According to data collected by Bandar Lampung Police, between the beginning of the year and the end of 2022, officers handled 2,898 incidents, including 502 reports of motor vehicle theft, 247 reports of theft with aggravation, and 78 reports of theft with violence. The purpose of this article is to describe the legal policy of violent motorcycle theft. This research is a normative legal research, in this research the elements of the crime of theft with violence as formulated in Article 365 of the Criminal Code are studied. The results showed that a person who commits the crime of motorcycle theft with violence can be caught under Article 356 of the Criminal Code. In this case, the factors that cause a person to commit a violent motorcycle theft are economic factors, social environment, opportunity, and less than optimal law enforcement.

The tourism potential in Carangwulung Village is very diverse and has the opportunity to be developed into a tourist attraction. There are eight tourist destinations that have been developed in Carangwulung village, one of which is the Grojogan Selo Gonggo (GSG ) nature tourism. This tourist attraction is natural attractions that come from mountain water and also pine forests. Opportunities for tourism activities at GSG are very good, if the local community and the management are able to work together to achieve the expected goals. However, the fact is that over time the people who participate in managing the GSG experience a decrease in tourism awareness. This will not affect the future development of GSG natural tourism as tourism that is of interest to tourists. Therefore, the awareness of the Carangwulung village tourism community needs to be increased again so that the development of the GSG nature tourism is not in vain and gets maximum benefits from tourism activities. The formation of POKDARWIS and improving the quality of human resources play an important role in developing GSG natural tourism, with the aim of making GSG a tourist destination that is of interest to many tourists.  

Tourism and the creative economy are sectors that are promising and have a great opportunity to support the economy, so they need to be a top priority. However, the reality is that the development of creative economy-based tourism potential has faced many problems, such as inadequate human resources and even insufficient promotion, so that many domestic and foreign tourists are not aware of the existence of unique and attractive destinations in East Java. Preliminary case studies have been carried out involving 25 communities to analyze the problems that occur in tourism and the creative economy in East Java Province. Based on the results of the study, the development of e-tourism-based promotions is crucial amidst the rise of technological developments. The Vacancy website is an e-tourism-based promotion that can accommodate the needs of tourism and the creative economy in East Java. In addition, promotion is also a major factor in supporting the introduction of creative economy-based tourism. The development of information and communication technology has significantly affected social change. One social media platform that is very popular among teenagers is Instagram. This study aims to analyze social changes that occur in the context of Instagram use and their influence on the formation of adolescent self-identity. This research uses’a literature study research method where the data used comes from journals, articles, the internet, literature reviews containing the material studied. The results of this study show that Instagram has a significant influence in shaping adolescent self-identity. Teenagers have the opportunity to build and manage their self image through the photos and content they upload on this platform. Instagram use also affects social norms and beauty standards of teens. Teenagers are often influenced by images uploaded by peers, celebrities, or influencers who are considered ideal models. This can lead to social pressure for adolescents to conform to these standards, both in physical appearance and lifestyle. Because excessive use can affect the mental health and personal development of adolescent. Therefore, it is important for parents to provide guidelines and support teenagers in using social media wisely.

NIB is an official identity given by the government to UMKMs as a form of recognition and legal protection for the business being run. Therefore, socialization activities were carried out on the importance of Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gunung Anyar Village. The research method used is door to door, namely by visiting MSME owners directly in Gunung Anyar Village to provide socialization about the importance of NIB. This socialization also provides an opportunity for MSME owners to ask questions and get clarification regarding NIB registration procedures and steps that must be taken to obtain them. It is hoped that the results of this research can increase the understanding and awareness of MSME owners in Gunung Anyar Village about the importance of NIB and encourage them to take care of NIB as a strategic step in developing their business.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan upaya efisiensi pada proses pengemasan produk bandeng vacuum spesial di PT Bandeng Juwana menggunakan metode six sigma menggunakan indikator nilai sigma dan DPMO (defect per million opportunity). Penelitian ini menggunakan Ishikawa diagram, FMEA (failure mode & effect analysis), & AHP (analytical hierarchy process). Terdapat 7 jenis defect yang teridentifikasi yaitu defect loss vacuum, patah anatomi, kelunakan, size, daging rontok, dan over fat. Berdasarkan prinsip pareto defect loss vacuum dan patah anatomi dipilih untuk dilakukan improvement dengan jumlah defect 88,04% dari total defect. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian FMEA, RPN terbesar yaitu tidak ada standar jarak sealer RPN 42 dan SOP pengerjaan ikan lengket pada kertas alas RPN 90. Alternatif solusi yang dipilih menggunakan metode AHP yaitu membuat SOP pengerjaan ikan lengket pada kertas alas. Jika alternatif solusi diterapkan maka terdapat peningkatan nilai sigma dari 3,7 menjadi 3,82, dan penurunan nilai DPMO dari 13.588,96 menjadi 10.066,81.

