Fibroadenoma mammae is a benign breast tumor that occurs due to abnormal proliferation of periductal tissue into the lobules, often found in the upper lateral quadrant area due to the highest distribution of glands in this tissue. FAM is commonly experienced by younger women between the ages of 20-40 years, with a median age of 30 years. The clinical appearance of FAM lumps is typically lobulated, mostly 2-3 cm in diameter, with a firm and mobile consistency, without causing inflammatory reactions, skin dimpling, or nipple retraction. In this case, we report an 18-year-old female patient diagnosed with a breast tumor. The history revealed a lump in the left breast that enlarged within 1 month, initially the size of a marble and growing to the size of a quail egg, occasionally causing pain. On physical examination, the lump was palpable, mobile, without tenderness or signs of malignancy. Ultrasound examination showed signs of a benign tumor.

Tuberculosis is one of the world's health problems, especially in developing countries. Treatment regimen with multiple first-line anti-tuberculosis drugs (ATD) such as Isoniazid, Rifampicin, Pyrazinamide, Ethambutol, and Streptomycin remains the most effective for treatment of tuberculosis. Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) to antituberculosis drugs may range from mild gastrointestinal disturbances to serious hepatotoxicity, peripheral neuropathy, and cutaneous adverse effects. We report a 65 year old male patient with a complaint of yellowish discoloration of sclera, nausea and vomiting after three days of initiation of ATD therapy. The patient has been diagnosed with Tuberculosis relapse and has been taking ATD since June 2024. The patient noted epigastric pain. Laboratory examination found an increase in bilirubin level and electrolyte imbalance. The treatment is in the form of discontinuation of ATD, supportive therapy and followed by hepatoprotective supplements. ATD should be discontinued in patients with hepatotoxicity and fixed drug eruption until liver function and clinical symptoms improve. Initiation of ATD administration is carried out by administering one by one regimen. The patient is currently experiencing antituberculosis drug-induced hepatotoxicity, which is managed by providing supportive care and different AT regimens were prescribed.

The research titled “Examining Social Dynamics by Using Slang expressions in The Movie Scripts Entitled Barbie” adopts a qualitative approach to scrutinize the slang utilized by characters in the Barbie Movie, aiming to dissect the social dynamics depicted in the script. The study's main objective is to classify the diverse slang terms and comprehend their effect on the characters' social interactions and bonds. Employing Chapman’s (1988) classification of primary and secondary slang, the study organizes the slang found in the screenplay. It probes into how these terms influence character evolution, social ties, cultural variety, identity, and self-assertion. This examination underscores the role of slang in enriching thematic representation and advancing the movie's storyline. The results indicate that slang in "Barbie" serves beyond mere colloquialisms; it's a strategic narrative device that deepens character depiction and accentuates the intricate social interplay within the plot. The research deduces that slang is pivotal in crafting the movie's social milieu, offering profound insight into the personas and their interrelations, thereby enriching the audience's grasp of the cultural and societal contexts portrayed in the film.

The aging population will be a problem if the elderly have problems. The increasing number of problems elderly people confront may turn them into persons who need help to maintain their standard of living. Government-run institutions include the Tresna Werdha Social Service Center (BPSTW), where social workers play a crucial role in the delivery of social services. Social facilities for the elderly frequently face challenges with their residents' mobility, emotional and physical health, need for caregivers for daily activities, trouble adjusting, and lack of social interaction. Because it explains the role that social workers play in assisting the elderly, researchers are interested in studying "The Role of Social Workers in Providing Social Services to the Elderly in PSTW". The strategy used gives an objective account of the reality in the field. The descriptive "Qualitative" approach is a research methodology intended to offer a comprehensive examination of the function social workers perform in providing social support to the elderly. Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) is a life-threatening form of diabetes mellitus emergency. Rapid and appropriate management is needed to prevent worsening condition. Fluid management in DKA is important to improve tissue perfusion, correct electrolyte imbalance, reduce blood glucose concentration and counterregulatory hormones. This case report aims to describe the fluid management in a client with instability of blood glucose levels in DKA. A 42-year-old woman was rushed to the emergency room with decreased consciousness for 3 hours. Laboratory examination results: blood glucose >600mg/dL, Base Excess <-30mmol, urine ketones +3, urine protein +2, urine glucose +4, pH 6.8, HCO3 1.9mmol/L. The client had unstable blood glucose levels while in the treatment room. Fluid management was performed by combining 0.9% NaCl, WIDA 2A, 40% dextrose bolus, and continuous insulin drip, that was adjusted according to the client's blood glucose level. After receiving fluid management, the client's blood glucose levels are stable in the range of 100 - 200mg/dL on the fifth day until the client recovered. Providing fluid management tailored to the management of DKA and client needs can improve the stability of blood glucose levels so that this fluid management intervention can be utilized for DKA clients with similar complaints.

