Role of Entrepreneurship in Eastern Seroja very important in the realization of an increase in economic welfare. The purpose of this study is to see how far the entrepreneurial role in improving the economic welfare of residents in the Village East Seroja Mergosono Kedungkandang District of Malang. (1) the role of entrepreneurship for Eastern Seroja; (2) the representation of entrepreneurship in East Seroja; (3) problems faced by Lotus East. The results showed that entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviors shaping innovative proactive, representation of the attitudes and the behavior is the Chairman of the PKK and its citizens East Seroja applying social entrepreneurship. The problem faced is the first, yet animating entrepreneurial profession. Second, entrepreneurs simply to raise revenue. Third, self-employment is not considered a stable job. Fourth, the majority of entrepreneurs are Housewife. Fifth, afraid to use e-commerce. Sixth, the majority of entrepreneurs are more comfortable using mouth-to-mouth.

Research on Business Analysis of Cap AA Powdered Coffee in Sidorejo Village, Central Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency aims to find out how much the production cost of Cap AA ground coffee in Sidorejo Village, Central Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency, how much revenue and income is obtained and whether the business is The production of Cap AA ground coffee in Sidorejo Village, Central Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency is efficient. This research was conducted in May 2021 – June 2021 in the Cap Cangkir AA ground coffee industry in Sidorejo Village, Central Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency. The data analysis method used is cost analysis, revenue, income, R/C Ratio. The cost incurred in the AA stamped coffee powder business is Rp. 29,677,373/month or Rp. 1,978,492/ production. The total revenue from the Cap AA Coffee Powder business is Rp. 37,200,000 per month or an average of Rp. 2.480,000 per production, during the study period with a total operating income of Rp. 7,522,622 per month or an average of Rp. 501,508 per production. The results of the calculation of the R/C Ratio analysis show that the R/C ratio is 1.25. This means that each expenditure of Rp. 1.00 it will generate income of Rp. 1.25. Based on the R/C ratio value obtained with a value of more than 1, it can be said that Mr. Seno's AA powder coffee business is efficient and profitable.

Productive-age unemployment is one of the main challenges in economic development in Baubau City. The lack of access to skills training, limited job market information, and low motivation for entrepreneurship are key factors contributing to the high unemployment rate among the productive-age population. This study aims to map the unemployment conditions in Baubau and implement a counseling and training program to enhance employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through surveys, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The counseling program involves multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and educational institutions. The results indicate that the program effectively increased participants' understanding of job search strategies, industry-based skills, and entrepreneurial interest. Evaluations show that employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills improved from 40% to 80% after training. With this program, the productive-age population in Baubau is expected to be better prepared for employment challenges and have alternative solutions for economic self-sufficiency. Strengthening collaboration among stakeholders is essential to ensure the sustainability and broader impact of similar programs.

This study aims to find empirical evidence about the effect of accounting knowledge, owner's perception, entrepreneurship orientation, market orientation, performance of micro, small and medium enterprises. This research is a quantitative research using primary data obtained from questionnaires that have been distributed and measured using a likert scale. The population in this study were all owners of micro, small and medium enterprises in North Semarang sub-district with a total of 1683 businesses. The sampling method used in this research is probability sampling. Based on probability sampling method, obtained 95 respondents. Test results from the instrument in this study is valid and reliable. Data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results in this study indicate that accounting knowledge and owner's perception affect the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises, while entrepreneurship orientation and market orientation have no effect on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises.

Indiscriminate disposal of iron waste into waters or the environment will be harmful to human health and the environment. In this regard, there must be an understanding of how to properly utilize iron waste so that it can provide economic value along with an understanding of environmentally friendly technology-based entrepreneurship. This community service activity has the aim of providing understanding for students of SMK Tunas Nusantara Department of Industrial Chemistry by utilizing iron waste into ferrous sulfate. The training provided includes: environmentally friendly entrepreneurship, the dangers of iron waste, how to make ferrous sulfate from iron waste and how to package it. The methods used in the training are: improvement and understanding through lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations, and practice. During the training, the Tunas Nusantara Vocational School students participated in the training activities well and enthusiastically. The results of the training resulted in SMK students having knowledge about environmentally friendly entrepreneurship which was shown to be able to make ferrous sulfate from iron waste and continue to work on it as an alternative to environmentally friendly technology-based entrepreneurship.

The community service activity entitled "Working for the Village, Caring for the Environment Together We Prevent and End the Spread of Covid 19" was carried out in Uwemanje Village, Kinovaro District, Sigi Regency. The aim of this community service activity is to assist the village government in encouraging the community to think creatively in entrepreneurship while protecting the surrounding natural environment from being damaged and continuing to implement health protocols so as to reduce the effects of the pandemic, namely the decline in the community's economy. Through this activity, the people of Uwemanje Village understand the importance of creativity and village government participation in entrepreneurial competition. The targets of the activity are residents, traders and the Uwemanje village government. The expected output from this service activity is that the Uwemanje Village government in particular, and Sigi Regency in general, can empower residents to protect the surrounding environment and participate in competing in the digital-based business world.

Universitas Maritim AMNI carried out community service activities at Tambak Lorok  to support the government of Semarang program. It is not only students/cadets and lecturers who carry out community service activities but also the surrounding community. They are very enthusiastic in participating in implementing various program activities carried out at Tambak Lorok  . The method of implementing this activity uses a direct socialization and training approach , observation, interviews and literature studies. Socialization and training materials on efforts to increase fishing yields to increase fishing family income. The observation was held in Tambak Lorok  . The data collection was carried out through interview methods and as a reference for implementing community service activities was using the literature study method. The success of these program was  indicated by improve the healthy lifestyles and increase the income of the Tambak Lorok  Community.

