The construction implementation method is a very important part of the construction project to obtain the objectives of the project, the cost, quality and time. The technology aspect is very important in a construction project. Using the method of proper, practical, fast, and safe is very helpful in a construction project. Preloading and Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) methods are intended to accelerate settlement and increase the bearing capacity of soft native soils by reducing pore water through PVD in the soil with the intention of reducing water content or air content in soil grains so as to accelerate long-term settlement. Preloading with PVD can reduce the material used for pre-loading, reduce embankment material, accelerate consolidation time, and increase embankment stability.

Quality control review of concrete at PT. Merak Jaya Beton is important to ensure that the work carried out meets quality standards and is implemented according to existing procedures. PT. Merak Jaya Beton is one of the companies in Indonesia that produces precast concrete. At PT. Merak Jaya Beton, quality is highly regarded from trials before being taken to projects (trial mix and F’c)to construction projects (Slump tests), checking the proportions of mixtures and uniformity of basic materials at the batching plant, to hammer test checks. The process of selecting the right concrete materials can determine the amount or quantity of dependency on materials considering the quality requirements of the concrete used. Several specifications of ready-mix concrete are produced to meet the specifications demands from clients. Meanwhile, for material quantity planning based on the production volume to be implemented, it includes material needs, ordering cycles, and the amount of orders. In concrete mixtures, there are materials added during the Mixing process (admixtures), this is aimed to alter the properties of concrete to make it more suitable and cost-effective.

Concrete is a rock made from a mixture of cement, sand, aggregate and water. For this reason, this construction material is very important to develop. One effort to develop it is by utilizing industrial waste. Like other industrial waste, wood ash waste can also be used as a partial replacement for cement. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of adding wood ash as an additive to cement on the compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete, as well as to determine the effect of varying the percentage of wood ash in the concrete mixture on the compressive strength and split tensile strength of concrete. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with experimental methods, namely by comparing normal concrete with 3 variations of mixture to determine the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the concrete. The results of the research showed that the experimental compressive strength and split tensile strength of concrete on normal concrete and variations of 3 mixtures, namely 2%, 4% and 6% of cement, obtained experimental results on the compressive strength of concrete for 28 days of normal concrete with an average of the average of 25,478 Mpa decreased with a 2% variation with an average of 24,723 Mpa, and decreased drastically for a 4% variation with an average of 19,439 Mpa, and for a 6% variation with an average of 18,967 MPa. Meanwhile, in testing the split tensile strength of normal concrete with an average of 7.185 Mpa, it experienced an increase from normal concrete with a variation of 2% with an average of 7.333 Mpa, and experienced a decrease from normal concrete with a variation of 4% with an average of 6.667 Mpa, and 6%. with an average of 6 Mpa. So it can be concluded that concrete with a variation of 2% wood ash does not really affect the compressive strength of the concrete, but the more wood ash that is added, the compressive strength of the concrete will decrease. From this research it can be concluded that the use of wood ash does not achieve the planned compressive strength so it is not suitable for use in construction.

Concrete is an artificial stone made from a mixture of cement, sand, aggregate and water. For this reason, this construction material is considered very important to continue to be developed. One effort to develop is by improving the weak properties of the concrete itself. From this, researchers will use additional materials such as fiber palm fiber and sika visconcrate in the concrete mixture. Fiber fiber itself has durable properties and does not rot easily in open conditions or embedded in the ground, while sika visconcrate is a chemical that is used as an additive in the mixture to increase the workability, quality and strength of concrete with the desired properties. The method used in this research is quantitative experimentation. The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of concrete using palm fiber and sika visconcrate with variations of 3%, 5% and 7% from normal concrete. The results of the research show that the average compressive strength of normal concrete is 25,572 MPa, 3% SI+SV variation concrete has an average of 27,365 MPa, 5% SI+SV variation concrete has an average of 26,704 MPa, and 7% SI+ SV variation concrete The average is 26,044 MPa. The split tensile strength test results of normal concrete averaged 6.074 MPa, 3% SI+SV variation concrete averaged 6.444 MPa, 5% SI+SV variation concrete averaged 7.852 MPa, and 7% variation concrete averaged amounting to 8,148 MPa.

