovery of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness after physical activity in futsal players of the SMKN 1 Driyorejo team.
