The updated category in the ASN Law, namely Government Employees with Work Agreements, is a matter of controversy, especially on the issue of Termination of Employment (PHK). Which in this case raises aspects that are confronted starting from the professionalism of work to how the legal protection covers it. In this article, we will discuss the position of government employees with work agreements, what kind of legal protection covers PPPK in the event of termination of employment, and what legal steps can be taken to object to layoffs. In accordance with the description of the background and discussion, it can be concluded that the position of the PPPK as an employee of the State Civil Apparatus who is appointed as a Personnel Supervisor Officer according to the needs of government agencies who also have almost the same rights as civil servants. However, PPPK's legal protection is still in the development stage, so there is a need for further improvement and development to increase legal protection for PPPK and ensure that their rights are optimally protected. This is in line with PPPK's status which is still contractual so that its rights are not as strong as those of permanent civil servants. Therefore, efforts are needed to strengthen legal protection for PPPK in order to improve the welfare and work stability of PPPK and improve the quality of public services. One effort that can be done is to provide clearer job security guarantees for PPPK, as well as provide equal legal protection to permanent civil servants. With legal certainty that guarantees and optimizes this, of course this is also in line with good governance.

This research approach is descriptive qualitative, which is in line with the research findings, namely in the form of a description of the Indirectness of Expression in the Song Lyrics of the Album Human Karya Tulus. This type of research is qualitative, because the data found were not obtained using statistical (quantitative) calculations but in the form of phrases, clauses or sentences contained in indirect expressions in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus. The results of this research show that the analysis of deviations in meaning and creation of meaning in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus obtained data that the indirectness of expression in the song lyrics in the form of replacement of meaning in the form of metaphor amounted to eight quotations, personification amounted to eleven quotations, deviations in meaning in the form of ambiguity amounted to six quotations , contradiction of three quotations, creation of meaning in the form of rhyme totaling six quotations and creation of meaning in the form of typography totaling three quotations. Thus, the indirect expression in the song lyrics that is most dominantly used in the Human Album by Tulus is the indirect expression in the song lyrics in the form of changing meaning in the form of personification totaling eleven quotes. The implications of the analysis of indirectness of expression in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus for literature learning in junior high schools are expected to provide an understanding of the types of indirectness of expression in a song lyric. These implications are also expected to become additional teaching material to improve students' abilities in understanding the building blocks in a song lyric as well as creating a work of song lyrics.

Flouting maxim is one of flout language kinds that usually happened in social community. The aim of this research is to find out the kinds of flouting maxim usage in komedi moderen gokil. This research uses qualitative method due to analyze data does not statistic but words description. In data collection, researcher uses primary and secondary data. Researcher uses observation method. According to Sudaryanto (1998:33) observation method is the same as simak method. The technique used is simak bebas libat cakap. In analyzing data, the researcher uses padan technique. The researcher found 20 data that are classified into four kinds of flouting maxim in comedi moderen gokil movie. They are flouting maxim quality, flouting maxim quantity, flouting maxim relevant and flouting maxim manner. Researcher found that the most flouting maxim used is flouting maxim of relevant and the most rarely used is flouting maxim of manner. Beside, the researcher found the domain language of flouting maxim in comedi moderen gokil movie namely domain working, domain family, domain holiday and domain dance place.

The background of the problem in this study is due to the low problem solving ability of students, where in the learning process educators still use the cerama or discussion method so that during learning students only listen and receive explanations of material without any mastery of relevant competencies and structures. The learning process is still using the revised 2013 curriculum, which requires students to be able to have productivity, creativity, innovation and have activities that can be contributed to social life. The purpose of this study was to determine how much “The Effect of Problem Based learning Model Application on students Problem Solving Ability at MTs Muhammadiyah Alamanda Kec. Kinali. Kab. Pasaman Barat”. This quantitative research uses the type of research Quasy Experimental Design. The population in this study amounted to 60 students, namely all seventh grade students at MTs Muhammdiyah Alamanda. The sample used in this study amounted to 60 students, with random sampling technique if the data was normally distributed and homogeny. The data analysis technique used is a description of the research data, normally, homogeny and hypothesis test. The results showed that testing using the t-test obtained the results of thitung = 13.863 and ttable= 1.6715 and the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 at the problem based learning model has an influence on students problem solving skills.

