This research aims to determine various school literacy movement programs in fostering students' interest in reading. This type of research is qualitative (descriptive) research. Data collection techniques use listening and understanding techniques. The data validation technique uses data source triangulation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show the implementation of the school literacy movement in fostering students' interest in reading with models of implementing the school literacy movement such as adding interesting books, reading activities 15 minutes before learning, utilizing the school environment for literacy movements or reading that is rich in expanding students' knowledge and conducting questions and answers. and convey the material that is understood

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Christian Religious Education Teachers' Teaching Communication on Learning Interest of Class X TKR Students at SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita North Tapanuli in 2023/2024. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method. The population was all 101 students of class X TKR SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita who were Christians and a sample of 50 people was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 35 items, namely 16 items for variable Siatas Barita North Tapanuli 2023/2024, proven through the following data analysis: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.469 > rtable(a=0.05,n=50) = 0.297. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 3.680 > ttable(a=0.05, dk=n-2=48)= 2.021. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="29.49"+0.64X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 22%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=20, dk denominator=n-2=50-2=48) namely 13.53 > 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

This theoretical review aims to explore the potential influence of free shipping, customer experience, and perceived risk on repurchase intentions in the context of e-commerce. e-commerce has experienced significant growth globally, emphasizing the need to understand the factors that influence consumer repurchase behavior. Based on existing literature, this paper examines the theoretical basis and research results regarding the influence of free shipping interest, customer experience, and risk perception and their potential impact on consumers' willingness to repurchase on e-commerce platforms. This review highlights the importance of the factors free shipping, customer experience and risk perception in shaping consumer behavior and suggests avenues for future empirical research to validate the proposed relationships. Understanding these dynamics can help e-commerce businesses in formulating effective marketing strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.

College Students' interest in participating in organizational activities is a current topic in the university environment. The existence of organizations can be seen from students' interest in joining organizations, one of which is in the Social Sciences Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University. The aim of this research is to describe the factors of interest of Social Sciences Education Students in participating in organizational activities. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. The subjects in this research were students of the 2021-2022 Social Sciences Education study program. The research results show that most college students have an interest in organizational activities, and the internal factors for students joining an organization are: 1) having an open personality, 2) wanting to develop their interests and talents, 3) preparing themselves to enter the world of work. External factors for college students joining the organization are: 1) campus facilities, 2) friends in studying, 3) parents, 4) appreciation from friends and lecturers, 5) problems on campus. So it can be concluded that Social Sciences Education college students have an interest in participating in organizational activities. Several factors that determine a student's interest in joining an organization come from the student himself and also from the environment at the university.

Sarilate is a community that originated from the Al-Masyariqul Anwar Islamic boarding school in Babakan Village, Ciwaringin District, Cirebon Regency, West Java in 2015. The name Sarilate Adventure is Sarilate Adventure, which has an organizational structure including the chairman, deputy chairman, secretary, treasurer and public relations (public relations). In addition, there is another name for this community, namely Sarilate outdoor equipment, which means Sarilate outdoor equipment. Sarilate opens outdoor equipment rental and sells local products from Sarilate itself and also has product brands, namely Eiger and Balai. This business has carried out 3 stages of the marketing strategy, namely having targeted consumers, identifying consumer desires, and determining the marketing mix. In addition to the 3 stages of the marketing strategy, Sarilate also applies the concept of AIDA + S (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action, Satisfaction) which greatly influences increasing consumer interest in Sarilate products. This type of research is field research conducted with a qualitative approach. The methods used in collecting data for preparing this research report include observation, interviews and literature review. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy applied by Sarilate Adventure or Sarilate Outdoor Equipment to increase consumer interest in their products.

The alpha generation is the children that the millenial generation has left behind. This article was written by Mark Mc Crindle and published in the Business Insider magazine (Christina Sterbenz, 2015). The Alpha Generation (2011–2025) is the most advanced generation in terms of digital technology and the least advanced generation in comparison to the previous generation. Every day, almost 2.5 million children of the Alpha Generation are born into the world. The generation most familiar with the internet over the long term is Gen A. Mc Crindler also asserts that the Alpha generation is not averse to technology, somewhat socially adept, somewhat creative, and somewhat independent. Alpha generators require quick and somewhat chaotic processes. By enticing them with a technology, they become socially alienated. This article aims to understand the challenges faced by the Alpha Generation in the Industrial Revolution. For many people, literacy is a familiar language. Literasi is a concept with a complex, dynamic, and ever-changing definition that is defined by several methods with extreme caution. According Keywords: Literacy, Technology, Development, and Generation Alpha. to an online Merriam-Webster dictionary, the words "literature" and "letter" come from the Latin and English languages, respectively. Literasi is quality, or the ability to read and write with huruf/aksara that is included in the text. Technology is described as a concept that has to do with the type of application and knowledge about how it might improve human ability to identify and modify objects that are around. At this point in time, technological advancement is experiencing relatively slow advancement. The idea of technological advancement is to advance technology from one era to the next, making it more advanced or better. The ability of the Alpha generation to communicate (read, write, study, and sketch) has somewhat declined as a result of the rapid advancement of technology. Many Alpha children nowadays are highly dependent on their gadgets (games, YouTube videos, and other apps). However, due to technological developments, alpha generation children are lagging behind in literature, which is why they are interested in reading at an age when they should be able to read and understand the content of what they read.

