This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The variables of this research are Motivation (X1), Leadership (X2) as the independent variable and Performance Volume (Y) as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 25 employees at the home office of the sub-district head of Anggeraja sub-district, Enrekang Regency who were also the samples. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling method). Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for Windows Based on the research results and discussion, the conclusion in the research is that Motivation (X1) has t count 6.429 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. This can be interpreted as meaning that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The higher the employee's motivation at work, the better the employee's performance in carrying out their duties. Leadership (X2) is 2.699 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.013 < 0.05 can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees who have a leadership attitude both in leading themselves and their subordinates and co-workers can have good performance at work.

Educational supervision is a very important thing to do to improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is a result of work achieved by a teacher in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, and sincerity as well as time.The research method in this thesis is a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection can use primary data sources and secondary data sources, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation.The results of the study show that the supervisory role of the school principal in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo is to provide guidance to teachers related to theoretical and practical learning, involve teachers in training, provide opportunities for teachers to take part in various education and training at the cluster or sub-district level regularly, subject teacher deliberations (MGMP), supervising teacher deliberations (MGP), and teacher working groups (KKG), as well as seminar workshop discussions, and provision of learning resources. providing motivation to teachers, collaborating with foundations that oversee the Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo, school committees, and the community. The motivation of school principals in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo through regulation of the physical environment, regulation of the work atmosphere, discipline, applying the principles of rewards and punishments.

The use of PLN Mobile in the customer service department at PLN ULP Medan Baru has the potential to provide significant benefits in improving service quality and customer satisfaction. This application is expected to bring positive changes by providing easy access to information for customers regarding billing, blackouts, and other important information. The purpose of this research is to analyze the customer service and benefits of PLN Mobile at PLN ULP Medan Baru. This study uses a qualitative approach to explore an in-depth understanding of the benefits of using PLN Mobile in the customer service department at PLN ULP Medan Baru. A qualitative approach allows researchers to understand customer perspectives, views, and experiences in depth and contextually. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted by the researchers, it can be obtained that the customer service and benefits of PLN Mobile at PLN ULP Medan Baru are quite good and very useful for customers at PLN ULP Medan Baru, Medan City to meet their electricity needs, complaints and complaints, however, socialization that has not been evenly distributed has resulted in there being PLN ULP Medan Baru customers who have not used the PLN Mobile application. The five dimensions of customer service used by researchers according to Tjiptono (2014: 18), namely the Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy dimensions at PLN ULP Medan Baru are quite good.  

Indonesia is one of the most densely populated countries in the world. As a country with the largest population, it means that the government must prepare jobs. Along with the increasing population and changes in the era of industrialization, Indonesia is experiencing problems, namely the depletion of jobs with an increase in the number of job seekers, most of whom are university graduates, causing unemployment. This condition certainly threatens university graduates who are in the productive age group and are focused on becoming a workforce. Preparing graduates who are adaptive and capable of opening jobs needs to be given more attention at this time. This research aims to. This study aims to understand the conditions of learning and entrepreneurial activities at Islamic University of Majapahit. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. This study produced a description of the learning conditions which were divided into three discussions, namely, learning systems, learning processes, and entrepreneurial activities with found to be a lack of educational capacity to form graduates with entrepreneurial profiles. These results can be a reference for other tertiary institutions in finding solutions by mapping the problems that occur. Other contributions of this research complement previous research related to entrepreneurship.    