Zakat Management Details the Management of Zakat Given from an Institution to Prospective Zakat Recipients Required in Distributing Zakat. Background: A traffic accident is an unexpected and unwanted road traffic event which is difficult to predict when and where it will occur, involving at least one vehicle with other road users or due to negligence in driving a vehicle, be it a car or motorcycle which can cause death, disability, serious injury or minor injury. Within the territory of Indonesia itself, every hour has an average of at least three people who die as a result of the accident with many causal factors such as the human factor itself, which is around 61%, then the vehicle factor is 9% and environmental factors and infrastructure contribute as much as 30%. Case Description : We report a case of a traffic accident with multiple trauma. This traffic accident involved 2 motorbike riders who were traveling at maximum speed so that they collided with a truck that was stopped at a red light in Makassar City, South Sulawesi, on Thursday 15 June 2022 at around 01.00 WITA and caused the two motorbike riders to die. The motorbike that was traveling at high speed suddenly stopped and hit the back of the truck, as a result the body moving at the speed of the vehicle suddenly experienced a deceleration, causing multiple trauma to several regions or organs of the body. The effects on the victim's corpse varied in the form of head injuries, open wounds, and fractures to several bones. Conclusion : Forensic examination is very useful to determine the cause of death, mechanism of death, and nature of death. In the medical report of a traffic accident, the forensic doctor can explain his findings in the form of a post mortem et repertum.

Classroom management is a very important teacher competency to be managed in the context of learning. Therefore, every teacher must have the ability to manage the class. The purpose of this study was to identify the strategies and constraints of Islamic religious education teachers in implementing classroom management skills at SDN 54/VI Lubuk Birah Jambi. This research is field research, the purpose of which is to describe accurately the factual description of the phenomenon under study. In this study there were two informants, namely key informants, Islamic religious education teachers, and supporting informants students and school principals. The results of the study conducted at SDN 54/VI Lubuk Birah Jambi show that teachers use their classroom management skills to implement various strategies, namely:Structuring the learning environment, making lesson plans (RPP), how to teach teachers, building student cooperation, creating a learning atmosphere, shaping behavior and motivating students, evaluating learning. The following barriers were observed in the implementation of classroom management skills: student factors, teacher factors, and facility factors.  Student factors, teacher factors and room factors.  

The research background is related to inter-ethnic marriages carried out by couples with different linguistic and cultural backgrounds, namely the Batak and Nias Adanva ethnicities. The aim of this research is to determine the description and impact of promotion of Ulos Ragi Hotang on increasing tourist attraction in Meat Village, Toba Regency, because promotion is a very important thing to do in increasing tourist attraction. Mazid stated that promotion is a marketing activity to introduce, inform and offer a destination to the wider public so they want to come to visit. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, with 10 research subjects selected to collect data in the field. The results of this research show that the promotions that have been carried out by the government and the community through face-to-face sales (personal selling), publicity (Publicity), sales promotions, namely an increase in the attraction of tourists to come to visit the Meat Village, although not too much. However, there are changes from the previous year. This study aims to determine the cooperative learning model of the Learning Cycle type on the ability to write persuasive texts in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Medan in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The population in this study were all Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Medan for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 304 students. Of the 304 students, the sample size was 30 students. The research method used in this research is the one-group pre-test post-test design experimental method. The instrument used in this study is a description test. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the data "t" test and it was found that the ability to write persuasive texts of students before using the Learning Cycle learning model was included in the sufficient category with an average value (mean) of 53.83, while the ability to write persuasive texts of students after using the model Learning Cycle learning increased with an average value (mean) of 81.16. Furthermore, the hypothesis test shows that tcount > ttable, which is equal to 13.14 > 2.045, it is concluded that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This shows that there is an effect of the Learning Cycle learning model on the ability to write persuasive texts in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Medan in the 2022/2023 academic year.

The purpose of this study is to describe the problems that occur and discuss them in depth through methodological analysis. The research method that the author uses in this work is normative-juridical research with a library research approach which is coupled with gender theory and democratic principles and which is linked to the theme of this research discussion and uses qualitative methods. Research results Based on the description above, the authors conclude that Article 8 paragraph (2) PKPU 10/2023 is contrary to the principles of non-discrimination and the substantive equality and justice approach because it is not in line with the spirit of The Convention on the elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW ) which is further regulated in Law no. 7/1984 concerning the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women. Furthermore, the PKPU is not in line with the idea of ​​equality contained in the body of the 1945 Constitution of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia such as Article 27 paragraph (1), Article 28D paragraph (3), Article 28H paragraph (2), and Article 28I paragraph (2). Article 8 paragraph (2) PKPU 10/2023 does not follow up on the essence of the legal norms of Article 245 Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections.

Abstract. One of the legacies of the ancestors in the Toba Batak culture is the Manulangi ritual. One of the Manulangi rituals in Toba Batak society is currently known as Sulang-sulang Hariapan. Hariapan toasts in Batak society are known as a way of honoring elderly parents. Respecting parents is an implementation of the fifth law of the Torah contained in Exodus 20:12: "Honor your father and mother, so that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you." In Christian teaching, we teach respecting parents, not speaking harshly, not insulting parents, especially when they are sick, but parents must be given encouragement so that even when they are sick, they remain calm and wait for death to come. Every child who respects his parents will receive blessings. The author uses a qualitative approach. The Qualitative Approach emphasizes the search for meaning, understanding, concepts and descriptions of a phenomenon; prioritizes quality, and is presented narratively. Research data was collected through interviews. The author conducted open interviews so as not to limit the informants from conveying their understanding of Sulang-sulang Hariapan. This research was conducted in Sungai Raya Village, Siempat Nempu Hulu District, Dairi Regency. The results of research conducted by the author on traditional figures, religious leaders and ordinary people in Sungai Raya Village in performing the Hariapan Toasts are the result of interpreting the meaning of the Fifth Commandment, even the Hariapan Toasts are the result of a theological study of the Fifth Commandment.

