Alpen Food Industry, the most renowned ice cream manufacturer in Indonesia, boasts a widespread presence with 80,000 outlets across the nation. However, beneath the surface of PT. Alpen Food Industry's success, having once been honored with the Excellent Brand Award, allegations of labor law violations have emerged, leading to protests by its employees. In an effort to fight for their rights, the workers staged a two-week strike. The strike was initiated to advocate for their entitlements. Additionally, PT. Alpen Food Industry is accused of unilaterally implementing Termination of Employment (PHK) procedures. Nonetheless, the company refutes these allegations, asserting that they conducted the PHK in accordance with existing protocols and guidelines. They claim to have sent two separate Call Letters to the workers, which went unanswered, and argue that this inaction is tantamount to resignation based on the prevailing guidelines. This research employed a qualitative approach, gathering data through literature review methods involving various sources such as journals, news articles, and websites. The author then drew conclusions based on the obtained data. The research findings suggest that the dispute arose primarily from a lack of communication between the workers and the employer.  

This study aims to clearly describe the regulation of regulations that examine changes in the Employment Copyright Act, the legal consequences that can be caused to companies if they do not provide severance pay at the time of Termination of Employment and Government Regulation no. 35 of 2021. This type of research uses a normative juridical research model. Based on the Employment Act, a person who has retired, his rights and severance pay must be paid in accordance with the mandate of Article 156 paragraph (1). The results of this study are 1). based on several legal provisions as mentioned above, we can conclude that the retirement age in 2022 is at the age of 58 (fifty eight) years, 2). the current regulation regarding layoffs does not have to go through the determination of the Industrial Relations Court (PHI), the Company only needs to inform the workers of the intent and reason for the layoffs. If the worker refuses to be laid off, the worker can propose bipartite negotiations to the company and if a meeting point does not occur, mediation can be carried out, up to a settlement at the PHI, 3). different arrangements between the Manpower Act and the Job Creation Act. Among them is the amount of entitlement to severance pay. In the Manpower Act, a person who retires gets a severance pay amount of 2x (twice) the provisions of Article 156. Given the wage disparity and perceived injustice experienced by both permanent and contract workers, it is necessary to conduct a study on legal protection regarding wages for the well-being of laborers. Therefore, this research aims to examine the role of labor protection policies, including social security for workers, fair wages, and the protection of labor rights, in promoting labor welfare. This study utilizes a qualitative method, which involves describing data and organizing it into various sentences. Additionally, a descriptive method is employed, where data is derived from words, sentences, images, and information from various books, journals, and other scholarly works that serve as references for labor protection and worker well-being. The findings of the discussion indicate that labor protection in the form of social security, fair wages, and labor rights plays a significant role in improving labor welfare.

Women workers in Indonesia have an important role in the Indonesian economy. Women and men as subjects and objects of development have the same rights, obligations and opportunities. Employers may not discriminate against women workers in terms of wages, promotion and career development. Writing this is to determine the need for legal protection for women workers. Therefore, the state provides legal protection, namely Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower to provide protection for women workers.

AUTO2000 Basuki Rahmat is one of the branches dealer Toyota, which is located in the city of Surabaya, is engaged in services such as sales, maintenance, repair and supply of Toyota spare parts whose management is fully handled by the Astra Group. The company always strives to provide fast and accurate service, but customers spend quite a long time waiting because the car service process is relatively long. The long service time is caused by an unorganized operational system that causes waste (waste). Based on these problems, it is necessary to analyze Basuki Rahmat's car service services at AUTO2000 using the concept lean service by using the method value stream mapping, fishbone, and 5 whys. The research results obtained weight waste motion or transportation of 0.1481; waiting or delay of 0.1325; incorrect inventory of 0.1273; lack of customer’s focus of 0.1195; defect of 0.1065; duplication of 0.0935; overproduction of 0.0779; unclear communication of 0.0675; underutilized employees of 0.0675; And variation of 0.0597. Research recommendations that can be proposed to reduce waste including repairs layout, adding monitors on the service floor for matters of sending and receiving information, increasing the number of mechanics, making plans booking with different hours, making and applying the system tracking of the presence of the tool. Therefore, lead time the initial service service process of 170 minutes becomes lead time 128 minutes.

