This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Delegation of the Regent's authority to the Sub-district Head has not been running optimally. The improvement of public services is still not optimal. Limited facilities/infrastructure in the sub-district. The number of employees in the sub-district is still limited. Not all SKPDs that delegate authority have technical instructions for the implementation of the delegation of authority by the sub-district. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The sampling technique uses a purposive sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 5 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of the study obtained are as follows: The Effectiveness of the Delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in Improving Public Services (Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 Concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head) has been implemented well, especially in the implementation of aspects of licensing, recommendations, coordination, coaching, supervision, facilitation, and implementation. The implementation of Public Services according to Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head has been implemented well, such as in terms of service procedures, service time, service costs, service products, service facilities and infrastructure, and the competence of service officers. The obstacles faced by the Sub-district Head in the effectiveness of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the Sub-district in Ciamis Regency are Limited budget; Lack of facilities and infrastructure to support public services; Lack of human resources; Many human resources do not yet have competence; Lack of public awareness to make permits; not all technical instructions have been made regarding the delegated authority; There are still requirements that must be completed at the Regency level, whether permits must be made immediately at the sub-district, so that it hinders the completion process and the completion time becomes long. Meanwhile, the results of observations show that the number of service providers is still very limited, where each officer has their own main duties and functions. Efforts made by the Sub-district Head to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the sub-districts in Ciamis Regency, are to increase the budget; complete and improve facilities and infrastructure to support services to the community; propose additional human resources; improve human resource competency through coaching and training; increase public awareness to make permits through socialization; request clear technical instructions regarding the delegated authority; in the completion process and completion time are made easier by assigning district employees to carry out services in the sub-district.

This study examines the effectiveness of using audio media in improving the memorization of short surahs. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources consist of Islamic Education teachers, classroom teachers, and 33 students. Data analysis techniques were conducted through (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion drawing. Data validity was checked through four steps: 1) Credibility, 2) Dependability, 3) Confirmability, and 4) Triangulation. The results show that the effectiveness of using audio media in improving the memorization of short surahs at Madrasah Tsanawiyah An-Nur Monano Gorontalo is significant. Teachers were able to provide good short surah memorization materials to students, enabling them to memorize the surahs perfectly and fluently. Additionally, teachers were able to impart the understanding to students that memorizing short surahs is beneficial. Besides the fact that many students liked the media, they felt helped in repeatedly reviewing the memorized short surahs fluently and correctly. Thus, audio media is considered effective in facilitating the memorization of short surahs, with a high degree of effectiveness, as evidenced by the following grades: A- 36.36%, B+ 54.54%, C 3.03%, and 6.06%.

The development of information technology provides opportunities for educators to create more efficient and interactive learning evaluation media. This study aims to design and develop a computer-based test media using Wondershare Quiz Creator as a tool to support online learning. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The results show that the developed test media is capable of providing various types of questions, such as multiple choice, short answer, true-false, and matching, and is equipped with features such as automatic feedback, time settings, and exportable test results. User testing indicates that the media is easy to use, responsive, and effective in supporting the learning evaluation process in online learning. In addition, educators can quickly create, manage, and distribute tests through digital platforms without requiring advanced technical skills. Thus, the use of Wondershare Quiz Creator has proven to be an alternative solution for providing practical and interactive computer-based test media that supports improving the quality of online learning. This classroom action research was carried out to improve the learning process which was not yet optimal and the low learning outcomes in class V of SD Negeri Marga Cinta Kab. East Oku.  This research aims to evaluate the effect of applying the demonstration method on students' understanding and learning outcomes regarding science subjects regarding animal and human movement organs. Implementation of improvements was carried out in two cycles, namely Cycle I on 06 May 2022 and Cycle II on 08 May 2022. In Cycle I, there were several problems that arose during the learning process so that the expected goals were not achieved optimally. Only 63.6% of the student data obtained scores above the requirements for completeness or (KKM). However, in Cycle II, the learning process becomes more conducive and the expected goals can be achieved well. The demonstration method has succeeded in increasing students' enthusiasm, activeness and learning outcomes very satisfactorily, achieving a success percentage of 100%. This shows that the application of the demonstration method effectively increases students' understanding and learning outcomes in the science subject material on animal and human movement organs in class V of SD Negeri Marga Cinta Kab. East Oku. These results indicate that the demonstration method can be an effective alternative in improving student learning outcomes in animal and human movement organs.