This Journal discusses the juridical analysis of compensation in land acquisition due to the construction of dam reservoirs in Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Procurement of land for the benefit of development is often collided with the stages that take time, whereas the land is needed immediately. The rules for the implementation of land acquisition state that for the acquisition of land with an area of not more than 1 hectare, it can be carried out directly by agencies that require land with the right parties. One of the problems that arise in the procurement of land is the provision of compensation to the owner of the land that will be used for construction. Article 27 of Law No. 2 of 2012 on Land Acquisition for Development states that land acquisition must include an assessment of compensation and the provision of appropriate and fair compensation to the entitled party and Article 1365 of the Civil Code. This study uses empirical research methods with a case approach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of compensation in land acquisition due to the construction of dam reservoirs and the inhibiting factors in the provision of compensation. The legal basis is a reference in the procurement of land in Indonesia. In practice, however, there are some obstacles to the award of damages. In the case of the construction of a reservoir dam, the government and companies have promised compensation to the public since 2013. However, as of 2019, the land has not been compensated to the community. In 2022, the land was flooded and could no longer be managed by the community, so the case had to be resolved through litigation. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide a deeper understanding of this problem and become a reference in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of land acquisition in Indonesia.

An anchor is a steel element that is embedded in concrete when it is cast (cast in place) or installed later (post-installed) into concrete that has hardened and is used to distribute loads (tension and shear) acting on the concrete (SNI 2847:2019). The use of anchors in the world of construction is increasingly popular to help connect concrete structures. The installation of anchors has progressed from the initial anchors being installed before casting the concrete (cast in place), progressing to the anchors being installed after the concrete has hardened (post installed) by drilling. By drilling into concrete, installing and removing anchors becomes easier. Installation of cast-in-place anchors is generally used in the design of new construction, while post-installed anchor installation is generally used in old construction for repairs or retrofitting. Anchors have several variations including hed heax, L bolt and J bolt anchor variations, but it is not yet known which anchor variation has a greater bond strength value, what are the results of the comparison of bond strength values for each variation of anchor and what are the differences in the anchor bond strength capacity for each variation? the anchor. With this research, it is hoped that we can find out the bond strength and bond stress values for each variation of anchor so that the comparison of the bond strength of the anchor can answer the differences in capacity of each variation of the anchor as well. Research on the bond strength of anchors based on variations in anchor shape using the cast in place method shows that the bond strength value shown at the highest loading value is the type J anchor variation with an average load of 27,816 kN, the type L anchor variation with an average load of 26,971 kN and variations of the hex head type anchor with an average load of 12.85 kN. It can be concluded that the stress value is directly proportional to the loading value. The greater the loading value, the greater the bond stress value. The highest bond stress value is found in the type J anchor variation with an average bond stress value of 151,397 Mpa, in the L type anchor variation with an average bond stress value of 147,798 Mpa and in the hex head type anchor variation with an average bond stress value of 69.953 Mpa, so the bond stress is directly proportional to the loading value.

Ezra means helper. Ezra was a prophet sent by God to lead the Israelites after the exile. After the exile ended, the Israelites intended to build a temple for God. They face many challenges and obstacles, but when God is with them everything can be overcome easily. Just like us today, when we surrender to God everything we want, God will suffice. Just as in building God's house of worship, the Israelites were so enthusiastic when they wanted to build God's house, we too as God's congregation should have the same commitment as the Israelites in building God's house. Because that is one form in which we glorify God and how we give what is best for God. We must emulate the Israelites with great enthusiasm. When they laid the first stone in the construction of God's house, they were very happy, they praised God, sang and played musical instruments such as the harp, ciracap and also the trumpet. Even among all the shouts of cheers and songs of joy, there were also those among them who were crying, moved by what they had been through so far. Such great enthusiasm enabled the Israeli people to do this and overcome all the challenges in their lives.
