The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment, reward and punishment on the work productivity of employees of the Jombang Investment and PTSP Office. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample size of 35 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. Data collection was done through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R^2). The results showed that the non-physical work environment, reward and punishment partially had a significant effect on work productivity and the non-physical work environment, reward and punishment simultaneously had a significant effect on work productivity.

Employee work productivity is a hot issue and there will be no end to discuss it. Problems related to productivity are also strategic issues for companies that are programming human resources. There are many internal and external aspects that support the creation of effective and efficient work productivity in corporate culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational climate and incentives on the productivity of employees of PT Sai Apparel Industries. The approach used in this research is the quantitative approach. The results of this study are leadership style, organizational climate have a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. In addition, incentives have a negative and  insignificant effect on employee productivity.

Background: Overnutrition is common in Indonesia, with 13.5% of adults being overweight and 28.7% being obese. Lack of physical activity, excessive food consumption, and high consumption of risky foods such as sugar, salt, and fat are risk factors for nutritional status Objective: To determine factors related to nutritional status in mini market employees Method: Researchers used a cross-sectional design in this study involving 99 respondents. The research began from September to October 2021. Data analysis used Fisher's test and logistic regression Results: Based on Fisher's test analysis, there was a significant relationship between salt intake (p=0.041), physical activity (p=0.002), and nutritional status. Meanwhile, no significant relationship was found between sugar and fat intake and nutritional status. The results of the logistic regression test show that the factor that has the most influence on nutritional status is excessive salt intake Conclusion: There is a relationship between salt intake, physical activity and nutritional status. Meanwhile, there was no relationship between sugar and fat intake and nutritional status. The factor most related to the nutritional status of employees in Makassar city mini markets is salt intake.

Shift work is a system for organizing human resource activities in a particular industry with the aim that the human resources in it can work according to a predetermined schedule. Main kitchen is the main kitchen section that handles a variety of sauces, stocks, and various main courses. This study aims to analyze the application of employee work shifts in the main kitchen of Best Western Papilio Hotel Surabaya. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was done by field observation, interview with 1 sous chef, and giving questionnaires to 7 employees in the main kitchen. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively.The results showed: 1) The implementation of employee work shit in the main kitchen of Best Western Papilio Hotel Surabaya is in accordance with established company regulations and government regulations. The application in the main kitchen of Best Western Papilio Hotel Surabaya includes: working for 8 hours a day with a maximum break time of 1 hour; there is a difference in work limits between permanent and daily contract employees so that in making schedules it is always done in the middle of the month and the beginning of the month so that there is a regularity of schedules; there are 3 work shifts namely morning, afternoon and night with a pattern of 5 working days 1 day off in one week.

The research objectives to be achieved in accordance with the formulation of the problem described above are to find out, analyze and answer the role of Employee Work Ethics on Subjective Well-Being in Family Companies in Indonesia. This study took respondents from all existing employees at PT Surya Polyplas Utama, with a total of 109 people. In carrying out the field, this study took primary data by using a questionnaire. This type of research that will be used is to use quantitative research methods with explanatory methods. The end result of this research is a picture of a causal relationship, so this method uses samples and hypotheses. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis to test the hypothesis. While the classic assumption test used includes Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, and Data Normality Test. Overall, the indicators used in this study are valid (because the correlation coefficient is > 0.200 with a significance level of <0.05) and reliable (because the coefficient value of Cronbach's Alpha is > 0.60). The results of the classical assumption test also show that this research has fulfilled, among others 1.) Both regression models are free from multicollinearity; 2.) There is no heteroscedasticity; 3.) There is no autocorrelation in both regression models; and 4.) The residuals of the two regression models are normally distributed. The findings of the analysis using path analysis while answering the hypothesis concluded that the influence of employee work ethics on subjective well-being is significant, with a value of Standardized coefficients Beta 0.746 with a significance level of 0.000.

The impact of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected the activities, psychological conditions, and behavioral changes in adult learners, with technology-based learning becoming increasingly widespread in higher education institutions. Both professors and students have adapted to engage in distance learning interactions, including those at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of West Sumatra, who have become familiar with utilizing virtual classes through collaborative learning methods. This research aims to analyze the influence of implementing virtual classes with collaborative learning methods, student engagement, and the challenges faced by students in online learning on learning outcomes. The research method employed is a mixed-method convergent parallel design, involving the collection of both qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data analysis uses descriptive analysis, while quantitative data is analyzed using a cross-sectional study design. The research findings indicate that student learning through virtual classes at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, supported by platforms like Google Classroom, WhatsApp, and Zoom Meetings, has been effective and has positively impacted students' learning achievements. The challenges encountered by students and professors during online learning include technology mastery, cost, smooth communication, interactive success, internet signal, and time management. For the faculty members of Tarbiyah, it is recommended to conduct online learning based on virtual classes, involving various integrated platforms such as Google Classroom, WhatsApp, and Zoom Meetings. Additionally, preparing a comprehensive online learning guide with solutions to handle technical issues would be beneficial. This research contributes to the education field by providing insights into effective online learning practices and highlighting the challenges that need to be addressed to improve the overall learning experience.