A This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of Blended Learning models towards Mathematical Student’s Problem Solving Abilities and Self-Regulated, (2) the improvement of student’s mathematical problem solving and self regulated learning (3) the advantages of the advantages and disadvantages of blended learning model. This type of research includes descriptive qualitative research using library research methods. The data in this study were obtained from a collection of literature such as theses and journals that are relevant to the topic of discussion, namely Mathematical Student’s Problem Solving Abilities And Self-Regulated. The results show that, 1) Blended Learning Model has a great effect on students' problem solving abilities based on the overall effect size calculation which produces an average effect size of 1.56 where this number is included in the high category and Blended Learning Model has a great effect on student’s self-regulated based on the overall effect size calculation which produces an average effect size of 1.73  2) There is an increase in  mathematical the student's problem solving abilities and self-regulated learning that are taught through blended learning models. This can be seen from the achievement of N-Gain value and indicators in the experimental class in the literature which is generally better than the control class. 3) Based on the analysis, it was found that the advantages and disadvantages of blended learning. it can be obtained that the advantages of blended learning models as follows: (a) Learning is more effective and efficient, (b) Improve accessibility. with blended learning, it is easier for learning participants to access material learning. and disadvantages of blended learning is Not evenly distributed facilities owned by students, such as computers and internet access. Even though blended learning requires adequate internet access, if the network is inadequate it will make it difficult for participants to take part in independent learning via online.

The purpose of this research is to provide understanding of English phonology to the learners who are new with English phonology. The method used in this research is literature review. This discussion explores the study of English sounds, known as English phonology. It covers important topics for beginners, such as understanding the basic units of sounds (phonemes) and their variations (allophones). The chat also introduces processes like assimilation, dissimilation, and deletion that affect how sounds change in spoken English. Additionally, it explains vowel and consonant reduction, which impact how certain sounds are pronounced. Lastly, the chat provides an overview of classifying consonant and vowel sounds based on their characteristics. By learning about these aspects, beginners can improve their pronunciation, understand different sound patterns, and enhance their overall communication skills in English.

This research explores the importance of studying English minimal pairs of vowels and their impact on language learners' pronunciation skills. The discussion highlights the significance of differentiating vowel sounds through the analysis of minimal pairs, which consist of words sharing consonant sounds but differing in vowel articulation. By focusing on specific minimal pairs such as [iː] / [ɪ], [æ] / [ʌ], [ɑ:] / [ɔ], [ɛ], and [ɒ], learners can refine their ability to recognize and produce the distinct vowel sounds accurately. The implementation of a realistic mathematical approach to learning the material of Pythagoras's theorem is carried out to encourage students to understand the material through everyday life so that the problems in the classroom gradually end in the secondary school. A realistic mathematical approach is an approach to learning mathematics that involves students to be more active by discussing in solving a problem or issue by connecting to daily life. The subjects in this study were 32 students of class VIII-3 SMP Negeri 2 Medan. This research is a Class Action Research (PTK) consisting of 2 cycles, with each cycle consisting from 2 meetings. after learning on cycle II by performing improvements from cycle I. Improvement is the planning of the student activity sheet that emphasizes the solution of issues with steps or indicators of problem-solving ability, because there are still many students who are not accustomed to the steps to solve problems. As for other improvements, namely planning activities in real life, in the 2nd cycle students solve the real problems of everyday life that students do. The researchers also provide motivation and reinforcement in learning to students to be active in group discussions and presentation of group work results to other groups, so that the interest of students in learning mathematics increases.  

Desa Bendosari Kecamatan Plantungan Kabupaten Kendal merupakan desa yang mempunyai potensi sebagai desa wisata, hal ini didukung dengan adanya hamparan hutan pinus, air terjun , lingkungan alam yang asri serta tersedianya makanan asli yang dapat dijadikan buah tangan. Agar  dapat menjadi desa  wisata maka desa Bendosari harus mampu menyusun rencana desa wisata dan membentuk lembaga yang akan mengelola desa wisata tersebut. Untuk menunjang tersusunnya rencana desa wisata  Bendosari dan terbentuknya lembaga pengelola desa wisata  Bendosari maka tim dosen dan mahasiswa dari FISIP UNTAG Semarang mengadakan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) di desa tersebut.  Bentuk kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi yang dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Fokus Group Discussion (FGD) dan pendampingan. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan dengan cara FGD pada hari Jumat tanggal 18 Juni 2022 dengan materi perencanaan, kelembagaan dan Perencanaan desa wisata. Selanjutnya selama 6 bulan dilakukan pendampingan dalam penyusunan rencana dan penyusunan kelembagaan desa wisata. Kegiatan pendampingan ini berhasil membentuk suatu organisasi sadar wisata yang diberi nama Kelompok Sadar Wisata Bendosari. Kelompok Sadar wisata Bendosari ini telah berhasil menyusun dokumen rencana desa wisata “Air Terjun Jeglong”.

