The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and supervision on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study took the location at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District, with a total of 104 respondents. In this study consists of four variables. These variables are Employee Performance (Y2), Job Satisfaction (Y1), Work Discipline (X1), Supervision (X2). The data analysis method uses a quantitative descriptive method with the Path Analysis tool, with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that: 1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 2) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 4) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 6) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. The level of discipline on the performance of ground handling employees is very important, discipline is also needed in improving employee performance. The basic attitude of employees towards themselves, competencies and current job as well as an overview of every opportunity that can be achieved needs to be considered by PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport. Performance analysis of ground handling employees will discuss how ground handling employee performance that viewed from the level of discipline based on the performance indicator. This research uses a qualitative research method design, which data collection is carried out by interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies in the work area of the passasi unit of PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport. This research was conducted to determine the performance of ground handling employees in terms of the level of discipline at PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta Internasional Airport. The results of this study are the performance of ground handling employees on time is quite good in providing services to passangers, ground handling employees are quite good in two ways communication between leaders and subordinates, ground handling employees obey the regulations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), carry oud good cooperation with coworkers, creating a sense of comfort and safety at work has improved well.

This research aims to explore the implementation of e-learning strategies for enhancing second language acquisition in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah through a library research approach. The study investigates the key e-learning strategies employed in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and explores their differences from traditional classroom approaches. It exploress the effectiveness of e-learning in enhancing second language acquisition for students, considering factors such as age, gender, and language proficiency level. Additionally, the role of interactive multimedia tools in supporting second language acquisition and its engagement with students in the learning process is explored. The extent to which e-learning platforms in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah offer personalized learning experiences tailored to individual students' needs and learning styles, and its impact on second language acquisition outcomes are studied. Finally, the challenges faced by teachers in implementing e-learning strategies for second language acquisition and the measures taken to address these challenges effectively are discussed. This research provides valuable insights into the use of e-learning strategies to enhance second language acquisition in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, offering practical implications for educators and policymakers in the field of language education.

This study used the observation method by directly observing the situation in the field and interviewing several employees. In the world of work, there are often problems related to the products we create, as well as those involving product quality at PT. Chang Shin Indonesia, which after the end of last year was at the peak of instability in running production. PT. Chang Shin Indonesia itself is a company that produces footwear with the “Nike” brand, by producing footwear for the company PT. Chang Shin Indonesia is very focused on the quality of the products it creates. Problems found in PT. Chang Shin Indonesia, namely the reduction of a purchase decision or order from a customer, one of which causes employees to stay at home on Saturdays, which basically work normally on Saturdays as usual. Reduced orders greatly impact the company, especially on employees. One of the factors that affected the decline in orders was in terms of product quality. For example, many long threads are still attached to finished shoes and also the size label where there are many repairs, one of which is that the label does not match the tally sheet. This problem is often found in the sewing or stitching department. Based on the results of these observations, it is necessary to pay attention again regarding product quality, both by the company and its own team of employees who are required to maintain product quality, because whether or not orders enter the company depends on quality.

This observation aims to explain the performance of employees of a Cloting Brand clothing store in the Karawang area, namely (KASET RUSAK) whose address is Beside Mall Ramayana, jl. This data collection technique obtains information related to the experience of company owners where the results of observations and interviews show that there is an interest or trend The highest rate for people who buy new clothes is in the month of Ramadan or before Eid al-Fitr.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Islamic School (Madrasah) Principals’ entrepreneurship on Students’ entrepreneurship in the Islamic School Education environment. Entrepreneurship among students is an essential factor in creating a personality that is equipped to encounter workplace challenges and create opportunities in various sectors. Principals play a crucial role in shaping a school culture that promotes and facilitates the entrepreneurial development of students as educational leaders. This research employed a qualitative approach through interviews and observations as a data. The respondents of the study were the Islamic School Principals and students of Madrasah Aliyah in Soreang District, Bandung Regency. The study’s findings demonstrated that the entrepreneurship of Islamic School Principals significantly affected students’ entrepreneurship. Islamic School Principals with a high spirit of entrepreneurship could serve as role models who inspire students to adopt proactive, innovative, and independent attitudes. Essential factors that encourage the development of student entrepreneurship include a learning environment that promotes entrepreneurship and empowers students, a relevant curriculum, and entrepreneurial attitudes. This study provided a deeper comprehension of the significance of the role of the Islamic School Principal in shaping student entrepreneurship. The practical significance of this research is the necessity to establish educational policies that emphasise developing student entrepreneurship in the context of the Islamic School environment. Thus, this research can enhance educational quality and equip students for increasingly complex and competitive business and entrepreneurship challenges in the future.

