Human resource management (HRM) plays an important role in helping organizations achieve short-term and long-term goals by aligning those goals with overall business strategy. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the relationship between Human Resource Management (HRM) and business strategy and to provide an overview of effective employee training and development to increase company productivity. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through literature study. Based on the studies conducted, it is known that the assumption of a close relationship between business strategy and HRM methods is based on contingency theory. This theory emphasizes that human resource management methods are selected according to the type of competitive strategy adopted by the business. A well-crafted business strategy should align with the company's core mission and vision, and serve as a roadmap for achieving profitability, competitiveness and sustainable growth. In addition, proper training and development can significantly influence employee productivity, which in turn will improve the well-being and prosperity of the company. This shows the importance of planning and implementing training and workforce development, both at the company and public levels, to achieve the organization's long-term goals. Keywords: , , ,  ,

Nutritional issues among toddlers are one of the main challenges in improving the quality of human resources. This study aims to analyze the relationship between maternal knowledge and the nutritional status of children aged 0-5 years in Manembo-Nembo Atas Village, Bitung City. The study employed a cross-sectional design with a total sample of 50 mothers with toddlers, selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and nutritional status measurements using the weight-for-age (W/A) indicator based on WHO standards. The results showed that the majority of mothers had good knowledge (56.0%), while the rest had sufficient knowledge (44.0%). In terms of nutritional status, 38 toddlers (76.0%) were classified as undernourished, while 12 toddlers (24.0%) were classified as having good nutritional status. Bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test indicated a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and the nutritional status of toddlers (p-value = 0.029). This study highlights that maternal knowledge significantly affects the nutritional status of toddlers. Therefore, intensive nutrition education for mothers, particularly through counseling at posyandu (integrated health posts), is essential to enhance awareness and understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition for toddlers.

In the late 20th and early 21st centuries, despite the decline of classical biological theory, the idea that biological factors play a role in criminal behavior has again gained attention, especially with the emergence of new fields of study such as neurocriminology and behavioral genetics. This approach, often referred to as Neo-Lombrosianism, updates the old biological theory by integrating new findings from modern science. Unfortunately, while the findings of genetics and neurobiology offer a new landscape for searching for the causes of crime, they risk ignoring the important role of social factors such as poverty, opportunity, social processes, trauma, and structural injustice. This study used a data collection method collected using library research, then analyzed using qualitative methods and presented descriptively. The results of the study indicate that Neo-Lombrosianism has made a significant contribution to the understanding of the relationship between biological factors and criminal behavior, this approach must be balanced with a full awareness of the importance of social, economic, and environmental factors in influencing human behavior. However, there is a great risk that genetic findings can be used to support unfair policies, especially if biological factors are considered to be the main determinants of criminal behavior.

Education in Indonesia plays an important role in the development of individuals and the country, shaping social and cultural values and preparing for the future. Quality education creates human resources who are innovative and have high social awareness, as regulated in Republic of Indonesia Law no. 20 of 2003. The main challenge is to maintain achievements and adapt to the Society 5.0 era. Curricula, such as the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum, are designed to develop students' knowledge, skills and character. English as a compulsory subject increases career and educational opportunities in the context of globalization. English teaching in Indonesia emphasizes listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, as well as the importance of grammar and vocabulary. Nouns are an important element in sentence formation, and understanding nouns helps students in all aspects of language skills. An effective method for studying nouns is through descriptive text analysis. The Community Service Activity (PKM) entitled "Learning Nouns Through Descriptive Text Analysis for Grade 7 Students at MTs Lijamul Athfal Sukabumi" aims to develop community potential, increase creativity, writing skills and relationship networks. It is hoped that this PKM can improve students' understanding of nouns and become a guide for language learning in Indonesian literature, as well as arouse interest in learning English. The method used includes preparation and implementation of noun learning through descriptive text analysis at MTs Lijamul Athfal Sukabumi with results showing high enthusiasm from students. It is hoped that this fun context-based learning can be an alternative that advances education and produces students with international insight.

Humans themselves are social creatures who need to interact with other people to build relationships in their daily lives. Current technological developments make it easier for us as humans to communicate interpersonally, not only directly but can be done using platforms to make friends, one of which is the Bumble application. This research aims to analyze interpersonal communication in making friends. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely interviews, literature study, and observation to assess the effectiveness of communication on Bumble based on five aspects of interpersonal communication according to Devito (1997): openness, empathy, support, positivity, and similarity. The research results show that these five aspects support effective communication, facilitate interaction, and strengthen connections between users, especially if there are similar interests or backgrounds. However, challenges in the form of negative behavior, such as hate speech, are still often found. In conclusion, the Bumble app can facilitate positive interpersonal communication, but requires mutual respect to build a better user experience.

