This community service activity aims to improve the quality of students' reading of the Qur'an through the application of the Tilawati method with an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach at TPQ Roudhatul Jannah, Sindangkerta Village, Pagelaran District, Cianjur Regency. TPQ previously did not have a structured tahsin learning method so that students' abilities developed unevenly. The implementation of the program is carried out through five stages of ABCD: discovery, dream, design, define & deliver, and destiny. Activities start from identifying community assets, compiling common expectations, training planning, implementing classical and individual Tilawati learning, to evaluating the sustainability of the program through munaqosah. The results showed an increase in the ability of students in the aspects of tajweed, makhraj, and fluency in reading. TPQ teachers are also able to master the Tilawati method so that learning can continue independently after the program is completed. In addition, this activity strengthens collaboration between the community, teachers, and volunteers in creating a more effective learning environment. This program proves that the empowerment of community assets and the application of the Tilawati method are able to improve the quality of tahsin of students while strengthening the sustainability of community-based Qur'an learning.

This study aims to formulate theopreneurship as a theological-entrepreneurial paradigm for empowering the church and society. The study is grounded in the problem that church ministry often remains predominantly charitable, while poverty, economic vulnerability, limited congregational independence, and weak access to productive ecosystems require a more transformative approach. This research employs a qualitative approach using a conceptual-constructive method through a literature review of theology of work, vocation, stewardship, social entrepreneurship, religion and entrepreneurship, and faith-based community empowerment. The data were analyzed through thematic content analysis and conceptual synthesis to construct a theopreneurship framework that avoids reducing church engagement in entrepreneurship to church business, commercialization of ministry, or prosperity theology. The findings indicate that theopreneurship can be understood as a reconstruction of the church’s ministry paradigm from a charitable model toward a productive empowerment ecosystem. Theopreneurship integrates theological values, ethical governance, congregational capacity formation, economic innovation, cross-sector collaboration, and social impact measurement. The central finding of this study affirms that the church does not need to become a corporation to generate economic impact; rather, it must become an empowerment ecosystem that forms congregants who are productive, ethical, independent, and socially transformative.

Performance-based management (PBM) has emerged as a critical strategic approach for enhancing organizational productivity in contemporary business environments. This systematic review examines the theoretical frameworks, implementation strategies, and empirical evidence regarding PBM systems and their impact on organizational performance from 2020 to 2025. Through analysis of peer-reviewed literature, this article identifies key mechanisms through which performance management systems influence productivity outcomes, explores organizational challenges in implementation, and proposes evidence-based recommendations for practitioners. The findings suggest that effectively designed and implemented PBM systems, when aligned with organisational strategy, employee development, and stakeholder engagement, significantly contribute to improved productivity metrics. However, success depends on comprehensive change management, adequate resource allocation, and continuous system refinement. This review provides both theoretical insights and practical guidance for organizations seeking to optimize their performance management approaches.

Background: Family planning is a critical public health strategy to control population growth and improve maternal and child health. Among the available contraceptive methods, the Intrauterine Device (IUD) is highly effective and long-term, yet its uptake remains low in many communities. Midwives play a pivotal role in promoting IUD adoption through counselling, education, and community engagement, but their effectiveness in specific local contexts requires further investigation. Objective: This study aimed to examine the role of midwives in increasing women’s participation in IUD family planning at the Bone Pantai Community Health Center. Methods: A quantitative descriptive-analytical study with a cross-sectional design was conducted. The population included women of reproductive age (15–49 years) eligible for IUD contraception and midwives providing family planning services. A purposive sampling technique was used to select participants. Data were collected through structured questionnaires, interviews, and observation checklists. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software, with descriptive statistics to summarize participant characteristics and inferential tests, including the Chi-square test, to examine relationships between midwife interventions and IUD uptake.

