The aim of this research is to examine the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in educational administration to increase transparency and accountability at the Garuda Khatulistiwa Education Foundation. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study method, data collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the application of AI at the Garuda Khatulistiwa Education Foundation in several aspects of educational administration, including student data management, financial management and teacher performance evaluation, can improve operational efficiency and more accurate reporting mechanisms. The application of AI can speed up the decision-making process and provide easier access to relevant information for all stakeholders. These findings show that the integration of AI technology not only provides a good level of transparency in the management of educational foundations but also increases accountability for the parties involved. Therefore, the application of AI can be used as a significant innovation in efforts to improve the management of education administration at the Garuda Khatulistiwa Education Foundation

An Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid Technology And Api Communication Has Been Successfully Developed And Tested With Satisfactory Results. The Problem Faced Is The Weakness Of Traditional Attendance Methods Which Are Susceptible To Human Error And Time Consuming, Hampering The Productivity And Effectiveness Of Company Operations. The Aim Of Developing This System Is To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In Recording Employee Attendance. The Method Used In This Research Is The Waterfall Method, Which Includes The Stages Of Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing And Maintenance. At The Needs Analysis Stage, Identification And Documentation Of The Desired Attendance System Requirements Are Carried Out. The System Design Phase Involves Designing The Hardware And Software Architecture, Including The Use Of Rfid With Components Such As The Esp8266, Buzzer, And Rc522 As Well As Integration With The Server Via Api. Implementation Is Carried Out By Developing Hardware And Software According To The Design That Has Been Created. Testing Is Carried Out On Hardware Components To Ensure Function According To Specifications And Hardware-Software Integration To Ensure Smooth Communication Without Delays Or Loss Of Data. Business Logic Testing Ensures The System Detects Absences And Performs Automatic Salary Deductions According To Company Policy. The Data Export Module Was Developed To Export Attendance, Member, Division And Salary Data To An Excel File With The Appropriate Format. The Results Show That The Hardware Components Function Well, Able To Read And Send Rfid Data To The Server Accurately. Hardware And Software Integration Via Api Runs Smoothly, Enabling Real-Time Two-Way Communication. Business Logic Testing Shows That The System Can Detect Employee Absences And Perform Automatic Salary Deductions With High Accuracy. The Data Export Module Proved Effective, Allowing Users To Export Data To An Excel File In An Easily Accessible Format For Further Analysis Or Reporting. The Conclusion Of This Research Is That The Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid And Api Technology Has Been Proven To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In The Employee Attendance And Attendance Management Process. This System Offers A Modern And Effective Solution Compared To Traditional Attendance Methods, Providing Significant Flexibility And Ease Of Access. PT Aaron Innovation is a company that focuses on marketing yummys mother and child products, such as breast milk, maternity food, and baby skincare. With the wider reach of consumers through the TikTok platform, the company faces the challenge of increasing product return rates. This study aims to optimize the product return process at PT Aaron Innovation by identifying and implementing strategies that can increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, speed up and improve the accuracy of return handling, and increase customer satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a survey method, collecting data through direct observation and interviews with sources. The results showed that the current returns system is not optimal, with ineffective SOPs and a lack of special areas for returns handling, causing delays and irregularities in handling returned products.

PT BrickBern is a distribution company specializing in LEGO (Leg Godt) toy products. An efficient inventory information system is crucial for managing the diverse range of LEGO products and enables the company to meet customer demand effectively. The V-Model method was chosen as a structured development approach due to its advantages in well-defined development and testing stages, allowing for early error detection and correction. The research began with a needs analysis that included an in-depth understanding of the company's requirements for LEGO product inventory management. The system design phase followed, covering database design, user interface design, and adequate system architecture. Subsequently, the system was implemented and tested, and training was provided to users. The research outcome is a web-based inventory information system that supports PT BrickBern in managing LEGO product inventory more efficiently and in real-time, thereby enhancing PT BrickBern's operational efficiency in distributing LEGO products and increasing customer satisfaction. Furthermore, these findings can serve as a reference for similar companies looking to develop web-based inventory information systems using the V-Model method.

The role of information technology in the work system has brought significant changes in the world of work, although the main challenge is to improve the competence of human resources which is crucial for the successful performance of government agencies. This systematic research adopted the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews approach, by analyzing full articles in English and Bahasa Indonesia. With the implementation of an effective management information system, organizations can manage data and information more efficiently, which in turn enables more accurate and timely decision-making. This contributes significantly to increasing productivity, reducing operational costs, and responding more quickly to changes in the market or business environment. In addition, management information systems also play an important role in human resource management, inventory management, project management, and employee performance evaluation.