In this research, a payment system has been developed that uses the Bakoel POS application. Bakoel POS will utilize sensors to read data that will assist in the transaction process. Bakoel POS application design for the canteen payment system. This application is designed as a transaction process in the canteen. Transactions in the canteen include ordering and payment processes. It can be concluded that the Canteen Digital Accounting System Using the Bakoel POS Application has been designed to make it easier for canteen keepers in carrying out the sales process and can increase time efficiency in making transactions. From the test results, it can be seen that this application functions well for the efficiency of payment transactions at the Surabaya Untag canteen cashier.

This community service aims to enhance the information systems project management skills of students through website development training. The methods employed include initial study, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the community service demonstrate the successful improvement of students' information systems project management skills through the training and website development activities. Evaluation using questionnaires reveals that all students rated the training as "good". Moreover, the community service proved to be effective in achieving the goal of enhancing students' skills. Recommendations include the continuation of sustained training, further exploration of theoretical concepts, collaboration with industry partners, and ongoing evaluation. The theoretical implications highlight the applicability of information systems project management concepts in website development.

Alpen Food Industry, the most renowned ice cream manufacturer in Indonesia, boasts a widespread presence with 80,000 outlets across the nation. However, beneath the surface of PT. Alpen Food Industry's success, having once been honored with the Excellent Brand Award, allegations of labor law violations have emerged, leading to protests by its employees. In an effort to fight for their rights, the workers staged a two-week strike. The strike was initiated to advocate for their entitlements. Additionally, PT. Alpen Food Industry is accused of unilaterally implementing Termination of Employment (PHK) procedures. Nonetheless, the company refutes these allegations, asserting that they conducted the PHK in accordance with existing protocols and guidelines. They claim to have sent two separate Call Letters to the workers, which went unanswered, and argue that this inaction is tantamount to resignation based on the prevailing guidelines. This research employed a qualitative approach, gathering data through literature review methods involving various sources such as journals, news articles, and websites. The author then drew conclusions based on the obtained data. The research findings suggest that the dispute arose primarily from a lack of communication between the workers and the employer.  

This study aims to clearly describe the regulation of regulations that examine changes in the Employment Copyright Act, the legal consequences that can be caused to companies if they do not provide severance pay at the time of Termination of Employment and Government Regulation no. 35 of 2021. This type of research uses a normative juridical research model. Based on the Employment Act, a person who has retired, his rights and severance pay must be paid in accordance with the mandate of Article 156 paragraph (1). The results of this study are 1). based on several legal provisions as mentioned above, we can conclude that the retirement age in 2022 is at the age of 58 (fifty eight) years, 2). the current regulation regarding layoffs does not have to go through the determination of the Industrial Relations Court (PHI), the Company only needs to inform the workers of the intent and reason for the layoffs. If the worker refuses to be laid off, the worker can propose bipartite negotiations to the company and if a meeting point does not occur, mediation can be carried out, up to a settlement at the PHI, 3). different arrangements between the Manpower Act and the Job Creation Act. Among them is the amount of entitlement to severance pay. In the Manpower Act, a person who retires gets a severance pay amount of 2x (twice) the provisions of Article 156. While in the Employment Act it is 1.75 (one point seventy-five) from Articles 156, 4). criminal law provisions in the Copyright Act, if the employer does not provide severance pay in accordance with applicable legal provisions to workers who have been laid off due to entering retirement age. This is not regulated in the manpower law which is more civil in nature in terms of resolving disputes over layoffs.