This study aims to describe the use of the Crossword Puzzle Game Application (TTS) as a learning medium to increase students' involvement and understanding in the learning process. The rapid development of technology demands educational innovation, and gamification, especially in the form of mobile TTS game applications, offers attractive and accessible solutions. Using qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis from selected groups of students and teachers who had used the application. The results of the study show that this application effectively increases the motivation, activeness, and vocabulary memory of students. In addition, TTS games provide challenges that spark curiosity and encourage collaboration between learners while solving puzzles. The app also provides a fun, interactive, and adaptive learning environment to individual learning needs, moving away from traditional methods that tend to be monotonous. This study concludes that the TTS Game Application is a very effective, interesting, and relevant educational tool for modern learners and has the potential to be applied to a wide range of subjects.

This study aims to analyse the design and optimization of digital marketing to increase the brand awareness of the IdRink MSME through the integration of a website and Instagram. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the Four-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), combined with prototyping techniques and evaluation through blackbox testing. Data were collected through interviews, literature review, observation, Google Analytics, Instagram Insight, and A/B testing questionnaires administered to 100 respondents. The results show that the development of a WordPress-based website and a structured Instagram content plan significantly improved IdRink’s digital performance. Within one month, the audience growth rate increased by 256%, average post reach reached 216%, and website traffic recorded 298 users. Brand awareness measurement indicated brand recognition of 74% and brand recall of 79%, higher than the comparison brand in the local beverage category. These findings indicate that integrating a website and Instagram as a digital marketing strategy is effective in moving IdRink from the unaware-of-brand stage to recognition and recall, expanding market reach, strengthening customer engagement, and building a more professional brand image among young urban consumers. The study recommends maintaining content consistency and utilising digital analytics to support future marketing decision-making.

The Regional Secretariat of Bogor City, through the Protocol and Leadership Communication Division (Prokompim), utilizes social media as a medium for public communication, focusing on the Instagram account @pemkotbogor. This study aims to analyze how the account is managed as a communication medium by the Public Relations Division and to identify the communication model applied using the Circular Model of SoMe for Social Communications (Share, Optimize, Manage, Engage). Using a qualitative descriptive method with interviews, observations, and literature studies, the research found that @pemkotbogor is managed systematically through information sharing, content optimization, account management, and public engagement. The implementation of this model has made Instagram an effective platform for disseminating government policies, promoting official activities, and strengthening the city government's positive image. Overall, the account’s management has been effective and supports two-way communication between the government and the public, though improvements are still needed in real-time interaction and creative content development to enhance engagement.

This study aims to analyze the effect of online learning engagement on student satisfaction, with time management as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design, this study involved 150 students from the UPPBJ UT Makassar Program who were selected using cluster sampling techniques. The variables used in this study included online learning engagement, technology perception, and student satisfaction, which were measured using a 5-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Smart PLS version 4.0 software, which included measurement and structural model evaluation to examine convergent, discriminant, and reliability validity. The results showed that online learning engagement did not have a significant effect on student satisfaction, although there was a positive relationship. However, online learning engagement had a significant effect on technology perception, which in turn had a significant effect on student satisfaction. Technology perception played an important role as a mediator in the relationship between online learning engagement and student satisfaction, reinforcing the direct effect. This mediating effect shows that even though online learning engagement does not directly increase satisfaction, perceptions of online learning technology play a crucial role in increasing student satisfaction. This study provides insight into the importance of technology perceptions in online learning.

This study examines job satisfaction among outsourcing employees in the Pelayanan Teknis Timur (PTT) Division of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya, with particular attention to the effects of workload and work environment. PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya, a company specializing in the processing and distribution of clean water in Surabaya, frequently encounters job dissatisfaction attributed to excessive workload and suboptimal work conditions. A quantitative research design was implemented, utilizing structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software for data analysis. Saturated sampling was applied, resulting in a sample of 57 respondents. The findings indicate that increased workload tends to reduce job satisfaction, while improvements in the work environment are associated with higher job satisfaction.