This study discusses the business opportunities of the creative sector assessing the many needs of the community for invitation making services and accompanying equipment in a solemn event in the form of a wedding. This paper examines how human creativity is one of the causes of the creation of a business opportunity. In fact, creativity itself can create a business. In the face of a situation that requires humans to be able to meet their needs, human creativity by looking at the available business opportunities, in our discussion we see from business opportunities that creative idea services are needed to create a good impression through wedding invitations and bridal dowries in weddings. From the analysis described, this type of invitation and dowry service business will not be extinct by time, a promising type of business because every wedding requires invitations and dowries. This business requires promotion which can be done in several ways such as participating in Wedding exhibitions or utilising social media to increase revenue and to be better known by the public.

To find out the company's financial condition in one period, it is reviewed through the financial statements issued by the company. The information for interested parties such as creditors, investors, government and users of financial statements is the responsibility of company management. Components in the presentation of its financial statements that already exist in PSAK No. 1 with issuance from the Indonesian Accounting Association, these components include the company's statement of financial position, the income statement, the report on changes in the company's equity, the report on its cash flows and the notes to the financial statements. 1 As for one of the methods in compiling a financial report issued by companies, namely the preparation of financial reports using the principle of accounting conservatism. Accounting conservatism includes actions taken to present the company's financial statements using the precautionary principle in which the company slows down recognizing profits and assets and accelerates recognizing losses and debts. The consequence of using this principle can result in lower profit and income values while costs tend to be relatively high. 2 The benefits of using conservatism can minimize risks to managers who have excessive optimism. However, excessive use of the principle of conservatism can cause differences in profits and losses by not reflecting the actual state of the company3 Judging from the above phenomenon, profitability can be a consideration in the application of accounting conservatism in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index The purpose of this research is to find out how profitability affects the application of accounting conservatism in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index. The number of samples in the research in this study amounted to 42 samples using a quantitative approach. The technique used in taking the sample uses non-probability sampling techniques, namely techniques in taking samples from the population where members of the population do not have the same opportunity to be used as samples. In this non-probability sampling technique, the researcher uses a purposive sampling technique, namely the sampling technique is based on certain criteria or requirements set by the researcher. The data obtained is processed using Eviews and the research data is panel data. The results of this study indicate that the value of tcount = 2.741973 > table = 1.68957 with probability = 0.0096 <α = 0.05. Based on this comparison it can be stated that Profitability has a significant positive influence on the application of accounting conservatism so that if the Profitability variable increases, the accounting conservatism variable will also increase  

This study aims to formulate alternative business developing strategies that are implemented at Coconut Sejahtera. Data analysis used is SWOT analysis. The results of this study showed that based on the analysis internal environment using the IFAS matrix, the most influential strength factor is being able to read price changes through the international oil price market and the most influential weakness factor is limited capital. Meanwhile, from the external environment analysis with EFAS matrix, the most influential opportunity factor is the abundance of copra commodities and the most influential threat factor is the arrival of large traders from outside the region.

In a multicultural life, Indonesia has very unique differences, both in terms of culture, customs, ethnicity, religion and language. It can be illustrated that culture can be viewed as a basis for behavior in the world to live in diversity. The existence of cultural diversity in Indonesia is unique and at the same time there is a national opportunity, besides that it can also play a role as a factor of unrest in various regions in a democracy. So in writing this article the author will examine the multicultural view Tologically from the perspective of Christian Religious education regarding multiculturalism, to be used as one of the solutions to minimize conflicts that often occur both in terms of culture, customs, ethnicity and language, which is centered on teaching the Bible, especially for PAK teachers to apply to pupils or students. In this article the author also uses qualitative methods to get the right sources to develop hypotheses related to the topic or topic of research. A proper qualitative approach involves analysis and description of all sources, information, and data in the literature. Qualitative research is information based on sources from various sources, both literature and other sources. Relevant data, number theory, scientific journals and other relevant literature.