This study aims to analyze the P5 Program as an implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the context of potential inhibiting factors. The literature review method was employed to gather information related to identified inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program. Searches were conducted in educational literature, academic journals, and publications related to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and the P5 Program. Based on the literature analysis, the identified inhibiting factors include resource readiness, teacher understanding, and preparedness, as well as time and space limitations. To address these factors, proposed efforts encompass increasing educational investment, teacher training, and development, as well as collaboration between schools and the community. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for educational practitioners and decision-makers in identifying and overcoming inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program, thus enhancing the effectiveness and success of the program in achieving the desired educational goals.

This study wants to explain in detail the influence of motivation, compensation and service on employee productivity. Collecting data in this study using quantitative methods. Processing data using a purposive sampling technique. As for the research sample, namely employees who work at PT Inalum. The results of the study show that by providing great motivation to employees, employee performance is considered to be more productive. Compensation is also essential in increasing employees' morale at PT Inalum. By providing payment to employees, employees will be more diligent in carrying out their respective duties, likewise with training which has a vital role in honing every employee's abilities at PT Inalum. It can be concluded that motivation, compensation and training greatly influence employee work productivity.

Accountability in village governance is crucial to ensure responsible government oversight of village financial management and prevent misappropriation. Cupak Village, renowned as a religious tourism destination in Gunung Pucangan, possesses potential in the craft of weaving mats using pandan leaves. However, the village community lacks the capacity to fully utilize this potential as an additional source of income. To address various issues faced by the community, particularly in establishing accountability in event fund management for a cultural parade called "Kirab Budaya," a community engagement activity called the "Matching Fund Kedaireka 2022" was conducted in Cupak Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency. The implementation aimed to generate significant outcomes in the planning of the cultural parade event, enhance the sustainability of community welfare, and boost the economic potential of Cupak Village. The arts and cultural program employed various approaches, including socialization, training, and mentoring. The training program was designed to provide the community with understanding and skills related to financial matters and accountability in fund management.

in this article the factors that influence the effectiveness of the Accounting Information System, namely Information Technology Utilization, Knowledge of Accounting Employees and Training as Control Variables, a literature study of Accounting information systems. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are:  1) Information Technology Utilization affects the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems; 2) Knowledge of Accounting Section Employees affects the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems; and 3) Training as a Control Variable affects the Effectiveness of the Accounting Information System.

The study explores the application of behavioral accounting techniques and their impact on the overall performance of PT Indofood. By examining the relationship between behavior and organizational outcomes, this analysis provides insights into the effectiveness of behavioral accounting in enhancing performance and achieving organizational goals. The findings highlight the importance of integrating behavioral accounting practices in PT Indofood's management strategies to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee motivation, and ultimately improve organizational performance

This study aims to analyze the influence of the agricultural sector on the economy in Medan Province. The agricultural sector plays a vital role in the economy of a region, particularly in agrarian areas like Medan Province. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from relevant institutions and statistical agencies. The research method employed is linear regression analysis, using the dependent variable of economic growth in Medan Province and the independent variable of agricultural sector production value. The results of the analysis indicate a positive relationship between the agricultural sector and economic growth in Medan Province. The regression results show that the production value of the agricultural sector contributes significantly to economic growth in the region. This indicates that the development of the agricultural sector has a positive impact on the economy of Medan Province. The study also identifies other factors that can influence the relationship between the agricultural sector and the economy, such as climate factors, government policies, and market factors. The findings of this research can serve as a basis for relevant stakeholders, both the government and industry players, in formulating policies and development strategies for the agricultural sector to enhance economic growth in Medan Province.  

This article aims to compile information on the implementation of informatics learning outcomes (CP) in mathematics education at elementary schools. The study utilizes a descriptive analytical research approach, employing library research methods to gather data from journals, news, and books obtained from both internet sources and digital libraries. Data collection techniques involve conducting a literature review, while qualitative analysis is employed to describe the data obtained through document analysis. The results demonstrate that there are three key elements of informatics learning outcomes that are absent during phase A of mathematics education in elementary schools.