The role of technology in revitalizing expository learning strategies in the 21st century. Expository learning strategies are direct teaching methods by teachers with verbal explanations of material, which are effective in conveying factual information but have been criticized for not stimulating critical thinking and not catering to the variety of student learning styles. This study examines how the integration of digital technology and active learning approaches can improve the effectiveness and engagement of students in expository learning. The use of multimedia, digital platforms, and learning management systems (LMS) opens up opportunities for more interactive and collaborative teaching. However, challenges such as unequal access to technology and the management of digital learning must be addressed so that technology can optimally improve the quality of teaching. Curriculum revitalization is also important to align education with industry needs and technological developments, emphasizing the development of practical skills and digital literacy so that graduates are ready to compete in the global job market. This study provides analysis and suggestions for education practitioners to implement more adaptive and effective expository learning strategies in today's digital era.

The engagement (khitbah) is a crucial step before marriage. It is a formal statement made by a man to a woman he is proposing to marry. This statement can be made directly or through an intermediary. After the engagement, the marriage can be continued, or it can be postponed. Delaying marriage is permissible for those who are unable to marry, but those who are able are encouraged to do so immediately. The values of Islamic education are the development of human reason and the regulation of behavior and emotions based on Islamic teachings. Thus, Islamic educational values will bring happiness, prosperity, and salvation to humans both in this world and the hereafter. According to Islam, everyone must prepare themselves as well as possible to build relationships based on love and noble values. Physical, mental, and economic readiness are required; in this situation, in terms of the educational characteristics inherent in Islamic teachings, the goal is to build a safe, pleasant, and peaceful household environment.

The rapid growth of digital technology has revolutionized marketing practices, with social media becoming a primary platform for brand communication and audience engagement. Shopee Indonesia, as one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia, leverages various social media channels to strengthen its brand presence and connect with consumers. This study examines Shopee's digital marketing strategy through the management of the @notapprovedyet social media account, which creatively promotes Shopee products based on current social trends. The main focus of this study is to explain the content creation process and analyze the performance of accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube managed by Shopee Indonesia's Content Marketing Division. Using a creative marketing approach, this study aims to provide insights into effective social media management. The research findings are expected to contribute to understanding how the right social media strategy can increase audience engagement and brand awareness, especially in the highly competitive e-commerce industry.

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged public institutions to adapt their communication strategies to social media platforms. This study aims to analyze the digital communication strategy of Perumda Transpakuan Bogor through TikTok as a medium for public service communication. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation of the official TikTok account, in-depth interviews with the Public Relations Division, and documentation. The findings show that Perumda Transpakuan Bogor applies three main pillars in its TikTok communication strategy: setting communication objectives, developing a light and informative communication style, and maintaining content consistency through a monthly content plan. The role of the Social Media Specialist is central in managing production stages from pre-production to post-publication by aligning creative trends with institutional messages. The results also reveal that TikTok effectively increases public awareness and engagement through interactive, educational, and entertaining content. This research implies that strengthening digital communication capacity and continuous evaluation of media strategies are essential for improving public service innovation and institutional credibility in the digital era.

This study examines how the Public Relations Division (PROKOMPIM) of the Bogor City Government disseminates public information through social media, particularly Instagram, as part of its strategic communication efforts in the digital era. Using the theoretical framework of Government Public Relations (GPR) by Widodo Muktiyo (2020), this research highlights the essential role of government public relations in building public trust, ensuring transparency, and strengthening the positive image of government institutions. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze communication strategies, message delivery, and audience engagement in the dissemination process. The findings show that social media serves as an effective and interactive medium for delivering accurate, relevant, and timely information to the public. Furthermore, the use of digital platforms allows PROKOMPIM to foster two-way communication, increase community participation, and enhance the credibility of local governance through more accessible, transparent, and responsive public communication.