Issues regarding the environment have become a problem for the wider community and have resulted in changing consumer preferences to become more inclined to use environmentally friendly products. This is an opportunity for companies to make environmentally friendly products and use more environmentally friendly raw materials. In this study, we analyze and determine the effect of green product, green place, green price, green promotion on purchasing decisions for tupperware products. This type of research is quantitative with the consumer population in the Solo city area. There are 100 respondents, taken by accidental sampling techniquw, and analyzed with the help of the Smart Pls 3.0 application. The result show that the green price and green promotion variables have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the green product and green place variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The implication is that the creative industry must continue to improve the quality of environmentally friendly product and knowledge from consumers, so that competitive advantage will be achieved.

Today, the use of chemical fertilizers is increasing, where more and more people are using chemical fertilizers to accelerate plant growth. In fact, chemical fertilizers have many harmful ingredients that need to be anticipated. Therefore, the production of organic fertilizers from blood clams can be a prospective business opportunity, because in addition to utilizing waste materials that are difficult to decompose, they can be used for the production of useful things, one of which is to support the acceleration of plant growth but with environmentally friendly materials. This study aims to analyze the business development prospects of organic fertilizer from blood clam shells. The research method used is a quantitative method, with data collection techniques through distributing surveys containing questionnaires to respondents who are then processed and further analyzed using descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that organic fertilizer from blood clams has positive business prospects because it is beneficial and environmentally friendly.    

Inclusive Education, Changing the Future for All Children Inclusive education is an approach in education that prioritizes the principles of equality and opportunity for all children, including those with special needs. This article discusses the concept of inclusive education, its goals, benefits, and challenges and opportunities in its implementation. Inclusive education involves the integration of children with special needs into regular educational settings, where they can learn together with their peers. It aims to create an inclusive environment, supporting the development and learning of children with special needs. This article describes the basic principles of inclusive education, including equal access, active participation, individual support, and collaboration. We also explain the benefits of inclusive education, such as increasing social skills, independence, and academic understanding for children with special needs, as well as benefits for children without special needs in developing empathy and understanding of diversity. However, the implementation of inclusive education is not easy. This article identifies some of the challenges faced in inclusive education, such as a lack of resources, a curriculum that is not fully inclusive, and a lack of knowledge and skills for teachers in dealing with the special needs of children. In addition, social stigma and stereotypes are also obstacles in creating an inclusive environment. This article also discusses the efforts that have been made to overcome these challenges. In many countries, governments have adopted inclusion policies that promote access and support for children with special needs. Educational institutions also play a role in creating an inclusive environment, such as providing friendly facilities for all children and training teachers in an inclusive approach. In addition, this article emphasizes the important role of parents in supporting inclusive education. Parents should become advocates for their children, collaborate with teachers and school staff and be actively involved in educational activities. With the support and cooperation of all stakeholders, inclusive education can become a reality that changes the future for all children. In conclusion, inclusive education is an important approach in creating a more inclusive and equitable future for all children. Although there are still many challenges that need to be overcome, through the commitment and cooperation of all parties, we can create an educational environment that welcomes and supports all children. With inclusive education, we open the door to equal opportunities for all children, regardless of background or special needs they.

International bilateral agreements in the form of investment have an important role and significance in promoting development growth and economic progress. Through such agreements, the host country has the opportunity to attract foreign investors to operate and invest in various sectors in its territory. As a result, the home country can freely invest in various industrial sectors in the host country. The home country and the host country conclude an agreement in the form of international bilateral agreements called "investment promotion and protection agreements" or bilateral investment treaties/BITs. One such agreement is the international bilateral agreement between Indonesia and Singapore on industrial promotion and protection signed in 2018 and effective in 2021, which will be discussed in this journal.

Asas good water resources governance baru akan dapat tercapai apabila pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) dilakukan melalui suatu perencanaan yang utuh dan terpadu (hulu, tengah, hilir), menyeluruh (antar dan lintas sektor), berkelanjutan dan berbasis kelestarian lingkungannya, mencakup aspek teknis, aspek asas legalitas yang kuat dan mengikat bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan, aspek tata kelola pemerintahan desentralisasi yang berlaku; dan aspek masyarakat dan pihak swasta yang terlibat dalam pemanfaatan DAS serta aspek kontrol, transparansi, akuntabilitas hasil yang dilakukan mulai dari tahap perencanaan sampai pelaksanaan pengelolaan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan pengumpulan data yang luas dan banyak mengenai pengelolaan DAS hasil Diskusi FGD Pemangku Kepentingan, sedang evaluasi kebijakan pengelolaan DAS dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity dan Threat). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Kebijakan Pengelolaan DAS secara terpadu dan berkelanjutan perlu dikuatkan melalui : (1) Meningkatkan hermonisasi dan sinkronisasi peraturan perundang-undangan pengelolaan DAS; (2) Mewujudkan pembentukan Forum DAS dan komitmen bersama antar stakeholders; (3) Mewujudkan adanya partisipasi masyarakat dan dunia usaha dalam pengelolaan DAS dan (4) Mewujudkan Pemahaman Bersama tentang Pengelolaan DAS.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) at Ponteh  expands fastly. A lot of business create larger job opportunity in order to reduce unemployment people. One of the idea on empowering UMKM in information technology era is by establishing central communication of UMKM based on Website. By making web marketing media, besides it provides information about UMKM development in Ponteh, it can be functioned to access for any information of production factors. In addition, it can communicate with another UMKM globally to extend the networks. But some employers are constrained by rising raw material prices, the limited of human resources, has a problem in the capital, lack of infrastructure and lack of access to product marketing.