Background: Cervical cancer is the most common cancer in Indonesia. Cancer has a high mortality rate caused by delays in diagnosis and treatment. Nearly 70% of cancer patients are detected at an advanced stage. This is very unfortunate, because cervical cancer can be found at a stage before cancer occurs (precancerous lesions) which can be treated so that it does not become cancer. The early detection program for cervical cancer in Indonesia is carried out using the Acetic Acid Visual Inspection (IVA) method carried out by trained health workers. In three years (2020-2022), as many as 3,914,885 women aged 30-50 years or 9.3% of the target have undergone early detection of cervical cancer using the IVA method. The highest early detection of targets has undergone early detection of cervical cancer using the IVA method. Early detection was reported by West Nusa Tenggara Province at 34.1%, followed by South Sumatra at 33.5%, and Bangka Belitung Islands at 27.8%. Meanwhile, the province with the lowest early detection coverage is Papua at 0.1%, followed by West Papua at 0.4%, and North Sulawesi at 0.7%. In 2022, of the 2,175,314 women aged 30-50 years who had early detection of cervical cancer, 7,869 (0.36%) had positive VIA examination results and 1,232 (0.06%) were suspected of cervical cancer.

Gallbladder disease is associated with a malfunctioning gallbladder and highly concentrated bile, leading to conditions such as the formation of gallstones or cholelithiasis. Cholelithiasis can occur due to high concentrations of cholesterol in the gallbladder. Obstruction of the cystic duct, either by stones or functional issues, can cause acute inflammation of the gallbladder. Acute cholecystitis attacks are often associated with gallstones, or cholelithiasis. Common symptoms include right upper quadrant or epigastric abdominal pain, especially after consuming fatty foods, with additional symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, fever, and diarrhea. The development of this disease is believed to involve many factors and likely arises from complex interactions between various genetic and environmental elements. An imbalance in bile composition, characterized by excessive cholesterol secretion, reduced gallbladder motility, and the accumulation of mucin gel, contributes to the formation of gallstones. Gallbladder disease related to cholesterol results from a biochemical imbalance involving lipids and bile salts in the bile stored in the gallbladder. A 45-year-old patient, Mrs. D, has several risk factors that increase the development of the disease, and the following case report discusses the clinical presentation and laboratory examination results related to the onset of this disease. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed on the patient, and appropriate education was provided, illustrating the importance of intra-professional collaboration and positive outcomes for the patient.

Metabolic processes in the body decrease with age. One of them occurs in calcium, when the age of more than 50 years, the amount of calcium in the body decreases by 30%. Meanwhile, if more than 70 years old, it decreases by about 50%. The imbalance of calcium levels in the body causes various diseases, one of which is osteoporosis. Osteoporosis occurs because the bones experience a decrease in bone mass due to lack of calcium intake in the body so that the body uses calcium reserves in the bones and teeth to meet calcium needs in the body. Because of the use of calcium in the bones, it causes the bones to lose mass so that they become porous, brittle, and even broken. One group that is prone to osteoporosis is the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine serum calcium levels below normal values and the percentage of serum calcium levels below normal values in the elderly. The research method used was analytic survey, while the examination method used Cresolphtalein Complexone (CPC). The population in the study were 33 elderly aged 60 - 74 years in RW 03 Kaliwadas Village, Sumber District, Cirebon Regency. This study used a total sampling technique, so the sample used was the entire elderly population aged 60 - 74 years in RW 03 Kaliwadas Village. The research data were analyzed using the SPSS chi-square test program, and the value of Asymp. Sig. (2- Sided) is less than 0.05 which is 0.010.