This study investigates students’ perceptions of Smalltalk2Me, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered conversational assistant designed to improve speaking skills in classroom learning. The main objective of this research is to explore how students perceive the tool’s effectiveness, usefulness, interactivity, and overall learning experience when using it for speaking practice. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through semi-structured interviews involving students who had used Smalltalk2Me as part of their English-speaking activities. The interview data were analyzed thematically to identify emerging patterns related to engagement, motivation, and skill development. The findings reveal that students view Smalltalk2Me as an effective and accessible tool that enhances speaking fluency and confidence since it allows practice anytime and anywhere. Students also appreciate its realistic conversation simulations and personalized feedback, which help them recognize pronunciation errors, improve vocabulary use, and refine sentence structure. Additionally, the AI assistant creates a supportive and low-anxiety learning environment, making learners more comfortable expressing themselves in English. Overall, the study concludes that Smalltalk2Me serves as a valuable supplementary tool for improving students’ speaking competence and fostering autonomous learning in technology-enhanced language classrooms.

Fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 76/IX Mendalo still show low learning motivation in Natural Sciences and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects. This is evident from their low attention, lack of enthusiasm, and tendency to chat during learning, which is caused by teachers not implementing appropriate learning methods and media. This study was conducted to increase student interest through PJBL with the use of audiovisual media, by means of a Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology, separated into two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings. Minority clients’ self-confidence is often influenced by various obstacles that arise within the context of multicultural counseling. These obstacles can be internal or external, including experiences of discrimination, social prejudice, language differences, and conflicts related to cultural identity. Counselors who are not sensitive to clients’ cultural and social dynamics risk reinforcing low self-confidence and hindering the counseling process. This study aims to analyze these barriers and identify effective intervention strategies to enhance minority clients’ self-confidence. The method used is a comprehensive literature review of studies related to multicultural counseling, self-esteem, and empowerment of minority clients. The analysis shows that culturally-based counseling approaches, adaptive communication, and the application of empowerment techniques can help clients overcome psychological and social barriers. Additionally, creating an inclusive and emotionally safe counseling environment has been proven to increase client engagement and strengthen self-confidence. This study emphasizes the importance of multicultural training for counselors and the implementation of strategies that respect clients’ cultural identities. The findings provide practical implications for counselors to develop effective interventions that support the psychological well-being of minority clients.

This study examines audience-based digital da'wah and counseling strategies to address communication challenges in the modern era. Digital da'wah is the delivery of Islamic teachings through social media and online platforms, while digital counseling provides psychological and spiritual support through digital communication channels. This study employed a literature review method, analyzing various relevant academic sources. The findings indicate that understanding the audience is crucial to ensuring da'wah and counseling messages remain relevant, targeted, and impactful. Audience segmentation based on age, cultural background, digital literacy, and spiritual and psychological needs is crucial in designing communication strategies. Adjusting language style, selecting appropriate media, and utilizing creative communication methods can increase audience engagement and strengthen the effectiveness of da'wah and counseling. By understanding audience characteristics in depth, digital da'wah and counseling strategies can be delivered more effectively, have a positive impact, and meet the spiritual and psychological needs of society in this digital era.

This study examines participatory leadership styles and their influence on organizational innovation in state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in Indonesia. Participative leadership involves subordinates actively in the decision-making process, which contributes to increased motivation, productivity, and individual performance within the organization. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study explores the concepts and practices of leadership and innovation applied in SOEs. The results show that participatory leadership not only increases employee engagement but also creates a collaborative and innovative work environment. By involving different generations in decision-making, leaders can leverage the experience of senior generations and fresh ideas from younger generations, thereby encouraging more creative and relevant innovation. The implications of this research indicate that the application of a participatory leadership style is very important for SOEs to strengthen their competitiveness, adapt to market changes, and make a significant contribution to national development. This research provides valuable insights for leadership development and innovation strategies in the SOE sector in Indonesia.