The socialization of the importance of advanced study preparation or employment before graduation for Vocational High School (SMK) students aims to provide profound understanding and strong motivation to students on the brink of graduation. The objective is to enable them to make meticulous and insightful assessments, leading to wise decisions about their educational trajectory, either in higher education or entering the professional world. This informative session takes place at State Vocational High School 2 Depok and is attended by students from the Petroleum and Petrochemical Processing Techniques (TPMP) department in grades 11 and 12. The well-executed event adheres to the predetermined plan and utilizes methods involving information dissemination and interactive discussions to engage participants in the targeted subject matter. The outcomes of this initiative involve an enhanced comprehension of the conveyed material and the cultivation of a robust motivational spirit within participants. The aim is to prepare them for the choices they will make after completing their education, encompassing the possibility of continuing studies at tertiary institutions or entering the workforce. Furthermore, participants gain a clearer insight into the steps involved in determining a career field that aligns with their interests and abilities, as well as choosing a college major that resonates with their competencies.  

Today's technological developments require the world of education to immigrate by adjusting developments. Technology is an important part of the learning process, including for Islamic Religious Education teachers. This type of research is qualitative, with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is by carrying out data reduction, presenting data and ending with data verification. The results obtained that training activities on the use of information communication technology for PAI teachers have been carried out at SD Negeri Sugiraya. This information and communication technology has become an important need in the PAI learning process. Teachers are given the opportunity to learn to develop information and communication technology skills that are beneficial in their learning process and in their daily lives as well as learning programs in educational institutions need to implement information system-based learning. Integrating information and communication technology into learning, among others, to improve teacher competence in teaching and improve the quality of learner learning. Innovative information and communication technology can improve what is being done now, as well as what we have not yet started using information and communication technology.

The purpose of this research is to find the value of capacity, degree saturation, delay, queue opportunity to determine the level category services of the East Cross Road Intersection of Pangkalan Kasai - Batang Cenaku, and look for handling solutions from the results of service level intersections forlocation of the East Cross Road Intersection of Pangkalan Kasai – Batang Cenaku if traffic flow is hampered by using the 1997 MKJI method. Survey conducted for three days from 06.00 – 18.00 WIB. Based on the results survey and data analysis obtained the highest number of traffic on Sunday at 17.00 – 18.00 WIB at 818.7 pcu/hour, capacity (C) of 2156.24 pcu/hour, degree of saturation (DS) of 0.38, delay of 8.1026 sec/pcu, and the probability of queuing (QPatas – QPbottom) is 17.6480 – 6.9774%. From the results of the degree of saturation are known to be the level of service at the Crossroads East Cross Base Kasai - Batang Cenaku is B where the current is stable, but the starting speed is limited due to traffic conditions, the driver has enough speed to choose speed.    

The stretching of Indonesia's economic growth after Covid 19 shows conditions that are increasing, this can be seen from the business activities that have started to be carried out for people in villages and urban areas. This opportunity for the people of Rejoso village, Nganjuk Regency, is an opportunity that is very exploited so that traded products are able to penetrate big cities in East Java. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ability of businesses to create financial performance and to analyze the factors that influence the achievement of financial performance. This type of research is a quantitative research using primary data for the July 2022 period and distributing questionnaires to 110 MSMEs. The data source is from the Nganjuk Regency Cooperative and MSME Office. The analysis of this study uses the financial performance index and SEM PLS. The results show that managerial ability and innovation in achieving good financial performance have been achieved with an index of 96.91. These results are in line with the test results where the statistical T values ​​and P values ​​are in areas that are significant.