Entrepreneurial intention in a person can be formed by the external and internal environment. This study examines the attributes entrepreneurial intentionin students : role models, entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms, and emotional competence. The purpose of this study is to determine a model of entrepreneurial intention among exact and non-exact college students. in Brebes and Tegal, Central Java. Respondents observed were exact and non-exact students at three tertiary institutions, namely Muhadi Setiabudi University (UMUS) Brebes, Polteknik Harapan Bersama (Poltek Harber) Tegal, and Pancasakti University (UPS) Tegal with a total of 301 students using a cluster random sampling. This research uses a quantitative analysis approach with data analysis techniques Structural Equation Model (SEM), a method to test the attributes that make up the entrepreneurial intention model. The results showed that the exact entrepreneurial intention of the student group was formed by the attributes of entrepreneurial attitude, and emotional competence. Meanwhile, the non-exact student group was formed by the attributes of role models and entrepreneurial attitudes. The implication of this research is that universities can form entrepreneurial characters among students through a conducive and dynamic curriculum and academic atmosphere.

The mindset as a Job Seeker and not as a Job Creature after completing college is a problem that must be solved by all parties, both the government, educational institutions, the business world, and the community. One of them is planning a business as an individual business career choice in the future after graduating from college. This study aims to map the intentions of students majoring in Islamic Economics at STAI Denpasar in entrepreneurship so that its development can be accepted in society. The population in this study were STAI Denpasar students. The research was conducted using qualitative techniques, with the purposive sampling method as a sampling method. The results of the research are STAI Denpasar students have negative intentions in starting a business. Negative means that there are still many students who think that it is very difficult to open their own business. To become successful entrepreneurs, intentions must also be supported by concrete actions, the real actions they take are sure to start a business, learn from entrepreneurs who have been successful and dare to start a business with existing limitations.

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the rural economy in Sukajaya Village, a newly formed village from expansion. Through a qualitative approach, this study examines strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the agricultural, MSME, and social sectors in Sukajaya Village. It was found that Sukajaya Village has advantages in agriculture and culinary MSMEs but faces challenges such as a lack of government support and understanding of the digital economy. This research also reveals social problems, especially in education. Proposed solutions include improving digital infrastructure, entrepreneurship education, and social interventions for schooling. This research provides important insights into rural economic empowerment that can help Sukajaya Village face challenges and seize opportunities.

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Mindset, Adversity Question and Entrepreneurship Education on student entrepreneurial interest in the city of Tangerang. Entrepreneurship education is intended as a learning process to change students' attitudes and mindsets on entrepreneurial career choices. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, Research respondents used were students from universities in the city of Tangerang. This research is included in quantitative research. The data source in this sztudy is primary data. The data is used by distributing questionnaires directly. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of LISREL software. Research Results show that entrepreneurial mindset influences entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.63, which means that entrepreneurial mindset has a positive direction towards entrepreneurial interest. , adversity quotient influences entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.58, which means adversity quotient has a positive directional effect on entrepreneurial interest. entrepreneurship education has an effect on entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.66 which means that entrepreneurship education has a positive influence on entrepreneurial interest.

The outcomes of this activity are: cheap participants' knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship so that they have the right knowledge; benefit participants' insights on how to start a business and choose the right type of business; benefit participants' insights about possible business failures and ways to enter and resolve business failures.This activity is carried out with the following stages: Selection of participants to the community service, namely the board and members of Karang Taruna; Submission of lecture materials, with a view to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; Implementation of evaluation Evaluation is done by: before counseling conducted a question-answer to know each participant's initial knowledge about entrepreneurship special techniques or how to start a business. After the counseling finished the question and answer again about the same material. Extension methods include lectures, discussions, question and answer. Activity plan extension done 2 times, the first meeting of a talk foster entrepreneurial soul, second meeting: improving the skills of the production. The outer of this activity are: 1) the SME has the spirit of entrepreneurship. 2) SME have the skills to make bird cage. This study sought to determine how students perceive entrepreneurshipas a career and whether they would want to pursue a careerinentrepreneurship upon completion of school. The study bore in mind thatfactors have the potential to influence the students’perception ofentrepreneurship and thus contribute in determining theirentrepreneurialintentions. As such learning Business Studies andhaving parentsin selfemployment was viewed as having prior exposure toentrepreneurship. Datafor this study was obtained by use of a questionnaireadministered torandomly selected students from STIE Totalwin Semarang. They were 85respondents whocomprised of both male and female students. The researchrevealed that majority of students had a positiveperception ofentrepreneurship as a career option. It was alsoobserved that students whohad parentsin self employment were highlymotivated to go intoentrepreneurship so as to continue in family business.

Entrepreneurship education was introduced into the schoolscurriculum with the aim of providing knowledge directed towardsdeveloping the students skills, and competences that will equip them to beinnovative, and to identify, create, and successfully manage business. Thisstudy is on the attitude of students towards entrepreneurial education inSTIE Totalwin Semarang. Questionnaire were the instrument used andsensus sampling technique was adopted. It was found out that, majorityof the respondents believes entrepreneurial education is a good policy andit has come to stay. Most student from the university are not keen andcommitted to entrepreneurship education because they seeentrepreneurship as menial and risky, and their ambition is to seek forsenior white-color job with certainty of income.