The low interest in reading among elementary school (SD) students poses a significant challenge in the context of primary education. This article identifies various factors that contribute to the low interest in reading among students, including lack of access to engaging reading materials, insufficient support from parents, lack of motivation or intrapersonal interest, uninteresting curriculum and teaching methods, influence of electronic media, socio-economic conditions, lack of reading role models, and difficulties in reading. The analysis yields recommendations that encompass improving access to engaging reading materials, encouraging parental support, fostering student motivation and intrapersonal interest, and developing engaging curriculum and teaching methods. Through a holistic and sustainable approach, it is hoped that these recommendations can help address the challenges of low reading interest among elementary school students and enhance the quality of literacy learning at the primary level.

This study was motivated by the use of learning video-based media which turned out to be insufficient to increase student interest and activeness in learning Solar System material in grade VI. The purpose of this study was to determine how the application of Wordwall quiz wordsearch media in increasing student interest and activeness in Solar System material in grade VI. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate an increase in student interest in learning and activeness as evidenced by the number of students who meet the learning interest indicators more than those who do not show interest in learning, namely many students show interest, a feeling of pleasure by answering that learning is unique and exciting, and their direct involvement with active in the application of Wordwall quiz wordsearch media in Solar System Material. In conclusion, students' learning interest and activeness can emerge and increase by practicing learning with Wordwall quiz wordsearch media that is interesting, exciting, and unique according to the indicators of learning interest and student activeness.

The history education internal community partnership program aims to socialize the introduction of Local History in an effort to foster historical interest in MA MuhajirinTugumulyo, Musi Rawas Regency The importance of socializing the introduction of local history is to increase the knowledge and experience of both learning students and teachers at MA Muhajirin Tugumulyo, Musi Rawas Regency. The service team has an obligation to provide socialization in the field of history so that it can be useful for the development of science and technology in society. The field of history does not only talk about the past but the advancement of science and technology can be utilized as the main source through the elaboration of local history around the community. This community service activity is expected to be able to contribute both teachers and students at MA Muhajirin Tugumulyo, Musi Rawas Regency. The implementation of this community service was carried out at MA Muhajirin Tugumulyo, Musi Rawas Regency as a form of team attention in the field of history to maintain the existence of local history, especially for the younger generation. Penelitian ini membahas rendahnya kemampuan dan minat membaca siswa kelas tiga di SDN 101765 Bandar Setia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan Pendekatan Studi Kasus. Hasil wawancara dengan guru mengungkapkan bahwa beberapa siswa mengalami kesulitan membaca dan kurangnya pengenalan alfabet. Faktor-faktor seperti kebiasaan membaca yang buruk, kurangnya fasilitas membaca, lingkungan yang tidak mendukung, dan kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua berkontribusi pada rendahnya minat membaca. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi kegiatan literasi, pelatihan keterampilan membaca dasar dengan menggunakan berbagai media, dan peningkatan fasilitas pendukung literasi di sekolah. Rekomendasi lainnya adalah meningkatkan ketersediaan buku menarik, memasukkan kegiatan literasi dalam pengajaran, dan menumbuhkan motivasi intrinsik untuk membaca di kalangan siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini meluas ke pendidik, orang tua, dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mempromosikan lingkungan ramah membaca bagi siswa.

Mills is a sports brand that also offers a wide range of products with the lastest quality and technology, whict naturally piques the interest of the public in Mills and generates purchasing intent among consumers towards Mills’ products. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of Mills’ Instagram content on purchase intent. The theories utilized in this study include Hermawan’s 2012 marketing communication theory, as well as Kotler & Keller’s Attention, Interest, and Desire theory on the Purchase Intent variable. Miles’2014 theory is applied to the Instagram Content variable, encompassing profile name, comments or feedback, and captions or descriptions. This researh adopts a quantitative approach through a survey method conducted on 85 respondents who follow @millssportid on instagram, selected using simple random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate a high influence of 73,9% of Mills’ instagram content on purchase intent, with the remaining 26,1% influenced by unexamined variables in this research.

This research aims to find out whether trust, service and return of results influence MSMEs' interest in becoming Sharia Bank customers. This research uses a quantitative approach by obtaining primary data from questionnaires by taking samples using a random sampling technique with the selection of the entire population in this study being sampled using the census method or saturated sample. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data processing technique used is multiple regression data analysis using SPSS 25, UI hypothesis testing, validity testing, and classical assumption testing. This research shows that trust, service and returns have a significant effect on MSMEs' interest in saving at Sharia Banks.