Banks that carry out their business activities based on sharia principles, or principles of Islamic law, are called sharia banks. As time goes by, Islamic banks are starting to have more Muslim customers. Bank BSI Kc Kualasimpang, for example, has active Muslim customers. Muslims are known to have great interest in Islamic sharia banking. BSI Bank Kc. Kualasimpang operates based on sharia principles and does not provide payment services. Because the data was obtained from direct observations at BSI Kc Kualasimpang, this is a type of field research. This study uses a qualitative methodology. Primary and secondary data were used in this research. Primary data consists of a description of the factors that influence non-Muslim customers. Secondary data consists of books related to the research topic. The author found two components: internal and external factors. The research results show that of the internal and external factors studied, the dominant external factors influencing non-Muslim customers' interest in BSI Kc Kualasimpang are promotion, service, location and social level. Work and motivation are internal factors. The more promotions and services offered by banks to non-Muslim customers, the more likely they will join an Islamic bank.

This study aims to determine the process of industrial management accounting information system in cash receipts at the North Sumatra Governor's Office, Jl. Pangeran Diponegoro No. 30, Madras Hulu, Kec. Medan Polonia, Medan City, North Sumatra, Zip Code 20152. Problem formulation: What are the advantages and disadvantages in the application of information systems. Research objectives: To find out the advantages and disadvantages in the application of accounting information systems regarding cash receipts. The data collection methods used in this study are decision techniques and direct research in the field. Technical analysis used is the description method, which is a method carried out by analyzing those related to cash receipts.

Career development in an era of ambiguity is becoming increasingly important in the modern era of uncertainty and rapid environmental change. The ever-changing business, social, and technological environments pose new challenges for individuals seeking to develop their careers. This research aims to identify career development strategies in the face of an ambiguous work environment, as well as to explore the concepts and practices of career development that exist in this era of ambiguity. This research uses the literature method or literature study, which is by utilizing various literature sources to obtain data. A qualitative approach was chosen because the data produced is in the form of descriptions or words. The results showed that career development is very important in the era of ambiguity, and each individual needs to integrate flexibility, adaptability, and understanding of uncertainty in their career development strategy. With a deep understanding of ambiguity and the ability to adapt, individuals can maximize their career potential in this era of change. Organizations can also support employees by creating an environment that enables growth and development amidst rapid change.  

Introduction: Insomnia is a problem or sleep disorder experienced by a person. One non-pharmacological therapy to reduce insomnia is lavender aromatherapy. Objective: The aim of this research is to determine the effect of lavender aromatherapy on the incidence of insomnia in adolescent girls. Method: This research design is quasi-experimental with One-Group Pretest – Posttest Design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 17 respondents. Analysis uses the Paired Sample T-test statistical test. Results: The description of insomnia before being given lavender aromatherapy was categorized as mild insomnia by 71% or 12 people. The description of insomnia after being given lavender aromatherapy was categorized as not having insomnia by 88% or 15 people. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of lavender aromatherapy on the incidence of insomnia in young women with a value of p = 0.001 (α < 0.05). Conclusion: From the research results, there is an influence of lavender aromatherapy to reduce insomnia in young women at the Tanwiriyyah Cianjur Islamic Boarding School.

One strategy that can be carried out by KUKERTA UNRI 2023 students to improve public health in Teluk Latak Village is to hold community service activities in Teluk Latak Village. One of the health problems that commonly occurs in villages is stunting. Stunting is a description of chronic malnutrition during the growth and development of children starting from the beginning of their lives. Stunting can be caused by many factors, some of which are the characteristics of the toddler itself and socio-economic conditions. The KUKERTA UNRI 2023 Student Team contributed to monthly posyandu activities as an effort to prevent stunting which were held at three posyandu in Teluk Latak Village. This activity includes measuring the child's height, weight, measuring several other parts of the child's body and exploring the child's level of development. The activity of providing PMT (Providing Additional Food) and distributing brochures on the importance of posyandu to the people of Teluk Latak Village was also carried out to increase community literacy about the importance of posyandu every month. This article emphasizes the importance of a participatory and collaborative approach in preventing stunting in Teluk Latak Village, as well as how KUKERTA UNRI 2023 students can make changes that will ultimately improve the welfare of children in Teluk Latak Village. It is hoped that the participation of KUKERTA UNRI 2023 students can create a positive synergy between higher education institutions, the community and the village government in improving the quality of life for children in Teluk Latak Village.