The principle of presumption of innocence aims to protect suspects or defendants from arbitrary actions by law enforcement officials. The principle of presumption of innocence is related to human rights. With this principle of presumption of innocence, the rights of those concerned must be respected. The person's human rights must continue to be protected by a fair legal process. In reality, the principle of presumption of innocence is often set aside in several cases, especially in cases of terrorism. How is the principle of presumption of innocence applied and its relationship with human rights in terrorism cases? And what needs to be done by the government to provide a legal umbrella to guarantee the application of the principle of presumption of innocence in law enforcement practices in terrorism cases? The method used by researchers here is the juridical method. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, terrorism cases, which not only apply in Indonesia but also in other countries, are considered a crime that cannot be forgiven. The methods used by law enforcement are contrary to criminal justice and violate applicable laws. As a result, the existence of this principle is contrary to the reality that occurs in law enforcement practice. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out a review and take firmer action against law enforcement officials who do not heed the application of the principle of presumption of innocence, especially in cases of terrorism, in order to achieve the goal of just law amidst the dynamics of law enforcement.   Keywords: , ,.

This study examines the relationship between Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM), Pro-Environmental Behavior (PEB), and Employee Performance in the hospitality industry. Using data collected from 265 employees across 12 star-rated hotels in Semarang that have implemented green hotel practices, this research employs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings reveal that Green HRM positively influences both PEB (β = 0.627) and Employee Performance (β = 0.341). Furthermore, PEB positively affects Employee Performance (β = 0.396) and partially mediates the relationship between Green HRM and Employee Performance. Demographic factors, including age, education level, and tenure, moderate several relationship paths, suggest the importance of a differentiated approach in Green HRM implementation. Among Green HRM dimensions, Training and Development and Employee Involvement have the strongest effect on PEB, while Performance Management and Reward Systems most directly influence Employee Performance. These results provide empirical evidence that integrating environmental sustainability into HR practices benefits not only environmental outcomes but also enhances employee performance, creating a win-win situation for hotels in their pursuit of competitive advantage while meeting environmental responsibilities.

This paper discusses in depth the relationship between green constitution and green democracy in the context of environmental protection in Indonesia. In the modern era, environmental issues have become increasingly urgent, especially with the growing threats to ecosystems due to human activities. This research raises several problems, including the lack of public understanding regarding environmental legal norms contained in the 1945 Constitution, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation. The main objective of this research is to explore and analyze the connection between the principles of green constitution as stipulated in Article 28H paragraph (1) and Article 33 paragraph (4) of the 1945 Constitution with the existing environmental policy practices. This study also aims to identify the dynamics influencing the development of environmental protection law in Indonesia and to assess the effectiveness of the policies that have been implemented. The method used in this research is a normative juridical approach with descriptive analysis. Through a systematic literature review, this study examines various legal sources, official documents, and relevant literature related to the theme of green constitution and environmental protection. The findings indicate that although environmental norms have been accommodated in the constitution, significant challenges remain in terms of implementation, including the misalignment between government policies and constitutional mandates. This research concludes that to achieve optimal environmental protection goals, continuous evaluation and oversight of the implementation of existing laws are necessary. Furthermore, closer collaboration between the government, society, and other stakeholders is crucial to ensure that the policies adopted are not merely symbolic but also effective in protecting the environment. Moreover, this study emphasizes the importance of integrating the concept of ecocracy into public policy, which can serve as a guideline in making environmentally conscious decisions. Thus, the protection and management of the environment can be effectively and sustainably realized, creating a safe and healthy environment for future generations.

The process in artificial intelligence is similar to the process that occurs in the human brain. The pattern recognition process is to determine whether the input and output values are the same so that the system can detect the pattern. A reciprocal relationship between the input and output levels is made possible by the two interconnected layers of the Bidirectional Associative Memory (BAM) technique. As a result, this technique can serve as an associative memory, meaning that some of the data stored in it can be called upon.. The load signal is transmitted from the input layer X to the output layer Y in this procedure. The weight value will be modified by computing the outcomes between the ranks [1,0]. In this work, the active sigmoid function is employed. Three input characters—the letters S, O, and X—are used in this study's 5x5 order matrix. A pattern [27 4] that matches the target is produced by the target letter S [1,-1], a pattern [27 -3] that does not match the target is produced by the target letter O [1.1], and a pattern [-37 21] that matches the target is produced by the target letter X [-1,1]. Consequently, not all patterns are able to meet the established objectives.