This study aims to determine how much influence employee discipline and work environment have on employee performance in the PGS Cimanggis Village. The research method is a quantitative approach using non-probability sampling data collection techniques. The number of samples taken using the slovin formula is as many as 52 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires in Likert scale units. Data processing uses SPSS 26 software for instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that work discipline partially has a positive and significant relationship to employee performance. The work environment also has a positive and significant relationship to employee performance. Then through simultaneous testing of the two variables of work discipline and the work environment have a positive and significant relationship to employee performance

Every organization is established based on certain goals and targets. Likewise with school. Every school has its own goals. This goal will not be realized without the support of adequate human resources. Because human resources are very influential on the success or failure of a school in achieving goals. Every school always tries to increase employee productivity in order to survive, develop and have high trust from outsiders. In order to increase employee productivity, it is often necessary to improve and improve the human resources of employees. However, activities to increase the human resources of employees often do not achieve what they expect, namely achieving the goals of the school organization such as increasing employee productivity. Even though they already have the resources qualified employees, employees may not necessarily be able to provide good work results for school organizations if they are still in the shackles of a work culture that is less supportive and not conducive. This research is a type of quantitative research using a survey approach which intends to test the combination/influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable, namely organizational culture on employee productivity at UPT SMAN 3 Wajo. The number of samples taken from UPT SMAN 3 Wajo employees is 40 people from the total employees. there are 67 people. Based on the results of data processing using the SPSS 22 for windows program where a person correlation value of 528 was obtained, this shows that between organizational culture and employee productivity at UPT SMAN 3 Wajo is in a fairly strong category and a relation coefficient (R) is obtained of 0.528 which shows that the relationship between Organizational Culture variables and employee productivity at UPT SMAN 3 Wajo is in a fairly strong category.

This study aims to reveal the effect of motivation on employee performance, especially in the Sajoanging District office, Kabupaten For this reason, information was collected by direct observation (observation), submitting questionnaires/questionsnaires and seeking supporting data in the form of official documents. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Sajoanging District office, Wajo Regency.  supported by the results of research which revealed that in a good category generally motivation is in the very good category and employee performance is in.

This study aims to determine how much influence the leadership style of the Tempe village head has on community satisfaction at the Tempoe Village Office, Wajo Regency, using survey research, namely only a portion of the population is used as a sample. The population in this study were 174 people, then the Sloavin formula was used to determine the sample and to produce a sample of 64 people, the sample used was random sampling (simple random sample). Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. For data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative associative analysis techniques. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), work engagement (X2) to organizationcommitment (Y1) and employeeperformance (Y2). In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 90 respondents to determine the response of respondents to each variable. Then analyze the data obtained in the form ofquantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis include validity and reliability test, the classicassumption test, hypothesis testing via the F test and t test and analysistest, the coefficient of determination (R2). Data analysis techniques used were linear regression analysis that serves to prove the research hypo thesis. The datathat have met the test validity, test reliability, and classical assumption processed so as to produce the followingregression equation: Y1= 0.244X1 + 0.467X2 and Y2 = 0,202X1 + 0,394X2 + 0,209X3 . Results of the analysis with sobel test  found that Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), workengagement (X2) has a positive and significant influence on organization commitment (Y1) and Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), work engagement (X2) , Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X3) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y2) . Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that independent variables found to significantly affect  dependent variables.

Product attractiveness is everything that traders/sellers can offer to be noticed, requested, sought after, purchased, consumed by the market as a fulfilment of market needs or desires. The purpose of this study is to examine the background of the existence of Meranti sponge cake culinary, to find out how much Meranti sponge cake is enjoyed, to find out how Meranti sponge cake marketing techniques. This is a qualitative descriptive study with a literature study research method through decision studies sourced from journals of previous research results. The results of the review study show that Meranti's enthusiasts are greatly increasing by around 5% - 10% per year. The marketing techniques carried out by Meranti are improving product quality by innovating, increasing or expanding branches/shopping access (shopeefood, grabfood), making interesting new products so that consumers are interested in trying, increasing the potential of employees to help smooth the selling of Meranti sponge cake.

Even though the Covid-19 pandemic has ended, awareness about cleanliness remains an important factor in people's lives. At the tofu factory in Karanglo Village there is no special hand washing area for employees, this certainly supports the spread of disease due to lack of cleanliness. This problem can be overcome by making special hand washing facilities for employees so that cleanliness can be maintained. The method used in this research is the observation method which is done by observing the behavior and activities of a person directly. With the existence of hand washing facilities at the tofu factory in Karanglo Village, it is hoped that it will be able to provide knowledge and insight regarding awareness of maintaining cleanliness and solutions in overcoming the hygienic problems of processed products. Evaluation is carried out by periodic checking to find out whether the tool can function properly. From the activity of making a hand washing station for the tofu factory in Karanglo Village, the factory employees can easily wash their hands both before and after work so that the hygiene of processed products is guaranteed.