The provision of nutrition education and healthy food for pregnant women and toddlers is crucial in promoting maternal and child health. This project aims to implement a nutrition education program at the Kemuning 2 Keturen Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) to improve the nutritional knowledge and practices of pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers. The project will involve a series of educational sessions conducted by healthcare professionals and trained volunteers. The sessions will cover topics such as the importance of balanced nutrition during pregnancy, appropriate complementary feeding for infants and young children, and the selection of nutritious foods. Visual aids, interactive discussions, and practical demonstrations will be used to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, a nutritious food distribution program will be implemented to provide pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers with access to healthy and affordable food options. Local partnerships will be established with farmers, suppliers, and community organizations to ensure the availability of fresh and nutritious ingredients. The project's success will be evaluated by assessing the participants' knowledge and practices related to maternal and child nutrition before and after the intervention. Feedback from participants and healthcare providers will also be gathered to assess the program's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. By providing nutrition education and access to healthy food, this project aims to empower pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers in making informed choices regarding their own and their children's nutrition. Ultimately, it is expected to contribute to improved maternal and child health outcomes in the Kemuning 2 Keturen community.

Given the wage disparity and perceived injustice experienced by both permanent and contract workers, it is necessary to conduct a study on legal protection regarding wages for the well-being of laborers. Therefore, this research aims to examine the role of labor protection policies, including social security for workers, fair wages, and the protection of labor rights, in promoting labor welfare. This study utilizes a qualitative method, which involves describing data and organizing it into various sentences. Additionally, a descriptive method is employed, where data is derived from words, sentences, images, and information from various books, journals, and other scholarly works that serve as references for labor protection and worker well-being. The findings of the discussion indicate that labor protection in the form of social security, fair wages, and labor rights plays a significant role in improving labor welfare.

This study aims to describe efforts to improve teachers' ability to manage ICT-based learning. data collection tools using interviews, documentation, observation and literature review. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. Teachers are currently required to have the ability to carry out ICT-based learning. The obstacles faced by teachers in developing ICT-based learning include: the diverse conditions of students and factors of teaching experience, ability to operate learning media; the availability of school facilities is for teachers in implementing ICT-based learning. Teachers must be able to utilize information from the internet as well as teacher discussion forums as an effort to overcome problems in the preparation of a new ICT-based learning paradigm.

The low level of understanding of the community members in general regarding the provisions regarding fundamental rights attached to community members when involved in legal issues, the purpose of this legal counseling is to provide knowledge and understanding of the law, especially the provisions concerning the rights of community members when involved in legal issues. The method used in this legal counseling is the lecture and discussion method. The result of this legal counseling is to increase legal knowledge and awareness, legal counseling must be carried out periodically with additional material on law enforcement, both preventive and repressive.

This study aims to provide an overview of the analysis of reputation risk management at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. The results of the discussion analysis can be concluded that in the period 2018 to 2020 PT Jasa Marga has experienced reputational risk and has been responsively handled by reputation risk management. The existing problems tend to be related to negative publicity and misunderstandings with the media regarding news of construction services, toll road operations, as well as the extent to which projects operate and services are successfully implemented. The use of Video Telling Story Media is a method that is applied in the English Dormitory listening comprehension class. This research is qualitative research, by conducting descriptive analysis using primary data and secondary data. This study uses data collection methods in the form of interview, observation, and documentation using data analysis techniques in the form of reduction (data reduction), data display (presentation), and verification (conclusion). Based on the results of research obtained in research and discussion, it is known that the implementation of Media Video Telling Story has a good impact on students, Students' listening skills increased rapidly because in the videos they watched there were subtitles that helped students guess vocabulary that was not heard.