This research examines the impact of the school principal's leadership style on teacher performance and competence at MTs Azzainiyyah Nagrog, Sukabumi. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing surveys to collect data from teachers at the school. The questionnaires focused on leadership styles implemented by the principal and teachers' perceptions of their performance and competence. The results demonstrate that the school principal's leadership style significantly influences teacher performance and competence. Leadership styles emphasizing teacher empowerment, effective communication, and support for professional development contribute to enhanced overall teacher performance and competence. Additionally, inspiring leadership and fostering a positive working climate further improve teacher performance and competence. The research emphasizes the crucial role of school principals in creating a conducive learning environment and motivating teachers to innovate and collaborate. Effective leadership goes beyond managerial aspects and extends to human resource development. The implications of the study are vital for school administrators, especially principals, to adopt more effective leadership strategies to enhance teacher performance and competence. Furthermore, this research enriches the academic knowledge in the field of education, specifically the relationship between school principal leadership styles and teacher performance and competence. Further studies could delve deeper into the factors affecting teacher performance and competence at MTs Azzainiyyah Nagrog. Exploring optimal school principal leadership development for better educational outcomes remains an area of interest for future investigation.

Human resources are one of the organizational resources that play an important role in achieving its goals. Every organization is managed by humans. Without humans, the organization will not run. Challenges and opportunities in managing and creating organizations often stem from human-related problems. Therefore, in managing human resources (HR), the most vital resource is a strategic central activity. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the effect of competence, motivation, reward on employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at Sembako Rahap Putra UMKM.The research method is to use a type of quantitative research. The population of this study is 215 employees, the sample in this study is 140 employees. The technique used in collecting data using observation and questionnaires as data collection instruments. Data processing techniques use the SmartPLS 3 application.Based on research at Sembako Rahap Putra MSME, the research results obtained show that competence is less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.093), Motivation has less effect in increasing Morale with a P-Value of (0.465), Rewards are less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.172), Morale has a positive effect on Employee Performance with a P-Value of (0.025), Competence has less effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.244) , Motivation has little effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.238), Reward has less effect on Employee performance through work enthusiasm with a P-Value of (0.431).

The role of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) is needed by employees as a provision for them to face the changes and demands of the times in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Operating a computer is a part of hard skills, employees need to have skills in operating programs found in Windows and the program most frequently used is Microsoft Excel. However, to achieve this, companies must overcome several obstacles, such as a lack of quality competence to develop and manage, analyze various high-tech systems Workers who have the competence and skills will be accepted in the world of work in the industrial era 4.0. The output target of this dedication is in the form of training services in the form of information for students about data processing, calculation and data management using the Microsoft Excel application. The method of implementing the activities used is the offline training, discussion, and question and answer method. The results of implementing this community service activity are providing an understanding of the use of the Microsoft Excel application for preparing financial reports and improving the hard skills of Pt employees. This community service aims to examine the application of labor law in industrial relations in order to realize worker justice in Karang Taruna Pugeran Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency. Karang Taruna is a youth organization that focuses on empowering youth and improving community welfare. This research was conducted with the aim of understanding the level of understanding and implementation of labor law and identifying the obstacles that exist in achieving worker justice in the Karang Taruna environment. The application of labor law in industrial relations to achieve worker justice stems from the need for protection of workers' rights and the creation of a balanced relationship between workers and employers. In this context, labor law aims to regulate the rights and obligations of workers and employers in order to create a fair working relationship.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of ergonomic exercises on blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the village of Setia Suka Maju Sirihit – Rihit. The research employed a One Group Pre-test – Post method using purposive sampling, with 10 respondents selected from a population of 50 who met the criteria. Data were collected using an ordinal scale and observational instruments. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test using SPSS indicated significance < 0.05 (p=0.00), signifying the influence of ergonomic exercises on lowering blood pressure. The conclusion of this study asserts the effectiveness of ergonomic exercises in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients in Setia Suka Maju Sirihit – Rihit Village, Pahae Jae Subdistrict, North Tapanuli Regency in 2023.

Telemedicine, as a form of evolution in the field of health services, has emerged as a response to the challenges and opportunities arising from advances in information and communication technology (ICT). In the era of globalization and digitalization, the concept of telemedicine has revolutionized the way medical services are provided, providing broader, more efficient, and innovative access to healthcare. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and satisfaction among telemedicine users in Surakarta City. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method by distributing online questionnaires (google form). The population in this study are telemedicine users in the Surakarta City area. While determining the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula with a sample of 96 respondents. The results showed that most of the respondents were aged 36-45 years (30.2%), female (51%). The education level of the majority of respondents graduated from high school or equivalent (31.2%). The level of employment of civil servants and self-employed (18.8%) and the activity that is often used is to consult a doctor (66.7%). A total of 3 - 4 times using telemedicine a total of 42.7%. While the results of the description of the quality of services provided are in the good category (72.9%) and the description of satisfaction is in the satisfied category (66.7%). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between service quality and satisfaction with the use of telemedicine services indicating a significant and positive relationship (p value = 0.000).

Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on developing and empowering subordinates, with the aim of creating significant change in the organization.  This leadership style involves inspiration, motivation, and positive influence of a leader on subordinates. In the context of state administration, transformational leadership can directly impact the performance of civil servants, including civil servants in the Lamuru sub-district office of Bone Regency. Bone Regency is one of Indonesia’s regions with its own potential and challenges in development. In carrying out its duties, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office as a representative of local government at the sub-district level has a strategic role in organizing various state administration activities, coordinating development programs, and providing public services to the community. To achieve these goals, quality and effective ASN performance is essential.The research method used in this study is a Qualitative Research Method on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can be used to gain a deep understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and meanings associated with the phenomenon of leadership and the performance of civil servants in specific contexts.Transformational leadership has a significant influence on the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. Through transformational leadership, a leader is able to inspire, motivate, and influence civil servants to achieve better performance and make maximum contributions in carrying out their duties. This study highlights several important findings related to the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of civil servants in the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. By paying attention to the influence of this transformational leadership, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can improve the performance of civil servants, and quality public services, and strengthen public trust in the local government. Effective implementation of transformational leadership requires organizational support, leader commitment, effective communication, subordinate participation, good team building, and appreciation for achievements.

This artichle is entitled: EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION IN BANJAR DISTRICT OFFICE, BANJAR CITY, which aims to determine the weaknesses and strengths of employee performance at the Banjar District Office, as well as to describe the work process based on employee performance indicators included in this thesis. Employee performance evaluation is carried out periodically, which is an effort to improve employee performance deficiencies and strengths so that employee performance becomes optimal. Evaluation of employee performance is also a motivation for employees to continue to improve skills and develop productivity at work so that they can meet predetermined work standards. Employee performance evaluation is one of the drivers of increasing employee human resources through employee performance evaluation. So in this way employee human resources can continue to increase accompanied by continuously better performance in order to achieve the objectives of the Banjar District Office, Banjar City. This study uses qualitative methods to determine the search, collection and processing and analysis of data. This qualitative research is descriptive in nature, namely explaining events or activities at the time of research or actual. PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kutacane Branch. Companies engaged in finance, in the form of capital, namely the provision of savings and loan capital. The number of employees is 22. In this study, the background to the problem is that the recruitment carried out by PT Bank Aceh Syariah has not fully paid attention to needs, so it is difficult to get professional employees which results in low employee performance. This research is descriptive qualitative, data collection method with field research using methods, direct observation and interviews on research objects to obtain an overview of research subjects. The recruitment system run by the company is not fully appropriate, in accordance with the company's goals, where there are still a number of employees who have educational backgrounds and concentrations, who have not been able to demonstrate and contribute to the company. 11 of 2002, regarding the withdrawal system (recruitment) which must use the media as a medium of information. From these conclusions it can be suggested that the recruitment system for the future must be in accordance with the objectives in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) so that it is easy to evaluate and measure employee performance. This study is to examine the effect of recruitment, employee selection and competence on employee performance at PT. Indo Raya Tenaga. The methods used are Descriptive and Associative Quantitative Methods. The population is 115 employees. The sampling technique used by researchers is Probability Sampling of 54 employees. Data was collected using Questionnaires and Interviews. To test models and hypotheses, the spss program version 25 is used. The results showed that simultaneously Recruitment, Employee Selection and Competency had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Partial Recruitment, Employee Selection and Competency had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of PT. Indo Raya Tenaga. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative research methods with a census approach. The population in this study were 44 employees of the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Cahya Fajar Magelang Car Workshop. Partial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of communication and motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning, Bima Regency. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The sample in this study was 89 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, t tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. Partially, The results of the study show that communication has no significant effect on job satisfaction and motivation has a significant effect on employee satisfaction at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bima Regency. The results of the study show that communication and motivation simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Bima Regency. by 64.2%.

Technology has the potential to be employed within the realm of electronics and informatics, particularly for the purpose of securing household doors using a smartphone through an internet connection. The Internet of Things (IoT) embodies a concept where internet-enabled devices can communicate with each other and their surrounding objects. This endeavor seeks to create a prototype using key components, including NodeMCU Esp8266, Servo Motor, and Fingerprint Module, with the ultimate goal of simplifying daily tasks and alleviating concerns about leaving the door unlocked upon leaving the house. The mechanism of this device entails utilizing a smartphone app to establish an internet connection, enabling users to seamlessly close and lock their house door. The underlying intention behind developing this tool is to provide assistance in managing both indoor and outdoor activities, addressing the issue of inadvertently leaving the door unlocked, and substituting traditional door locks with fingerprint recognition. By employing this innovation, individuals can conveniently regulate their house door via smartphone, saving time and effort and seamlessly integrating it into their daily routines.
