This article discusses the benefits, risks, and wise use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, with a focus on ChatGPT, a large language model. AI technology has become an integral part of modern human life, with various applications in industries such as business, health, government, and others. AI technology can help improve decision-making based on data, reduce human error, and increase efficiency. However, it also poses risks, such as data security and job replacement. To ensure the wise use of AI, it is crucial to observe AI ethics, protect user data and privacy, avoid discrimination, and ensure system security. The research problem is formulated to answer questions such as the benefits and risks of using ChatGPT, its optimal use, and its role in education. The purpose of the research is to describe the benefits, risks, and wise use of ChatGPT in the era of AI and to ensure its responsible use.

The discovery of various efficient technologies has become a benchmark in development in all sectors. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) are growing rapidly. This study aims to determine the analysis of the technological adaptability of countries in the world and its comparison to readiness in Indonesia. This is because the ability to adapt technology has a close relationship to the economy in a country, both in terms of economic contribution and the labor market sector. This research uses data with parameters such as Gross Market Value (GMV), Global Connectivity Index (GCI), and GDP. As well as data on industry development in Indonesia. This research was conducted with a descriptive analysis method that uses content analysis steps to interpret the results of existing statistical exposure. The results of the research analysis show that a very significant government policy today is an investment in technology and communication infrastructure. Then to boost the economy, financing is the most needed factor today. Readiness to meet the demographic bonus can be done by developing the digital skills of the workforce in all sectors. Therefore, infrastructure, financing, and scientific integration of technology are the most crucial policies today.

Property price determination is a complex challenge influenced by various factors, thus requiring an effective method for accurate prediction to support investment decision-making. In the current digital era, conventional approaches are being replaced by data-driven and artificial intelligence methods, where Linear Regression remains a popular choice due to its simplicity and effectiveness in modeling linear relationships. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the physical characteristics of a house and its selling price, and to build an accurate predictive model using the Linear Regression algorithm. A quantitative method was used, focusing on Building Area , Number of Rooms, and Building Age  against the House Selling Price. Correlation analysis results show that Building Area has the strongest correlation (0.81) with price, while Building Age shows a negative correlation (-0.52). The Linear Regression model demonstrated very strong and stable performance. The model achieved an R² Score of 0.9396 on the testing data, meaning 93.96% of house price variability can be explained by the model. Furthermore, the low MAE of only 11.31 million rupiah indicates a small prediction error, and the consistency of R² scores confirms that the model does not suffer from overfitting. This study concludes that the Linear Regression model provides excellent, stable, and reliable prediction performance for projecting house selling prices

Kemajuan teknologi dan keberadaan data besar dan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence) yang dapat diakses, diteliti, dan diterapkan dalam beberapa dekade ini, bidang ilmu arsitektur pun mengalami perubahan dan perkembangan sebagai dampak dari fenomena tersebut. Namun kajian secara terstruktur maupun kajian secara cepat mengenai perubahan dan perkembangan teknologi terutama dalam pengetahuan Artificial Intelligence dan arsitektur yang mempengaruhi bidang keilmuan arsitektur itu sendiri di Indonesia belum tersedia secara komprehensif. Dalam penelitian literatur berikut ini, metode pencarian literatur melalui big data di internet dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Publish or Perish yang kemudian dianalisa secara bibliometrik dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak VosViewer. Analisa bibliometric tersebut digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kata kunci yang muncul bersamaan dalam penelitian selama 10 tahun terakhir. Secara keseluruhan, tujuan makalah ini adalah dapat menjadi sumber yang berguna untuk memperoleh wawasan tentang perancangan arsitektur dengan menggunakan Artificial Intelligence serta menjadi referensi untuk penelitian yang lebih lanjut.

In the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM), the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies presents both challenges and opportunities. This research aims to explore strategies for empowering talent amidst AI innovations in HRM. The research adopts a phenomenological approach to delve into the lived experiences of HR professionals and employees within organizations integrating AI technologies. Through purposive sampling, data were collected via in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns, themes, and insights from the narratives. The findings reveal a nuanced understanding of how AI impacts talent management practices, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Moreover, the research elucidates the importance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI to augment rather than replace human capabilities. These insights contribute to enhancing organizational strategies for talent empowerment in the era of AI-driven HRM innovations.