The research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the personality competence of PAK teachers on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the personality competence of PAK teachers on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year. Descriptive and inferential quantitative research methods. The population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 212 people. Random sampling was taken, namely 20% of the total population, namely 42 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value rcount=0.489>rtabel=0.304 and tcount=3.546>ttable=2.021 shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year. . b) Regression equation. c) The determination test revealed that the influence was 23.91%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=12.566>Ftable=3.23, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the personality competence of PAK teachers on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Latar belakang: E-commerce telah berkembang pesat beberapa tahun terakhir ini, karena menawarkan berbagai kemudahan serta produk yang menarik perhatian konsumen untuk berbelanja secara online dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya, perkembangan ini juga di ikuti dengan metode pembayaran digital yang sangat bervariasi, salah satunya metode pembayaran yang saat ini popular dan di minati oleh berbagai kalangan masyarakat adalah shoppe paylater. Tujuan: untuk menganalisis penggunaan shoppe paylater pada karyawan PT.Shoetown Kasokandel dalam pandangan ekonomi islam. Metode: penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualititatif dengan wawancara secara intensif dan observasi di lokasi PT.Shoetown Kasokandel, beberapa karyawan diwawancarai dengan kriteria telah menggunakan shoppe paylater tiga tahun terakhir di e-commerce shoppe. Temuan: hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa shoppe paylater digunakan karyawan untuk : (1) membeli barang yang di ingikan / atau menarik perhatian, (2) memanfaatkan atau tergiur promo dan diskon yang ditawarkan karena lingkungan atau iklan, (3) membeli barang secara kredit hanya untuk meningkatkan gaya hidup, karena batas pinjaman yang diberikan sangat besar bagi karyawan, (4) ketentuan persyaratan pinjaman shoppe paylater sangat mudah tanpa melihat kondisi keuangan. Kesimpulan: penggunaan shoppe paylater terjadi peningkatan konsumsi yang dilakukan karyawan sehingga meningkatkan prilaku konsumtif dikarenakan Shoppe paylater menggunakan sistem beli sekarang bayar nanti.

This research aims to analyze and prove the influence of brand image, price and promotion on buying interest in Wardah cosmetic products (study on chacha cosmetics Tlogosari Semarang). This type of research is quantitative, the population of this research is consumers of the Chacha Cosmetics Tlogosari Semarang shop with a total of 96 respondents. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Measurements in this study used a Likert scale which was then processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 23 for Windows analysis tool. The results of this research show that there is an influence between brand image, price and promotion on purchasing interest.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggunakan perpustakaan mini sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan minat membaca siswa SDS Attaufiq Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah SDS Attaufiq Medan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi. Meskipun perpustakaan mini telah tersedia di kelas, minat membaca siswa SDS Attaufiq tetap rendah, dengan siswa cenderung lebih suka bermain atau bercerita daripada membaca buku. Namun, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam memanfaatkan perpustakaan untuk menumbuhkan minat baca siswa telah memberikan dampak positif, membuat siswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran. Kehadiran perpustakaan mini di kelas diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat membaca siswa jika dikelola dengan baik, membantu siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas dengan mencari sumber informasi yang mereka butuhkan.

Investment is an activity of placing funds owned by a person in a certain period with the hope that it will generate profits or increase the value of the investment in the future. This study aims to determine the effect of four variables that are thought to encourage the intention to invest using mobile banking, namely brand trust, facilitating conditions, and behavioral intention. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The research sample was 151 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Yogyakarta State University using purposive random sampling method. The research instrument was tested for content validity according to experts, construct using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and reliability coefficient using Cronbach Alpha. Processing of research data using SEM PLS. The results of this study are brand trust does not significantly affect behavioral intention and use intention of mobile banking investment features. Facilitating conditions have a significant positive effect on behavioral intention and use intention of mobile banking investment features. And behavioral intention has a significant positive effect on the use intention of mobile banking investment features. The managerial implication of this research is that banking marketers with a mobile banking base should create a marketing communication strategy regarding easy access to investment features and investment literacy using mobile banking. So that customers or bank customers will have a high interest in using investment features with mobile banking.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Influence of Animation Media on the Learning Interest of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used is an inferential descriptive quantitative research method, with a population of 123 students and a sample taken of 50% so that the sample for this research is 62 students using Random Sampling techniques.The instrument used in this research used a closed questionnaire of 36 questions, of which 15 questionnaire items were for variable X and 21 items were for variable Y which had been tested on 30 students outside the research sample. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Influence of Animation Media on the Learning Interest of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. 1) Test the relationship between rcount > rtable, namely 0.557 > 0.254, meaning there is a positive relationship between the influence of animation media on students' learning interest; 2) The significant test tcount>ttable is 5.194>2.000, meaning there is a significant relationship between the influence of animation media on students' learning interest; 3) The determination test is 31.02%, meaning that 31.02% of interest in learning is influenced by animation media; 4) The regression equation is obtained from  the more Animation Media increases, the more Student Learning Interest increases; 5) Test the hypothesis using a test F is obtained Fcount > Ftable  = ( = 0,05,dk numerator k =9,dk denominator = n-2 = 62-2 = 60)  that is 26,884 > 2,04.