This community service and research aims to increase public awareness of the importance of improving parenting patterns in families and provide an understanding of the health impacts of early prostitution behavior deviations. In addition, the community is also given legal education so that the community knows the consequences of early prostitution. This community service was carried out for two days, where the first day was a seminar and the second day met and greeted the community directly from house to house so that the community could consult directly for free. Students of the BPI STAI YPIQ Baubau study program also helped smooth the process of counseling activities by dividing tasks, some were in charge of the event section, consumption, and documentation so that the activities ran smoothly. The facts found in the field turned out that the community was still not aware of the dangers of early prostitution and their literacy was still very low, so the community service efforts that researchers and several stakeholders involved did greatly helped the community to be aware and careful with the environment and technological tools that could lead children into early prostitution deviations.

Hospitals in guaranteeing good service quality and patient safety must be proven through accreditation. Accreditation is carried out by submitting an application to the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS). Hospital Accreditation is a way of monitoring the implementation of measuring hospital performance indicators. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out the importance of improving the quality of hospitals, especially for hospital structures and health workers. The method in this scientific article is to compare cases from several hospital studies that apply the accreditation process and the literature collected at the editing (re-examination) stage. The data is then processed and analyzed and conclusions drawn. The findings from the study of the application of hospitals in the importance of holding accreditation are to improve the quality of hospital services, improve hospital patient safety, increase protection for patients, the public, human resources for hospitals and hospitals as institutions and support government programs in the health sector. It can be concluded that the importance of hospitals carrying out accreditation is to ensure good service quality and patient safety must be proven through accreditation. Accreditation is carried out by submitting an application to the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS). Suggestions made for hospital agencies, namely hospitals that have obtained national accreditation status are required to make strategic improvement plans in accordance with the surveyor's recommendations to meet hospital service standards that have not been achieved.

This study aims to determine the application of problem based learning learning models with lottery game media in improving junior high school students' problem solving abilities. This research is an experimental research in the form of Pre-Experimental Designs. The design used is One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The population in this study were class VIII A and class VIII B. The sample in this study was students of class VIII B consisting of 20 students with the selection of subjects based on the cluster random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a measurement technique with a data collection tool in the form of test questions in essay form. The data analysis technique used was anava one line of dissimilar cells, with further testing using the Scheffe method. The research results obtained were that there was a significant increase in students' mathematical problem solving abilities before and after being given treatment through the problem based learning model using lottery media with high categories.  

The purpose of this research is to improve students’ reading comprehension through snowball throwing techniques at SMP Negeri 2 Tompaso. The students in the sample were all in first grade, and there were 22 of them. This is a quantitative study that used a pre-experimental design with one group pre-testing and post-testing. The instrument used in collecting data is a multiple-choice test. The result shows that the mean score of the students’ pretest was 6.9 and the mean score of the posttest was 7.9. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the softball throwing technique improved students’ reading comprehension.

In terms of improving human resources in the company, it is necessary to evaluate employee performance. By evaluating employee performance, companies have supporting data and information to evaluate human resources to make them even better. Employee performance is important in a company because it will affect the achievement desired by the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significant influence of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees in family companies in Surabaya. This study used a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis because the sample used was a questionnaire with a total of 73 respondents. The results showed that some work motivation, work discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work motivation, work discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees in family companies in Surabaya.

The feasibility of teaching is not only measured based on formal education but also must be measured based on how the teacher's ability in teaching and material mastery sessions, mastering, choosing and using methods, media and learning evaluation. The purpose of this study is to increase teacher performance in developing evaluation of learning outcomes through Academic Supervision at Bilal One Roof Public Middle School, East Adonara District, 2020/2021 Academic Year. The effectiveness of implementing school principal academic supervision in improving teacher performance in developing evaluations of learning outcomes at Bilal One Roof Public Middle School, Adonara Timur District for the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of research is school action research through the implementation of the Principal's academic supervision including planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of the study show (1) the increase in teacher performance by the principal through the academic supervision of the principal shows an increase in each round. (2) The activities of the school principal show that coaching activities through the academic supervision of the school principal are useful and can help teachers more easily understand the concept of the teacher's role and function so that teacher performance can increase.