Sampling techniques include purposive sampling to ensure representation across industries and snowball sampling to access knowledgeable participants. Data analysis follows thematic analysis principles, identifying recurring patterns, themes, and divergences related to ethical concerns and AI implementation. Preliminary findings indicate a nuanced relationship between AI adoption and ethical dilemmas, with emerging strategies to balance innovation with ethical principles. This study contributes to understanding the ethical implications of AI in digital marketing and offers insights for businesses, policymakers, and scholars aiming to navigate this complex terrain responsibly.

This paper explores the latest advancements in wearable health technology, including flexible electronics, energy-efficient data processing, and integration with telemedicine platforms. Additionally, ethical concerns such as data privacy, cybersecurity risks, and user adoption challenges are discussed. The study provides insights into how smart wearables can be effectively utilized for preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, and real-time health diagnostics.

This research endeavours to delve into the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in bolstering Project Resource Management (PRM), discerning the principal challenges inherent in project resource planning, acquisition, and human as well as physical resource management, while also appraising the utilization of AI tools by project team members (PTM) and their efficacy in daily tasks. This research contributes a theoretical basis for what lies ahead studies in PM and unveils the benefits of AI in task monitoring, scheduling, team assignment, cost estimation, and the monitoring of physical project resource availability. This study employs a mixed-method approach, commencing with an initial literature review to identify project challenges. Data collection is facilitated through the administration of questionnaire surveys and interviews with project managers, encompassing both closed-ended and semi-structured questions. The research reveals that PTM readily embraces the utilization of AI for daily tasks and Project Resource Management can be enhanced through AI.

Covid-19 pandemic that hit almost all countries and no exception beloved our country Indonesia, has resulted in destruction and the collapse of the community’s economy. At the same time there is information about the covid-19 virus that still needs to be questioned about the validity of the source. With the development of technology in today’s era, it is easier for us to filter information that has valid sources so that there are no misunderstandings about the information obtained. So on this basis, this study aims to develop a chatbot model regarding Covid-19 in a relevant and fast manner according to the questions and statements entered. Chatbot itself is an Artificial Intelligence-based program or we can call it a digital assistant, which can simulate user conversations or chats like humans through an application either based on Android or the web. By using chatbot technology, users can get valid and relevant answers whose sources are clear so as not to cause anxiety and also make it easier for users to get information about the Covid-19 virus.   Keywords: Covid-19; Technology; Chatbot; Artifical Intelligence

Face recognition is an area that is still being researched and improved for various purposes such as attendance, population data collection, security systems and others. Two methods that are often used for face recognition applications are artificial intelligence methods, especially back-propagation neural networks (ANN) and learning vector quantization. Both of these techniques are directed learning techniques that are widely used to identify distinctive patterns, namely grouping patterns into groups of patterns, making them ideal for use in facial recognition applications. In this application, preprocessing of the input image includes the detection process of scaling, grayscale, edged with the sobel and threshold methods, carried out before the image is processed in ANN. Meanwhile, the ANN approach used to identify faces involves the Backpropagation method and the Learning Vector Quantization method. The findings of this analysis are a comparison of the backpropagation neural network method and quantization of the learning vectors of face recognition used to assess variations, limitations, strengths and optimal results of the two techniques for use in facial recognition systems.

Main Objective: This study checks the different intersections of film and Artificial Intelligence (AI), and trial and error is needed to re-check the state of “new media” (NM). This study’s purpose is to identify of subversion of the creator duty, the media and instrument of creative activities, and the aesthetics subsequent from the identity of the developing Artificial Intelligence film. Background problem: AI is composed to take the film industry by the cyclone, its application helps streamline production practices, and its increasing work in film scripting and visuals convolutes the notion and function of creations and the aesthetics of NM. Novelty: By analyzing how three films were co-written with Artificial Intelligence arranged with “Foucault's theory” of the duty of the creator or producer, and the aesthetics and state of current NM, this research establishes an identity for the cinema form of Artificial Intelligence films. Research Method: This study uses a qualitative exploratory methodology to combine various perspectives that are developing on new media streams where this research is crossing 2 major areas in Film & Media, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. Finding/Result: Patterns discovered as curated data sets reveal trends in cinematic narratives, opening the door for a more creative agency. Artificial Intelligence films transcend the boundaries of technological convergence, offering a more essential way to recognize the special behavior and opportunity of NM forms as self-reflective and demonstrating the versatility of film. Conclusion: This research makes Artificial Intelligence films an emerging media with a different tendency from the media and is directly related to its contribution. By involving the theorization of NM technology and its developmental tuff simultaneously, Artificial Intelligence films are presented as an inventive design of film in phrases of digital production, virtual placement, historical preoccupation, and producer duty.
