Routine health checkups are simple and easy to do. Health checks can include physical examinations, laboratory tests, and followed by consultations. The purpose of this service activity is to be able to provide counseling to residents regarding the prevention of non-communicable diseases (PTM) and conduct examinations such as blood pressure checks and cholesterol checks. The purpose of these tests is to detect previously unknown diseases or health problems. This way, you can improve your health early on, before the condition gets worse. There are many health problems that can be detected through regular health checks. These diseases are the main diseases that are commonly suffered by citizens, especially in Indonesia. Residents of KM 14 neighborhood in Palembang City mostly consist of working age residents, who have more opportunities to work and have less time to undergo health checks and when residents are on vacation, health services are also closed.  Most of the residents of KM 14 Palembang City do not know the importance of health checks and do not have the right time to visit health services. So the PKM team began to offer solutions by conducting physical examinations and education about systemic diseases such as high blood pressure, gout, and diabetes.

The problems that usually arise in people with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) are that apart from physical problems, there is also stigma, namely the bad social reaction towards people with HIV/AIDS. Such complex problems in PLWHA are accompanied by loss of social support such as lack of attention from family and community. This reaction is a bad experience for PLWHA where when they need support there is no one to help them, so depression often occurs in PLWHA. Depression in HIV AIDS sufferers can increase the risk of non-adherence behavior towards treatment resulting in a high risk of shorter survival. Failure to recognize and treat depression in HIV/AIDS sufferers not only endangers the patient but also endangers society. Research related to depression in PLWHA at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta, found that more than half of the patients experienced depression, namely 51.1%. The general aim of providing this counseling is so that PLWHA are able to overcome the depression they are experiencing. The design used in this community service is counseling with communication, information and education methods. The targets of this community service activity are housewives with HIV/AIDS in Cirebon district. From the preliminary study carried out, it was found that data on the problems that arise among PLWHA in Cirebon district cannot be separated from the emergence of psychological problems, this occurs because of feelings of sadness, disappointment, shame, fear of being ostracized by friends and family and fear of being abandoned by their husbands.

In the working area of the Sijamapolang Community Health Center, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, stunting is still relatively common. Stunting is important to handle because it concerns the quality of human resources. Stunting, apart from being a risk of hampering physical growth and susceptibility to disease, also causes barriers to cognitive development which will affect the level of intelligence and productivity of children in the future. Stunting can be caused by various factors, including low nutritional intake in the first 1,000 days of life, from the fetus to a two-year-old baby. Apart from that, poor sanitation facilities, lack of access to clean water, and lack of environmental cleanliness are also causes of stunting. Poor hygiene conditions mean that the body has to fight extra hard against sources of disease, thus hampering the absorption of nutrients. Basically, stunting can be prevented from an early age. Of course, this can be done by increasing the family's insight or knowledge, especially mothers, regarding stunting prevention. By looking at the problems of these partners, the Community Partnership program aims to provide knowledge and information to the community so they can prevent and overcome the problem of stunting. The results achieved in this activity, namely, participants have knowledge about: the definition of stunting and its characteristics, the causes of stunting, the impacts of stunting, how to prevent and overcome stunting

Health problems that occur in the elderly in general are a decrease in organ function, changes in lifestyle, diet and physical activity which are often the main factors in degenerative diseases including hypertension which disrupts blood flow. This hypertension often occurs in the elderly where the blood pressure is at the upper limit ( Systole) is more than 140 mmHg and lower limit blood pressure (diastole) is more than 90 mmHg. One non-pharmacological treatment that can improve the flow of oxygen in the blood is laughter therapy. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of laughter therapy using comedy videos on reducing blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension at the Tiban Baru Community Health Center, Batam City. Background: The prevalence of elderly people continues to increase every year. This is directly proportional to the problems that continue to occur. One of them is a decrease in cognitive abilities which results in dementia. One of the risk factors for dementia is the level of physical activity. Decreased physical activity is believed to be one of the causes of dementia in the elderly, along with other risk factors. Objective: To determine the relationship between physical activity levels and risk factors for dementia in elderly posyandu participants in RW 03, Dinoyo Village. Research Method: This research uses descriptive analytical methods with a cross-sectional design. The method with sampling of both variables is carried out in the same time period. The total sample was 51 elderly posyandu participants in RW 03 Dinoyo Village who met the inclusion criteria. The measurement instrument uses the IPAQ-SF questionnaire to measure physical activity levels and the MMSE questionnaire to measure cognitive abilities. The correlation test used the Spearman Rho test with IBM SPSS 25. Results: Based on the Spearman Rho correlation test, the result was p = 0.339 (p > 0.05). The results showed that there was no relationship between the level of physical activity and the risk of dementia. Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between the level of physical activity and the risk of dementia in respondents. The lack of results in this study was caused by several factors, namely the limited research design and other supporting factors that were not studied.

Stunting is a condition of chronic malnutrition due to malnutrition over a long period of time, causing growth disorders in children, meaning that the child's height is lower or shorter (does not grow strong) compared to children of the age standard. The physical and mental growth and development of children can cause developmental delays in children. The purpose of this activity is so that the environment of Batu Bersurat Village, XIII Koto Kampar District, Kampar Regency can become a clean and uncontaminated environment from cow dung. Cow dung can be processed into compost. Compost is an organic fertilizer made from animal waste that has undergone a fermentation process. The advantage of this compost is that it is environmentally friendly, can increase the income of farmers, and can increase soil fertility by repairing physical damage to the soil due to excessive use of inorganic (chemical) fertilizers. Batu Bersurat Village is an area with potential in agriculture, plantation and animal husbandry. The existence of cattle owned by the community has the potential to be used as compost which can be used for agriculture as well as for the fertility of plantation crops. However, the lack of knowledge of residents about the methods and benefits of making compost from cow manure causes cow manure to be thrown away, therefore people still use chemical fertilizers as a medium for the fertility of their plants. Therefore, a practice was held to make use of compost from cow manure in Batu Bersurat Village, District XIII Koto Kampar, Kampar Regency.