Public service is crucial for fulfilling community basic needs, particularly in healthcare. Puskesmas Porong, a healthcare institution in Sidoarjo District, serves as the primary focus of this study. With a vision to provide quality and professional healthcare services to the community, Puskesmas Porong plays a pivotal role as the primary healthcare center in Porong Subdistrict. Despite adequate facilities including 46 inpatient beds and coverage of 10 surrounding villages, challenges persist. High patient influx poses significant issues such as long waiting times for services, attributed to insufficient staff and resources. Moreover, limited community participation in providing feedback is a concern, hindering the identification of issues and optimal solutions for healthcare service improvement.This qualitative research aims to analyze healthcare service quality at Puskesmas Porong, employing interviews with key stakeholders including the head of the health center, medical staff, administrative personnel, and patients. Additionally, observation and documentation methods were utilized to gather comprehensive data on service provision, patient satisfaction, and facility conditions. Results reveal that while operational procedures are generally adhered to, discrepancies exist between management perceptions and patient experiences. Patients highlight shortcomings in BPJS utilization, medical equipment adequacy, and diagnostic accuracy, underscoring the need for targeted improvements to enhance service quality and community trust.

The utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) in the management of educational institutions has become a key element of improving operational efficiency and effectiveness in the digital era. This study aims to investigate the role of ICT in data management, management, learning processes, and communication in educational environments. Using literature review techniques and secondary data analysis, this study found that the use of ICT increases information transparency, accuracy and speed, improving resource management and decision-making. However, ICT implementation also faces many challenges, such as infrastructure limitations, lack of technical capacity of human resources, and resistance to change. Overcoming these barriers requires a comprehensive and sustainable strategy. The results of this study are expected to provide insights to stakeholders in education regarding better management and optimization of ICT utilization to achieve quality education.unik.

This research aims to design and build a website-based library book e-catalog application at the Fatahillah College Center Foundation. This application is designed to overcome the limitations of the manual system currently used by libraries, increase the efficiency of book information management, and make information access easier for users. The research methods used include descriptive methods, observation, interviews, and system development using the Waterfall model. The research results show that the e-catalog application can manage book, member, and loan transaction data effectively. It is hoped that implementing this application can support literacy activities and increase library operational efficiency.

This study explores the impact of product and service innovation, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, human resource management, and digital marketing strategies on the profitability of companies. Utilizing a quantitative research methodology, data was collected through surveys and company financial reports and analyzed using statistical techniques, including linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that product and service innovation significantly enhances profitability, emphasizing the importance of continuous innovation. Operational efficiency, measured through lower operational costs, directly correlates with increased profit margins. Furthermore, a strong positive relationship exists between customer satisfaction and profitability, highlighting the importance of customer-centric strategies. Human resource management practices that promote employee satisfaction and productivity are also found to significantly impact profitability. Lastly, the adoption of digital marketing strategies is shown to boost sales volume and market reach, contributing positively to financial performance. These results suggest that companies should adopt a holistic approach to strategy development, integrating innovation, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, human resource management, and digital marketing to enhance profitability. The study underscores the need for companies to continuously evolve and adapt to market changes to sustain competitive advantage and long-term success.

The advancement of information technology, particularly in data analytics, has significantly impacted management accounting practices and strategic decision-making. This study aims to analyze the role of data analytics in management accounting and its impact on strategic decision-making in competitive markets. This study proposes a new framework that integrates data analytics into management accounting, focusing on its application in improving decision-making accuracy, competitive advantage, and operational efficiency. The methodology employed is a literature-based review, examining relevant journal articles, books, and industry reports. Secondary data is used to assess the impact of data analytics in management accounting and strategic decision-making. The findings reveal that the implementation of data analytics in management accounting improves budgeting and forecasting accuracy, provides a competitive advantage through faster market responses, and enhances operational efficiency by reducing costs and streamlining processes. The analysis indicates that while there are challenges such as technological barriers, organizational resistance, and ethical issues, the opportunities presented by data analytics in management accounting are significant. Proper implementation can support more accurate and efficient strategic decision-making, improving a company’s competitive positioning. Future research could focus on exploring the application of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning in management accounting. Additionally, further investigation into the impact of data privacy regulations and ethical challenges is needed.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of performance management in Kurnia Supermarket, Tanjungpinang City. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation and in-depth interviews. The sample used was purposive sampling. The informants are 3 people, namely 1 manager and 2 employees from the goods arrangement staff and cashier division, in order to obtain a comprehensive perspective related to the implementation of performance management implemented. The results of the study show that performance management at Kurnia Supermarket has been implemented well. This is reflected in the implementation of clear goal setting, achievement of performance targets, and employee competency development that focuses on improving work quality. This implementation also supports the improvement of operational efficiency which has a positive impact on the company's overall performance. Although it has shown positive results, the study also found several challenges, such as a lack of understanding of some employees regarding the performance management system and limited human resources in some divisions. Therefore, it is recommended to improve communication and increase socialization about performance management to all employees to achieve more optimal results.