Madrasah with good assessment in the eyes of the community will have a good impact on the madrasa. This requires a strategy carried out by the Head of madrasah so that the madrasah he leads becomes a favorite. The purpose of this study is to explain the strategies used and the constraints faced in the strategy of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mathlaul Anwar Tegal Waru Ciampea Bogor to increase the number of students. This research is a research using qualitative methods. This qualitative research method was chosen because the researcher intends to describe and analyze certain phenomena in depth and detail. Data collection methods used by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research on the strategy carried out by MI Mathlaul Anwar Ciampea Bogor by applying two strategies. First, the intern strategy with two steps, 1) Improving the quality of students, 2) Improving infrastructure. Second, the external strategy is, 1) Brochure distribution, 2 Openings for Marawis and Tahfiz extracurricular activities. The obstacles faced by madrasah are; 1) the location of the madrasa is far from the city center 2) There is intense competition between educational institutions, 3) The Covid-19 pandemic situation forces online learning.

The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the analysis of improving students' mathematical communication skills with Realistic Mathematics Education approach. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research using the library research method. The subject of this research is the most published articles in published journals about mathematical communication skills through Realistic Mathematics Education approach to junior high school students. Based on the findings from 5 journals, it was found that students' mathematical communication improved better in students who studied with Realistic Mathematics Education approach compared to students who studied with conventional learning. Realistic Mathematics Education approach can improve students' ability to describe, understand, and represent mathematical ideas contained in pictures, tables or diagrams. So, Realistic Mathematics Education approach is one approach that can improve students' mathematical communication skills at the junior high school level with effect size score of 1,158 in the large effect category.

Christian religious education is an important aspect in the formation of character and the development of children. In this context, teacher creativity and the role of parents play a significant role in increasing children's interest in learning through Christian religious education. However, there are challenges in terms of a lack of understanding of the importance of creativity, a lack of creative teaching methods, and suboptimal involvement between teachers and parents. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the role of teacher and parent creativity in increasing children's interest in learning through Christian religious education. Through a qualitative approach and data analysis, this study identified existing problems and provided workable solutions. The results of the study show that a deep understanding of the importance of creativity, the use of creative teaching methods, and the active involvement of teachers and parents can encourage children's interest in learning in the context of Christian religious education. This study provides practical recommendations to enhance the role of teacher and parent creativity in strengthening children's interest in learning through Christian religious education, with the hope of improving the quality of Christian religious education that children receive.

Nutrition for pregnant women should receive attention because nutrition influences fetal development. However, in the reality, the knowledge of pregnant women about nutrition for the fetus is still low. One of the efforts to prevent the fetal growth problem is by consuming fish. This research determined the correlation between knowledge level about fish nutrition and the importance of consuming fish as the nutrition for pregnant women to prevent stunting. This correlation analytical research design used a retrospective approach. The population consisted of 82 respondents from all first and second-trimester mothers at MIP Mustofiah, Weding Bonang Village, Demak. The sample consisted of 76 participants taken with purposive sampling. The applied instrument was questionnaires of knowledge level and food frequency. The data analysis applied Pearson's product-moment correlation test. The results showed that the pregnant women at MIP Mustofiah, Weding village, did not consume fish as an important nutrient for pregnant women in preventing stunting. They did not consume fish because they had lower knowledge about the nutrition of fish. The evidence was the obtained p-value, 0.000 lower than 0.05. The value indicated the correlation between the knowledge level about fish nutrition and the consumption of fish as the nutritional source for pregnant women in preventing stunting. The observable correlation was strong, indicated by r-value = 0.803. The results recommended pregnant women improve their knowledge by following health socialization, reading mass media, and improving the consumption of fish as a nutritional source of pregnant women. This study aims to analyze the effect of recording, reporting and monitoring on public sector performance, and analyze the dominant influence between recording, reporting and monitoring on public sector performance. This type of research is quantitative which is designed to answer the problems that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved as well as to test hypotheses. The population is all employees of the Wajo District Education Office. The sample size was selected using purposive, namely the employees of the financial management division who were determined as many as 97 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that recording had a significant effect on public sector performance. This shows that the apparatus in the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office has carried out budget records in accordance with the applicable mechanism, starting from recording income, spending and proposed changes to the budget, which have contributed to improving the performance of the public sector. Reporting has a significant effect on the performance of the public sector. This means that officials in the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office have made reports on the budget based on realization, balance sheet, operations, cash flow and equity on the budget in a transparent manner towards improving public sector performance. Supervision has a significant effect on the performance of the public sector. This shows that the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office carries out monitoring activities of budget allocations in the form of transfers, financing and changes in balances over the budget contributing to improving public sector performance. Reporting is the dominant variable that has a significant effect on the performance of the public sector. This means that reporting activities carried out by officials in the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office determine the achievement of public sector performance based on input, process, output, outcome, benefit and impact.