Given the wage disparity and perceived injustice experienced by both permanent and contract workers, it is necessary to conduct a study on legal protection regarding wages for the well-being of laborers. Therefore, this research aims to examine the role of labor protection policies, including social security for workers, fair wages, and the protection of labor rights, in promoting labor welfare. This study utilizes a qualitative method, which involves describing data and organizing it into various sentences. Additionally, a descriptive method is employed, where data is derived from words, sentences, images, and information from various books, journals, and other scholarly works that serve as references for labor protection and worker well-being. The findings of the discussion indicate that labor protection in the form of social security, fair wages, and labor rights plays a significant role in improving labor welfare.

Women workers in Indonesia have an important role in the Indonesian economy. Women and men as subjects and objects of development have the same rights, obligations and opportunities. Employers may not discriminate against women workers in terms of wages, promotion and career development. Writing this is to determine the need for legal protection for women workers. Therefore, the state provides legal protection, namely Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower to provide protection for women workers.

AUTO2000 Basuki Rahmat is one of the branches dealer Toyota, which is located in the city of Surabaya, is engaged in services such as sales, maintenance, repair and supply of Toyota spare parts whose management is fully handled by the Astra Group. The company always strives to provide fast and accurate service, but customers spend quite a long time waiting because the car service process is relatively long. The long service time is caused by an unorganized operational system that causes waste (waste). Based on these problems, it is necessary to analyze Basuki Rahmat's car service services at AUTO2000 using the concept lean service by using the method value stream mapping, fishbone, and 5 whys. The research results obtained weight waste motion or transportation of 0.1481; waiting or delay of 0.1325; incorrect inventory of 0.1273; lack of customer’s focus of 0.1195; defect of 0.1065; duplication of 0.0935; overproduction of 0.0779; unclear communication of 0.0675; underutilized employees of 0.0675; And variation of 0.0597. Research recommendations that can be proposed to reduce waste including repairs layout, adding monitors on the service floor for matters of sending and receiving information, increasing the number of mechanics, making plans booking with different hours, making and applying the system tracking of the presence of the tool. Therefore, lead time the initial service service process of 170 minutes becomes lead time 128 minutes.

This study aims to analyze the P5 Program as an implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the context of potential inhibiting factors. The literature review method was employed to gather information related to identified inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program. Searches were conducted in educational literature, academic journals, and publications related to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and the P5 Program. Based on the literature analysis, the identified inhibiting factors include resource readiness, teacher understanding, and preparedness, as well as time and space limitations. To address these factors, proposed efforts encompass increasing educational investment, teacher training, and development, as well as collaboration between schools and the community. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for educational practitioners and decision-makers in identifying and overcoming inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program, thus enhancing the effectiveness and success of the program in achieving the desired educational goals.

This study wants to explain in detail the influence of motivation, compensation and service on employee productivity. Collecting data in this study using quantitative methods. Processing data using a purposive sampling technique. As for the research sample, namely employees who work at PT Inalum. The results of the study show that by providing great motivation to employees, employee performance is considered to be more productive. Compensation is also essential in increasing employees' morale at PT Inalum. By providing payment to employees, employees will be more diligent in carrying out their respective duties, likewise with training which has a vital role in honing every employee's abilities at PT Inalum. It can be concluded that motivation, compensation and training greatly influence employee work productivity.

Accountability in village governance is crucial to ensure responsible government oversight of village financial management and prevent misappropriation. Cupak Village, renowned as a religious tourism destination in Gunung Pucangan, possesses potential in the craft of weaving mats using pandan leaves. However, the village community lacks the capacity to fully utilize this potential as an additional source of income. To address various issues faced by the community, particularly in establishing accountability in event fund management for a cultural parade called "Kirab Budaya," a community engagement activity called the "Matching Fund Kedaireka 2022" was conducted in Cupak Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency. The implementation aimed to generate significant outcomes in the planning of the cultural parade event, enhance the sustainability of community welfare, and boost the economic potential of Cupak Village. The arts and cultural program employed various approaches, including socialization, training, and mentoring. The training program was designed to provide the community with understanding and skills related to financial matters and accountability in fund management.

in this article the factors that influence the effectiveness of the Accounting Information System, namely Information Technology Utilization, Knowledge of Accounting Employees and Training as Control Variables, a literature study of Accounting information systems. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are:  1) Information Technology Utilization affects the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems; 2) Knowledge of Accounting Section Employees affects the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems; and 3) Training as a Control Variable affects the Effectiveness of the Accounting Information System.