This community service activity aims to develop a web app for the management of sacrificial animal operations, covering the entire process from ordering to meat distribution. The development methodology integrates Agile, DevOps, and Design Thinking. The study focuses on Masjid Baiturrahman located at Jl. Legoso Raya No. 31B, RT 06 RW 07, Pisangan Village, Ciputat Timur District, South Tangerang City. Agile methodology ensures iterative and adaptive development based on user feedback. DevOps automates integration and ensures continuous delivery, facilitating rapid and reliable deployment. Design Thinking guides user-centered solution design through stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. This activity resulted in a web-based application that can be used by the management of DKM Masjid Baiturrahman for managing sacrificial animal data. This web-based application is capable of enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in all stages of the ordering, slaughtering, and meat distribution processes. Moreover, it assists DKM in digitally managing sacrificial animal data, ultimately improving operational performance and congregational trust in the sacrificial process.

The success of the Navy's main tasks is greatly determined by the availability of materials, so it can be said that the Indonesian Navy is an army of heavy materials (heavy materials). Therefore, the materials of the Indonesian Navy are operational tools and equipment that also determine the success of an operation of a warship (KRI). To ensure that these materials are ready for use and maintenance throughout their lifespan, maintenance is necessary. Logistic support, which includes supply support, is an element that also determines the final outcome of each operation carried out. The PUT (Penerima Untuk Terima) procedure for requesting supplies can be easily implemented using an application built with hardware, software, and supporting components. The hardware serves as a crucial component for running software developers and *apk on devices. Software acts as a command in programming languages, executing various commands. The supporting component is physical warehouse data when requesting supplies, which gives software XAMPP commands within the hardware. Therefore, it is necessary to have sufficient supporting software that can be installed on a computer, requiring additional internet costs to open the warehouse management system application. Additionally, it is also necessary to have experts who understand online warehouse systems and job adjustments that were originally performed manually to be computerized. The research results show that the use of a computer-based lesson supply control system with Android technology as the medium for lesson supply requests is quite good and easy to manage in terms of distribution and management of each lesson supply request. With the lesson supply system, timely accuracy during PUT (Penerima Untuk Terima) is beneficial for Subdismatbek, warehouses, and Kadeplog in using lesson supplies. The application still requires constructive suggestions for improvement in the future.

A case study at XYZ company shows the significant benefits of SIM implementation, including improved operational efficiency and product quality. With the development of technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data, the future of SIM looks increasingly bright, offering great potential to improve organizational efficiency and competitiveness. This article emphasizes the importance of continued investment in SIM to ensure relevance and competitiveness in the global market.

Indomaret, Indonesia's largest mini market, uses a management information system (SIM) for its sales. When it comes to utilizing SIM, Indomaret employs a variety of methods, including the acquisition of business and personnel in the ritel sector. The process of using the operational Indomaret SIM and implementing it for business purposes is an important aspect. Because of this, the purpose of this article is to investigate a variety of SIM Indomaret features. In order to address a variety of Indomaret functions, including inventories, logistics, SDM, keuangan, and penjualan management, the SIM was developed with the help of a large and persistent Estonian market. The SIM Indomaret system includes hardware such as a hard drive, a memory stick, a database, and software such as a computer and a telephone.

Management Information Systems (MIS) have become a crucial component in enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness in various educational institutions, including elementary, middle, and high schools. This article examines the implementation of MIS in schools, with a case study at SMP Negeri 11 Lhokseumawe. The implementation process, including planning, organizing, execution, and evaluation, is detailed comprehensively. The findings indicate that MIS can improve data management accuracy, expedite administrative processes, and increase parental involvement in the educational process. Despite facing challenges such as human resource readiness and infrastructure, proper support and systematic approaches enable schools to maximize the benefits of MIS. This article concludes that MIS is an effective tool in supporting school management and improving the quality of education.

The aim of this research is to identify and explain the role of internal audit in the allocation of BOS funds. This research uses a qualitative approach with library or library research. Audit is an operational process carried out by a qualified and independent auditor, whose aim is to ensure compliance with the conditions relating to the operation of an economic entity and its standards. Auditors carry out examinations by collecting and presenting evidence systematically, analytically, critically and accurately to provide opinions or conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders. BOS Fund Management Audits are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the audit standards of the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment (PER/05/M.PAN-03/2008 APIP-AUDIT-STANDARDS). Several requirements must be met before an audit can be performed.(Comparative et al., 2023). This research aims to understand the accounting information system for cash receipts and cash disbursements in school operational assistance funds (BOS). The variables used in this research are Accounting Information Systems, Cash Receipts and Cash Disbursements. The method used in this research is a qualitative method by utilizing data collection techniques then carrying out observations, interviews, documentation, triangulation and literature study. The data used in this research is primary data using observations and interviews with the Nurul Ikhwan Selabintana Sukabumi Islamic Vocational School.(Asep & Wr, 2021)

For companies across industries, the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) and management information systems (MIS) offers great potential for digital transformation. This publication explains the benefits and drawbacks of integrating IoT into MIS and how this technology can improve customer experience of products and services, in-depth data analysis, operational efficiency, energy efficiency, and creativity. Implementing IoT in SIM is not without challenges, because there are issues such as data security, interoperability, infrastructure availability, advanced data management, data protection and ethics. With a clear understanding of these pros and cons, companies can take the necessary steps to take full advantage of IoT integration in MIS while maintaining operational security, data protection, and Masu requirements.
